I was having a bad day but then I went to order my items and the people made me feel very welcome. They were polite and genuinely cared about great service. My barista Nikki was amazing and her help was very appreciated!

I've generally had a very good experience at this Starbucks. Sometimes I've had an excellent experience too. It can get busy at times.

Just had a great experience at the Harker Heights Starbucks! Sam brought out my drink and even opened two umbrellas to give us some shade outside, which was super thoughtful. Adia brought out my sandwich, and both of them were so kind and helpful. I know they can’t always do that when it’s busy, but I really appreciated the extra effort. It made my visit that much better!

I usually go to the store but sometimes I doordash recently I doordashed and when it got here half of my coffee was spilled in the bottom bag I called the Starbucks staff and they went above and beyond to help make sure that, that did not happen again even though it wasn't their fault. Plus they are always super friendly. Very bubbly atmosphere.

I love Starbucks a bit too much. Why I keep coming to this one is because it's closer and convenient. My complaint is I order the same thing every time at each and every Starbucks. My drink at this one is always weak and taste watered down. What I feel like their doing to cut cost is reusing coffee grounds or skimming me on my extra shot. Either way it's always the same here but made much better at other Starbucks. It's expensive enough why are you skimming. Update: went again. And again extremely weak. Nothing but milk and the flavored syrup. I even asked for an extra shot of espresso. Tell me this is what an White Moca looks like with and extra shot. This is literally the only one that I've had this problem with.
Goodmorning, I am writing this review in regards to an employee working the window around 7:20am this morning. She had the most horrible attitude and needs to be pulled from the window immediately, especially spending $30+, also if they are the first person seen in the morning when starting the day. There needs to be somebody who works under pressure well at the window, or just somebody else in general. Drinks were great though!

Went inside to avoid the long drive thru line, stood around waiting to be serviced and one of the employees who said he would help me was just standing there chatting and never serviced me. I had to order through my mobile app to pick in person in order to get my order in. I also didn't receive the food item i ordered and had to ask upfront for it only to be told they didn't have other ones only what was in the case.
I’m honestly shocked and extremely disappointed by what I experienced today (July 15, 2025) at the Starbucks inside the Harker Heights Target. While waiting for my drink, multiple employees were loudly gossiping about a coworker, using foul and highly inappropriate language — all in front of customers, including young children. It was completely unprofessional, disrespectful, and frankly, disturbing to witness in a public setting. As if that weren’t bad enough, I ordered a drink with almond milk due to a lactose intolerance — a dietary restriction I clearly stated — and was still given regular milk. This isn’t just an innocent mistake; it’s a health risk. If I hadn’t noticed, I could’ve ended up seriously ill. There is absolutely no excuse for this level of carelessness and unprofessional behavior. Starbucks and Target both need to take this seriously — customers deserve a safe, respectful environment, not one where staff are gossiping like it’s a high school hallway and failing to meet basic food safety standards. I hope corporate and local management investigate and address this immediately. This was completely unacceptable.
I have been to many Starbucks, this one is awful. Worker couldn’t stop socializing long enough to make my order then couldn’t remember what she did so had to start over.
Coffee wasn't that hot and the truffle mushroom egg is gross. Don't order it
Worst experience ever I waited in line with my friends for almost one hour. It was raining and we had nothing to do, thats y we waited. At least ten ppl left the line though One girl working was taking one order, then the other one was making it, taking their time. One of the girls was just doing busy work,moving sirup from one shelf to the other and constantly leaving to go to the supply room empty handed . They even seperated my friends and my order. So i had to wait for her drink to be done ,to even place my order. These girls had smirks on their face and whispered all the time, while customers were waiting. Very unprofessional and not efficient We will never go back there again. With all the coffee places around, this store has to pick up their game
Lady named keke took the longest time on my drink while also being in Lala Land the entire time, made a remark about my drink when I'm the one paying for it as well as laughing at it and commenting ew multiple times. Everyone else was quite nice but, I would rather not have her make my drink again, especially with her appearance and personality (very unkept and not friendly.) Not even to mention I waited around 20 minutes for a simple drink when there was only about 4 people who were waiting on orders with no one in drive thru.
Poor customer service. I waited for over 20 mins after my order was supposed to be ready. I asked for an eta and the employee looked at me and asked another customer what they needed.
Dear Starbucks Customer Service, I wanted to share feedback about an experience I had at your drive-thru yesterday. When I arrived at the window, I took a few seconds to locate the Starbucks app on my phone. The associate, whose name tag read Keke, told me that I needed to be ready because it was a drive-thru and things needed to move quickly. I was taken aback by the tone and the comment, and when I asked for clarification, she repeated that I needed to be ready. I’ve never been treated this way at Starbucks before, and I left the interaction feeling rushed and disrespected. I understand that drive-thru speed is important, but I don’t believe customers should be spoken to in that manner. Wow, waiting over 15 minutes in drive thru for a cake pop and water. This establishment needs some assistance.
Yesterday, I ordered a Pistachio Frap and a Vanilla Bean Cream Frap through the app for this Starbucks and the employees were rude and genuinely incompetent. First of all, when we first received the two drinks, my mother’s pistachio Frap tasted like dirty water, and my Vanilla Bean tasted like a caramel Frap. We told them at the window and one of the female workers had a snarky expression on her face. The other female employee was polite (I don’t recall their names). They did remake the drinks and although my mother’s drink tasted fine my vanilla bean still tasted like caramel. Also, the male employee told my mother to “taste it because I’m not making it again,” which is totally rude and uncalled for. I’d understand if my mother was requesting a new drink to be made simply because she didn’t like it, however that wasn’t the case. Who likes tasting nothing but dirty water when you ordered a Frap?? I won’t be coming back to this Starbucks ever again. The one on Trimmier has never done me this dirty.
I had to throw my entire coffee in the trash today because there was a spider on my lid of the water I ordered !! I’m so frustrated and disgusted by the lack of cleanliness. 😡 😡
