We ordered a hand tossed buffalo chicken and meatballs pizza. The crust was just right, not over cooked or burned. The toppings and sauce were just the right amounts as well. It was delicious. The Team Member Kevin was very helpful and took care of us. Great experience.

First time at Domino’s Pizza walked in was greeted by Mr. Kenneth Moon the manager there at this location. I’d ask him a few questions. He stepped up to the plate and help me out very friendly very knowledgeable extremely professional young man everyone in there was complete polite made me feel at home. Kudos to Mr. Kenneth moon and his entire team.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had to take a moment to shout out the amazing team at this Domino’s location! I ordered pizza last night and was really looking forward to the tots—but they were out. I mentioned I was pregnant and craving them (hello, pregnancy cravings 😅), and without hesitation, the team went above and beyond. They gave me a fettuccini pasta instead, and the manager even told me to come back the next day and he’d comp the tots for me! I returned today and they kept their word—no hassle, just kindness and great customer service. I’m honestly so thankful. In a world where customer service can be hit or miss, this Domino’s nailed it. Food was hot, fresh, and delicious both times. Don’t let the bad reviews fool you—this place is doing it right. Thank you for making this hungry mama’s day! 💛🍕🥰

Food arrived hot and very fresh. The driver was very courteous and made sure everything was good before I signed the check. Ordered 2 medium pizzas, spinach feta bread, garlic balls.. everything was hot and delicious!! Not giving a 5 star ONLY due to I don't believe in paying a delivery charge. But the food and delivery person was 5 star

Ordered during the 50% off menu item special. Arrived for curbside pickup. My order was ready in less than 15 minutes. The staff brought my order fast and were very kind. Busy shopping center, so I recommend arriving a few minutes early for parking

Food is always really good. Surprising because in the past it was so so. Still a lot of staff turnover so service can be spotty but overall when I get the urge I love re-ordering from them.

Greg is the atmosphere and the service. Makes getting pizza a lot more fun. You can hear him in the back making it a more fun place to work as well. Food is better than frozen.

Very 50/50 on what you get. Some nights toppings are nice and heavy but other nights like tonight, very little toppings and forgot many toppings as well. Which is frustrating when paying extra for toppings

Placed my order at 5:26 said it was going to take an hr as provided in pics. No problem with the hr wait.. At 5:39 it said it was getting quality checked. At 6:30 didn't receive anything, no notifications, nothing. Called the store at 6:35 and they were polite apologizing. Fine didn't make a fuss understand they might be really busy. Food got here at 6:57 gentleman was polite . However, pizza was barely even warm and my nuggets were cold too. I usually never have issues at this location. This is a first which is why I give it a 3 stars. I'm not sure what happened or who dropped the ball. It would be nice though to receive hot pizza or at least warmer not barely warm.

I have always loved Dominoes because of their quality of pizza. Tonight it changed. The manager didn't care that we had to wait an additional hour because our order was incomplete. We ordered 6 pizzas & an order of wings, we only got 4 pizzas & then we other 2 pizzas came they were cold. And when driver came back there were no wings. He said the store told him we had the wings, but we had gone over the order with him initially & no wings. The driver was polite & apologetic, but feel that management didn't care at all.

The caller had a hard time taking my order and it was only 2 pizzas…… for $47. It took an hour and 30 minutes for the driver to show up with my cold pizza. Also there was hair in one of the pizzas. 😩 but the delivery guy was nice.

Franchise on this location offers lower quality when comparing with different Locations. Order Hand-tossed pizza and the bread was flat and for being a pizza there were lots of slices with missing cheese. I don't understand what management is doing in this location is it like they are intentionally lowering the quantity of materials used on the pizza. Management is also horrible, I call to raise my concerns and the manager was extremely rude and eventually hang up on me. I love Domino's Pizza but the quality doesn't match up with other locations. Definitely not ordering pizza on this location again

The look on the guy’s face once I walked into this Domino’s location to pick up my pizza spoke volume and not in a good way. I’ve never felt so unwelcome. I ordered online and went inside to pay. Clearly brown people and people of color are not welcome at this location. The sad truth :(

We ordered at 7:46 and now its 9:27 and still no pizza. This place can't get anything right. The night shift is horible and this will be the last time I ever eat domino's. I will bash this company and location every chance I get. This is the third time in 2 months they do this. Helotes location is just straight bad!!!!

DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. Order was made at 7:00 pm on a Sunday. 90 minutes later and still no pizza and the app reported pizza had still been made. Call was made to the store and only then was I notified that the store had one driver! They could not let me know when the order would be ready. They could not ensure that the order would even be made. Keep in mind that the order was already paid for. Do yourself a favor and order from Marcos or Hungry Howie's.

I'd previously rated this location as 5 star. A lot has changed since then. Today's lunch was delivered an hour after the pizza was removed from the oven (per Domino's app). Pizza was cold, which isn't a huge deal in the age of microwave ivens, but annoying nonetheless. When I called to speak to the manager she could not have cared less. I'm sure some will label me as a Karen, but I will not spend my money here again.

2 hours to get delivered and then they told me it would be another 45 min. I asked if it was ready for pick up they said yes. When I arrive I watch them put the pizza I ordered in the oven. We only ordered 2 medium pizzas. Save your time, order Pizza Hut

I am changing my review from 5 to 1. And for a reason. Just found out on my last order that they charge for parmesan packets. Really? Seriously? And dont expect much if you order a free pizza with your points, they will put a bare minimum of toppings on it even if you add an extra topping. I used to be very satisfied with this place, but after this last experience I will not be ordering from them anymore. And for bad icing on the whole thing, dont order their baked chicken dishes. They will burn em, and the amount you get is laughable.

After a long trip back into town , me and the wife discussed who would get to choose what to eat for the evening. We decided that I would get my choice of Dominos pizza. We ended up paying $40 for a large Philly cheese steak pizza and one large pepperoni and an order of 16 boneless wings. OMG the pizzas were somehow really dry and tasted old after waiting 30 minutes for the order. The wings were super dry and WOW !!!. The buffalo sauce mayo we horrible ,like the worst buffalo sauce you have every tasted. I have no idea how it was this bad b cause I've never had a bar experience at any other dominos. Very Very Bad experience !!!! steer clear of this one !!!!

OMG …. The doors were locked and no one could get in…… Customers were pissed….. Locked doors so I called and asked why….. not allowed to speak to Manager on Duty, Kenneth Moon so I asked him…..mo answer. I said they usually means you are were doing something you shouldn’t be doing. He asked what is the nature of your call ?? I asked were you all drinking or doing some kind of drugs…… HE NEVER DENIED THE ACCUSATION, NEVER, he just tried to change the subject. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED, AVOID THIS SHADY LOCATION AT ALL COSTS….. Amazing how this place got worse not better…..

I usually order carry out or ask for delivery. It happened to me twice out of six times that the list of toppings I chose were not there. It was missing one topping. I didn't have the energy to call the customer service to complain. But I guess this store has poor service.

This the third time we ordered delivery from this domino’s. In each case it’s taken over three hours to get our pizza, and when we did, on all three occasions, the pizza was cold. Do not order delivery from this Domino’s.

Domino's on Bandera has really missed the mark here recently. This is the third and last time they have disappointed me and missed a delivery! We live across the street and yet again it took over 45 minutes to deliver! Sadly I will no longer order from this location. There are too many other pizza delivery services in Helotes to put up with this shoddy service!

They don't use disposable gloves, just bare hands to touch the food and she was handling money at the register then went to make the pizza right after without washing her hands. Nothing was "hand tossed" or fresh as was stated on their wondow. She pulled out a frozen premade pizza crust and slapped toppings on it.

For some reason, it seems impossible for this Domino's to get a drink order right. It has happened so many times, I'd really like to make the Franchise owner aware. It absolutely ruins the customer experience. Not to mention the loss to the owner by having to give free 60 points..redeemable for a pizza. I dont want a free pizza...I want my drinks right. To their credit the last two delivery orders they messed up drinks, they brought them on a return trip. However this current time, they still didnt get it right and had to go back to the store for the last drink. The food quality here is great...but as a pizza delivery place, even with the value I dont believe it is worth the continued frustration knowing...they are probably going to get the drink order wrong. And if the owner is able to review my purchase history, this should be a concern considering the money loss on my future business. UPDATE- ordered my "free" pizza with points from my previous issues...and it took 1 hour and 45 minutes..and was room temperature.

This pizza was absolutely terrible! Took over an hour and a half to get delivered, had no cheese, and tasted only like bread!! Worst location by far.

This dominos needs better customer service. I ordered pizza at 3:13. I had 2 pizzas. Nothing special plain cheese and pepperoni and black olive. I placed the order over the app and then I was told 22-33 minutes for delivery. I used they’re tracker which said it left the store at 3:29. Waited til 4 to call and see where it was at. The manager said the guy left with 2 deliveries and that he’s right around the corner from our apartment. I wait at the apartment gate for 20 minutes. The guy never showed. I called the store and the guy told me to wait til the delivery guy made it to check them. I requested that they remake them and I’d come pick them up as I live less than 5 minutes from the store. I honestly expected a 15 minute delivery as we live so close. As I sit her writing this the delivery driver has just now called and was wanting to drop off the pizzas 15 later while I’m picking up new pizza. That’s a total of 1:25 for a delivery that I live less then 5 minutes from. I will never use them again.

Worst customer service ever. Messed up my pizza order today. I tried to call when I received my order only to be placed on hold twice. After nearly 10 minutes on hold each time, the line went dead. My order was 2 medium cheese, only pizzas. Had some kind of meat in it, so threw away. Now my Wisconsin pizza was supposed to have chicken added to it and didn't after being charged for it. It's no wonder this location has an overall 3.6 rating. Not good, Dominos.

I ordered pizzas for a graduation for delivery @11:15 it is currently 12:13pm and still haven’t received the order. When I reached out to the store, the Manager answered the phone David and he was extremely hostile and rude. I did explain to him that the order was suppose to be delivered at 11:15 which he responded that “it wasn’t his fault that myself and everyone else ordered at the same time”. I asked to speak to his supervisor which he indicated he was the supervisor. I would be embarrassed to have David as the face for domino’s or in a manager position. There was no apology or empathy for being over a hour late with the delivery. I then asked for the corporate number he refused to give it to me and told me to look it up. Just really disappointed and disgusted with his customer service overall! Do better on who you have workin for you Dominos!

It’s like they say, if you can’t take the heat, stay out of the pizza kitchen! Or better yet, maybe they should just stick to making toast!

I saw a commercial on tv offering $6.00 pizza and mentioned nothing about ordering on app. I was refused a pizza until I ordered it on the app. I went outside and tried getting the app. I went inside to ask the guy if I was successful and he told me he had never used the app himself. What a joke. I ended up going to 46th St. NY style pizza and it was delicious! We have a new pizza place to enjoy 😋
