Today I ordered a slushee and when I was halfway done I noticed that there was something hard in my drink. Upon further inspection I found a bottle cap and plastic in my slushee. The rest of my food was good though.

Went to this Taco Bell last night and it was like none of the employees were ever trained to work here. The crunch wrap was loosely folded into a tiangle and had no crunchy shell inside. The chicken bacon ranch chalupas had no ranch, and when I went to ask them for the avocado ranch to put on it myself, they said they were all out. So, instead of telling someone who ordered something that's supposed to have ranch that they're all out, they just made it without and hoped I wouldn't notice? That's not at all what I paid for. I get better service at gas stations when they're out of something I ordered, because they'll COMMUNICATE that and ask what I want as an alternative.

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you have some time to kill and incredible amount of patience. I was the 6th car in line when I got to the order box. I was asked to "wait a minute." I waited for 8 min to order. I asked the man taking my order if I would have to wait long. He said, "It won't take long once you order." The car in the front of the line sat there for 10 minutes. The next 2 cars moved fairly quickly. All in all, I received my food 21 minutes after I got in line. (21 minutes for 5 cars.) Before leaving the lot, I checked my order for accuracy. 1 item was completely wrong, and a 2nd item was missing completely. I went into the lobby and asked for the manager. When he came to the counter, I stated that after waiting in line for 21 minutes, my order was wrong. Without a word, he went and got the correct items. He came back, placed them on the counter, said, "Here you go," and walked away without another word, and certainly no apology. Never again!

I waited forever for my food and then the waffle fries were cold and my fish/shrimp were warmish. It's one thing to wait and receive fresh, hot food, but it wasn't. The fries were not even edible and I'm not a fussy eater! They were cold and hard. Hubby got Taco Bell. He waited even longer and his food was not hot either. What were we waiting for? They made the food then it sat back there? There was 1 person ahead of us waiting for their order. Same experience 2 times in about a month. We will not be back.

NEVER DO ONLINE ORDER! Every time I have done an online order they have added things to the burrito that I specifically put down that I did not want it on my food. My little sister has allergies and it sucks when she takes a bite and starts to cry because she has to now throw the whole thing away. So if you have allergies do NOT trust that they will make your food right. This is not the first time that this has happened. I am very disappointed.

We placed a mobile order at 5:33pm in the parking lot and confirmed the order with drive through speaker and proceeded to the window where they tried giving us 2 different orders to which we repeated our order again and the response was they might of gave it to someone else even though there was only one person in front of us so the worker asked for my phone to re-ring everything at 6:02 and it took another 8 minutes to get our order the real frustrating part was the lack of empathy or care from workers explained that the whole reason we place the order online was because we were trying to make it to the trick r treat that started at 6pm which we are now late for

only rating the tbell as 1 star as thats all ive had. it’s unfortunate this is the only reasonable location i can go to and its 0/10 every. single. time. i love me some good tacobell but these people suck. i understand being underpaid but thats fixable, being stupid isn’t it seems. repeated no lettuce so many times i thought they might finally get it right but alas they have not. lived in the area for almost 2 years and have never had a single good experience with this place. again, love tacobell food. hate the stupidity of this location. its especially bad after 6/7pm. unfortunately i still have to use this location until i move. just frustrating man. sorry they dont pay you enough but please just get my order right for once:(

Couldn’t get any long John silvers food… had to settle for taco bell. They were extremely rude, cod is awful. Purposely tried to kill them with kindness and the cashier couldn’t even look at me when paying or getting my food. Lots of places to eat in this area… AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST

DO NOT EAT HERE! My entire experience was horrible. First of all, getting to this place was hard. From the main road, you have to drive all the way behind the other fast food joints to get to the hospital plaza, where you can drive into this tiny parking area. My company and I placed a mobile order, and we usually ask for our drink cups so that we can use the machine, but this place fully prevented us from doing that. The guy at the counter had a horrible attitude and said it was their "policy" that people with mobile orders couldn't make their own drinks even though the person ahead of us just did. We had to specifically ask another employee just so that we could get our drinks (not to mention they were out of their heavily advertised drink: "Mountain Dew Baja Midnight") After waiting 15 minutes in a place with only 1 party ahead of us, we finally got our order. And. The. Food. Was. Bad. Taco Bell is my favorite fast food restaurant, so I was surprised how little meat they put in anything we ordered. The Chalupa, Gordita Crunch, and the two 5-layers all had barely any ingredients in them at all. Saying they put half the filling as a normal Taco Bell is an understatement. Most of my 5-layer was just lukewarm cheese and my Chalupa was less than an inch in width. Oh and it turned out that they later made us two extra drinks by accident, which we didn't need, so they were trashed. When you have so many other fast food choices in the area (McDonalds, Burger King, Wendy's, Dunkin'), there is no reason to squander money at this excuse for a restaurant. Even if you love Taco Bell like me, trust me when I say your food will be 10 times better at any of the aforementioned places.

Well, I would rate the food, but I couldn't get any. Put my order in through the drive-thru and then proceeded to wait 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, and the car in front of me have been sitting at the window for at least 10, I gave up and drove home. I used to really like Taco Bell but it's not worth that long of a wait. I drove to Arby's instead and I was in and out of the drive-thru in 3 minutes. Definitely head there if you're looking for speed.

Avoid this Taco Bell any time after 7pm on the weekdays. We ordered with one car in front of us today and sat for 15-20 minutes waiting for our food. Rude staff too. To add insult to injury, crunchwrap supreme and doritos cheesy ordinary crunch ($7 each as we swapped in cantina chicken) barely had anything in them. This franchise is embarrassing. Wednesday 3/19 shift working around 8pm was downright bad. Use to be good. Went downhill. Came here thinking it'd be faster than Wyomissing as it's a bit closer. Never again.

Highly disappointed in this location! I ordered the chicken Chalupa combo (two chicken Chalupa‘s and a beef taco) at drive-thru, but ended up getting six tacos! It also took them over 10 minutes to get my order to me at the window! Long wait time and wrong food! Highly disappointing!
