The Habit Burger Grill Pinole Reviews
Had their Chicken sandwich with salad which was delicious. Excellent customer service. Seating by the window was immediately available.
You can count on good flavor and fast service. Not the most affordable fast food but definitely healthier than the cheapest options and tastier too
great food. nice place for being a franchise place. better than typical Mcdonald or similar places
Very nice sandwich meals. I love the avocado wedges also. Had respiratory issues for two weeks, been eating at habit every other day. Highly recommended clean service.
Ordered for pick-up and got the food instantly. The people working there were very friendly and the place was clean. Haven't had a burger from the Habit in a while, but was reminded about how good they actually are. Would definitely come back.
The Habit, in my opinion, is one of the greatest burger chains in the US. I've been to quite a few locations, and this was my first time at this one. My burger lived up to expectations indeed. It was nicely hot. Of course, there is no guarantee that your burger will always be perfect, but at least I can say that this location absolutely has the ability to. The new limited time Oreo shake is also really good, better than the original three flavors by miles. It is smooth and easy to drink, and filled with plenty of Oreo bits. Abit addicting, admittedly. My recommendation is a Double Char with all the toppings, with a side of onion rings or sweet potato fries, plus the all important shake. Whether you want cheese on your burger is up to you, but I like my burgers without synthetic, heavy-tasting American cheese, please.
Store is just a little spotty in some areas, but over all, cleanness is just ok
I don't think I have ever had a bad burger from here. Always fresh and made to order. I love the tempura green beans with the Sriracha aoli. And they have $1 ice cream cones. Seating can be hard to come by when they are busy. They changed the order process to having self serve kiosks, which I do not like. They will take your order in person, but are slow to do so (one less $20 employee for every kiosk...)
Probably the best affordable burger restaurant chain around here. Five Guys is way too overpriced, and In-N-Overrated. So I'll give them the crown for best affordable burger. The shakes are always good and I love that I can choose the bread and other toppings for my burger when I order through the app. Always go for the sourdough. It's amazing.
A solid, decent burger. However, it does get lost in the sauce a bit for me, especially when there's crazy good local burger shops around. Also, I'd still eat In-N-Out over this any day. But... The service was fast, consistent, and a good price. I'd recommend if there's nothing else around and you want something decently tasty.
Our family likes habit burgers and chicken bites. They also have pretty decent salad options when compared to other fast food places.
Food is good phone order food not correct. This was not the 1st time this happened. Check your order before you leave! The Habit team contacted me to ask what the problem was and fixed it. The immediately with no hesitation sent me 3 burger coupons good for the value of any item. Now that's customer service at its finest!
I ordered my food through the app, and when I went inside to get my food for some reason the women at the register just kept starring at me like she had a problem, mind you this cashier women is someone I never met before but I thought let me say thank you have a nice a day but after I was given my food and I said have a nice day she didnt say anything but she did stare me down like I offended her. I thought that was odd. Customer service, and just being decent lacks here. Food is so expensive that ordering from a place that the worker makes you feel like your presence ruined their day at a business they chose to work at is crazy.
The workers ALWAYS give me a free ranch and the first container of ranch is always free while the second costs extra. Been like that since they opened this location. TODAY I order my chicken club ask for my usually ranch. This LADY in a grey shirt, says no I can't give it to you, it only comes with the green beans and (I forgot what else she said) or it costs extra. I tell her they always give me a free one though. She was like no it cost extra. Now she was being big and greedy ruined my food experience. The ranch is my ketchup. Now I wouldn't have had a problem cooking paying for the ranch if she told me that they now charge for all of them but she didn't. Not once was I ever asked to pay for the first container of ranch. Unbelievable made the food zero stars. Maybe be more informative and less misleading. Never going back when that lady is working, it's not like the ranch comes out of her pay check.
The manager who’s Hispanic with bun was extremely rude to me for no reason. She wouldn’t let me get a lettuce wrap and was acting really weird about giving me an extra sauce. I didn’t think it was that serious.
