Christmas came early. I unwrapped a well crafted SuperSonic breakfast burrito this morning. Fluffy eggs, melted cheese, meaty sausages, crispy bacon and tater tots. Those are some good looking ingredients. My taste buds thought so too. Their French vanilla iced coffee is quite refreshing. Five stars.
Sonic is in its redemption arc. 4-5 months ago I would have had very, VERY negative thoughts of Sonic. The average wait was 45 minutes to an hour and a half. Nowadays it’s 5 minutes or less, and on a bad day, 10 minutes. I have never tried the real food here, only their sundaes, shakes, and blasts, and that’s because of my family who is a huge hater of the food here, (some of these reviews might be my family members) so I have never been able to try the real food, until now. The real food doesn’t stack up to the sundaes, shakes, and blasts, but they’re still good.
As ridiculous it might sound, I have been in searh for a good soft icecream for the longest. Last time I ordered one from Mc Donalds and shame on them their soft icecream was made out of mostly ice which is a cheaper version of soft icecream. This ice cream is made with real ingredients. It melts in your mouth, has a silky texture, creamy, airy. It is made with real heavy cream, good quality chocolate and whipping cream. And the fruit on top tasted good as well. Do your self a favor and try this one out. The price is 2.19$. Quite frankly I don't think they make that much of a profit from it. Thank you for making it pretty and tasty. Nice treat after a good swim. It made my night. Will be back again for sure.
Food and drinks where decent, but the service was horrible, the guy at the window looked dirty, and was not very helpful, just pushy, and that didnt help get the drinks out any faster... not my favorite sonic to visit...
Food usually tastes fine but is always wrong. I’m not sure if this location doesn’t carry bbq sauce for some reason but I can never get bbq sauce. Ordering online also does not seem to help avoid tomatoes when you ask for no tomatoes.
The wait is always a long one. It sometimes takes staff several minutes to even acknowledge that you are in the drive thru to take your order. I'm not crazy about any of their hot food items, but the ice cream blasts are pretty good, if expensive.
The wait time sucks. Other than that im concerned for the employees. There is no sidewalk for them to walk on when they bring out drinks. They have to walk next to cars or on the curb. Other sonics I been to have sidewalks.
What’s the point of ordering on the app if you’re going to wait 30-40 minutes for 2 shakes. The app was saying we already received our 2 shakes. We had to go through the drive through and wait another 10-15 minutes

Came at 1045 to order drinks for the half price promo. They turned off online ordering to the location so you have to use the drive thru but off course won’t honor the pricing. Reviewed one in all honesty. They just don’t want to work and they want to close early so they just turned off their ordering early.
waited 10 minutes on nov 18 at 8am-8:13 no one came foreward in drive thru or stand called and the number went straight to machine very unprofessional

young hispanic girl manager at night was really disrespectful and rude, gave me so much attitude and interrupted me multiple times over a misunderstanding . their customer service is so bad and they lack it a lot. she made the experience unpleasant, and I felt unwelcome as a customer i would not recommend this location .
Horrible, just bad!... how long does it take to make a milk shake? I got to the ordering mic and was told to wait... for 9 minutes!!, then once I made it to the pick up window, literally 22 minutes later, I got my food and was once again told to wait for the milk shake, for 13 more minutes!!! It should not take close to an hour to get fast food, and food that I will say is barely edible, it had been like 15 years since the last time I went to a Sonic. I think I know why now.
Place took 40 minutes to get an answer, tried parking drive up, then drive thru, and after all this time for 2 milkshakes an hour wait. How ridiculous, no special happy hour or nothing. Understaffed or not this is actually insane service.i I’m fuming and it’s 100 degrees outside, it’s too hot for this ☹️
Food is okay cold and watered down but decent for fast food customer service is always pretty subpar. Most employees are extremely rude and will rush you. One male mocked our order as we were still in the drive through so we just left.
Food is good. Pretty expensive but good. Although, with little people coming to this place, the service is slow and terrible. I went this morning to have a sweet treat, and the worker over there said that the icecream machine is out. Is this mcdonalds or what?! The lady at the speaker took a long time for her to get my order and then breaks it to me that their main item on the menu is not avaliable (Which was the icecream). Honestly, foster freeze might be a better "go to" now.
Worst sonic ive ever been to ! They need to close seriously. They over charge for food and then won’t refund you ! The attitude is wild. If you don’t want to work don’t DAVID. I would never go here again, I will be reporting to the BBB with proof of overcharge as well as well proof of refusal to refund I have contacted the customer support line in which they couldn’t refund me cause it was the business that had to, they never reached out to me! So still never got a refund or even my money back for being overcharged.
Horrible service. Waited at pull in, pressed button, no answer for 15 minutes. Did drive thru instead, waited at speaker for 15 minutes. No answer. Said “Hello” repeatedly. No answer. Drove up to window to be greeted with a “Uhhh can I help you?” by an associate with long black hair & glassy, red eyes. I said “Am I able to order here at the window, I’m not sure if the speaker was working.” He said “I was about to ask for your order buttttt okkkkkkkkk. What did you need?” There was no one in front of me, only behind me. I got a blast. Very few toppings, all in top, none mixed in. Instead of bringing up his attitude to him directly, I’ll place this here in hopes it gets corrected. I’m just visiting from out of town, won’t be back to this location.
I love rootbeer floats from A&W. However, it was late and they were closed. I was really bummed until I remembered Sonic. I was so excited that I ordered a large size float. It turned out to be the smallest large size I've ever seen. But they charged me $7+ dollars. I told them I thought they had made a mistake - they gave me a small size. I was told that it was thier large size cup. The worst part was that it tasted horrible. It did not taste like rootbeer soda but more like rootbeer flavored water made with a mix. The icecream was grtty; sandy, As though they used some kind of mix and didn't mix it enough. I WAS SO MAD!!! However, I was too embarrassed to take it back and complain. I KNOW THAT WAS ON ME,
Went here do get my daughter some food after practice at school. We ordered our food through the patio and the staff was not only rude and dismissive but the patio was full of trash and it took over 20 minute to get a chicken sandwich…We love sonic but not this one definitely will not be returning here . However the food my daughter said tasted great !!!
