Aesthetically this is the nicest Quickly I've ever been to and on the higher end for most boba places. The large tables and numerous outlets for each table are great for working or studying here as well while enjoying some kpop over the speakers - 5/5. The boba is very affordable with the large sizes actually being quite huge. Got the yogurt strawberry shake with tiny boba - 5/5 for the value. Also got the popcorn chicken which was cooked well enough though admittedly I've had larger, juicier, and more flavorful chicken at other places - 3/5 passable and wouldn't say no, but there's better competition.

Loved the place! It’s such a warm and cozy quickly place, we usually order from DoorDash but this time we decided to came. What a good surprise! Next time we are definitely coming back.

Atmosphere is nice. The service is a bit slow. The food is good except for the up the price. I'm giving it four stars overall because they up the price and now they're just as expensive as Starbucks when it used to be cheaper. I don't know if it's just this location but that was a bummer to find out. It is not almost $5 when it used to be like three something so what did they do up it $1.70 more. I don't know but they're still pretty good and I would still go here. But not often anymore like I used to.

I like this place, I often buy coffee here but lately the ladies don't pay attention to the order, I order without sugar and without ice and I get sweetened and with ice. Sometimes I wait a long time even though there is no one in front of me. And people who come after me leave faster than me .

I asked for it to be remade, but nothing changed. I think I'll just observe who's making the drinks before I order next time 😭

I'm a regular here and usually don't have any complaints. Slow service! We arrived on Sunday at noon and waited for over 40 minutes for our food. We noticed that our food was ready, but they did not hand it to us until I asked them four times and told them that I wanted a refund because I was tired of waiting, and of course the food was cold after sitting on their kitchen table for so long. Some items are overpriced and come in little portions! The Popcorn Chicken is fine, but you must add salt, pepper, and chili powder yourself at the checkstand; otherwise, it lacks flavor. The Octopus Karaage was a bummer; what we saw in the box was extremely small.

Just because she’s a kid doesn’t mean you can let her walk out with this waffle looking like this. Did y’all got this waffle from someone’s leftover or from the trash bin?

When I asked the staff, they were a complete jerk about it and said I have to pay extra for the boba even though the picture CLEARLY shows boba inside the drink.

She decided to take the wrong one that she made and remake it with the same tea and recharge me for full price. When i asked her to give me the wrong one made since i paid for it she said she couldn't since she used the same tea. So i pay twice for the same tea. Not coming back.

Ordered a halo-halo drink with DoorDash. The next morning I found out a piece of rotted metal in the bottom of the drink, about as big as the diameter of the cup. It is disgusting and I would never order from this store again.

Poor service. Served 5 orders after mine before acknowledging my order was ready 20 minutes ago

Employees defitnely need safe food handling training. Sad beucase they have so many cool snacks and boba. Eat at your own risk.
