Jino's Pizza

Wow! The Detroit was AMAZING. Big enough for 2 people and flavorful with every bite! Definitely the best pizza I have had in a while. The hype is real! The wait can be pretty long though. We waited about an hour and 45 minutes. It's located next to a lot of dessert/coffee shops so we were able to kill some time that way.

The pizza is decent there. There was a time when I would have given Jino's 5 stars, but the pizza just doesn't have the same zest as it had a few years back. I ordered the veggie pizza and was disappointed with the blandness. It was not bad, but it was not so good that I would refer someone there.

The only thing that tasted good was the soda and thats because they had nothing to do with making it. The saled was hot from being in the same bag as the other food. Spaghetti sauce was watered down. Just gross. The mozerla sticks were stale and the pizza and calzone were room temp. Maybe they need more drivers so the food isnt sitting a long time before delivering.

I ordered my meal online... My order arrived an hour and 30 minutes after receiving the order confirmation email. The driver forgot half of my order, he actually mixed it up with someone else's, but he went back to pick it up and delivery it to me. Overall I was disappointed. First and last time ordering from Jino's.

Where to start. My order took an hour and a half to get to me. After I called a few times after the time frame for delivery the woman kept saying my food was on its way and the guy was on his way. When the guy finally arrived not only was my food cold but my order was completely wrong. I called them back to inform them and all the rude woman answering phone said was “oh well sorry” and hung the phone up in my face. I will never order from here again. And I will be reporting them to the BBB.

I gave Jinos another chance, but this. Is yet another awful experience with the food. The chicken parmesan is awful. They burned the chicken, and topped it with overcooked pasta. PLEASE don't EVER order from here.

This place took one hour 45 minutes to deliver my food when they said it would take 40 minutes and i order a supreme pizza and it was cold and not cook very well and the burger i ordered was cold and had no veggies if i could give 0 stars i would ....

I ordered some tacos and it had mostly vegetables and a little bit of chicken. The owner or mgr was contacted through slice and they said they fixed the way i asked. I never asked for a vegetarian chicken taco...that doesn't make since. The owner or mgr was very nasty and rude about giving me a refund but it's ok because i order from a better pizza place with better customer service. I will never order from there again, they are super rude. They should have kept the old owner and employees,they were much better at customer service and they always got the orders right.

Horrible! It took well over an hour for my delivery & the driver has no change. The order was wrong & the food was cold. I called and advise them of the order error. They told me that I would get my correct order & my change shortly. That did not happen. Some ignorant young dummy girl calls me 30mins later and tell me to give back the original order in exchange for the right order. I told her to keep the food & bring me my money back. The driver shows back up with less change than he owes me, so I give the change back & told him to bring me all my change back. This has been a 2 hour ongoing process going in 3 hours & I still don't have my change. Go Figure. A Trump moment?

And didn't have time to go around to find it out. They took my money, put it back in my account later and later on THEY TOOK MY MONEY AGAIN! Thanks god didn't find the place, online and by phone was an awful experience already.

One of the worst food experiences in recent memory. I would be surprised if a single fresh non frozen ingredient was used on my order. Soggy cold pizza not fit for the frozen food section, and Spaghetti and meatballs that clearly came out of a bag.(if they didn't they should be embarrassed. ) soggy unflavored garlic bread and flat room temp soda capped off a truly awful dining experience. Wish I could give them zero stars

You often make excuses saying you're sorry for the negative experience saying you'll change it yet it's the same disrespect every single time and the same unprofessional service. I will be contacting the better business bureau to report your lack of professionalism and customer service etc. Spend nearly $50 on low rated food that isn't freshly cooked and delivered cold and the people answering the phone cut you off and hang up on you when you ask questions. You need to be shut down.
