This was my go to place to grab coffee after my workouts, but lately, Starbucks at this location has been lacking. I ordered for a black coffee on the app twice in the last two weeks and would arrive 10 minutes after the pick up time. In both instances, the drinks were not made nor did the barista ask me what I was waiting for. During my recent order, I waited 30 minutes after the pick up time and then returned an hour and a half later with the black coffee was still not made. If that is not some cheeks, then I don’t know what is.

My experience here is usually good! I went here on Friday and had the older white gentleman as a barista. He held his hand up at me to pause between items while ordering which I thought was rude. Especially since I only ordered two items at a time between two people. Then when I was paying, he gave himself a $5 tip... My total went from $18 to $23, which I didn't notice until after leaving. I also noticed a younger male barista being rude to a woman asking for the restroom door code. Not sure what was going on at this location that day.

I have been to this location several times and each time I have had to wait on my order 40+ minutes. They do seem to prioritise the drive-through so if you are looking for a bit faster service I would recommend taking that route instead of ordering at the counter or on order ahead.

Slowest Starbucks. It can take 20 minutes for an order, and they almost always have it wrong. Mobile orders lost/forgotten. Parking is terrible. Don't use their lot, park in the shopping center. You will get blocked by the drive thru line.

Very inconsistent with the espresso it’s usually sour most of the time and I haven’t had good espresso from them in a while. Other Starbucks locations is pretty good, but this one always has sour espresso and it’s never consistent with making coffee. Whoever is on the espresso machine. please remove them or teach them how to do it better. Went to Starbucks two days in a row and both times were sour espresso.

The last couple of mornings I’ve stopped by Belmont Starbucks to get the simplest drink a Medicine Ball. Both mornings it has taken 25 minutes the staff behind the counter is very unfriendly and unconcerned about their customers. Thanks look you in your face and see you have been have standing there waiting and never asked the question Sir we will get your drink right away.(THE EXCUSE I GET WHEN I ASK ABOUT MY ORDER IS THE MACHINE DID NOT REGISTER YOUR ORDER 😒 HOWEVER THAT SAME MACHINE TOOK MY PAYMENT…😵‍💫 Dunkin’ please get a Medicine Ball drink so I can spend my $9.68 with a $5.00 tip at you stores.

SLOOOOOWWW! The service is slow and terrible. They are always out of something, don’t make drinks correctly, the drive thru line is ridiculous, the parking lot design is awful. You can’t have such a small lot with slow service. I have been stuck in the parking lot can’t get out because the drive thru is backed up. Only location like this in my experience. Only go here if you’re in no rush and are ok with spending at least 30min waiting for a drink.

I don’t know who the manager is here but they need to get their team together. I placed a mobile order at 7:57am and at 8:33am I still had not received my drink. There were other mobile orders placed after mine that were coming out. I ended up having to leave as I was going to be late for work. Make sure to go through the drive thru or order at the counter as those were coming out faster than the mobile orders. I also counted 7 people behind the bar btw

This is the slowest Starbucks ever! 20 minutes later and my mobile order is still not ready ! Also when you order a warmed pastry, it should not be sitting out getting cold while the drink is getting made ! That makes absolutely no sense!

20 min for a small hot coco. There were just 3 cars and I didn't apologize, I was very surprised but when i saw the reviews on this place it kind make sense.

Just when I thought things couldn’t get any worse, Starbucks decided to charge their regular customers for a cup of water. It’s unbelievable! As if we don’t already pay enough with their high price of coffee. Just nickel and dimming their customers out the door! Starbucks= “Profits over People”

The vanilla protein latte I ordered was undrinkable. There was no espresso flavor as described. It tasted like bitter warm milk with a strong grassy flavor. Slow service is understandable when the staff is working hard and being friendly. Not the case here.

Literally the [consistently] slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. Never less than a 25 minute wait for a drink (even a simple Americano) both in the drive through and in-store. In-store is just full of people waiting, the drive through is always a mess and you can never get in/out of the parking lot because of it.

I understand Starbucks is busy. But why did you make half my order (1 drink) and then make me wait 25 minutes for the other drink? I watched 15 customers come in after me, order at the counter and receive their drinks after I did. This is the second time in a row this has happened.

Waited 35 minutes this morning for my coffee because they lost my ticket. I didn’t find out they lost my ticket until I had to quite literally tell them what I ordered so they could make it due to lack of ticket. The lady was extremely rude and my drink was given to me with no ice. I asked for ice in my drink and they handed me a small cup of ice. I’m completely over it honestly this location is only good at 5am -6am when the moms are working there.
