Smashburger is the best spot for burger style food. Been going there for years and it still tastes great. It can be a pretty penny to spend but I consider it food that’s worth it. The menu is changing fairly frequently, which keeps it interesting as long as you don’t lose a favorite menu item. A diverse amount of sides with the favorite entrees keep things interesting. Sorry for the cookie cutter comments but I have been going there for so long that it’s not a surprise to me how disappointing this place isn’t. If you see the menu and recognize food that you eat at other places, then give this place a try for it is worthy!

Every time I come to Smashburger I am greeted with smiles and positivity. The food is always fresh, and I never had any complaints. Sebastian and Myriali are always so kind and welcoming!

Been here a couple times as it’s by the office. I don’t like that they have removed a turkey burger from the menu. But they have chicken so it’ll do. Love their truffle mushroom Swiss sandwich. The only downside was that the prices were a bit on the higher side for a fast-casual place, and there was a bit of a wait during peak hours. Came here after I was fasting for a cholesterol test. I was really ready to eat go my heart's content. I had the best burger in my life. This is coming from a guy that doesn't cook and eats every meal outside the house. I made my sandwich a double because it was 11:00 am and I wanted to combine it with lunch. The solace was spotless and has seating for 51 people. I'm really glad I came here.

This place was absolutely incredible! Very cozy, warm feel to the place itself. Extremely friendly staff that are respectful and engage in meaningful conversation. No traffic on a weekday at 5:30pm! SO SO SOOO GOOD! My husband and I ordered online last night and went to pick it up. It was easy to get to with good parking. Our order was ready when we arrived and we checked it in the car just to be sure and everything was in there. The burgers were so tasty! I loved my tots and he loved his fries, and they were huge portions! The chicken tenders were so crispy, and the shakes were DELICIOUS. I'm a burger lover and received a gift card for Xmas to try this place. It's been highly recommended by friends and finally stopped by one day while we were in the area. It's delicious! I'm sold. I'm not usually a shake person but their Butterfinger shake is amazing. I loved it. Everything was delicious. I'm a big fan of Shake Shack so I can say this place is a contender. Their "cheese" fries are not as good as Shake Shack's but still delicious. Would love to come back.

I know it's a chain restaurant, so it can be hard to fully access at times. But my experience with the staff and how the food tasted was overall really good. I ordered the Bacon Avacado Club, with beef double patty, as there is a chicken option, large sweet potato smash fries, and a drink. I don't know if I was really hungry or what, but everything was beyond delicious this day. The patties were juicy and not overcooked. The fries were sweet and not over-fried. The only complaint is that the bun had too much mayo for my liking, so I ended up whipping most of it off with a napkin. But overall this experience was great and at times you really can't go wrong with smashburger as a better alternative to the McDonald's and Burger Kings.

Hard to beat. Of the small chain burger joints this is definitely one of the tops. You just can't go wrong with this place. I'm a sucker for the BBQ bacon, but there is definitely something out there for burger lovers. Smash fries are my favorite, but you have plenty of options.

I'm now starting to question myself about why I have a guilty pleasure with burgers. The answer......the toppings I can put onto it. The menu is expensive when you are looking for variety. Even then I would suggest getting a double stack patty cause the single will make it an average fast food meal. It caught me off guard when I was waiting for my food and not only was that not necessary. The manager HIMSELF delivered my meal for me. Now that speaks volume considering its a fast food joint. The location is boxed in with a store next to it, yet the inside of the restaurant gives a good vibe to be comfortable to stay in instead of munching your food in the car.

This was the first time and the burgers are amazing, it’s perfectly crispy yet also juicy, would love to visit this place again!

Their burger is flavorful. I've also tried their grilled chicken sandwich (not this time) and I pretty much like that too. If you like burgers, you'll really enjoy your visit. The staff are extremely friendly and Uber-nice!

This has been my favorite burger joint for many years now. The reason I don't give it 5 stars is because it's inconsistent. I always go for the bbq bacon smash burger. It is so juicy and flavorful. I love the bbq sauce on it with the bacon and onion strings. And I know it might sound off but add avocado to it. It changes the flavor profile but in a good way. If I'm craving chicken I go for the classic crispy chicken sandwich. Substitute the Mayo for smash sauce and it just takes the sandwich to another level. And if I get fries, it's always the smash fries. Recent times that I've gone, I've had no complaints about the Customer service. They are always friendly and quick to assist you while taking your order

It's been several years since first trying this burger chain restaurant's food, and still good variety options available. Of course, prices have drastically changed in over a decade. Still, good tasting smashburgers, but smashed turkey patties were smaller than expected from before. Now, the restaurant no longer offer turkey burgers, but do have smash chicken burgers. Ordered via mobile app for pickup; service was good, fast pickup. Seasoned tater tots and fries were delicious. Also tried one of their crispy chicken sandwich, which was filling, very crispy, and flavorful. The Brussels sprouts side was properly roasted/cooked but tasted very salty. Their smash veggie burgers are better than expected too. Some of the restaurant's seating and tables were not kept clean and had food crumbs and pieces of napkin/paper on it and the floor, too. Parking available in a shared lot located in front of the restaurant.

Came in to place an order for take out, didn’t have a good experience. 1st thing I noticed after I ordered was how filthy the place was, every table was dirty and it wasn’t even busy. Also, the employee bagging the orders sneezed on the counter right over the food, didn’t wash his hands or change his gloves. Abysmal service at this location around 6:55PM on 7/26. Came in to pick up a mobile order, checked in with the cashier, and was told that the order wasn’t ready yet, so then I stood at the pickup counter waiting for the order. As I’m standing there for a whole ten minutes, I’ve noticed that there’s this one order that’s ready for pickup just sitting there behind the counter. Meanwhile, this entire time, the employee working the pickup counter, who’s apparently the manager, refused to acknowledge my presence the entire time I was standing there. He even walked right past me and pretended that I’m invisible. Eventually, after miraculously getting his attention, I told him the name of the order I was waiting on, and sure enough, it was that bag that was sitting there the ENTIRE time just getting cold. When I explained this to him, instead of taking accountability and apologizing, he just turned his back on me and moved on. That was the REAL kicker that pissed me off. I then confronted the cashier I checked in with, and he also deflected and said that he told the manager that I was waiting on that order, which I didn’t see happen. This location desperately needs a new manager, ideally one who understands that people who are standing at the pickup counter are standing there FOR A REASON. This current manager is a man-child who’s too immature to acknowledge his careless, negligent mistake. An unorganized, uncommunicative, unfriendly, negative environment, to say the least. Corporate, do better.

How do you make fries taste bad? This location has succeeded. They were loaded with salt and just didn’t taste good at all. They also don’t even bother to fill the $5 box up but it didn’t matter because it was like eating grease and salt anyway. The location in Port Washington has really good tasting fries but that’s not the case here. They need to ask that location what they do differently because the disparity in taste is huge and not worth the price.

Came back after 6months of not eating here and the menu changed. Tried their smash burger and it was awful. No real taste or flavor to the patty. Their smash fries lost their taste and taste like regular fries with rosemary on it. I couldn’t even finish my food bc of how bad everything was. Last time I ever come here.
