Little Caesars Helotes Reviews
Food really good!! Love little Caesars pizza!! Thank you!
We have never had a bad pizza at the helotes location. ! Staff is very nice and place is clean they still wear masks too in the front and back. Pizza bread and 2 liter for 10 dollars and it was nice and hot when we got home as you can see the pizza never lasts when we get home !!! I've been to some dirty little Caesars but this one is clean and friendly! This is one we like to visit ! Price is super affordable and pizza is yummy and fresh everytime we get it !!! Helotes location is definitely the place to go!!!!
Omg!!! Just had the best pizza ever. I was amazed on how gorgeous this pizza looked.. Not only was it beautiful but it was very delicious. It was made to perfection. I was greeted at the door by a gentleman named Eric. He was very polite and professional. I explained exactly how I wanted it made and he was able to execute. I will definitely be returning tomorrow.
The quality in which the pizzas are being made is getting a lot better as of late. Looks like they are actually taking their time constructing the toppings on top of the dough and cooking it thoroughly. At one point they sucked. Keep up the good work!
Ordered online, came in and picked up my order just to find out they got both my pizza and puffs mixed up. Came back, told the folks at the front and was asked if I picked up 'A different Alan's order'?? As if they don't have a system where I put MY order number in to get MY order. Thankfully, they compensated the mistake by making me a fresh pizza, the correct one, and giving me another order of puffs
Way too crowed, over an hour and a half wait time. Turned around & walked out. They were short staffed so I understand but it was definitely a disappointment because I always have an amazing experience at this location.
I’ve been going to this little Caesar’s for the last year and will not be returning. This site is always understaffed and food is lukewarm at best. However, I will share tonight’s experience for this review. I order my food at 545 and was issued an estimated pickup time of 6:12-6:17. I arrived at this location at 6:12 and decided to wait inside although my food was not ready yet. During my time there I noticed there was only one worker manning both the front and cooking. One other employee entered and left just as quickly so I am to assume that was the single delivery driver employed. Two people came in during my wait to ask about hot n ready pizzas, the response by the worker was, “let me see if this pizza is still good or not”. At one point a man came in, ordered the cheese pizza bites, paid his $4.36 and left. After which the worker returned to the back to continue cooking. Maybe within a minute the man came back in, took a 2 liter cherry Pepsi from the refrigerator at the front, walked out and left without paying for it. How much inventory must you lose weekly because customers have gotten wise to your practice of leaving your facility understaffed and the front of your store unmanned? My food wasn’t ready until 6:42. Let me rephrase that, I wasn’t GIVEN my food until this time because I watched the majority of it sit on the table in the back for a fair portion of my wait. My food wasn’t even warm when I got it to my car. To the owner of the establishment, do better. Keep your establishment appropriately staffed or shut down. There is another little Caesar’s just 4 miles away from you on Culebra and they will be receiving my business from this day forward. To the poor employee being worked to the bone for what I assume is barely minimum wage, I hope you find an employer who values your time and work because this owner clearly doesn’t care to adequately support his staff in numbers.
Ordered pizza and my wife picked it up. It was supposed to be in the portal and we even had a portal number. Got there and it was not in the portal and it was just sitting on the counter. Nothing like cold pizza by the time she got home 8 minutes later. Ridiculous.
Watched an employee tell a customer it would be a 45 minute wait with the super sad face, And then go in the back and high five the manager as she says "another one bites , the dust."
Was getting some groceries at heb when I had wanted pizza had called this location 4x to get 0 response when I had goten to the location nobody was no where to be seen still 3 other people had walked in behind be that someone had finally came to the counter an when I had asked if here phone was workin I was told that they dont answer it sincerely they dont have the designated order taker there so they didn't want to do it on the phone there words let's just hope the pizza is better then the service Added post When my order had been completed, I had instinctively looked at my order. And it was wrong on both of my pizzas, when I double-check the receipt. He had wrung it up incorrectly, and I was charged for things that I wanted but never received. I had walked out with my food before. I had said something very inappropriate and unfriendly. This location is seriously falling apart either closed down or go through serious restructuring
What is the point of hot and ready if I have to wait 30 mins to get one?? No matter what time or day I go I’m always told to wait 20-30 mins. I thought the owner was supposed to be on top off his game, but I guess not. Huge embarrassment of this owner who can’t even ask his employees to have some ready for some customers.
Received our order and two pizzas were completely wrong. When I brought them in they proceeded to just stare at me like I was the issue. Never apologized for the inconvenience and when I received the correct order they pizzas were undercooked. Never ordering from this location again. Terrible customer service!
Unable to give zero stars. Place order at 630 pm online. Called to add no one answered. Get told delivery within. Call Customer Support people wouldn't answer. Door dash knocked on door. Took photo of employees inside who wouldn't unlock. Called Customer Support they called again then employees turned off lights. Worthless
Called in for two pizzas pick up. They Told me 25 min. I got there 25min later. Had to wait 15min more. waiting for a pizza this long is not ok.
I usually don’t write reviews, but my experience at this Little Caesars has been consistently terrible. A few months ago, I ordered a deep dish pizza for my family. When we started eating, we realized the dough was completely undercooked—still cold and elastic, like it hadn’t even been baked. I left a review at the time, hoping the staff would see it and improve. A month later, I gave them another chance, thinking maybe it was just a one-time mistake. But again, the deep dish pizza was raw and inedible in the middle. Thinking maybe the deep dish was just too much for them, we tried ordering the stuffed crust pizza instead. Surely, with a thinner crust, it couldn’t possibly be raw again, right? Wrong. The pizza was still undercooked. How is this happening every single time? I’ve baked frozen pizzas at home for years and never had this issue, let alone at a "professional" pizza place. It’s clear that either the staff aren’t trained properly, or they simply don’t care about the quality of the food they serve. As someone who is military, and knowing the owner of this location is also a fellow veteran, this makes the situation even more disappointing. I would expect a higher standard and commitment to quality from someone who understands the importance of doing things right. What’s even more frustrating is that the owner only seems to reply to five-star reviews and ignores the bad ones. It feels like genuine customer concerns are just swept under the rug instead of being addressed. To make matters worse, Little Caesars keeps sending emails asking for feedback, but nothing ever changes. At this point, it feels like no one cares about the customers at all. For now, I’m done with Little Caesars. If you want properly cooked pizza, I’d recommend going anywhere else.
The manager Sarah was rude and didn't give me my change back when I asked about it, she proceeded to mess up my order and rushed me out the door when I asked about her manager. I never received my pizza dispite paying $7.57 on my card and this has been the worst experience I have ever had at a pizza place.
Horrible experience. Waited 1 hour and 10 minutes for two pizzas. I have ‘Never’ in my entire life of 54 years, waited that long for pizzas! I know they may be short handed or inexperienced, but this is a business. And the owner should be fix what most people in this community already experienced. Also, please pictures of the final product I received. Not even the Pineapple like we ordered, its banana pepper! Ugh!
Hot and NOT ready! This place used to always have pizza ready to go. I have had 3 bad experiences of stopping and just trying to grab a pepperoni and leave. Well today I went at 3:30 to avoid the crowd. Well they still were not ready, and I have to wait. It also is no longer the cheapest option. I have also tried the portal which seems to function the same way. They don't follow their own slogan. They need to change it to hot and ready in about 30 minutes! I guess I'll go somewhere else. Here is a picture for proof.
Eric was rude and they pizza was awful. I ordered my pizza at around 5:45. I got there 3 or 4 minutes later to ask if he could add crazy crust to my pizzas. I was supposed to pick it up at 6:18. He said ok so I paid the extra amount.(I paid online). He then proceeded to tell me my order was going to be 15 minutes AFTER my original time off 6:18. I asked if he already made my pizzas and he said no so I asked him why it was going to take an additional 15 minutes for an order he hadn't even prepared. He answered..the labor. I was like are you serious???? It literally would take less than 30 seconds to put the butter and garlic crazy crust on my 4 pizzas... So I waited... I went over to the dollar store came back 10 minutes over the time he said it would be ready... I waited for a couple minutes and asked where my order was... He went to the back and I watched him make a pizza... It turned out to be my sausage pizza. I asked him if he just put in my pizza and he said yes that I'd have to wait ANOTHER 8 minutes... I was floored. He rudely said, you can wait or I can refund your order...twice he said that.... Another 2 customers said he was rude to them as well... They ordered after me and still received their order before me.when I got home this is what my sausage(or lack thereof) looked like...
Helotes Little Caesar is the worst in customer service. For the past few weeks when I try to call in an order no one ever answers. So I have to drive and order there. Well today was the worst experience. I got there at 8:25 and they told me they were not making any more pizzas. I could not understand since they don’t close until 9. So I asked to speak to the manager and the blonde manager who was more worried about his makeup instead of providing good customer service just laughed and said they were closing early today. So I asked why if the sign on the door says 9 and he said he does not have to explain anything to me. I am all for support veterans but the owner needs to know that the people he is hiring need some good customer service training. They are gonna run this business to the ground. I just don’t understand why they can’t answer the phone for an order. Or take one where there is plenty of time yo still make one.
