It is very busy here. Food is good and fast. Perfect place to stop and get quickly. On our way to Watkins glens this is a mid place from Westchester county. I ordered here but they packed it to go.

I will say this...the customers that frequent this McDonald gave this place a 4 out of 5. Without them a 3 was the best I could do. Small and not clean inside. Saw tables not taken care of and the floor was a mess. Perhaps they were under staffed on this particular day. The friendly local crowd is what was noticable. Hats off to you. Everyone was friendly saying hi, holding doors, and striking up conversation. Nice seeing good people about.

Service was slow, fries weren't fresh and the place was just dirty. Men's bathroom was disgusting. I'm talking urine on the urinal and floor. The booths just had dirt all over the floor. The drinks dispenser were also covered in water or soda from the machine. Unless it's an emergency I wouldn't bother stepping foot into this place.

Food was good. Workers were kind. But I choose McDonald's specifically to take advantage of the play pen. And it was disgusting. The photos are after I asked a worker to clean up. I would of rather it have been closed. The worker came wiped some tables and neglected the rest. I requested them to close the play area up. Very unsanitary.

We specifically explained then our die restrictions and they served us the wrong meal. Even the receipt shows what and how we wanted. Not sure why, seems like them made the mistake intentionally. Couldn't eat that. Sorry to say, need CSR training

Literally, the worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. We waited more than 15 minutes for our food. When it was finally ready, they forgot all three of our drinks. When they made my coffee finally, the order was completely wrong.Then I asked for two honey mustard sauces. They gave me three sauces but only one was honey mustard, but it had a hole in it. The other two sauces were ranch and sweet-and-sour. Avoid at all costs!

The whole store needs cleaned. I understand they are probably short staffed, but all the tables in the lobby were dirty and the floors had garbage on them. The trash cans were full. Bathrooms had toilet paper all over the floors. And no toilet paper at all in the one stall.

Slow service, even slower food and the whole place is filthy. Bathrooms out of a horror film, and all the trash cans stuffed to the point of overflowing.

We sat in line for forty minutes. It was 10:20, they close at 11. We finally got to the speaker to order, the man asked if we were using the mobile app and then completely ghosted us. We pulled up to the window, saw two people working inside and sat at the window for another ten minutes. No one could even have the courtesy to tell us they weren’t taking our order.

Absolutely disgusting. The poor girl at the counter was doing everything while the three people at window screwed up. After an hour of waiting… the guy in the back threw our fries in the bag. They were not even fully cooked. Also the amount of bugs is killer. My son found an ant farm going on in the floor. There were flies all throughout the kitchen, spiders, and many other bugs that I could not identify. This place needs to be exterminated bad. They probably have roaches and rats too.

Pretty rude stuff for no reason. Actually opposite. We have been waiting for 28 minutes for our order. When I mentioned it to the stuff , they replied very unpleasant that they were cooking and I did show the attitude.. lol . No sorry, no discount, no coupon but absolutely rude way of talking. Wish I can see the manager if we weren’t already been here for half of hour. And I don’t need to big fries I haven’t order being thrown on my face with rudeness.

Just popped in here to grab a snack on our road trip. Waited 5 minutes and no one served me so I used the machines. Then i went to the bathroom. There was no soap in either soap dispenser and they had placed the empty inside part of the soap dispenser upside down as if one should use it. But when I did so i got nasty cold water on my hands. I then left the bathroom to leave and noticed all their bathroom cleaning supplies on this table that people can use to eat including the toilet brush. How are the staff washing their hands? Absolutely disgusting.
