It's Boba Time

BobaTime is a solid spot for a quick boba fix. I got the honeydew milk tea with boba, and it was refreshing with a nice balance of sweetness. The boba was chewy and fresh, though a few were a little too soft. The menu has a lot of options, which is great, but it can be a bit overwhelming. The place was clean and the service was fast, though not super personable. Overall, it’s a good go-to if you’re in the area and craving something sweet.

Honestly, the drinks are great and what they make is amazing. It’s just the long wait time. They always take forever to make drinks. And it always looks like they’re understaffed. Every time I go I’m always satisfied with what I get but not satisfied how long I have to get it. I really don’t want to be rude but if you’re gonna be a popular spot where lots of people are coming, just hire more people

Honestly, the drinks are great and what they make is amazing. It’s just the long wait time. They always take forever to make drinks. And it always looks like they’re understaffed. Disappointed that they have a restrooms and they put a sign that only employees can go inside. Even though they sell drinks and food you can't use it. The cashier who took my order was really friendly and the boba drink I got is really good. I got the strawberry boba drink. It's pink and cute! The boba is on the smaller end which is nice instead of the regular size boba. Not sure I'll come back.

I've been here more than a couple of times and they just can not for the life of me make the strawberry and coconut smoothie the right way the times I've ordered it. 😅 The first time I had that drink was at the Boba Time in Gardena, and they actually put chunks of strawberry bits at the bottom of the drink and some strawberry syrup and it tastes really good. If you like that drink do not order it here, owner seems to be a bit stingy with the toppings. And another thing don't waste your time ordering through the app, you will be waiting an eternity. From what an employee said, it's best if you just order it there in person. I really wanted to continue coming here but I don't mind driving 2 1/2 more miles for a better prepared drink and better service.

I also asked for a simple favor to divide my drink in two cups bc my toddlers do not need a whole cup and of course, it was No but they could have just offered me a lid! Which the manager had common sense to do. Anyway, they need some fine tuning in critical thinking and customer service skills

This place NEVER has acai bowls and seems like they run out very early in the afternoon and they don't take orders over the phone. Orders when there take forever and so its so crazy how if a place wanted to make more money then maybe they should keep up with the demand. Its honestly foolish.
