I don't think I've ever bothered to review a national chain before. But- this location, this shift and crew: 9-10 a.m. on 8/17/19 deserve high praise! Service was fast, friendly, and accurate with some extra effort thrown in with a smile. The hot breakfast items wrapped to go looked ready for menu photos- not squashed like they often are. Counter, kitchen, seating, bathroom were all sparkling clean.

Very friendly - the last time I went there someone was demanding to speak to a manager about a latte that had foam (which I'm pretty sure is supposed to?) and he was friendly and willing to make another. This morning they were drive-thru only and despite an endless line of cars, were upbeat and personable.

Excellent DD. I know for the most part they all have the same offerings but this place is new and clean. In addition the employees seem to really care about the product. Everything was hot and fresh and delicious. I've ordered many cappuccinos from DD in my life and my order has a little twist to the normal (half sweet, half unsweet syrup) and this location made it the best I've ever had. Perfect.

My friend and I ordered two Pumpkin Spice signature lattes and the worker named shy made the two best pumpkin spice lattes we have ever had in our life 10/10.

As soon as I walked in this Dunkin Donuts my day was instantly improved when the nice woman at the counter talk to me for a few minutes before I wash my Dunkin mug out and ordered my breakfast and coffee. The service and the food as well as the comfort of this Dunkin Donuts is 100% up to par with every other Dunkin Donuts I go to and they gave me some ice water and another glass of water as well when I was dehydrated. They say America runs on Dunkin and I believe it they helped me with my day and I was so happy to rehydrate here and grab some breakfast they even did not mind me sitting in their parking lot for a little while while I clean and organized my trunk I drive for a living and a good cup of coffee a nice breakfast and a smile is worth more to me than brake jobs for life, a luxury that I have never been afforded in all of my time delivering food. I drive passengers now and I have been living in my car only going home to shower and maybe sleep in my bed for a good night's rest and great coffee shops like this who don't mind me having a shave in their bathroom mean the world to me thank you 6 out of 5 stars!! I usually order and pay ahead. That works out well accept waiting in the drive-thru line for everyone else to finish. I order the hot vanilla chai. They have recently changed the recipe. I don't know what they did. Does not taste like it use to. I now get a shot of vanilla flavor and that makes it better.

Avocado toast with bacon was delish! Toasty bread, lemony avocado, nutty sesame seeds, and crispy, salty bacon crumbles. I also tried the pink coconut milk cooler which was pretty tasty. I would definitely get the avo toast again and it was better here than at a different location I tried (sans bacon). Wait in the drive thru was very long, but ordering/ paying on the app while I was waiting helped to speed up the rest of the process.

I waited over 10 minutes in the drive thru for my drink. The worst part was that the service was unfriendly and did not even acknowledge the wait time.

The staff was nice but they were out of so many menu items, it was disappointing.

Donuts here are very good but the hot chocolate tastes water y most of the time. Today's hot chocolate was very watery and weak. Not a lick of chocolate at all. It just tastes like hot water. Pls improve on your hot chocolate, like add a lot of chocolate syrup or melted chocolate to it, also use milk not,water. It used to be really good. Also I really don't like how they got rid of the white hot chocolate. It was really good. I'll only go to Dunkin Donuts for donuts and frozen drinks for now on. If I want hot chocolate, I'll get some from Starbuck's or Tim Hortons, or make my own. Update, So they are doing better on their hot chocolate. It no longer tastes watery. Great Job.

The food is always good, the loaded hashbrowns are the best, one of their best items on the menu. Chipotle adds a nice touch to the queso in it. I would've been better if ordering in drive thru as it took 5 min and several employees walking past me standing there waiting to order

I went to grab some breakfast food for myself and my kids. I go to this Dunkin’ often, normally don’t have any issues. When I got home my son started to eat his breakfast sandwich, and as he was finishing it up it kind of fell apart. When he went to pick it back up and put it back together he noticed an eye lash looking hair on the egg portion of his sandwich. Safe to say he did not finish it after that.

Out of half of what we ordered. Then got home to very dry donuts. Blaaaa

Stopped to pick up some muffins for work. They tasted like they were day old, if not longer. They DID NOT taste fresh at all.

When I come to this Dunkin’, I never know what I’m going to get with my coffee. I order an extra large, cream & sugar anytime I stop in & 9 times out of 10, they mess up my drink. Either there’s not enough sugar or too much cream to where it’s super watered down. Don’t the machines auto dispense the correct amount of cream & sugar? I feel like the conversations that they’re having non stop every single morning each other while good for team morale, are sometimes a distraction. Everybody’s nice & great to deal with...I just wish I had my order made correctly more times than not.

I go to a specialist up the street so I always go to this Dublin after or before my appointment and most the time they are perfect. Melissa is great. But today I went and I understand the one girl was training the other but I was the only one in here and I stood there patient for 10 minutes. After she had took 4 drive through orders and showed her how to make things and help her cash them out I just walked out. She could have atleast asked what I wanted and cashed me out right quick after the second drive through order. A man walks in after me and she goes and takes his order just fine. Smh. Probably because I walked out. I go to Dunkin where I live atleast once a day sometimes twice. This would have been my second time. So I know how to be patient. But this was bad service. 🤷🏻‍♀️

went in last monday, ordered iced coffee with extra pumps of hazelnut and extra cream. Cashier boy was very nice about it but when I went to pick it up . Girl with Bun & glasses was moody and rude, made my order wrong. Heard her and blonde coworker roll there eyes & mumble stuff to eachother, look up and laugh when I told them what I ordered. Grabbed coffee out of my hand to make it again. Tasted like water the second time!. My son had ordered a donut so we sat to eat and then I saw blonde worker referred to as “Syd” go into bathroom with customer. DISGUSTING! didn’t realize I was at Dunk-her-hole-Nuts. Explain that to a 7 yo.. will not be back very disappointed in the example set for my child

Normally this is my favorite Dunkin to stop at, but after today, not so much. There was a worker walking around with mask down around his chin. Behind the counter, filling coffee etc. THE MANGER WAS RIGHT THERE. This is very frightening.

This location is ridiculous. The kid in the kitchen (Joe) I think his name was, became upset because I asked him to melt the cheese on the sandwich he made. There drinks aren't consistent and everyone has an attitude.

I’m not sure who the manager was in the burgundy shirt was this morning, but she was incredibly rude. I asked for cold foam on top of a promotion drink, and she had the nastiest tone of voice to tell me it comes with it. I just wanted to make sure because some places REQUIRE you to ask for cold foam and do not put it on without prior notice. I then asked for TWO egg and cheese wraps, she gave me one and no receipt and did not say anything after taking my card, just passed the bag out and held my card like she was going to drop it. Whenever I go there, it’s normally a pleasant experience, I’m not sure what her issue is. It’s early, yes but don’t be ruin other peoples day because you’re irritated.

I visited your location yesterday morning the manager told me they were not preparing food for the time being because they were backed up!! That is unacceptable you just loss revenue! I was a GM way back then for Dunkin and I would not ever refuse a customer! And on top of that I was waiting in drive thru for 7 minutes then pulled out of the drive thru and went in! Their average drive thru time was 300 minutes that is unacceptable !!!! Maybe you might want to raise your allocated hours so you do not loose revenue!! That location is a joke!! So I went to McDonald’s to spend 30 dollars for my breakfast!!!

Not sure when you ask for something to be cooked it means room temperate I go to this location every weekend and have nothing but problems with my order. The staff is very passive aggressive when you ask for anything to be done, when you express concerns you get attitude. I’ve never had this many problems with a location than I have here. The coffee is gross, the food is served at “room temperature” and the employees are incompetent. Never again.

This place has really gone downhill as far as food quality, accuracy, and speed in the drivethru. A trip to Dunkin can easily take up to 25 minutes. Our orders are rarely correct, and the drinks taste terrible. Also - as of recently I am questioning if they've changed ingredients in some of their creamer and coffee swirls. I end up with an upset stomach and gastrointestinal issues. I wonder if they put in an ingredient that i'm allergic to. Adding an update - they lost a star and would lose another if I could select 0 stars. My drink was wrong TWICE. Second time I had left the drive thru with re-assurance that my drink was made correctly. I took one sip and had a mouth full of caramel syrup and sugar granules. I had to turn around, fight traffic, and go back to get my drink fixed. The 3rd time the ingredients were right, but still tasted too syrupy. If I go again, my coffee will be black and I will put my own stuff in it.

I have never dealt with more incompetent workers in my life. A bunch of teenagers trying to run a store when they don’t even know how to make a basic drink and then they don’t know how to respond to corrections.

Sincerely awful. I used their hot chocolate for an awareness campaign through my University and paid with the company card. It’s a big problem if tax gets charged to a tax exempt card. I told the cashiers that I needed the purchase tax exempt, and they assured me it would be. It wasn’t, and I’ve been trying to get the tax refunded for weeks now by either calling or going in person and its either “the manager has to do that and they’re not in” or “yes I’m the manager but I’m not the real manager of this store”. Not to mention the fact that the staff except for two people were rude and not friendly, I couldn’t care less about that, I’ve worked in the service industry for many years I know the feeling but the evasive answers and the dodging accountability for weeks now is frankly the most frustrating and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with a company. Will never be going there again and encouraging others to do the same.

I have been in DD stores all over NY State and have never been in one more unclean than this one. Floors hadn't been swept in forever. Mens room was absolutely flithy. Tried to find someone to mention the condition of the restroom to and no one to be found...

Ordered a large Caramel Macchiato and got a coffee with cream and sugar, tried calling repeatedly to notify the manager and the number goes no where you can't leave messages and paid for something you didn't even ask for. Ridiculous

Placed an order online for in lobby pickup., generally to avoid the 10 car drive thru line being that I open my store in the AM and need to be in and out. called the store to ask politely if I could just grab my coffee really quickly, was abruptly hung up on. This is my first review I have ever given anything on google, and will continue going to Kenneth drive Dunkin’ instead.

At 11:30am, I ordered 1 everything bagel, toasted with butter, 1 order of snackin' bacon, and 1 order of hashbrowns at. Firstly, I was told that at they didn't have everything bagels. So, instead I opted for a multigrain bagel. And then...they put cream cheese on it instead of butter... And to top it all off , the hashbrowns tasted like the oil was 2 months old. They're definitely not supposed to taste charred.

While I am back in my hometown of Rochester for a death in the family, I am staying right behind this Dunkin donuts location. They say three times as a charm. Today was the third time that they cannot get your order right. This is one of the worst Dunkin donuts I've ever been to. Their product is very limited the orders are always wrong and talk about slow. Not all Dunkin donuts are like this but three times in one week nothing but issues.

And this third time after not being ready they got the order wrong and the supervisor Arsii, she said oh we'll make it over and not charge you for it!! Thanks now I'm hungry at work and irritated. Not charging me for your mistake is the least you can do!! I don't think I'll be using this location after I go back and get my complimentary free remake that they made sure to tell me they won't charge me for as if they were doing me a favor smh

The Dunkin Donuts on Chili Ave, connected to a convenience store had no donuts. How is that possible at 11:30 AM. Went to the one on West Henrietta Rd. So much better.

They had a massive freaking pothole and it scrapped my car in the middle of the drive thru. It was completely unavoidable once I was in line. This pothole was clearly known by management as it was in the back where employees park.

By far the worst Dunkin experience I’ve ever had . The hash browns were cold , the drink was pure hot water . I ordered twice because the first drink was so bad , the second drink which was simply hot chocolate was hot water. The service was horrible. No thank you , eye contact . Have a good day. There were two girls one was pleasant, the other was horrible. She rolled her eyes when I politely asked for a hot chocolate , handed me the cup back and walked off . She made eye contact with her co-worker as if she was upset that I asked for it. I’ll stick to Tim Horton’s In every aspect.

my mom was having a really rough day today and the employees were so disrespectful and rude. she asked for fresh hashbrowns because they had passed around a bag of hashbrowns and then let them sit on the counter and my mom asked if she could please have fresh ones, while they were making the fresh ones the employees sat there laughing and the one employee ate them, extremely unprofessional and bad experience. they also took 15-20 minutes to give us our food.

I go to this Dunkin 5+ times a week and normally the service and the drinks are excellent. In fact I come to this location because they usually make my favorite drink, the strawberry refresher, better than most other local Dunkins. Yesterday evening I went to the drive thru to order and the voice over the com was a very tired sounding and muffled "what do you need?" No greeting, barely understood his words. Not the best way to address a customer. So I order my drink, and the guy doesn't tell me the price or to move up. I hear the com going on and off a few times, and hear some muttering. After about 1 minute of sitting there I ask "am I all set to move forward?" He comes back on and mumbles something else...I think he was asking if I wanted anything else. I said I just wanted the drink and he said "ok pull up". I pull up and hand him my card. I pay and he says my drink will be right out. I watch him proceed to make the drink. He makes the drink totally different, effectively he fills the cup up with ice, put about 80% green tea in, then put a splash of strawberry on top, didn't even fill the cup all the way up, it was maybe 85% full. Hands me the wrong size straw with it that doesn't reach the bottom of the cup. I don't complain and just say thanks and he says nothing. The drink basically just tasted like watered down unsweetened tea. Was very dissapointing. If you have new staff you need to train them how to speak on the drive thru and make the drinks correctly. Rudeness aside, If I got a drink like this again I'd probably stop going to this location unfortunately.

They are literally so slow here it is absolutely unbelievable how it could possibly take as long as it does for them to make coffees/simple food, 75% of the employees are not friendly and look miserable most of the time, it is hit or miss whether you will get your coffees made right or if your food will be fresh, taste stale or just be over cooked. Hire more employees and actually train them right. Because the few good employees who do work here also have to put up with the slack of everyone else.
