Definitely the best Chinese food around! May have to wait a bit for your food but it's worth it.

Chinese take-out with an option to eat in. Food is very tasty. Good spices and the vegetables are not over cooked. Every area I could see was very clean, a big plus!

I walk in and it's was very clean. I was so happy with the food. I love there noodles. I will always go back again and again.

I stop there fir the hot and sour soup which is very excellent. Sometimes my family gets full meal take out which is always excellent.

The first order we did here we also got lo mein, egg rolls and pork fried rice. The egg rolls are yummy and big not like the small greasy ones that have been floating around at other chinese restaurants. I was not a fan of the lo mein or pork fried rice. The second time we ordered we got mei fun instead of lo mein and it's the best mei fun I've experienced. Since eating here any time I get chinese food cravings this is the location that comes to mind first. It's quickly becoming my go to spot.

It is evident the restaurant owners work really hard. As for the interior, there is not much space to sit (there are a couple tables and chairs), but most do take out anyways.

The food is great so it is worth the wait. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is that we often have to wait about an hour before our food is ready even if we call ahead. The staff is extremely friendly and the woman that takes orders at the counter and on the phone, also stages and picks all of the orders from the cook in the back, she is always running and working to fulfill everyone’s orders. In 13 years they have only ever missed one item on my order (which tends to be a BIG order) and every single staff member came out and apologized to me for the error, and gave me the item for free for having to come back down to the restaurant to get it.

Just okay

Food was mediocre. Veggie egg roll was just cabbage. One of the 5 meals was missing and when I called for a refund they told me I would have to come back to the restaurant. We live 20 minutes away, not good business practice. Will not be visiting this restaurant ever again

Chicken was so dry...like held under a feat lamp to long, or just plain old. Service was minimal and restricted to taking the order and cashing out....if you want good Chinese in the area go to sherburne...theirs is awesome

Nice service, disorganized, and took forever on food. Some people received their big order before we did and we were already waiting 20 minutes. There were 2 groups that ordered after us but received their food and was done eating before we even received the 1 small order.

Main Moon restaurant doesn't hold a candle to Johnny s Chinese food in Waterville. I stopped in to grab egg rolls to go. I ordered vegetable egg rolls, which consisted of shredded cabbage in wraps. There was no other vegetables. Previously, I had pork fried rice, which also had little or no vegetables. One of the greatest thing about Chinese food is the freshness and variety of vegetables and meats. If you want EXCELLENT quality and variety in the order, and are willing to drive an extra 10 miles, call Johnny's Cafe in Waterville, NY. Johnny will make all dishes to order, per request. He uses fresh everything and will substitute items per dietary preference. Johnny's is a family owned and established business, loved by the community. As for Main Moon, sadly, it's only asset is it's convenient location in Hamilton to serve the Colgate students who may not understand fine and fresh Chinese food.

On December 8th my spouse brought me home rancid broccoli from here. They offered to replace the meal over the phone but I was very unhappy. Especially after he returned without THAI TEA OR STICKY MANGO because Pad Thai hadnot.

Worst food I have ever had. Absolutely disgusting. Fat on the pork was more than meat. Fried rice was NOT fried rice.

She didn’t speak to us at all. it was not worth the drive.

We ordered 2 meals. The shrimp w/ broccoli was very poor. No sauce or flavor. The rice tasted old, the broccoli was boiled and the 6-7 small shrimp were tasteless. The shrimp lo mein was no better. It had no veg's & was tasteless too. The veg. egg rolls had nothing but cabbage. Would not order there again.
