Totally delicious , everything was perfect!! My husband and I ordered fill a box, 4 pieces of chicken and chicken nuggets, 4 biscuits and fries, 4 dipping sauces, it was all good, it was so good ,we ate the crumbs and lick the box, lol :)

I placed a catering order here last weekend for a wedding. There was some chicken left over at the end of the night, so I took it home and put it in the freezer. The chicken was delicious fresh, and I swear it is just as delicious thawed and reheated in the oven. I have never tried to do that before, but I am very impressed with KFC in general and this store in particular. The service when I picked up the order was also very good.

The workers here were upfront when I ordered, that the extra crispy needed 10 minutes before it was ready. I chose to wait for it and sat down. In the meantime, I watched them be very friendly and accommodating to small children, elderly ladies, those with app troubles and each other behind the counter. They seem to have fun as employees and do their best to help reasonable requests. The food is exactly what you expect from any KFC. It's really all the same.

They had the dining room closed at 8:30 and I wanted to go in they wouldn't let me go in because they said they didn't have enough help there were three people in there and it was 8:30 it's not like they were going to get a big crowd in there

The Extra Crispy Chicken at this location is great. I have had nothing but great interactions with the staff. I ordered online and the order was waiting for me when I arrived.

Was very clean, customer service was amazing! Kept checking on us to see if the food was ok, and if we needed anything, which we appreciated. Very kind and accommodating to specific dietary needs. We will definitely be back!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the only draw back was the food was cold, it still tasted good but the Nashville chicken strips hot was not so hot. Overall still happy.

Very polite and quick service, only complaint I have is they no longer have potato wedges. They were awesome. But the chicken is always moist and hot!

I picked my food up in the drive thru. They are sweet, fast and the food is pretty good. I'm spoiled by chicken from Melodee's, though so that's why I didn't give them 5 stars, but it's a drive from here to there. I recommend this KFC.

LarderRoom...KFC Spicy Chicken Sandwich! I went for the Buffalo Ranch but it wasn't available so I went Spicy and added my own Buffalo Sauce and a splash of ranch. KFC has it going on with these sandwiches! Huge crispy all white meat chicken and the perfect pickle. Service was fast and food was amazing!

Ive been sitting in the drive thru for 20 mins and the lady in front of me, they were rude to her when taking her order.

Food dry, cold, biscuits hard, chicken tenders were hard and dry. Not worth the money.

They didn't get my order right, neither one actually. I ordered original and they gave me extra extra crispy. Ordered for my senior mom for she can not get out like she used to, and she was very disappointed.

The food: good The drive-thru: not great. I waited about 15 minutes (which means the truck in front of me had been waiting at least that long) to get my food after I paid. And the employee that came out to hand me my food gave a lazy "sorry" and forgot my drink until I reminded him. I get that making the food takes a while, but this was a disappointing effort from a major restaurant chain.

Not so hot. Either the order was cooked as a bad batch of crispy or was over-cooked original. But the staff hired was friendly toward customers and joined in on banter. Always try to give a reason for the person on the other side of the counter to laugh...no matter which side of the cash-register you're on. .

I have dental issues and specifically asked for original. I can't eat Xtra crispy. Got home to s bucket of ALL XTRA CRISPY....8 Piece $ 30 appx. They would not answer the phone for the remainder of the evening. Went back the next day and they did replace 3 pieces with a begrudging attitude. Not what I expected for $30 at a drive thru.

Bought 3 piece box meal and I was suppose to get 3 pieces of chicken but only got 2- one piece was very small and not even a wing really and the second piece was fine. But I should of received the correct pieces of chicken for the amount I paid. Other than that it is fine.

We have gone here twice in the past few months, each time they didn't have enough chicken ready to fill an 8-piece order. They are nice enough and the food is as expected, but the efficiency and organization is lackinig. We will go to Lee's next time, about 1 minute down the road.

Unlike some other KFC restaurants nearby, the food quality at this one is always good. 5 stars for food quality. -2 stars for pricing. The pricing structure is a rip off. If you don't order a prepaid meal, you get ripped off. For example: I simply wanted two chicken breasts and two sides, I don't need/want a drink or a biscuit. There is not a pre-designed combo meal for this. The manager, Logan, spent 10-15 minutes fiddling with the cash register, and she could not get the price below $10! I could buy two $5 breast fill-ups, and receive 2 breasts, 2 sides, 2 drinks, 2 biscuits, and 2 cookies for $10. I don't want all the extras, so why can't I get the chicken and sides for, say, $8?

$40 in food only items that were good was pops & fries. Wings were so hard felt like plastic. Very unsatisfied.

Can't go inside to order, and take it togo. Drive thru only. Mac & cheese was disgusting. Chicken was below mediocre.

Went there to get my mom her 85th birthday din. All they had was extra crispy. Had to wait and wait and wait. A man who i assume was the manager was threatening his team ppl. Telling them he would fire them all. Not sure what that was about. We was there around 7ish and no reason to be out if reg chicken. Counter person apparently has hearing problems as I asked the price of something and she rang it as a complete meal. Then got upset when I said I did not order a meal, just asked what it cost as it is not on the menu board. This is not the first incident at the Xenia location. Very poor customer service.

Food was really dry and they were out of bbq sauce for the chicken strips. Service was good when I think the manager was helping us but when the other girl took over she acted like it was a bother helping us.

Asked for a cup for water, fountain machine had no water availiable. Cashier got me some water from a back faucet, it was yellowish and nasty looking. My order was messed up but corrected. Chicken was greasy.

Wait 5 minutes at the speaker for someone to even take our order. When they finally come to.the speaker they proceed to give us excuses about why they cannot make our food. Went through the drive thru 6pm no one there to take the money,waited for about 5 mins gave money got food which was the family meal, got it home food was old and barely warm, plus items where missing. Terrible, after a long day of work my wife and I decided on KFC for dinner. My wife asked 2x politely that our meals were made fresh. The young woman at the window insisted the food had "just came up". After trying the food at the window we in fact realized that was a lie, the food had been sitting under the lamp to keep warm for hours. We asked for a refund, the manager came to refund our payment. She did not apologize, nor did she seem to care. I would not recommend KFC to anyone.

Visit this location often and they do not always use gloves!! The manager makes sandwiches and picks up biscuits and chicken with HIS bare hands. There is mold on the ceiling in the lobby. Purchased 12 pc. bucket for $29.99 for family get together. Opened bucket and the chicken was obviously "re fried" as it was very dark brown, tough as shoe leather and the meat was very dry. The chicken in the bottom was normal. My guess is they didn't have enough chicken made and threw some old chicken in the deep fry vat to make up difference. Will NEVER go there again! Total lack of integrity, in my opinion. I would not recommend this location to anyone, ever! Chicken was terrible!

Went thru the drive thru a shirt time ago. Waited over 6 min for someone to even answer, and there was no one in front of me. When They finally took my order, the had asked "dark" or "White meat"? I replied "dark".. someone yelled back into the speak "DID YOU SAY DOG MEAT??" Then lots of laughing.. Just so happened we recently had out our 14yr dog asleep. I told them where they could put their chicken, and filed a complaint on-line. Told them I would NEVER visit their establishment again. What did corporate do? Sent me a $5 coupon.. It went in the trash. Same place your restaurant and staff can go!

Always a rude interaction some point of visiting. Got the 20 dollar family fill up and chicken was covered in grease and had no skin left on it, which is everyones favorite part. Went for replacement and were very rude and refused to replace my biscuits so now 30 minutes later I come home to eat "crispy" chicken although I wanted "original" and eat my cold hard biscuits. They messed up my order and we called them and they said they would replace the full order. Went back a few weeks later and got the replacement order and guess what???? They messed it up again!!!! We were going through town for an event & tried to stop at Arby's but they were closed. This place got both our orders wrong (gave us 3 piece tenders but charged for 5 pieces) and their fries were not edible they tasted old and overcooked. I try to just be thankful places are open since a lot of places are short staffed but I was super disappointed.

Garbage location. I'm finished with the thought, maybe next time. Each and EVERY time my family attempts to order/eat from here, it's ALWAYS the same. No chicken sandwiches, no chicken nuggets, no chicken tenders. I'm sorry but, what does the "C" in KFC stand for again? Oh right, CHICKEN but yet, they seem to never have half their menu. I've call customer service, they "take the information" and that's the end of anything I might hear. I understand the restaurant business, I manage in one so, I get having more orders, record sales weeks which can't be predicted. They order what is usual but, at the end of the day, if it's not enough, you find more, you certainly do NOT tell your customers on a routine, weekly basis, you have zero chicken. You get more product from other locations so, this seems to be poor management staff as the problem due to the frequency, 5 times in 3 weeks personally. Point is, if you have time to waste in hopes you can win the chicken lottery and get dinner, go for it. If not, I'd suggest skipping the delay in the meaning of fast food and just go somewhere that has the capability of knowing how to order enough product to serve their customers. Why waste 10 minutes to get nothing to just have to spend another 10 somewhere else to feed your family in a time pinch.

7 of us ate there for dinner! 6/7 of us ordered chicken tenders they was old tenders very dry, one ordered sauce it was very dry like they gave him that was made by accident seat in the warmer! Wait time was long no matter how many times we went to the counter (butter, honey) once was for dessert then getting a bag! They was over staffed for the time of day so wait time should have been a breeze! Lobby was messy! Trash on the floor and tables needed wiped down!

This visit was absolute garbage! I went through the drive through the worker was nice but he told me sorry for the wait we are waiting on the chicken to be cooked. Went thru the drive thru tonight and ordered a 2 PC white meat meal and a kids 8pc nugget meal with Mac and cheese After.12 min sitting and waiting for it I got a 2pc dark meat meal no sides, a box with 5 cold nuggets and an individual mashed with no gravy. Tried to call several times. And of course their receipt printer is down so proof of what was ordered. My friend went back up and was told no receipt no proof of purchase. 🙄

After working a long day I had my daughter to Stop at KFC for a 3wings meal with a slaw and a drink. We'll the biscuit was cold like the honey, the wings were DRY &Hard . So I call 3 times no one picks up. Can't say you busy cause it only be 2-3 cars in the parking lot. This is Ridiculous!! No pride on service,cleaners. product SMH.. So $12 just gone in the trash. I'm hoping Corporate or the DM will respond on this HORRIBLE ,SERVICE & FOOD.

I ordered a 12 piece meal and for the outrageous price of $39 I received what appeared to be the smallest chicken pieces I have ever received...I actually thought one wing was a chicken nugget...I also thought one of the breast pieces was a thigh...come on people...give those chickens a chance to grow up before you fry them....also that said thigh/breast was so overcooked that the outer layer of meat was like jerky. Be a long time before, if ever, I return.

So someone I know works for the same company franchise ownership...So funny thing they come out to my house that night, I ask did we need a coupon for the $15.99 he said no no no no no no that's the way they had to ring it in as a coupon.. It was just disappointing. I was there an hour before close, I know people want to leave and not spend the whole night there but an hour before close I was told that the fryers were all shut off and they couldn’t offer anything fried because by the time it would be done they would be closed. I would just change the hours to 10pm since you don’t serve food after then. Fried is in the names, if the fryers are off then you aren’t taking customers and it’s just wasting peoples time

Ordered 8 legs extra crispy. I got 2 extra crispy and 6 original. Over cooked or old tacky feeling meat, grease all over bottom of bucket, tastes like bitter, burnt old fryer grease. Lady at the window obviously didnt want to be doing her job. Wasted 23 dollars on something I wouldnt pay 5 dollars for and ruined food for my family. I got burned 2 out of 2 times in the past year at this kfc. I just wish places would serve decent food again

Can’t rate the food because we never got ours. The gentlemen who was the manager is an absolute joke of professionalism. Guess it’s par for the course with fast food restaurants. They just don’t care that we had to wait on our food only after 20 minutes go in and people after us had the same thing told to them to which they all came in too because of the wait. Then they all got their food prior to ours which was not a brain buster of an order. chicken sandwich and 10 piece nugget meal. But it was the manner in which the manager in charge handled himself when he gave me my money back,the bills were crumbled up and just threw the change on the counter and walked away with no apology, so yes i responded with a very colorful response because the disrespect too to bottom was ridiculous.

Past two times in the last month we've gotten the same items. 3 piece legs with 2 sides. Each time the legs were so dry you could barely eat the chicken. Their definitely cooking this chicken all day from lunch to dinner just trying to push it off on the next customer!! Terrible idea as this customer won't be returning!! Done being ripped off!!

We placed a Doordash order this evening. It was terrible. We spent 70 on food. All of it was inedible. I'm not one to complain but the food literally couldn't be eaten. They replaced our biscuits with some sort of buns. The dasher forgot our drink bags. The only thing we ate from our meal was our large coleslaw. Very frustrating.
