I love Yaas tea but this location closes during prime time (Fridays and Saturday) and recently thursdays too… At this rate it might just only be open on Sunday

Great coffee with boba but even better service. Website let me place an order for a time before they were one day (didn’t open till 3p, I placed order at 12p). When I got there, they let me know the boba was not actually ready and were very apologetic. She made both myself and my brother who was with me (not had not ordered anything) a drink on the house and offered to refund me or have me come back when boba was ready to get my drink. They were so sweet and apologetic. My go to place in great neck now!

We love YAAS TEA! They always treat us so nicely and do a great job with the drinks. I like that they have a couple of caffeine free teas too! The fresh boba makes a huge difference in the quality of the drinks. There is lots of sitting space too. The manager Maira is always kind to us. and once she let us sample their cookies- which we devoured. 😋

I don't usually write reviews but I came here to say that Yaaas Tea is now my go-to place for bubble tea. The drinks are super tasteful and not watered down like other bubble tea places. You can actually taste the tea. My favorite one is the taro milk tea with coconut milk. The regular classic milk tea is just as good too. Their bobas are super chewy. So so good that I dream about them in my sleep. I'm so happy that they opened a location in Great Neck. I normally go to the one in Farmingdale but it was always too far and I relied on Uber Eats whenever I had sudden cravings. This location is more convenient, so I will be coming here more often. When I met the owner Kelly (who is super friendly btw), she mentioned that they are opening a location in New Hyde Park next month and in Westbury in the near future. In addition to bubble tea and other delicious drinks, they also sell delicious mini cakes in cute recyclable containers. We tried the chocolate, strawberry, and mango ones and all were super good. I def recommend this place and will recommend it to all my friends and family.

They're pretty quick too if there's ever a wait. Interior is very clean although only six seats to sit at and no tables, place is definitely designed for grab and go. I tried the chocolate chip cookies at a local business event and they were also very tasty. Not too sweet. Very thin and crunchy. Highly recommend this place.

I got myself hot earl earl tea, regular Boba. The lemonade was so refreshing. The mango boba is just so fresh and delightful. My hot tea was perfect for this rainy afternoon. We will definitely be back for more. Thank you for the pleasant experience 😊

I would definitely suggest to update the call queue for the store to allow to actually speak with someone. I had an issue with my order through delivery and cant event contact anyone from this location. other locations seem to have a line available to speak with someone.

Young lady who works here is usually very nice but today maybe she was having a bad day but she gave major attitude when my coworker and I mentioned there was an error with our order. She needs to work on her customer service.

We’ve always loved the boba drinks here and have been loyal customers for a long time, which makes it especially disappointing to see the change in the boba itself. The original boba had a much better texture and flavor, and it was honestly one of the main reasons we kept coming back. The original boba was the best honestly! Unfortunately, the new version just doesn’t compare and has taken away part of what made this shop so special to us. We truly hope the original boba can be brought back or at least offered as an option again. We genuinely believe many longtime customers would return more often, and it would definitely help bring in more sales.!!!

After management changed, the boba changed and it’s not the same. It tastes lower quality, please bring back the old boba and I’ll change the review, as of this week I’m not coming back, I used to come weekly since it’s close by.
