The food was perfect, not over cooked or burnt like Dunkin. The cashier was nice and I was the only person in the store so can't rate atmosphere.

I came over just for a latte and I tried their new apple caramel cinnamon one. Isabella is a sweetheart! She was honest with me about not trying the drink herself, but warned me it was a hit or miss for people. I took the risk. It isn’t my kind of latte, but Isabella hooked a girl up and gave me some more caramel to add to it ☺️ I don’t choose Tim Hortons often but I’m glad I came here

I'm not sure what's in the air this morning but the employees hear where all in the back part working on drive up and door dash while the people at the register stood mins to wait, my thing is if your short staffed or busy you must address the people in line to acknowledge them, this happens in many fast food places most of the employees are just there for a check, please take an interest in you job, after all you went there to fill out the application for that job. Good quick food! Staff is friendly and helpful! Plenty to choose from on the menu. Would stop here again. The only issue was location had to make u-turn and back track a little, however it was worth it. And did it for a week while in the area. Now if you're coming east on 104 toward 390 then it's a great location!

My only frustration is that when they ask you to go park and that they will bring the food out to you, they seem to forget. This has happened to me twice now and each time I have had to call or go inside. This time my order was GIVEN AWAY to someone else. Unbelievable. The whole point of the drive thru is so I don't have to exit my vehicle and that it's quick. Otherwise, the staff is friendly and I have yet to be disappointed by an order. Just please stop asking people to go park if you're going to forget they're there.

Super slow service. One person in front of me in line and he ordered tea it took him five minutes to get it, you would think maybe in that time I would be acknowledged. If you thought that you'd have thought wrong. Finally after five minutes I had my order taken by someone who certainly appeared they didn't want to be there🙄. I'm sorry I interrupted your Instagram posting to make an order. On the plus side the donuts, coffee and sandwich I had were hot and tasted good.

I’m trying to understand since when is it okay to tell the customer they didn’t mention something on their order? I ordered a meal and for the drink a hot chocolate with whip cream… when i went to the window and paid for my food and received my drink i noticed no whip cream. I said to the lady I said I wanted whip cream it’s not whip cream on this. She said well you didn't say you wanted whip cream and it’s extra… you know what never mind. I know what i mentioned. Every Tim Hortons I’ve gone too runs out of things but this one is the worst. First, they have no artisan buns, no tomatoes, no iced caps, because they were cleaning the machine, and short staffed. I don’t know why they run out of stuff every week. Otherwise the food is alright.

Went through drive through. Tuna sandwich sounded good so I ordered it, left heading down the road. Took a bite, no tuna. Took another bite, no tuna. Opened sandwich, saw maybe a tablespoon worth of tuna at far end of sandwich. Too far gone to turn around. Not happy. 😡😡

Went to buy my coffee this morning and was told "you don't serve deaf people" then was charged $7.55 for a medium coffee. You should all be ashamed of yourselves for employing such closed minded and hurtful people. I'm completely disgusted. Is this how you treat all your disabled customers or is it just the deaf community? I wouldn't even give you one star but I couldn't leave a review otherwise.

At this location the supervisor named Linda called her entire staff worthless and called the employee who is deaf worthless and slow. Nate who was an employee there got angry about it and confronted the situation and was terminated for it. Nate always loved his customers and will miss them!!

I’ve given this location so many chsnces over the last year but 90.% of the time the order is wrong and I keep trying to give them another chance but between the order always being wrong they may have the worst staff I’ve ever encountered. Do yourself a favor drive to Ridgeway and Long pond where they actually care and get the orders right and have great attitudes

snotty customer service, gave me attitude on 8/25/17 around 7:40 AM, not sure the employees name, but she also screwed up my order, of 2 plain black coffees. Definitely will not be returning to this location.

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at your Tim Hortons location. After receiving an incorrect sandwich order, I returned to have it corrected. Instead of a resolution, I was met with hostility and unprofessional behavior from the staff. The two employees, one of whom identified herself as the manager, not only refused to address the mistake but also resorted to yelling and using offensive language. Furthermore, I was subjected to derogatory remarks, regarding my intelligence, and appearance, which made the situation highly uncomfortable. This level of service is unacceptable, and as the reviews show this issue is quite common and the only response is an automated bot telling you to contact them. I hope Tim Hortons addresses this serious issue promptly to prevent such experiences in the future.

I was highly disappointed today when going through the drive thru. It appeared that the lady handing me my food had a broken middle finger. And okay I’m sorry, that sucks, but she was also not wearing any gloves and wearing a metal finger brace with a foam inside. You can wash your hands as many times as you want but as soon put that brace back on, your hands are dirty again. Your fingers sweat in that thing all day and your touching people food. Gross. I thought it was completely disgusting and could not even think about eating the food she had just handed me. I have also come here first thing in the morning on my way to work and gotten old food. Bagels and hard muffins from the night before etc… 7 years ago this place was great…not so much anymore. I love Tim Hortons, but this visit was extremely disappointing.

Went to this tim Hortons because the Dunkin Donuts near me can never get orders right is always out of everything. I ordered a steak wrap with extra chipotle sauce (which they charge you extra for the extra sauce) and I got a chicken wrap with virtually no sauce.

I come to this Tim Hortons all the time. Ordered a Nutella croissant but they were out. However, they did have croissants but we're unwilling to put Nutella on one or give me a side of Nutella at an upcharge. That's what they've done in all the other Tim Hortons I've gone to. The "night supervisor", woo hoo, said they can't, I say they just won't. Just another example of lazy workers getting more money to do less.

WOW! I am not even joking when I say this is THEE WORST drive thru experience of my life so far. It all started when I had the thought of going to tim Hortons. I now know that is where I went wrong to begin with as I usually go to Starbucks or dunkin but hey I wanted to give it a try. I get to the drive thru and the speaker barely works so I had a hard time ordering. I pull up to the window to complete my order and the guy proceeds to tell me his headset doesn't work, they were all out of carbonated drinks and they weren't serving sides besides donuts and chips. After paying I was told to pull forward to wait for my food. As there was nowhere to go (no other window) I parked near the corner only to wait 10 minutes and have another employee look at me crazy because of where I was standing. After waiting what felt like an eternity, I had to go inside and get my food only to get to my car and realize I had missing items. No problem, I go back inside and grab it ONLY to pull out of there and within two minutes, I take a bite of my sandwich and bite wax paper. So now I'm going back a 3rd time to return them their wax paper sandwich only to get to the counter and receive attitude because I didn't want to eat wax paper. Please don't waste your time coming to this location. You are better off starving yourself. At least you'll have your money, sanity and be wax paper free.

Today I placed a order for a everything bagel, lightly toasted with extra cream cheese....simple right? WRONG! Originally I went through the drive through but I ended up going in because the bagel wasn't toasted and there was much of any cream cheese. When I first walked in I was ignored but I waited patiently. When someone came over they grabbed the person who made my food. She said it was toasted and handed me a container with cream cheese in it. I told her that I will just order another bagel bc just adding cream cheese won't fix the fact it was not toasted. So she made another bagel toasted and told me the container she gave me with cream cheese in it to use that and put my own on....it's not like they were busy..the place was dang near a ghost town.....and although I was frustrated I never yelled or screamed...So now I have paid for 2 bagels and I am told to do it myself..I have NEVER been treated like that at any time hortons. I have a tim Hortons near my home that are awesome and this interaction blew my mind. So I left and and I went to the ridge way location and I had the pleasure of being served by a man named Josh. I explained what happened and showed him the food that I was given. So AGAIN I gave my bagel order and Josh cashed me out and made my food the way I asked. ALSO MIND YOU THEY WERE SLAMMED AND STILL MADE ME EXACTLY WHAT I ORDERED. So after buying 3 bagels I finally got what I asked for. So who ever is running the Tim Hortons on ridge road please speak with your workers on how to treat customers because one bad apple can ruin a business and considering it's like 10ish in the morning you would think being on ridge Rd you would have a lot of business but you barely had a customer in the sitting area where as ridge way was slammed.

Then the lady in the back telling him to slow down taking orders because she was behind. Our food came out it was not good , bread was soggy and oily like it was do e in a rush. Wont be coming back

me and my boyfriend were just grabbing a quick snack and we attempted to order just one plain bagel, the women who was working the window was very very very disrespectful and rude to him and to myself just for asking if they had plain bagels and she immediately responded in the rudest way possible. Whoever is working the window tonight is very VERY rude, they got my grandmother’s order wrong and started to scream at her for it, when she asked for the manager to help resolve things she was very cruel too. Food was absolutely terrible. The taste was disgusting with a very nasty aftertaste. I couldn’t even get through the first bite of my sandwich without feeling sick. The bagel was hard and burnt, and honestly the food seemed like it could have been stale. Nothing tasted fresh at all. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

No name tag, but she was short and had short black/red hair. Very rude and unpleasant to deal with, and was eating openly behind the counter. I know this industry and the health codes, I saw multiple criticals in my 5 minutes there. I will actively avoid coming to this store because of her and the disregard for health standards.

This Tim Hortons sucks. They don't know how to make a chai latte to save their lives, I've given them the benefit of the doubt 3 times now and every time it was basically tea with creamer mixed into it, no foam at all, leaving it more or less tasting like lukewarm dirty water. Eat literally anywhere else and save yourself the headache.

me and my boyfriend were just grabbing a quick snack and we attempted to order just one plain bagel, the women who was working the window was very very very disrespectful and rude to him and to myself just for asking if they had plain bagels and she immediately responded in the rudest way possible. As we proceeded to drive up to the window to pay she doesn't even say the total or say have a nice day when my boyfriend said thank you every time he was handed an item, i will not be returning to this tim hortons until they get their attitudes in order

Whoever is working the window tonight is very VERY rude, they got my grandmother’s order wrong and started to scream at her for it, when she asked for the manager to help resolve things she was very cruel too. Disgusting behavior, how do you sleep at night?? 😩😔 do your jobs, when working with people you’re suppose to have good attitudes no matter what bffr you work at Tim Horton’s get off your high horses 🤢
