Taco Bell Greenvale Reviews
Amazing I was so hungry and their food was crazy good. 👍
Impressively fast on my custom order. I would have been happier and ordered what I wanted on the app but the app doesn't work at this store. Order was exactly right and FAST and employee at window was friendly. Thanks. Get on the app please.
Too long of a wait. Yet, when they finally get to your order, their quick about it. Which, means this is a very busy location. The parking spaces were all full, no one left any time soon. So, people at this location do come inside to eat. But, it's clear the focus, and design is on the drive thru business. Taco Bell and KFC share this location. I choose Taco Bell and ordered nachos bellgrande without sour cream. It was $3.29, tasted great, proper amount of meat, refried beans, cheese, and salsa and chips.
Chicken dried out and lack of employee on the busy dinner shift.
Prices (for the Taco Bell portion, at least) are nearly doubled from what they are on the app/ website. Taco party pack was $14 dollars on the app, but $22 dollars through the drive through. They also don’t accept mobile orders, probably so they don’t need to follow the online prices and can overcharge you. Service was fine and tacos were…Taco Bell quality, but head to the glen cove or Westbury location if you don’t want to spend an arm and a leg on a couple of tacos.
The food is what you expect from a fast food restaurant, decent. The parking lot is extremely small so park on the side roads. My only complaint is the service. I understand dealing with public is very frustrating so I try to be as understanding and kind to every worker possible but every time I come here it's hit or miss. I had come here late at night where there was no one at the drive through and 2 people already eating in the dining area. I ordered literally 3 tacos "TO GO" from the manager at the cash register. As my order was being prepared he walked off to do other duties. The lady in the back walks up to the order screen with my three tacos and tosses them onto a tray, stares at the order screen confused then looks and me and drops the tray in front of me. I kindly asked her for a bag to go. She just stared at me and all I said was "bag please". She then gestures for me to wait and disappears to get the manager. He then gets me a bag that was literally already on the counter. Like come on all this for a bag. If only Wendy's wasn't renovating their restaurant, at least we still have Moe's in the area for tacos.
Order Uber Eats from a different Taco Bell.
If I could give zero stars, I would, One of the worst experience I’ve ever had in a drive-through, Gentlemen who was taking my order, rushed me and was very rude.food was cold and water down witch makes me think the did something to my food intentionally, and also as soon as I started to drive off they turned all the lights off of the establishment, mind you they close at 3 and it’s only 1:03 at the time of the encounter , I highly recommended changes be done or someone to look into this , as I’m extremely upset and dissatisfied , hope no one else has to go through this!
All I have to say is, wow. Just drove through this drive thru and was met with silence. Came up to the window to see the lights on, and a rather stubby women cleaning the grill. She noticed us from our beaming lights, and stuck up the middle finger and walked out of view. This treatment is absurd, this drive thru is open till 2am and it was 1am. Anyways we followed a herd of cars following in a direction north and were delighted to see we had arrived at a Wendy's, also open till 2am. Was greated by a lovely man who happily took our order and provided us with food of quality taco bell could never accomplish. Taco bell Chapulas? More like Wendy's ten piece chicken nugget with a medium fry and large fruit punch. Looks like we will not be returning any time soon, and instead go to our new found local, reliable, and peaceful Wendy's.
Beyond rude, the 1am shift worker stuck their middle finger up at us, didn’t acknowledge us at the intercom or window besides for her kind gesture that she delivered to us with her finger. We were redirected to Wendy’s where the food was marvelous, I will not be returning anytime soon unless I get compensation for my suffering and gas. Which will be costly!
Drove all the way here to eat. hours say open until 1 AM on Sundays. This place was closed at 12:45 PM I am confused because I am pretty sure that means theres 15 minutes left? Change your closing hours if they are going to be different then whats listed or hire staff that’s willing to work until the time the restaurant is supposed to be open until
The girl named Erika here at the drive through has a nasty attitude and think she can talk to people anyway she wants to and think she’s tough. She needs to be fixed up.
Has anyone actually paid attention to the reviews from this place? I wonder if the franchise owner is making enough money and doesn't care? This place and the taco bell at the same building serve disgusting food! Just got home to rancid chicken sandwich and two undercooked drumsticks tasting like rotten freezer. This place will get someone sick! Oh and they never get the order correct, but at this point that is the least of the problems this place has. Health services should look into this place, they are not following the HACCP and or HARPC plan at all! DANGEROUS PLACE!
Worst Taco Bell. They always forget the sauce packets ordered via uber eats. And food doesn’t taste as good as other locations
The food deserves 0 stars. Paid $9 for the cantina bowl and received almost no chicken. The whole bowl was covered in lettuce and cabbage. The rice was hard and undercooked. I was told you only get one spoon of chicken when I questioned the portion. The photo on the menu shows three two four times the amount of chicken I received. Absolutely unacceptable. I will never return here no matter how hungry I am or how close this place is. Horrible food. I ordered chicken bowl but basically received veggie bowl. There was so much cabbage and lettuce to chew and finish. Gave me no receipt I had to grab it from machine myself. Can't even leave the facility. Delivery truck blocking the parking lot exit. Come eat here if you want to be upset you didn't get what you paid for and possibly leave with a dented car by backing up on incoming visitors.
I ordered a dorito taco and there was not a 100 singular pieces of dorito in it. Pinky promised me that there will be a hundred pieces. There was only sixty nine i want a refund of 20 dollars then I went to the bathroom, and there was a let's just say a ton of meat in there
I ordered a 2 chalupa combo with a soft taco and burrito. What I got was a crunchwrap rather than 2 chalupas. They still billed me for the two chalupas and never even gave me the receipt. Even when I pointed the combo on the online menu, geez. Not visiting this place again.
Service was slow. Counter person didn't give any cups out for 3 separate orders & when each customer requested their paid for drinks, she just handed a cup over with no response, a simple "I'm sorry" or "I forgot" would have been nice. Too busy speaking to a friend over the counter to provide proper & courteous service.
