This Subwayis Always! Clean and the service is great. I'm not sure if it I'd the original franchise owner but I want to say they are doing a wonderful job at keeping it a great place to go to get good food. Also good service. The owner of the franchise when it was first opened was such a nice young man with a son that worked at the shop for a while before going off to college and work. He was such an asset to his business as well, and the level of service has really not went down, which is hard to accomplish in this day in time. Way to go!!

Excellent restaurant to grab a bite to eat! We don't come here that often, but when we do, we are always satisfied. The building itself as well as the seating and (visible) kitchen areas are clean and we'll kept. The actual food is quite good and is prepared in a timely manner. All of the employees are very patient and good at what they do. UPDATE: Subway has this new menu that lets you choose from pre-made sandwiches (you can change the toppings). UPDATE (2) Subway's prices are getting higher, $9 for a 6-in sub and $13 for a footlong

I went in around 5:30 on 10/23/2025, I was waited on by Toby, Jaden & Avree. Awesome employees, was very polite and made sure I was taken care of. I tried to leave a tip for the but the machine was acting up and so Toby cleared that screen and it only let me pay for my food. I wanted them to have a tip because they are really great. They said it's ok, you have a blessed evening. I am going back to give them cash because I feel they did deserve a tip. I just wanted management to know that you do have some great employees. I went in around 5:30 on 10/23/2025, I was waited on by Toby, Jaden & Avree. Awesome employees, was very polite and made sure I was taken care of. As far as a Subway goes, this one was a good one. Not many choices in Hemphill so I'm surprised they weren't busier. The two young ladies were very nice, and the food was fresh

Oooo, a tomato-basil wrap filled with Turkey, bacon (crispy of course) American cheese, black olives, banana peppers, and lettuce makes me a very happy woman! Add in a white chocolate and macadamia nut cookie and I'm in culinary heaven.

This one one of the best Subway locations I've ever been to. They're friendly and almost always have soups and the sandwiches I want. The staff is super friendly and recognize me everyone I come in!

Oven was broken today and the lettuce was kinda brown, usually not this way.. service was great and the sandwich was still good so ima definitely go bk!

Went there for the sec ond time. It was really as good the second time around. I got the 6 inch ham sub on wheat bread. I added some purple onions, pickles, olives, cheddar cheese, and some jalapeños with lots of mayo. It was really good. Topped it off with an oatmeal raisin cookie and sweet tea. Came in to get something to eat. Got a 6" ham sub on whole wheat bun with mayo, Chipotle sauce, purple onions, jalapeños, cheddar cheese, and toasted. Also got a 50/50 sweet/unsweetened tea and 2 oatmeal raisin cookies. It was sure good. My 3rd time to go Subway, but found out u have to tell them before they start adding it up that u have the Subway app. Got over $ 40 in with no rewards. Bummer. Still good food.

I ordered a foot-long flatbread, grilled chicken and One side was good but the other 6 inches of the foot-long the bread was stale and hard and the lady told me that she couldn’t fix it that it was new bread and I said well this side isn’t hard. She said that there was nothing that they could do without me paying for another sandwich when all I asked for was bread so I didn’t even get to eat the other half of the sandwich because it was old bread it was nasty so I paid for a foot-long and got a 6 inch then there was a hair in my daughter’s food and we all have curly hair mixed hair so what ours. she did offer to remake her sandwich, but she had already eaten the whole sandwich so I just felt like why would you remake a sandwich that was already basically gone and all I had asked for was for some fresh bread. I had been there before nothing like this ever happened, but I definitely do not ever want to return. I’m not saying that the customer is always right, but I am a cook and I do work at a restaurant and I do think that they were very rude about the situation.
