This is one of the best Whataburgers that I've ever had the best experience at. The service is always top knotch they are always so intentive with making sure you are very satisfied with the service, and your food. And it's been the same way every time I'm there and I go on a daily visit many times a week . for breakfast and another meal latter in the day. I'm known by name and I always get treated like I'm their favorite person when I'm in there. Stop in there for your first time and I promise you will never get dissatisfied when you are walking out the door.
Cali served and took my order in drive through at 2:30pm she was amazing! She even got me to upgrade my drink on my meal. She was polite and very engaged I haven’t had a people experience like that since before Covid I am so used to no small talk at all to barely hearing please and thank you. But she went above and beyond. Give that wonderful person a raise please!
On July 4th at midnight this drive thru was slammed with 10-15 cars. I was one of those cars and to my surprise I was in and out within 30 minutes, my food was cooked to perfection and delicious! They got my order right down to the toasted buns annd condiments I asked for. Amazing staff! Great service! And even better food! Thank you Whataburger for a great meal to end my night!

Every time I come to my hometown location here in Ingleside they always take care of me. The staff is kind and enjoyable to converse with, food is always A+. Manager kept coming out to check on me as if this was a full service restaurant. I travel all over and this is truly a one of a kind experience, keep up the great job.
Dining room was clean, restrooms were clean. The person who took my order Sunday morning went out of her way to serve me coffee that I requested. She was friendly and provided great customer service. She made my morning! Thanks for your help with my coffee I needed that extra effort after a long weekend without good coffee. I apologize I don't remember her name it was about 10 am Sunday 10/12/25.

They built this restaurant from the ground up but it has a very poor curbside layout. You have to drive in towards in coming drive through traffic. I don’t like that. And then your employees have to cross that same traffic. Idk just poor design and makes me not want to pick up (which I would do on the way home)

Beautiful new location. I tried to place an order but no one greeted me or was available to take an order. The men’s faucet motion sensor was not working so I couldn’t wash my hands. Makes me wonder how they wash theirs.
Ordered a few burgers for me and my friends and they forgot an entire meal, my friend's order was gotten wrong twice. Took forever to get gravy. For a new location service should be better.

Every time I order or go to pickup an order something is always and I mean always missing. Also, when someone orders a chocolate shake make sure you clean it beforehand because all I tasted was strawberry and luckily I’m not allergic but I can’t stand the taste of strawberry… was not pleased. Not to mention the fact I PAID for 2 cinnamon rolls and only got one. The employee handing food and drinks to us not once said anything beside I’ll be back with your food and then here’s your food… unacceptable someone who used to manage fastfood it is not hard to stay on top of food going out. Orders being proper and drinks being made to order.. poor service!!!

The drive-thru is an absolute nightmare — about a 2-hour wait for fast food is beyond unacceptable. Poor setup, poor flow, and a complete waste of time. I do not recommend this location at all.

The second lane is never open no matter the time of the day. Because it’s never open the lines go by slow and most of the time our food isn’t fresh. Do better and get more employees so you can cater to the community better.
Stood there for more than 10 mins even made eye contact with one of the workers and no helped me or could of at least said something. All I wanted was some ketchup 😕.

Cold fries and burger in Ingleside last nite
The service was slow, I waited 15 minutes before I asked where my order was.
Whoever designed, approved or had a hand in it, should be demoted or fired, because they have no idea what Whataburger truly is. MUST have been a Chicago yankee. Where is the iconic photo of the Little Leaguers, the separate tables (instead of all of them jammed together like a cafeteria), and the photo of Whatabuger founder Harlen Dobson is TINY maybe 8x10 and hidden around the corner. The dining area is Sterile like a Hospital Cafeteria and less inviting with cramped seating area, uncomfortable chairs and a couple of booths having too low of a seat for the table tops... Also the dining area is smaller than the pervious location... what happens on Friday nights in the fall after football games, or bi weekly Basketball games ... no space for visiting teams or families... total strike out ! If this is the "New Face" of Whataburger, count me out ... I will drive to other locations or maybe not at all... DO BETTER... maybe revive the old building.

My husband and I went through the drive thru around 12:40-12:45 am, we had a mobile order. Turns out the app glitched and sent my order to Whataburger in Aransas Pass. No big deal. However, the heavy set girl with I believe red hair, that was running the “window/door” had an attitude from hell and was rude. If you don’t like talking to people nicely, you shouldn’t be in the fast food industry.
I've been to this brand NEW location 3 times. All three times, I've had stale un-salted fries. My burgers have been thrown together (patties and other ingredients halfway out of the buns or to one side or smeared in sauce to the point it covers the outside of the buns) the patties also taste like they sat on the side for too long or the grill hasn't been cleaned. Wait times have increased drastically; even though they now have two lanes now for drive-thru. The first time I came to this location, 6 employees just stood around BSing while one girl was making drinks and running orders. I hope they improve, but for now, I'm going to the aransas pass location.
New Whataburger is a JOKE. Long wait times no matter what time you go. I order one kids meal for curbside pickup and it takes 30 min to get out. If you go at night be ready to wait an hour in their drive thru even when you order ahead online. Plus they get your order wrong anyway. Awful service.
This NEW Whataburger is TERRIBLE! They have ruined this place. Tiny interior, AWFUL parking lot, kiosks that you need to hit with a hammer, just to get them to work. I cannot believe they purposefully downgraded to this new location so badly. No ketchup or napkins in the lobby. Nobody at the register... I truly wish I could leave ZERO stars!

The whataburger in Ingleside has always been subpar, but the new location is even worse. The service is slow even when there is nobody in line, our order is always wrong, and the dining is EXTREMELY small. We have not had a good experience at the new location since it opened up. Really disappointed.
Service is trash. Given a dirty cup couldn’t bother to check it before handing it to me . Walked away before I could say anything waited 5 mins before I could get the person attention to ask for another cup. Was told food would be on counter didn’t bother to ask if I needed anything then was made to wait again just so I could get ketchup lady was nowhere to be found had to ask driver thru lady instead . DO BETTER !!!!!
I stopped going to this specific whataburger because every time they would mess up my order as if it was on purpose, recently went by to see the new place and the two times I’ve ordered from there I’ve gotten my orders wrong, and they have forgotten stuff to go in my order. It used to be a nice place with great people that actually cared now not so much.
New but not improved. Sat at the drive thru and no one greeted or responded to the multiple "hello" and "can you hear me?" calls. The drive thru attendant decided to take off the headset off of her ear. When. I called the manager simply stated it was because of shift change. Not sure what that has to do with a person not wanting to work. Needless to say, same old Ingleside Whataburger.
The service stinks waited 25 minutes for my order then the doesn’t have any cheese.The buger is dry, to many employees standing around not doing nothing or sometimes not enough employees.The old Whatabuger was a lot better. Next time I’ll go to aransas if I have to.Oh and they should’ve stayed with the old app.
This new whataburger have a big door instead of windows and I Watch the lady have her fingers in my drinking cups before she filled them up after she been touching her pants, screens and counters! Now drinking this and I’m not a picky person but man why even stick your fingers when no telling what story you living
Service here is the same as it was at the old Whataburger. Slow, can’t seem to get the right order, drive thru takes too long, just terrible all around.
It's a brand new store, and I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive through for cold chicken and half cooked french fries. What a disgrace.
Messed up my order despite having clearly stated my order
After building a brand new facility you would think things would get better. In reality it got worse. When you go inside, there’s never anyone at the counter to assist you. You order in line it still takes you 45 minutes to an hour to get your food. Then you get home and 90% of the time the order is wrong or the food is overcooked dry burnt french fries do not go to this Whataburger.
I ordered Curb Side and it said my order would be ready at 1:19-1:22,I watched drive thru get cleared out,another car pulled up next to me curbside got theirs before me and left,then at 1:36 my food still hasn’t came out,so I went in and asked about my food and the girl at the counter went and got my bag of food,I then asked how long has my food been sitting there and she says I dunno with a smerk,I asked again and she said I dunno,I said well I’d like to talk to a manager that does know,manger came to counter with my food,I said it’s been 20 minutes since I was told I’d have my food,and he says well the chicken takes 7 minutes,I said it’s been 20,and he said well it came up raw,and I said so you double dipped it and refried it?,he smerked and shrugged his shoulders and said yea. This will be last time I come back,very disrespectful and disappointing,I would give negative 5 stars if I could

Drive thru at this location is beyond ridiculous. During lunch time even don't bother, your whole Lunch Time will be used up waiting in the drive thru line. Managers need to get their stuff together and be ready for lunchtime

I dont understand how they have a rude and incompetent person as a manager he doesnt know how to speak to people we always have problems with him his name is charles and he is the reason why i will stop going to the ingelside whataburger when he is not there i never have a problem so i will not be returning to this location again until they have people who have customer service skills and know how to treat there customers .
