The Halal Guys Greenville Avenue Reviews
Con mio marito ci siamo fermati per caso e abbiamo mangiato vitello tonnato, hamburger di fassona e patatine fritte. Tutto buonissimo, l’hamburger cotto alla perfezione. Complimenti
We had pizza for two, all delicious. The staff were kind and very helpful, excellent parking even with a camper.
We stopped by a while ago and found the place nice, clean, and welcoming. We returned because it's easy to get to and there's no parking problem. They're always very friendly, and the two ladies in charge of service are kind and fast. We'll definitely be back.
For at least two decades, it's been a staple in the upper Tanaro Valley. The food is excellent, the atmosphere is welcoming and friendly, the prices are reasonable, and there's plenty of parking. It's a regular stop for me every year on my way back from the beach. I'd be remiss if I didn't try Farinello!
A casual pizzeria/restaurant outside the center of Garessio, with convenient parking. I chose a fabulous veal stew, flavorful and tender, and fries. It was all washed down with a crisp, pleasant house white wine. The rest of the menu features traditional Piedmontese dishes, typical of a pizzeria. The staff is very friendly, and the prices are more than fair (a stew for €10 is hard to find anywhere else). You can dine inside or on the airy terrace at the back of the restaurant. If I'm ever in the area again, I'll definitely be back.
We were craving homemade Italian pizzas, and we got it right! They make them fresh in the oven and they're delicious, as are the desserts. The tiramisu is spectacular. The service is also very friendly and efficient. And a thousand points on their plus side: they allow dogs in the dining room. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 If you're in the RV parking lot, like us, it's a 10-minute walk and it's worth it.
Amazing service, so friendly and caring- and the pizza and wine were delicious! Great menu with some international options too!
Very nice pizza, especially for the price (6-7 euro each). Friendly personell. Definitely worth visiting.
Dinner with friends on a Saturday night. Luckily, we had reservations, as it filled up quickly. Excellent pizzas with a good selection, including the rib-eye steak, which was good quality and cooked to perfection. Fast service, a welcoming place, but noisy when crowded, which leads to having to raise your voice to make yourself heard. Recommended
Easy to get to, this pleasant, well-managed establishment offers excellent food and attractive prices, making it a popular spot for those traveling to and from the beach. The only shame is that pizza isn't available, even at lunchtime.
A very fast pace in this pizzeria! But we didn't have to wait long for a table. So, it was very well organized. 👍🏻 We were very satisfied with the food. Due to the high volume of customers, the service was sometimes hectic and even bossy. But that didn't detract from the enjoyment of the meal, accompanied by good table wine. 👍🏻 We will happily recommend this pizzeria.
Good to visit again after two years. The pizzas are half the price and twice as good as any pizza in the UK. With a great view of the mountains and friendly helpful staff it was a great evening out.

Pizza with quality ingredients but excessively thin crust. I wouldn't go back.
Nice location, except for the outdoor tables that were like a sports bar. Friendly staff. Large, thin-crust pizzas. The pizza wasn't bad, but it wasn't excellent. Unfortunately, the mozzarella was poor quality and felt plasticky when it got cold, like an industrial block. They should offer a fior di latte option on the pizzas, which would improve the quality. The vegetables, however, seemed fresh.
Closing for the holidays in September, especially on a Sunday in a major tourist destination, shows a lack of concern for tourists and, more importantly, the spirit that should be inherent in restaurants. A profound disappointment.
