The speed is super fast. They get your order made in like 3 minutes. This place used to be slow, but as of May 2024 the speed has improved greatly. Much faster than Popeyes and Churches on the same street,

I haven't eaten KFC for years. I have read a lot about their Chicken Sandwiches being one of the best. As good as Popeyes or better! It is very, very good. It may be the best 👌 of the 2. I really enjoyed it and will go there again. The staff was very friendly and the facilities were clean. Another excellent business in our neighborhood.

I drove through and placed my order at the speaker. The man who took my order was absolutely amazing. He was very patient since I didn’t know the menu well. He answered all of my questions and he was polite. There were only 2 men working the entire restaurant and you wouldn’t have even known. I only waited about 3 minutes for my food. Not only did he take my order with kindness, he cooked my food, bagged it, made my drink, took my money, and still smiled and told me to have a good night. PLUS..... my order was correct and he even gave me napkins 😉. I told him that he was doing a great job and that I appreciated him before I drove off. He smiled 😬!

We got a coupon on the app so we went to our favorite restaurant. Not all KFC are the same . The Chicken was absolutely amazing. Like every time we go it’s so great! Thank goodness for consistency. We will be back soon 💞

Just so you guys know yall got your hours of operations wrong on your drive thru window. it says yall are open from 10am to 12pm. 12pm is noon, 12am is midnight. So that means yall are only open for 2 hours. Please hire someone that know time to make these signs. Please and thank you.

No fault of employee! Lobby signage advertised New Saucy Nuggets! Sign only described a couple of the new flavors. When I asked young gentleman at the counter what exactly were the new flavor tastes, he said he didn’t know. He was a nice young gentleman. Not his fault! Inept managers!!!

The food was terrible...the chicken was all hard and dried up...the service is terrible...have to wait a very long time for the terrible food...they won't take your order over the counter...it has to be done by the customer on their computers...if your manager is trying to prove a point... it's proving that trying to be a cheapskate on labor is NOT working... you're loosing customers...I know I won't be back.

Ordered a 4 piece and substituted for extra breast and wing, but had to accept extra crispy breast unless I would wait 17 minutes, what? I accepted and when I got home, there were no biscuits when I specifically ordered this for the 2 biscuits. If thare a KFC closer than many miles away, I would not go here again.

It is sad for me to write this review. This used to be my favorite KFC location, but the quality and service are getting bad...the chickens seem like they have been sitting for too long, and almost 10 minutes at the drive-through before I get an order......

I bought four wings only two were crispy and two were original recipe. I took them home to add to potatoes and vegetables. The chicken was horrible to say the least! Two pieces were just OK. The other two were raw on the inside and I pushed it away, and tried not to throw up. I went to see the manager the next day. He was very nice and kind and let me have a pot pie and dessert to try to make up for the disaster. The pot pie was wonderful! That’s why I gave them a 2. I might go back for the pot pie, but this place needs to be torn down.

I have been here a few times because my kids and I love the food. I have to get a lot because of the size of my family. But after paying 5.00 each for extra potatoes and ll 3 of the order of potatoes were barely half full is ridiculous. And I ordered an extra side gravy and got home to find I did not have it either. And there was no one around to even speak to about the issue. Just ridiculous.

FYI: the menu in the drive-thru is more comprehensive than the menu inside the restaurant. They only keep the big, expensive options in the dining room. The restaurant was also dirty and there were no lids and straws for the drinks.

The floors and bathroom were filthy. The service was slow. I ordered online and the app said my food was ready, but I waited about 5 minutes before someone even noticed me, and then another 5 minutes for my food. By the time I got home, the grease from the fried chicken had soaked through the box. Expected better Colonel Sanders!!!!

The place has good chicken but in terms of service its horrible. The people are good and nice but this location is extremely understaffed, and It seems when ordering your chicken extra crispy you'll be waiting at least 20_30 mins

I ordered online, arrived at the time they told me, waited for another 20 minutes, was asked if I was helped multiple times but never updated on my order. I waited patiently, was polite. My bucket looked like this after all that. They at least got the order right I guess?

Check your order before you leave the store. This store has a habit of leaving items out of your order. I ordered a 5 piece and they were going to give me a free 8 piece since I spent more than $15. I picked up the order and went back home to enjoy my meal with my family. When I arrived home and took everything out of the bag I discovered that they left out the 5 piece. Yes, everyone makes mistakes but they caused a lot of inconvenience for me.

Too long of a wait and while standing by the counter waiting for my item missed in the order, I see a female in the back, to the left, on her phone and vaping! This was today between 430pm-4:44pm. I was appalled. The food is great but this place needs proper management.

Ordered online to avoid having to wait for my order. Arrive 20 minutes later when it was supposed to be ready. Location is short-staffed, so pickup through drive thru only. If that wasn't bad enough, when I get to the window, the guy asks if I ordered online, because they decided to take online orders only. One hour after I ordered the food, no food. The guy at the window ignored me after telling me to wait up front. He is the manager. 2nd employee, only other person working goes around from car to car asking for names. Shows me a list of 10 people who's food is ready and I'm not even on the list. A full hour after ordering. And here I am still waiting thinking about leaving and forcing KFC to refund my order through the legal system. They have been short staffed all day and for some reason, the manager decides to do business this way instead of closing for the day. The cook was nice and answered questions and I get when you are short staffed things can get tough, but this was ridiculous and the owner should be there helping.

I hate leaving bad reviews but.... Tonight finally ended it for me with KFC. At least Western Center. Long read but… 4 times I’ve ordered. 4 times wrong. First two times, through the drive through, normal combo, nothing special, mid afternoon. 1st time, Drink was wrong. 2nd time Biscuit missing. Irritating but okay. Except for the fact that both times the staff acted like I was such a bother to them because I placed an order. Huh? It gets better 3rd time. I order through their app for pickup. I waited in the assigned spot in parking lot for the order. The app kept showing “preparing order” (or such) After 45 minutes, literally, I went into the store to inquire. Again, they acted like I was bothering them and said, “We’re just really busy, we’ll get to it as soon as we can” It was mid afternoon. I was sitting in the parking lot, you had 2 cars through the drive through, and one walk in customer the entire 45 minutes. Tonight, 4th time I order through the app for delivery. Again, the app kept showing “preparing the order” for 20 minutes. The doordash (I ordered through the KFC app, they use doordash) drive texted me apologizing saying he was still waiting on the order. Another 15 minutes, he texts and says he kept asking and finally got more order and on the way. Now I get the “family” order and 2 of the 3 large sides are missing. Seriously? Yea, I’m done with that KFC for sure.

Having to thaw chicken nuggets at a chicken place on a Friday at 7pm is ridiculous, being told it would take 15 minutes but actually being more than 30 when there were no other customers is unacceptable. This is not the first bad experience we have had here but it will absolutely be the last one.

Absolute trash. Cold chicken. Cold fries. Biscuits were decent. $40 for 12 pc tenders meal, at least make them fresh, not ones from lunch rush. They couldn't even be bothered to reheat them.

I placed an order at the drive thru on Tuesday June 18, and initially told it would be 18 minutes for original so I ordered the extra crispy and pulled to the window to pay. I sat for over 5 minutes and noticed several cars behind me leaving. I finally blew my horn and asked what was happening it was obvious the young man had forgotten my order, and after he gave me my food he angrily stated it’s people like me that make him sick and he was busy doing other things. I tried to call but no one answered the phone. I got home and all of the crust on the extra crispy crust fell off the tasteless chicken I would have taken it back but since I could not reach manager I didn’t bother. Worse KFC ever

Would not recommend the Western Center location. The last 3 visits there's been issues with either not getting the right order, chicken not being good, or having to wait for my order. Never have I been anywhere to order and been told (going through the drive-thru) 2 hours before they close and being told that they're out of a certain item but they definitely should not have been running out of. Won't be going back to this location!

Ordered online, went to pick it up. Was told they gave MY food away. Guy was super rude! Claimed someone "had" my account which is BS. App still showed it hadn't been picked up yet. Don't oder from this store,they will STEAL your money. Claimed this happens a lot, what the heck! Really?!?! STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE!

Arrived at 9 pm, they don't close till 11. Went inside and Noone greeted me for at least 5 -7 minutes. Horseplaying and loud laughter coming from the kitchen. When I was finally seen, I ordered the 5 piece tender combo with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. My food came before I could finish filling my drink which is a freshness red flag. When I got to my hotel there was no Mac and cheese but 2 mashed potatoes. 👎 Tenders were old and like rubber. Threw everything away. Definitely won't go back to this one.

This is the same kfc my family and I have gone too for almost 19 years and have found ourselves going less and less within these last two months. Idk what’s going on but y’all need to fix it. I always get the lil chicken sandwich (Nashville hot) and last month it’s like y’all just poured the sauce over the sandwich instead inside the sandwich on top of the chicken like it usually is. And just last Saturday afternoon around 1pm my husband and I tried going for our usual and was told they were “only accepting card not cash” which I found extremely odd because usually it’s the opposite.

Order is wrong, sides are missing, no dipping sauces... and customer service was literally THE WORST EVER... DON'T go here, I repeat, DO NOT eat here! Every 4 out of 5 visits, always experienced bad service. Slow to take orders, mistakes taking orders. Last visit, i was asked to park and wait. I waited and waited as I saw multiple cars come and go. Over 30 minutes. They wouldn't open the doors, got put on hold on calls. When I finally got my food they just gave a quick compulsory apology. I wish there was a closer shop.

went to this location last night to take advantage of the free 2 piece meal with a $10 purchase. I put the order in virtually and when the receipt came up I noticed the 2 piece free meal was not on there. I called 4 times and no one answered the phone. I went to the drive thru told the speaker guy my issue and he told me to park up front and my order would be brought to me. I asked the delivery guy if the free order was in the bag and he said yes. Long story short it was not so I didn't get anything to eat because I let the kids have the 4 piece meal. Called again no answer so I called the 1 800 number. After 15 minutes on line with 2 different agents I was told someone from corporate would get back to me. Chances of that happening? Probably zero. If they do call and make me whole I will redo this review. The food didn't look that good anyway.....never again!

Gots to be the worst store I've been too. Went through the drive thru and felt rushed just for them to mess my order up and then not even give me part of my order. Called to say something just for them to argue and try to say "its there i just need to look" as if I didnt already look that's why I called. Got back to the store and they wanted to just give attitude. This isn't even the first time I've had a bad experience here and was hoping that maybe they were just having a bad night but no. Definitely don't recommend anyone going to this location unless you're wanting awful service, cold food, items missing, and employees with attitude.

I came at 9PM a half hour before they close last night hungry and tried to order a #3 and she said sorry we only have 2 pieces of chicken left. I said can't you fry more? I waited and waited and she didn't even respond. So i said I guess yall are closing early and drove off. If theyre open til 9:30 they should serve tol 9:30. I dont stop working until my shift is done or half-azz my work 30 minutes before the end of the day. We're good paying customers and get treated like a burden on these lazy employees.

Drive thru order. Bought two pot pies. They must have been sitting there a while. Filling was really thick. Crust was not good. Worst ones we’ve ever had. We ate them and may be sorry. We’ll see. Definitely not going back to that location!

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to KFC. The service was incredibly slow despite the restaurant being relatively empty. The staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, with no sense of urgency. Also, I had to wait over 45 minutes just for a simple order over Door Dash today and ultimately had to cancel. Original ETA was 11 minutes. Definitely not the level of service I expect from a well-known fast food chain. Extremely lousy!

This is my second visit to this location. During my fist visit I placed an order for four wings, luckily I checked my order prior to leaving the drive through window. As I had anticipated my order was wrong. During my second visit, which was today 8/26/24 evening I was rudely greeted by a male worker who was apparently in a hurry to rush us through our order. After pulling up to the window I was approached by another male worker who was obviously not properly trained on customer service etiquette. This particular employee was wearing a different outfit, perhaps a shift lead. If this is the way he treats customers then I can see why his team members treat customers the way they do. The entire staff in this location needs customer service retraining. My biggest problem here is how can you be out of chicken in a restaurant that specifically serves chicken? This is directed to management by the way!

Husband just went by at 7:30 at night. The drive-thru was 7 cars deep so he goes in and gets ignored for at least 10 minutes. Then tries to order an 8-piece and they didn't even have enough chicken to make an 8 piece. Said it would be 30 to 40 minutes before they have it available. This is similar to what happened the last time months ago. We will never try again! This place needs new management. No one even acknowledges you're there.

If I can give a zero I would. I am a uber eats delivery driver, and I came to pick an order on 1/14 9 pm. The staff was very disrespectful and rude. The so called manger was sitting in his car smoking weed while there was me and another uber driver waiting for our order.. and no one seem to care..

9pm on a Friday, guy with dreads running the drive thru claims they do not sell crispy chicken anymore and then when we agreed to original he then decided the fountain machine is also broken. Obviously turning away business, 2 hours before closing time. We came here just 2 weeks ago with no issues, around the same time of night and same day of the week.

My husband and I have ordered here a few times and we have never received the correct order. We are always missing something and the food quality is sad. We receive old stale chicken that seems to have been sitting for over an hour. Biscuits are stale and the Mac and cheese is dry as well likes its been sitting for too long. We called to speak to the manager and he was not helpful at all. He asked us what was wrong, we explained the above and he said we have to order it fresh...like excuse me. Your food should always be fresh. No one should have to request their food to be fresh. Ridiculous, manager needs to be fired and team members need to be trained better.

Order using the app. I only got dark meat when I ordered a mixed 12 pc bucket of chicken. No gravy on 3 orders of gravy. When called the store the manager stated that she made the order and that I could come back up there and get the gravy if I wanted and it was my uber driver's fault. Which I find to hilarious since my husband picked up the order. When I tried to correct her about the uber driver she hung up on me. Do not eat here. Rude customer service and poor quality of food.

My son wanted to try the new plant based nuggets, so we went through the drive thru and got some chicken and nuggets. Nuggets were missing entirely and the chicken was dry and so hard our teeth hurt to chew it. We live pretty far and only go through this area once a week so we don’t have time to drive back.

Today was officially my last day going to KFC. I'm going to miss what that place used to be. The food that I got today they ought to be embarrassed about. Maybe next time they would like to serve some chicken along with all that grease they pour into your bucket. And when did they start serving skinless??My kids wouldn't even eat it and they eat almost anything. Would love to have my $30 back so I can get them some real food. 🤔😠

Ordered Honey BBQ wings and they tasted nothing like the honey BBQ sauce that multiple other locations have...the sauce was brown and wasn't crispy at all...I will never order anything from this Halstom City location EVER 🤬🤬🤬

I am amazed that this place is still in business. They forgot my biscuits and one of my sides and I didn't realize it until I had gotten home. To top it all off the chicken tasted like they dumped a whole shaker of salt on it.

This KFC is terrible. I never had a problem or complaints with an other KFC before but this time they went to far with my order.. I asked for a bucket with 8 grilled chicken but I received a miserable pieces super small, super dry and cold with very nasty smells and had a lot of feathers

Came to this KFC at 9:30 PM tried to go through the drive-through. Nobody was talking. Went around and parked, tried to open the doors. It was locked. Proceeded to notice the time on the doors that they close at 11 PM on Sundays and 12 AM the other days. Saw two of the workers sitting down just eating, on their phones, didn’t even bother to check who was trying to open the door or check the drive-through. There were 5 other cars trying to get their attention and honking. Service and workers are horrible. Don’t recommend coming here.

Let me tell you it took 40 minutes to not get the order. I ordered an hour in advance, I had to wait 40 minutes at the restaurant and the chicken was not good. The staff was rude, and was told if I wanted the crispy it would be another 20 minute wait. Why. Disgusting! Do better!

Watch your receip! They are rounding off your dollar amount owed and keeping it for themselves. Without permission!!! It goes right to the very own KFC Foundation! Whatever that is. Also the food is not fresh, the wings are not the same and taste like cold crap.

After my customer service experience here I see why they had to put in kiosks for people to order. Just rude and not willing to admit they messed up the order. We literally had a whole meal missing.

I planned tinder for our family of 10 people. I had to wait 5-10 minutes before anyone said anything to me. Once they acknowledged me I shared I had a large order and the staff told me I would need to wait while they served someone in drive thru. Terrible customer service, terrible management and leadership. My typical order is over $130, won’t be patronizing this location again.

The woman at the window was very rude and short . Service was horrible, the chicken tasted so old I had to ask for fresh chicken and the lady at the window said we don’t do that . I asked to speak to the manager and she replied I am the manager and continued to be rude. I asked for my money back she rolled her eyes and practically threw my money back at me . I will not be returning to this location unless some changes are made .

Store doesn’t close for 2 hours when I got here, they have no chicken, and refuse to make more. What do they sell hamburgers? It’s a chicken joint with no chicken that refuses to serve its customers 2 HOURS before close! Now I’ve been parked for fries they also don’t have yet refuse to make chicken at the chicken place. I absolutely hate coming here, whether I'm picking up my own order or a delivery order the wait is always 30 minutes or more, you'll stand at the counter for 15 minutes at least before an employee even acknowledges you're in the building.

First off if I could give zero stars I would… apparently KFC closes at 11 pm and I show up at 9:40 and the worker tells me he’s only taking online orders last I checked that’s why it’s called fast food to go through the drive thru and order your food to be rudely told only online orders I’m in customer service and that definitely would not happen at my place of business do better kFC and get workers that want to do their job properly…

I recently moved to the area and decided to get KFC after not having it in a long time, so I was excited. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing from start to finish. Both menu lights were out, and since it was dark outside, I couldn’t see the menu at all. I was asked to wait for my food, but the employee at the window gave me incorrect instructions on where to park. To make matters worse, the food itself was terrible. Overall, it was a waste of hard-earned money.

I placed an order at 9:51 PM for a 6-piece meal with 2 drinks for my child. After waiting until 10:15 PM, I was told they only had 4 pieces. I agreed to substitute the rest with any available pieces, yet waited another 15 minutes. When I finally checked the food, the chicken was burnt and clearly reheated, as if it had been sitting for a long time and dropped back into oil. The fries were the same. On top of that, I was told I didn’t order drinks, even though my order clearly included two drinks. After all this waiting, I had to return the entire order. My child ended up hungry and crying, which is unacceptable. Poor service, poor food quality, and zero accountability. I will not be returning to this location.

My wife wanted KFC despite the 2.8 rating, so I took her to get some. We quickly learned why this location has this rating. I asked for a sandwich and they told me they don’t have any sandwiches right now. After we made it to the window, they told us they were out of corn for my wife’s bowl. You have people leaving because there is Noone at the front! Placed my order through kiosk, I have been here 25 minutes now still didn't get my food. Drive-thru is empty and dine-in is empty. On a Sunday at lunch time, the store is drive thru only and has all of its customers lined up in the parking lot, after already ordering and paying, waiting for food. We waited more than 20 minutes in the parking lot for our food to come to us. People are leaving, having not received food that they paid for. Management needs to intervene.

Horrendous service. The staff didn’t even want to take my order and told me to go use the kiosk instead. The kiosk wouldn’t accept the coupon I had, and when I asked for help, no one cared to assist. Extremely disappointing experience — if you offer coupons, they should actually work, and employees should be willing to serve customers. I won’t be returning until this location improves its customer service.

I ordered family meal and an extra $20 box through the drive through.I didn't realize until I got home that my order was incorrect. Asked for corn, mac and cheese and coleslaw. I got mashed potatoes and coleslaw. My order of biscuits was missing. I asked for extra crispy chicken and wouldn't you know it, I was given original recipe. Sure, you're busy but hey, it's not rocket science. How hard is it really to fill someone's order correctly. Thank you for this experience, you won't get a second chance. If you ask me, go to Popeyes and get your chicken.

Unfortunately for me after I ordered my food through the online portal, the power went out as I drove up to KFC. It was also raining. I understand the circumstance and to anyone that would be hard when customers are coming in to pick up their food. I didn’t appreciate however, the workers at KFC use profanity and yelling at the customers that they have to call customer services to get refunds. I tried to let the lady know that the number shown on the order was for her restaurant. I’m baffled though that she can’t help the people in the store, but there were several people who walked in after us and walked out with food in their hands after we were told we can’t have ours. I really understand the unfortunate situation, but the way we were treated and hearing all the swearing was too much. It’s the closest KFC to us, but we’ll choose to drive further for better service.

I ordered chicken from here tonight. I should’ve known when my 1st order was messed up, I should’ve gone elsewhere, but my family wanted KFC. Food looked like it was thrown together. Biscuits smashed. Chicken EXTRA salty. But the kicker for me is as I was eating my chicken breast there was a long piece of PURPLE HAIR in my mouth! Talk about disgusted and completely disappointed. Ordered 6 piece special, at 450pm Friday extra crispy chicken was burned brown/overcooked and dry/old. One piece was not identifiable as a thigh or drumstick. The wing was only half a wing. This place needs serious management to take over based on the other reviews or shut the doors and close. This location gives KFC a bad name. Won't be back.

When I ordered my 8 piece family meal, I noticed there was a better deal that I could’ve got. When I Tried to have the people at the drive-thr fix it they told me they could not cancel or fix my order. I had to do it online or over the phone after that i got the worst service ever from people on the phone from another country, I was told they cannot fix my order or cancel it after I waited at the restaurant for 45 mins. I was told that they cannot adjust or refund my money back due to the manager at the restaurant put it in their system that we had received the food. They Didn’t even give us what the meal comes with 2 breasts 2 thighs 2 legs and 2 wings. I think the people that works there keep the breast and gave me 4 small pieces of what looks like thighs as you can see that are the size of the hot sauce packet. The biscuits were hard as a rock and the way they packaged our mashed potatoes and corn was unprofessional for being a multi million dollar business. I was told that if I needed to get this resolved, I need to wait for corporate to email me or call me back which never did. Also, the food did not have any flavor at all not the same KFC I remember.

All levels of management from the owner to the store manager should feel ashamed for the pitiful service at this location. I came her at 7:15 pm and asked for white meat in a 3 piece meal. They were out and said it would be 30 minutes. I came back about an hour later, and they only had thighs. I asked what had happened since they were supposed to be cooking more. She said they ran out. I replied, "That's terrible!" She replied, "Do you want to come cook for us?" I told her, "Someone should since they can't seem to get it done." This location needs new managers and employees or to be shut down. I've never had a smooth experience here. They are always out of food or forget parts of my order. I'm not coming back.
