The new naked chicken chalupas are amazing. Not sure how long they will last. Taco Bell is notorious for removing items from their menu forever. Get yours soon.

Great place to do a mobile order at. They had my food ready when I walked in sitting on the shelf for pickup. Fast service and I recommend their good food.

I like how you can take any amount of people. As sometimes not everyone is on the same page of what they want. Servers are really friendly there is a bit of a wait time to time. Never had I had anything wrong on the orders which to me is a plus.

Well we normally go through drive thru but the food and service is always great!

We were traveling back to PA visiting and this location was nice enough to let us call in an order ahead of time even though they typically do not do this. The staff was friendly and we appreciate them.

It was a great spot for a quick meal. Service was very good, not a long wait at all for our food and it was hot, like it was just made.

LJS Fish with malt vinegar is still the best. Friendly counter prople. No linen table cloths or napkins and the silverware is plastic. Hence the 4 STAR for atmosphere. Very clean!

Taco Bell is probably the only place I can say that the food tasted the same and I never had any issues. It wasn’t bad, or old. The employees were nice, and the atmosphere was just great as well. Go to McDonald’s or BK you’ll get cold fries and a nasty burger made wrong even though you asked on an intercom in detail. I love everything on their menu.

This Taco Bell near Cabela's, Which is at scenic location ( Hills in Back of taco bell), Inside was good as well , Men's Rest room was neat, Tables were organized and Advertising for Job was placed on table of someone is interested working there. Food and Drinks were as expected, Service was not bad as well. Overall Safe, Clean and at Scenic location. Parking was plenty.

This is a pretty good Taco Bell. It is nice that they have Long John Silvers too. I am from North Carolina and I usually order a Mexican pizza at home. I ordered one at this taco bell and the red sauce is very different. I was not a fan of it. The tea was also not the greatest. But, overall the food was good and the restaurant was clean!

I went here to actually go to Long John Silvers. For a fast food place they owner really built this building and interior to be sort of 'nice.' surprisingly the bathroom wasn't absolutely atrocious and it was manageable. Not perfect but much better than a lot of fast food joint bathrooms and it was sort of clean. The food is on par with fast food and the wait time was appropriate. I always stop here when I am on my way across the state off of Interstate 78.

We visited in the evening for dinner and used the self-order kiosk. The ordering part went well, but the the delivery was unorganized. I had to remind them about my drinks since they forgot and they gave my freeze drink to another customer. At least the food tasted good.

They didn't give me my Cinnabon delights 12 pack and wouldn't give me a refund on the mobile app. Also forgot my chulupa a different time. Disappointed, sad nothing else. Very good burritos and tacos.

The staff was friendly and took my order quickly. Took longer than expected to get food for a meal to eat inside, and it wasn't exactly correct on either meal we ordered. They remade the order immediately though and without questioning it. Pretty typical fast food experience overall.

Your food is excellent. Servers pleasant, very helpful. When it comes to coffee, you don't satisfy me. You don't have creamers. You use a pump system and it contains a cream type liquid. It's not good. We seniors want milk for our coffee. The server spent a long time to prepare 2 coffees, which means she could have been helping other customers. Time is money. Please change the milk situation. Continue serving great food.

I ordered from Taco Bell & Long John Silvers. I'm sure I'm not the only person who thinks that there should be WAY more meat in any item at Taco Bell. 🤭🤭 Service makes up for it 😁 Long Jonh Silvers chicken is so yummy-I just wish there was a way to get it w/o so much grease in the batter on the chicken & fish. I always ask for extra napkins so I can wrap my plank in it & SQUEEZE the grease out of it!! 😝😝 Both places are together as 1 building w 1 drive through. Convenient for sure & there is a lot of parking, even space for a bus, big rig, vehicle w a trailer or a motor home.

Went to this location for Long John Silvers. The food was really good. The chicken and hushpuppies weren't greasy like at some locations. The restaurant was very clean and had plenty of seating. The staff was very nice, but they did mess up my order twice. They were very quick to fix it and were very apologetic about the mistake . Overall, it was a good place to stop for lunch and I will return in the future.

Yo that girl at the front was so nice she fr deserves a sweet treat. But something about those teenage boys really throws me off maybe it’s their hair or smth idk but too much cheese on my nachos. Service good fr tho. Got a cheesy gordita crunch and this young man named Quinten made it so amazing. It was filled to perfection and made my mouth water. He did a beyond fantastic job at executing the food making process. I would highly recommend.

Not bad I stopped into this Taco Bell / Long John Silver's location because it's one of the few Long John Silver locations left in this area. I got the two-piece fish and six-piece shrimp combo food was okay. Hush Puppies had a weird cinnamon sugar taste to them but I think they mix them with the cinnamon churros from the Taco Bell side

Used to be decent, mobile orders are marked as finished upwards of 10 minutes before they are ever placed at the mobile orders station. You have a 40% chance the food will be made well.

There was no meat or toppings in the tacos or chalupa

There fluctuated between 5-7 employees hounding the register just chatting, therefore our food took much longer than it should have to come out. Once we got our food, the order was only half right, the other half were things we didn't order, and were overcharged for.

Good is your typical Taco Bell Food. The staff gets the order right every time. Issue I have is the obnoxious thumping of the Bass from the radio they have in the back which is heard in the dining room. If I return, it wont be for dining in.

The food was great! We ordered Long John Silver family pack. However, they were seriously understaffed at the time we stopped by. If you've got nowhere to rush, by all means stop by! We waited 25+ minutes in line, which was a ridiculously long wait to buy fast food.

Service here is awful. Check your order twice. They always seem to mess it up.

At this combo Taco Bell and Long John Silvers I had a meal from the Long John Silver Menu. The staff was friendly and the food came out very quickly. I ordered a single piece of fish, 4 shrimp combo with waffle fries, and added a side of clams. The fish was tasty, not a strong fishy flavor, and very flakey, however, the breading was hard which made it difficult to cut. The shrimp were very good and cooked just right. The clams were also cooked well and were tasty. The waffle fries however were terrible. They were cold and like cardboard with no flavor at all. I wouldn't recommend getting them for your side. They did have a variety of sides. The hushpuppies were flavorful but overcooked making them hard on one side and super soft on the other. The restaurant was clean. The tables were very small and the one I sat at needed to be rebalanced as it was wobbly. This place satisfied my need for a quick bite however it was hit-or-miss.

Well maintained Taco Bell. Food is fairly average for a Taco Bell. Self checkout is kinda cool and it let's you customize your order and even though our customizations did not come out correct it was fun to order.

The food was good. The staff should have told you that they were out of certain condiments before you placed your order. I didn't receive any in the bag at all the first time even though I asked and had to pull around again to the drive thru and wait only for them to tell me they were out which should have been previously stated.

No management! High schools kids closing around, no one cares if you get your food, food was burnt crisp. Girl at register asked one of the boys to drop new potatoes he said it wasn’t worth his time or energy. Never did get the potatoes decided to leave before I blew up and caused a scene.

Took 5 minutes for someone to come to the register to take my order, then took 14 minutes to get food and they gave me the wrong Long John Silver's platter. We wanted the super platter and got a fish and shrimp platter instead. The Mexican pizza cheese wasn't melted, and cheesy bean and rice burrito only had cheese sauce on half of it. Not a great experience.

It was very busy and I am very understanding of it being busy but them forgetting a cup of cheese didn’t not have to turn into the hostile situation it did. I know how long it takes to make a cup of cheese, only takes a few seconds and I was being yelled at to wait in line that was wrapped around the store for a cup of cheese ! I was not asking for a whole new order, I was not asking for anything extra just something they forgot (cheese for my chips and cheese). I’ve been in the food industry for 8 years and yes it’s Taco Bell but that was beyond horrible customer service. I believe the girl who was so rude and not helpful at all was Hayley K. When I pay for something I expect to get what I pay for!!

The soda is really good, and the machines are clearly clean, but the wait is horrible, especially for food I couldn't really seem to enjoy. This is very disappointing because this taco bell used to be good. They missed simply a 3pc shrimp after we had gotten our order, which we had to wait in line again for. And I guess the real question is, what happened to this taco bell??

They never seem to get the order correct always have to double check my bag before pulling away. The pieces of fish have mysteriously gotten smaller since the pandemic the meals are not worth the amount of money you pay for them. Stop cutting corners at the customers expense. Check your bag before pulling away the lines get pretty long. Also young kid at the drive through picking his scabs with a taco sauce right at the window in front of the customer have a little decency and act accordingly in the front of customers grossed me out took my sauces home and washed them down and was hoping my food was ok after witnessing that.

The entrance is a little hard to find. This is a 2-1 location. I'm on the road a lot, which means a lot of fast food. The food was terrible. The unsweetened tea had a weird chemical taste. The burrito tasted off, something odd about the meat. The nacho chips were of standard quality though.

Went through drive through guest ordered 3 Doritos tacos supreme meal added jalapenos I received 3 regular Dorito tacos with no added jalapenos I didn't bother to complain atm as I figured they where short staffed as it took about 10-15 mins to get through drive thru line

The food was good but the wait was terrible. I ordered my food online, and still waited (not kidding) 25 min for my food. I was on my work lunch for 30 min. I had 5 min left to eat and get back to work. When I get my food, I am told that they were waiting for hash brown to cook. It’s breakfast time, Why are the hash brown not already ready? Also, I said no sauce, somehow get sauce on it. Terrible experience

Slowest taco bell around, ive stopped at this location after visiting cabelas multiple times. Alwawys takes forever And is seem like the amount of food Isn't consistent. Had 2 chicken Quesadillas one was fuller than the other.

Drive thru is slow, painfully slow. Like there's 7 cars in front of me and it took 4-5mins for each car to go through slow. Before covid hit this place was quick. Update: they got my order wrong. Asked for a blackbean crunch wrap supreme and there was meat in it. Waited 25mins in line for the wrong order I don't understand. Another update: Got a refund and workers in person are actually polite and helpful. Place just gets really busy and sometimes things just get missed.

The gave me a 12 pack of flat tacos with nothing in it. I will never go back there again.

I haven't eaten there in at least 8 months and the Food Quality was horrible, the regular hard and soft Tacos had less than a tablespoon of meat and a teaspoon size pinching lettuce and a pinch if cheese we bought $60 worth and I couldn't belive the Drop in Quality and taste!! The meat had no taste and was gritty and sandy and not enjoyable at all! Please use the recipe that made you famous, because if this keeps up you will be one of those places that we used to go to until one day we can't! Ll because you'll join all the Restaurants that closed their doors forever! I don't want that to happen so please change it back!

How does the manager here still have a job? Seriously? If I was as inept as he is, I wouldn't be able to look at myself in the mirror and would blow my brains out. Not a single table in the place was clean. And when I asked simply for a clean place to sit to eat my food, God forbid, I got attitude though the guy did clean one seat for me (the rest remain dirty). I'm flabbergasted. The food is just ok, but I am worried; if they can't keep the eating area clean, then what is the sanitary conditions of the kitchen? Wish me luck.

Today I ordered a slushee and when I was halfway done I noticed that there was something hard in my drink. Upon further inspection I found a bottle cap and plastic in my slushee. The rest of my food was good though.

Worst customer service I have ever recieved. As a business owner myself I try my hardest not too bring down another establishment. I ordered food online and my fiancee went to pick it up & they were rude to her & it took 10minutes to get the food. The drinks were wrong and all the taco sandwiches were not right. I then called this establishment while they rudely in the middle of me explaining had conversations with their coworkers. They asked what was wrong and told me to bring it back. As i do not live up the street i said I threw it away im alergic to the ingriedient i customized to be removed was not. I asked for a refund and was rudely told thats not possible. I will be calling corporate on this establishment. This will be a red flag as there seems to be ALOT of recent negative feedback on there behalf lately. ORDER # 954494

If you don't mind a 15+ minute wait for your food (one burrito) and a 50% chance of if they'll make it properly (just wanted no sour cream) then it's a decent location I guess.

Waited 15 minutes for a cheesy Gordita crunch with in the drive thru. One person in diningroom no one ahead of me in drive thru and 3 people inside working. Had to call them to get their attention. When guy came back to window told him it was ridiculous and I wanted a refund. He closed the window walked away for almost 10 more minutes and than came back. Said come on dude I have things to do. He looked at me and said I had to get change if you say one more thing your gonna be lucky if I give you your refund. My son is a fan of Taco Bell I frequent this location several times a week. Not anymore. Don’t think I’ll ever return or at-least it for a very long time. We never eat in because of the fact of the dining room being very small and not very clean when we have in the past. Quite disgusted with the customer service here. I was on hour 13 of snow removal. I wasn’t digging my job at the moment either but you do what you gotta do and don’t tell people they’re lucky if they get a refund after services were never done. Where is the quality of service anymore?

Worse job I’ve ever had ! The GM was absolutely horrible and so unprofessional!! No one is ever trained , just hired and thrown somewhere then they wonder why half the orders turn out wrong smh And don’t get me started on the mold me and another coworker found on sauce packets and the freeze machine!! The soda machine in the back and the coffee maker are both broke but the employees are stuck dealing with it ! To top it all of the GM talks to the employees about other employees personal issues, absolutely disgusting 🤢

Ordered food through the app 15 minutes ahead of time, got to drive thru they didn't even know about the order, had to wait. Got the food and every taco fell apart from Grease and they gave me no napkins, umm it's a taco? Don't you think everyone should get them, every other place I go to gives me a handful of napkins.. whatever, should change their name to grease bell.. but most likely will stay away from Hamburg Taco Bell!!!! Do yourself a favor and get real tacos 😂 oh it was also like $20 for 5 greasy tacos and a large soda.. do better or at least make the prices according to the quality of food, I am better off eating out of the dumpster!

Would be nice to update your times on the internet. Got there at 950pm and they are closing at 10 when it says midnight on internet. Pretty bad when people off interstate wanna stop in for food and hours are false.

I had Taco Bell yesterday and it tasted like chemicals along with paper I had only eaten a couple. I took a nap after and woke up about to puke. I’m would like the refund for my $26 that I spent and could only eat $3 worth. so now I’m puking in a toilet since 3am and I have my permit test today I hope to god it’s not food poisoning. I went to the Taco Bell in Hamburg and I’m just hoping I don’t have anything.

Super slow drive through service. What is the point of ordering on the app it surely doesn't help make anything faster. Sat at least 30 minutes in the line at 820 pm. Do not recommend. I got charged for my food and the guy behind me and I got a large Mtn dew that to my surprise had so much ice in it it was gone after the second sip and that’s not an exaggeration. I’m typing this 5 mins from the store cause of how terrible that was. Not a single person inside that store has any idea what they’re doing. But I guess you should expect that in fast food.

This taco bell is a total joke. Even normally they always take a while to get you through the drive thru, but tonight I ordered, sat in line for 30 minutes only to get to the window and be told they don't take credit cards and their machine went down and I couldn't have my food for free. I am not exaggerating when I say I waited 30 minutes. I timed it. Do yourself a favor and go sit down and dine at Logan's Steakhouse. You'll have your apps and entrees before you'd even make it to the window at this Taco Bell.

We went through the drive through, not only did we wait 25 minutes, but finally when we got our food it was falling apart and soggy, most likely for sitting so long!! THEN we have to check our order and it’s not even all correct!!

Ridiculous long wait in drive thru line as they filled a “very large” Mobil order ahead of ours. Cold food by the time we finally received it and staff that did not care in the slightest. Had to walk inside to resolve issue, place was dirty inside. Avoid

By far the worst takeout experience of my life. They cater only to the drive through and it takes an extremely long time to get your food. Take your business to any of the other establishments in the area. Shame on the employees for a lack of customer service and any ambition to create a positive dining experience.

Ordered the Taco Bell Chicken Nuggets and fries meals. 5 piece and 10 piece. This food was not even eatable! Nuggets were hard as rocks and the fries were cold. The sodas were good. I should have known , the kid was looking at me like, these people are going to be pissed when they open the bag. I have the receipt, Corporate will get an email for this poor attempt at food ! Taco Bell rocks, Taco Bell in Hamburg sucks. They are so slow. That’s the one thing that’s consistent with this location, consistently slow. And they aren’t just slow, my order is ALWAYS wrong anyway!! So it’s not like they are slow because they’re double checking their work. I mean it, double check your order before you leave. You’ll think because you ordered on the app they’ll get it right, I promise, they won’t. I live 10 minutes from this TB and I’d rather drive 35 minutes up to St Clair because at least there you get what you paid for.

Absolutely horrendous, this “fast food” restaurant is anything but. Sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes just to get to the window and then another 5 minutes at the window. I realize inflation plays a lot with the prices, but waiting in a line for 25 minutes for subpar food for almost $25 dollars is insane. If you value your time and money choose somewhere else to go, there’s plenty of options in the area.

Just look at my picture and tell me if that’s acceptable for $15? No. It isn’t.

Went to this Taco Bell last night and it was like none of the employees were ever trained to work here. The crunch wrap was loosely folded into a tiangle and had no crunchy shell inside. The chicken bacon ranch chalupas had no ranch, and when I went to ask them for the avocado ranch to put on it myself, they said they were all out. So, instead of telling someone who ordered something that's supposed to have ranch that they're all out, they just made it without and hoped I wouldn't notice? That's not at all what I paid for. I get better service at gas stations when they're out of something I ordered, because they'll COMMUNICATE that and ask what I want as an alternative.

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you have some time to kill and incredible amount of patience. I was the 6th car in line when I got to the order box. I was asked to "wait a minute." I waited for 8 min to order. I asked the man taking my order if I would have to wait long. He said, "It won't take long once you order." The car in the front of the line sat there for 10 minutes. The next 2 cars moved fairly quickly. All in all, I received my food 21 minutes after I got in line. (21 minutes for 5 cars.) Before leaving the lot, I checked my order for accuracy. 1 item was completely wrong, and a 2nd item was missing completely. I went into the lobby and asked for the manager. When he came to the counter, I stated that after waiting in line for 21 minutes, my order was wrong. Without a word, he went and got the correct items. He came back, placed them on the counter, said, "Here you go," and walked away without another word, and certainly no apology. Never again!

I waited forever for my food and then the waffle fries were cold and my fish/shrimp were warmish. It's one thing to wait and receive fresh, hot food, but it wasn't. The fries were not even edible and I'm not a fussy eater! They were cold and hard. Hubby got Taco Bell. He waited even longer and his food was not hot either. What were we waiting for? They made the food then it sat back there? There was 1 person ahead of us waiting for their order. Same experience 2 times in about a month. We will not be back.

NEVER DO ONLINE ORDER! Every time I have done an online order they have added things to the burrito that I specifically put down that I did not want it on my food. My little sister has allergies and it sucks when she takes a bite and starts to cry because she has to now throw the whole thing away. So if you have allergies do NOT trust that they will make your food right. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am very disappointed.

We placed a mobile order at 5:33pm in the parking lot and confirmed the order with drive through speaker and proceeded to the window where they tried giving us 2 different orders to which we repeated our order again and the response was they might of gave it to someone else even though there was only one person in front of us so the worker asked for my phone to re-ring everything at 6:02 and it took another 8 minutes to get our order the real frustrating part was the lack of empathy or care from workers explained that the whole reason we place the order online was because we were trying to make it to the trick r treat that started at 6pm which we are now late for

DO NOT EAT HERE! My entire experience was horrible. First of all, getting to this place was hard. From the main road, you have to drive all the way behind the other fast food joints to get to the hospital plaza, where you can drive into this tiny parking area. My company and I placed a mobile order, and we usually ask for our drink cups so that we can use the machine, but this place fully prevented us from doing that. The guy at the counter had a horrible attitude and said it was their "policy" that people with mobile orders couldn't make their own drinks even though the person ahead of us just did. We had to specifically ask another employee just so that we could get our drinks (not to mention they were out of their heavily advertised drink: "Mountain Dew Baja Midnight") After waiting 15 minutes in a place with only 1 party ahead of us, we finally got our order. And. The. Food. Was. Bad. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I was surprised how little meat they put in anything we ordered. The Chalupa, Gordita Crunch, and the two 5-layers all had barely any ingredients in them at all. Saying they put half the filling as a normal Taco Bell is an understatement. Most of my 5-layer was just lukewarm cheese and my Chalupa was less than an inch in width. Oh and it turned out that they later made us two extra drinks by accident, which we didn't need, so they were trashed. When you have so many other fast food choices in the area (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Dunkin'), there is no reason to squander money at this excuse for a restaurant. Even if you love Taco Bell like me, trust me when I say your food will be 10 times better at any of the aforementioned places.

Well, I would rate the food, but I couldn't get any. Put my order in through the drive-thru and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, and the car in front of me have been sitting at the window for at least 10, I gave up and drove home. I used to really like Taco Bell but it's not worth that long of a wait. I drove to Arby's instead and I was in and out of the drive-thru in 3 minutes. Definitely head there if you're looking for speed.

Avoid this Taco Bell any time after 7pm on the weekdays. We ordered with one car in front of us today and sat for 15-20 minutes waiting for our food. Rude staff too. To add insult to injury, crunchwrap supreme and doritos cheesy ordinary crunch ($7 each as we swapped in cantina chicken) barely had anything in them. This franchise is embarrassing. Wednesday 3/19 shift working around 8pm was downright bad. Use to be good. Went downhill. Came here thinking it'd be faster than Wyomissing as it's a bit closer. Never again.

Highly disappointed in this location! I ordered the chicken Chalupa combo (two chicken Chalupa‘s and a beef taco) at drive-thru, but ended up getting six tacos! It also took them over 10 minutes to get my order to me at the window! Long wait time and wrong food! Highly disappointing!
