Alexandra was the best bartender ever. 10/10 would come back for her. Food was good. Had a young lady miracle drop off a drink for me and I think she'd had a crush on me. Overall great place

My and My Sister, took our Mom there to celebrate her birthday, and the entire staff treated us like royalty, and our waitress, Ms. Valerie, treated our Mom very special, she and her co-workers really went all out for our Mom, singing Happy Birthday to her, making sure that she was well taken care of, And I must take my head off to Miss Valerie because that's all my mom talked about is how nice she took care of her and treated her like she was one of her daughters, And like I told my sister that I'm coming back to prime time, because I love the staff I love the atmosphere I just love the positive vibes from everyone in the front of the house to the back of the house, I recommend that everyone should go there and experience, The very professionalism that everyone at prime time shows their guests, And by the way the food is very delicious, God bless everyone at prime time restaurant, And I will be coming back there soon, but this time I'll be bringing my kids so they can experience everything their grandmother experienced on her birthday

A little pricey but the food is very good the plates are big and love the fire melted cheese appetizer. The waitress was very attentive too.

I had the worst day of my life today, and the whole week was terrible. I really needed a pick me up so I tried PT for the very first time. Let me tell you that I had the best experience ever! My waitress Alexandra was so sweet, she went above and beyond to make sure my first experience was delightful. She was super helpful when I didn't understand the food options and very patient. The food was wonderful! Overall this experience made my week so much better and I would definitely come again when Alexandra is working!

Went on a Saturday night around 8PM. Was pretty packed due to the fight being on but service was 10/10. Our waitress was attentive and immediately greeted my party when we sat down. The food was delicious and fresh. Buffalo Wings are a hit. Have been here a few times and will continue to return.

I've been here twice, both times with a large group (>10 people) with reservations and the servers were very accommodating and the food came out quick despite our party size. The servers are well trained and kind, hosts were friendly and the food is delicious. Prices are good, especially considering what a nice restaurant this place is; several flat screen TVs showing a variety of sports clips and games. Everything is very clean. I admit I'm yet to sit at the bar but have family who go to the bar to watch games who enjoy the atmosphere as well. Note that the pictures were taken around midnight on a Tuesday so the restaurant was mostly empty at that time

I'm from Los Angeles, this is my first visit to Chicago. They made me feel welcomed, I was treated with respect, they were courteous nd friendly to me. The food was great, service was exceptional. I recommend it 100%.....

Prime time, this is my first time visiting this restaurant. Have passed it many times, great atmosphere. They have a wide variety of choices to pick from on the menu. The food was very appetizing and great portioning to price ratio. Definitely must try is their bread and sweetened butter 🤤. Make sure u don’t eat to much, so you can save room for their desserts 🍨 🍪.

Just came in for the fish fry special, the fried shrimp is so tasty. Emily was my server 5 star service ! Love this place <3

I was impressed. I loved my food. Had the Greek chicken. A massive seasoned, grilled chicken breast with Greek roasted potatoes on a bed of lemon rice and a lemon sauce. It was soooo good. I’ve never had anything quite like it.

Thank you Prime Time for accepting a last minute request to cater food for my father’s funeral today. The food was amazing as it always is. All the food got delivered in the most caring and secure way possible. Thank you for putting the cold stuff in the fridge and putting the hot food in the oven for us. The gentleman arrived so quick and efficiently that I didn’t notice him going above and beyond to store the food for us. Salad was very colorful, crisp and picturesque. Soup arrived hot and had a very delicious blend of balanced flavors. The salad dressing was wrapped up tight to ensure a seamless delivery. Seasoned rice and veggies had a flavor burst. And the steak, melt in your mouth and cooked to perfection even through all the 45 min transport from the restaurant to the funeral. The crowd kept asking, where is this amazing food from? lol I can’t thank you enough Prime Time. With a sad day because of the funeral, it ended with us getting some high quality food obviously made with love. Thanks a million.

My husband, four children, and I ate here at 6:30 on a Friday night during a long road trip. We were seated within minutes. Service was fast and friendly, and I was impressed with the sever’s integrity to let us know that there was a computer glitch and our order was a bit delayed in being processed. Still, not a long wait. The portions were humongous, and a great value. Loved the salads, Mexican dishes, and pasta. We ended up taking half our food home to enjoy as leftovers. Great experience! High chairs, sports on TV, clean bathrooms, and coloring supplies made this a great stop for our road-weary family!

We decided to try Prime Time for the first time after our son's graduation, and we’re so glad we did. Even though we’ve lived in the area for years, we had never been,but after reading great reviews and seeing they were open until 1am on a weekday, it felt like the perfect spot to celebrate. We walked in without a reservation as a party of 9, and they welcomed us without hesitation. Emily, our waitress, was fantastic! Friendly, attentive, and made sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks Emily! Everyone at our table loved their food , not a single complaint, which is rare with a group that size. The portions were generous, prices were reasonable, and we especially liked the daily special options that they have. Needless to say, Prime Time is now our new favorite local spot. Highly recommend.

I haven’t been to Prime Time for a while but one things for sure, the food is still amazing and full of flavor! I decided on the Lamb Ribs and it sure hit the spot. Drinks are always good and the staff are a lot of fun and great to be around.

Prime time is a place that I will frequently visit! Walking thru the door for my first time we felt very welcome!! Our server Julius was very helpful and made being a newbie here a unique experience with all of his suggestions that were all winners!! He even entertained us with his multicultural linguistics and traded a little Italian with my wife who is learning Italian! I had a great time and I ate good food. The bartender also made a wonderful mojito. I had the steak and ribs dinner it was every bite delicious!!..we also ordered the shrimp dinner we had coconut shrimp. I'm not a shrimp eater but I always taste a shrimp or two and they were spot on!!

This was my 2nd time dining at Prime Time. The pics are of our appetizers but let's talk about the Grecian style chicken! I tend to order beef (those are steak quesidillas pictured) over chicken but I'm so glad I opted for chicken this time. It was seasoned to perfection and I will definitely be back and will most likely order the same thing but with the flaming cheese appetizer.

This restaurant is excellent is very family oriented. I brought my puppy with me and they accommodated us even fix my puppy a chicken breast ! I just want to say then I will definitely come back it’s a very family oriented restaurant! Smi was wonderful, she kept us with us and very concerned with how we were doing.

Just tried this place for first time and I absolutely loved it. The food was delicious. I ordered cheese fries and got a HUGE plate with bacon bits on it. Very good. Also, I had the Rib eye steak and omg, it was delicious. It was juicy but also had a lot of flavor to it. And I like that they are open really late as well.

That menu is huge! So many options. Sometimes, when I see that many options, I wonder how the quality will hold up. They did not disappoint! We had a group of 8. They sat us right away. We each ordered something different and everyone raved. I had the Chicken and Ribs special. I ate the ribs with just a fork. The meat just melted off. It has become our regular dinner spot when we have meeting in town.

Food and drinks are really good and flavorful, staff is always polite and friendly. Nice setting for a night out at the bar or date night!

We stopped in here after a BJJ tournament that was down the street for a quick bite to eat. I like the building and it was clean and all the staff we chatted with were nice. The service was decent a little slow considering it was not too busy, but not terrible by any means. The food was good I would say a little expensive considering location, quantity etc. The kiddos enjoyed it and were in the area a few times a year for tournaments so well see if we stop back, but overall pretty good.

Had dinner here with family. This is one of my in-laws favorite places to go. Food was good, not great. I got the Philly cheese steak sandwich. My wife got the chicken cordon blue. Very generous serving sizes. The au jus for the sandwich was very watery. But the flaming cheese was awesome! I think we got overcharged on the bill, but didn't realize it until after we left.

Beautiful restaurant when you definitely don't feel like going downtown! The food is AMAZING almost everything we ordered was a hit... seasoned well and flavorful like it was home cooked with love! Prices were surprisingly reasonable and affordable. Parking on sight and handicap accessible. The only thing missing is more modern decor and updating could improve but with the food so tasty one could tell where the focus is placed. Run try them out...

It was my first time at Prime Time and it was good. We definitely enjoyed our 25% off appetizers. It was delicious and we had a great time. We ordered Coors, wings, fried calamari and onion rings. I would like to come back for their pizza and other things. Definitely a try if you're in the area.

This place has some good food i had the texan burger, meat quality was very good did not taste like it came from a box had a good texture when it hit youtlr mouth solid 5/5 including the sweet potatoe frys loved it. We also tried the 25 dollar steak sammy, mushrooms did not taste fresh they were for sure canned, steak was very tender cooked perfect, we just wished it was better seasoned but overall a solid 4/5. Tip your servers!

Great food and fast service. Vast menu with many options to choose from! Servers seemed really friendly and gave quick service.

Veggies with dinner could have been hotter (Luke warm/cold) baked potato was over cooked. Things that were good: fresh bread, whipped butter, steaks, macaroni au gratin, barbacoa rice bowl, orange rough, stuffed Mexican burger. Staff was very welcoming and helpful. They add gratuity for bills over 150. Waitress did tell us when handing us our check.

Everything was great. The atmosphere was perfect for any celebration and the service was great. The only critic I have is for one of our to go food items. We ordered the prime time platter and I would recommend to put the cheese for the potato skins on the side. We tried to eat the platter next day and the potato skins were to hard to eat. The cheese was dried out. Other than that everything else was great.

The food is good. Huge portions, definitely come hungry. However, the service leaves much to be desired. We were served warm beer, sat a table filled with our empty glasses and dirty, half eaten dishes.

Spent quite a bit of money with my 2 teen grandsons and myself. Boys enjoyed their burgers. My Cesar grilled chicken salad was not good. Chewy chicken, could barely eat it. We also ordered dessert to go. Boys tiramisu was ok they said. My lemon cake was chockingly DRY. I've eaten here many times and have always enjoyed the food. Very disappointing and I was starving. 😭I won't be back for a long time.

What a disappointment. Food was a mess.. desert was even worse. Food really tasted cheap.. rice was mush.. meat was raw.. I would not feed that to a pig.. should of never tried it. Our senior women's group booked a private for lunch for 40+ women. We were squeezed into a room that didn't seem big enough for all of us. The food was disappointing. The vegetables were over salted. They did not provide enough food for everyone for a family style meal. Some of us did not get all of the food choices offered on the family style meal. Some of us didn't get bread or chicken. When we told the server, we were told there was no more food. The server did not have a welcoming attitude.

Pretty concerning that I’m writing this on my way home from the restaurant. First of all, our waitress was nice. She was quick, super nice, and helpful. However, as a table of three, we ordered three different steaks. The photo below is the skirt steak. Seems good right? It was warmed on the outside, barely warm in the inside. It was chewy and drenched in water. Utensils were dull, and the vegetables looked like they were frozen and steamed. One plate had so much veggies while the other barely has any. As an individual who has had many steaks in my time, I could make better steak than this. Also concerning, all three different steaks were served within ten minutes of ordering. Steaks shouldn’t be that quick. Side note, what’s with the magician?? I was more concerned about leaving because i felt pretty uncomfortable. Pretty sure he didn’t want to make it seem that way but as a family trying to spend time together, it was pretty annoying. Overall, service was alright but the food? I can make it better.

Great deal on the martini and it was definitely strong. The ribs weren't from an actual grill, and the meal was a bit pricey for the mediocre quality.

I found a piece of plastic wrap inside my salad during my visit. I immediately brought it to the attention of both the waitress and the manager. My card was charged in full first, then later refunded only to take $1 off the bill. As part of the “resolution,” they also offered to give my baby nephew an ice cream, as if that somehow made finding plastic in food acceptable. This is a serious food safety issue, not a small mistake. The response from management showed a complete lack of accountability and concern. Mistakes happen, but how you handle them matters—and this was handled extremely poorly. I will not be returning.

The absolute worst place you could go the owners believe sexual harassment and treating there serves with such disrespect is ok as long as your a paying customer would not recommend not family friendly PLEASE do not use this horrible establishment i know I will definitely never be back

People were really nice, but the food was terrible. The pizza was bad, wing sauce was slimy and really thick, and the pulled pork was as bad too. I’m sorry but I will not be returning to this place. Ordered the 18oz prime rib. My wife ordered the ribeye. We also ordered 2 lobster tails with it. Im giving it 2 stars because the lobster tails tasted horrible. What ever machine it was cooked in needs to be washed out. Its like you can taste the machine throughout the entire lobster tail. Butter and lemon juice did not help at all. I didnt finish it, my wife forced herself to finish hers. I told my bartender about the problem hoping it will be taken off my bill without me asking but i doubt if she even addressed it to a manager. I felt insulted i paid $100 for 2 horribly cooked lobster tails, after i saw the bill that was almost $400. Ordered the brownie which we also didnt like and didnt eat because it taste over cooked. Its really not about the money. Its the lack of accountability and integrity that bothered me.

We got our food the shrimp was box frozen Sam's club shrimp we asked for the manager to get something else in exchange he could only accommodate one order. Our family came here 4 years ago and it was pretty good so we decided to go again to take his girlfriend for dinner on her birthday. They sat us close to the door and we asked kindly to be moved it was freezing this day. The waiter did not speak much a young man. The soup we had, cream of chicken tasted sour and old as well as the other soup looked and tasted old. The nachos were dry not enough cheese or chicken. Everyone's food was blend but the worst was mine I ordered chopped sirloin.In the description it never mentiins ground beef meat It was more like a hamburger meat the server did not even want to look or answer to my husband asking what kind of meat it was instead, he send the manager. We were not asking for a free meal only to get what was described. The manager said yes, that is how we make our sirloin here. Sad story getting a sirloin as a hamburger type. He did not charge us for that but instead charged me the higher price plate that i switched to and also my steak was rare when I asked for medium well done. The server took 25 dollar tip on a $185 dollar dinner for doing absolutely nothing right. We Will never return and would never recommend anyone to come here. Mcdonald's could of been better.

Food is nothing special. Seems like a very hostile place for employees to work at. Their managers/owner don’t seem to care when their employees literally get harassed by customers.

I chose a Fettucine Alfredo w/broccoli bc I thought it would be a safe choice. But unfortunately, this one was lacking, especially for the price. I guess I've been spoiled by tortorices in Downers Grove. They are cheaper and have a tastier Fettucine Alfredo (baked w/mozzarella cheese on top, no less) for much cheaper. But since moving, that's too far of a drive for me. However, after being disappointed by the fettucine alfredo here, I think I may make the drive more often. The sauce at prime time was very, very thin and watery. I almost felt like they just put warmed heavy cream on top of the pasta. It wasn't clinging to the pasta well (my homemade pasta is thick and creamy) and it also was lacking in taste. For $16 something with tax? For a relatively small serving? Nah.

Very unprofessional and not clean, especially with COVID, by having customers come into the restaurant with DOGS. Who wants to bring their family to a restaurant and have a dog barking at the table next to you. Dog hair flying while you are eating your food, is very unsanitary. The health department would not appreciate a situation with customers bringing in Dogs, to walk around the restaurant while families are trying to enjoy a meal. My Mother and Father are handicapped and we could not park in the handicapped spots since Prime Time Restaurant plowed the snow into the parking spaces. Seems like Prime Time discriminants against ill and elderly handicapped customers. I also thought Prime Time was a restaurant, not a zoo for pets.

Sat at the bar. Service was very slow. Ordered burger med rare. Was supposed to come with soup. Never got soup. Burger was well done and dry as hell. No salt or any seasoning on burger. Haven't been there in a while because food sucked before. Will not be back. Too bad because it's a nice bar and restaurant.

If you get seated with the blonde waitress — honestly, just leave. Constant fly-bys and zero actual attention to the table. Also, be aware: if you order the fajita steak salad, you’re basically getting scraps of steak thrown on top of a mountain of greens, and they’ll charge you twenty bucks for it. For service like this, they should be paying you, not the other way around.

I’d rather them charge $25 for steak night vs $19.99 and get a poor quality cut. I’m disappointed! We’ve made this place our go to steak Tuesday spot for 3 months every Tuesday. Steak, potato, veggie, and soup was a steal. But the quality of the steak was disappointing. Not sure if they switched distributors but for $19.99, it was like eating shoe leather. Maybe the cook was off or the cut was bad tonight but I was disappointed!

While the restaurant has a casual, sports-friendly setup and on the surface seems welcoming to most guests, my visit was seriously undermined by how I was treated by staff and management. I was asked to leave the premises “for no reason,” and the situation felt discriminatory and disrespectful, especially considering I’m a Black veteran. The behavior I experienced didn’t align with the advertised “friendly service” many other guests report.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but our experience today was so disappointing. We visited Prime Time Restaurant in Hickory Hills, IL earlier today, and unfortunately, the food was far below even basic expectations. The salmon was served noticeably undercooked and had absolutely no flavor just bland and unappetizing. It felt like it had barely touched the grill. The potatoes were clearly stale and not fresh. Instead of being warm and fluffy or crisp, they tasted old and reheated. The corn was even worse completely waterlogged and mushy, as if it had been sitting in a container of water for hours. It had a strange taste and was honestly disgusting. It’s embarrassing for any restaurant to serve food of this quality. We left feeling frustrated and extremely disappointed.

Came in hoping that this restaurant was what I remembered, but not at all. Firstly, one of the employees was using the bathroom and didn't wash their hands. The tables and menus were sticky. I explained to the server that I would just like takeout, but we waited 20 min just for the order to be wrong. Should have left. Tipped the server anyway, as they probably need it and it wasn't directly their fault. Food wasn't that great, and as previously mentioned the order was wrong. Dry pork, salty soup. Will not return.

Ordered online, to go around 5pm on 02/04/26. First and last visit. The food was absolutely atrocious. Ordered the southwest chicken rolls, Philly steak sandwich: sweet potato fries, soup of the day and baby back ribs (half of slab, well done, charred): French fries, garden salad. The salad, bread and soup were ok but everything else was disgusting. I wouldn’t return if the meal was free and this review is not to get a free meal or a response from the owner. My upset taste buds and tummy can’t be bought. The young lady at the front was very pleasant and friendly. Did not have long wait upon arrival.
