Been to a lot of Burger King locations and this one is one of the few good ones. A family member always go to this location on a specific day and time and the outcome is always good. Customer service is good other things I can’t even mention it’s positive. Clean and fast service.

Quiet, clean with Tv's to watch as you eat. The restroom is clean and the dining area is quite spacious . Great for having a group of people stopping by to eat. Conveniently located by a gas station and right next to i80 freeway. A great pit stop when your passing through to go further up north or to the east.

The people here are consistently friendly and nearly always get my (sometimes unusual) orders perfect. My complaints are really with the company itself. BK needs to switch from chopped lettuce to whole leaf. That's the thing that puts me off their sandwiches. So messy!

Asked for a double bacon cheese Burger and I got this small little burger. Very disappointing. Other than that very Friendly and my chicken parmigiana was pretty good. Bigger than the double burger. They were nice enough to cut my chicken parmigiana in half for me, but not the little one.

drive thru breakfast was priced exceptionally well compared to local competitors . Burger King is the new best value for breakfast @ non nutritional, fill the void, fast food establishments of the 2022 year thus far. Other chains have good rewards and deals but if your there because your trying to move quickly not get out your phone, open the app, wait for the update or any other loading delays and then order your meal while the cars behind you are honking impatiently as you wait for the app.to finish finally loading to start your order then your payment method was deleted when the app updated so now you have to get your card out while another person honks behind you so you just pay so you can do what you came to do which is move quickly. Burger King is the no Hassel good pricing,breakfast of champions that tastes good for what is costs.

Drive through incomplete order defeats the purpose of going through drive-thru..😞😞😞... Other than that ..the service is great atmosphere was great..😀😀😀

It’s a Burger King … but it’s a nicer one than a lot of them. Also, easy on and off I-80 in either direction. When I’ve gone there the service here is also better than most.

Remodel is fantastic and food was perfect, but restaurant employees were screwing around with the tv monitor menu. Also, a light-skinned self-professed Pakistani woman named Fatima who has been stalking me was allowed into the food prep area of the restaurant and others were encouraged to gather there at that restaurant. The former is definitely YOUR fault and you should be fired not to mention if my food was tainted I would know exactly whose fault it was because she should not have been allowed in the kitchen and I would sue both her and the restaurant. What the hell were you thinking?!? You should be ashamed of yourself and FIRED for enabling that.

I feel like this is another example of false advertisement or just making something look bigger in advertisement and posters but when you actually get the burger is nothing like you see in advertisements. On advertisement you see this big burger , with lettuce and tomatoes, Big juicy patty, bacon strips and cheese, but you actually get a little mini burger for children’s no lettuce, no onion, no tomatoes just the smallest little Patty I’ve I have ever saw (almost reminds me of a white castle Patty) , One pickle slice, One bacon strip cut in half, A little mustard and a little ketchup for about $7-8+ tax With the bacon it has a nice taste to it, is it worth the price not at all! It’s a Burger King … but it’s a nicer one than a lot of them. Also, easy on and off I-80 in either direction. When I’ve gone there the service here is also better than most.

The interior is large and clean. The staff were very friendly. The reason why I gave only 2 stars was the buns on both my sandwiches were stale. The tops of the buns were kind of crusty and a little chewy. I have gotten the same thing from other Burger King locations and they are not like that typically.

Quality is on par with any other BK but the drive thru is extremely slow and gets the order wrong more often than other fast food places. Not a good place to pickup a quick breakfast before work.

Well me and my mom first time buying this burger and it said buy one get one $1 and its a bacon king yeah didn't expect the bacon would be like this but my mom loves the onion ring and fries

I recently went in to complain about the service and food. Left my receipt with my phone number and asked that the manager call me. I never received a phone call. This is one of the worse Burger Kings ever.

I keep giving this location the benefit of a doubt but it never fails and continues to get progressively worse. My order is constantly wrong and if I'm lucky I get a half filled order of fries. My daughter love the nuggets but way to often they are burned. It's time to move on and find a location where I get what I paid for because at this point I'm being robbed by this BK location. And quite honestly if I could I'd give you a negative star.

Came in at 10 in the drive through no response at the speaker I thought It was broken and drove up to window took about 20 minutes to get through the drive-through, and my sandwich had ben smashed flat

Just got a cold whopper. This is 2nd visit within a couple weeks and I took another gamble, patty cold on both visits. Hello health department... As I got my food couldn't help but notice a guy inside at customer side of counter reach over handling cash register to take his own order. Some shady characters here. Also has a sign on drive thru stating they are out of lettuce and tomato. Upper management please use this date 11/28 around 6:45 pm to run your cameras back, You will be shocked. All should be terminated immediately

Worst, lunch time 2 people working. Ordered salad, onion rings and chicken combo, sandwich was cold, out of onion rings, salad was ok but did not get dressing and fork with. Had to ask for it. When taken cold sandwich back, returned the same one again. Asked for refund, first cashier told, they don't do refunds, argued, then floor manager appeared, not a friendly person, to make refund. No sorry for the inconvenience.Was just wondering, lunch time management not on floor, one person drive thru and one on front...customers waiting....necer gonna return there positively.

I've been to this Burger King many times in the past, and it has gotten progressively worse. Today, after a long commute from the city, I decided to stop by and get something to eat for my family. My order was COMPLETELY wrong: I ordered 3 bacon cheeseburgers and got only 2 in my bag; I ordered 1 hamburger off the the broiler and didn't even get it; large order of fries was only half filled; whopper jr. had onions, when I specifically ordered without onions; I ordered 2 medium drinks, which I did not get. Usually, drinks are given first and they weren't, which is why I forgot all about them. I suppose I should have checked my order and remembered my drinks before I pulled away from the drive thru window, but my wait was already 15 minutes long. I just wanted my food and I wanted to go home. I figured if there was something wrong with my order, it wouldn't be that bad...unfortunately for me, it was. I don't think I'll be coming back here. I'll just order chinese food from the restaurant right across from this Burger King. At least they always get my order right.

This is the worst BK I've been to in a while. I came in this week with my kid to grab breakfast before commuting out of town and probably would've been better off eating the reheated garbage they sell at the gas station and Starbucks nextdoor. The floors in the dining room were sticky and the kid running the register was paying more attention to the sports he had on the TV there (which was also up way too loud). Needless to say our entire order was wrong, the potatoes were not very crispy and nobody even offered to do more than the minimum to get us out of the store. Personally I'd rather have Burger King with foot lettuce over the cold, greasy trash they make here. If you really want a drive-thru burger you are better off going a little further to the In-n-out in Pinole or somewhere in Vallejo.

They had my order wrong. Poor service with workers literally walking around and avoiding the cash register. Ordered two large onion rings and only received one box, went back to find out they messed up the order for this guy who was behind us in line as well, and my 20-ct nuggets was also missing nuggets. Apparently they can't count here lol. (the onion rings were so soggy)

We will not be returning EVER. The service was ok but the dining room was disgusting. Soda all over the floor (even after they "mopped") and had obviously not been swept in some time either. No ice in the machine. Tables dirty. Garbage overflowing. Restroom supposedly out of order. We got our order but no one else seemed to be getting theirs.

Seems they can't get even very simple order right! Another fast food outlet..... I will not be back after spending eleven dollars... After going home the wrapped hamburger was plane not the double or large fries was small. .. the Coke tasted watered down So again I will not be back....

That’s why I stopped eating fast food awhile ago. Then u have nothing to complain about it’s all a sham to get you to buy more. Fast food doesn’t digest the same. Mix it with the menu and the goodies and u thik ur getting a full meal. One plate of chicken and rice or pasta will do three times as much. ,

10 minutes ago I picked up a chicken parmesan sandwich by way of drive thru and the service was great! However, I get home and my sandwich is somewhat below room temperature and has half a patty from a value chicken sandwich in it.. I will never go back here again and I suggest the people skip past this place as well.

My food burger was ice so cold. french fries hot!! They don't have ketchup??? And no Ranch. Oh an no Bar b que sause.Im sure they could go down the street to safeway and buy some ketchup.sweet and sour sauce will do wrong.Spend to much money on this place and you you cannot complete customer order promptly and correctly. Rodeo used to be nice won't return.

Bad customer service, employees walking around in slow motion talking while the dinning area is filthy. Hamburgers are cooked frozen so the flavor is not right.

They already are very very slow but I went to the restaurant at 8:30 in the dining area is supposed to be open until 9 PM as posted on the door but the doors were locked and they were ignoring me at the door. I had multiple people there to order for separately I went through the drive-through told them since their dining area was closed that I’m going to be having two separate transactions and she told me no I would have to pay for them altogether. I had to separate coupons that we planned on using for different families, she would not let me use. My Coupons was very rude and told me that I pretty much needed to play ring around the Rosie driving through the drive-through more than one time when there was already a long line and there was a large delivery truck, blocking the parking lot to access the drive-through, which made the line even longer. I don’t understand why they closed their dining area early and then expect their patrons to be inconvenienced and drive thru drive thru multiple time was stupid!! She was super rude and very unaccommodating when they should have had the dining area open as posted otherwise accommodate your patrons they don’t even deserve a one Starr that I had to post in order to do this

When employees start feeling anxious while taking order from the drive through and there is no cars backed up, there is a serious problem. An employee's anxiety can mess up the order because they are in a rush to take the order and in the process they lose their listening skills. Please allow a peaceful moment for customer to decide their order, especially if it's a big order. There are a lots of normal customers and maybe a few who may require a bit more time from your day. My order went all wrong because of this.
