customer service was amazing! We had a server name, Sarah. She was very welcoming nice and and mad The experience funad she made sure our food came out in a Timely manner. She was very funny and engaged. Making sure that we had what we needed and what we wanted.We went on a Tuesday afternoon, it was happy hour and the manager was present and very welcoming as well. Also the food was Delicious. I would Recommend going to this location.
This is my legit go to Applebees! The food is always great never have to wait long I go often but this was my first time interacting with my server Sarah! She is PHENOMENAL! I love her energy, she checked on us often making sure we had everything we needed. Her customer service is top tier. Thank you again Sarah !!
We got the mozzarella sticks and boneless wings and I also had the chicken parm with fetachini pasta; it was all delicious. My mom said the sauce taster like it was from a jar, but I really liked it. The waiter was also nice. I didn't like the fact that the bar was in the middle of the building right with the tables because the people there were loud, but that's my only gripe.

Every time we come it’s always great fast seating and great service the managers always make shur that their customers are taken care of. Food is regularly Applebee’s food. 🙌 definitely great place to go with family or friends or even a date night
The food was perfectly cooked the atmosphere was friendly open and conversational and the service was right on time not too overly attentive but not to the point where we were nerd either definitely worth the money a little more expensive than anticipated but for the three of us cost $80 still was worth it cuz we took food home

Large comfortable restaurant in Highland's largest plaza. The service was great and all of the staff were kind with smiling faces. We got the food very fast and it was delicious. Excellent place to watch TV and sports.
Shrimp wonton stir fry, great. Lot's of flavor, shrimp perfect. Corona's ice cold. Always great friendly service. Updates: since the pandemic yes things have changed a little bit. As usual the staff all still wear their masks. But I don't see the 6'ft distancing. The bar is for the most part always full with no spacing. The dining area is always full. Some customers still wear their masks upon entering the building. Now the restaurant has posted signs on the doors that masks must be worn upon entering. But business has carried on as usual. Update: Applebees seems to be back to its normal business. Masks are not required upon entering. There's no 6ft distancing. The staff is no longer required to wear their masks anymore. Business seems to be booming at the Highland location. Update 2: they're busy as usual. Some of the staff wears masks and others don't. Service is still great. Business is booming as usual. Food and drinks, nothing has slipped between the cracks. It's good as usual. Highly recommend visiting the Highland branch. Update 3: Applebees is back to regular business. A nice place to relax and let your hair down after a crazy day of work. Update #4: No changes. No signs of "covid". Business is booming as usual. Everybody still shows up to hangout and relax. Come on by and have a cold one with us.
The service was awesome Kelye & Jonathan Scott were very attentive. Hot food came out hot, cold food came out cold. Hostess ( didn’t get her name) she kept herself super busy cleaning and sanitizing while keeping an eye on her station. Bartender was on it while Scott helped with dirty glasses. Pretty freakin cool team work for a Fourth of July dinner date with my son.

Sandwich was pretty decent, but service was super slow. I wanted my sandwich to go and they took a long time to even ask me anything, while they seated other people that arrived after me. Worth to say that the place was empty, there were maybe 5 tables in total? So I’m not sure why it was this way.
If you call in advance about a large party... please check in a week before & then a day before event. They do take reservations for large parties. So they can can properly staff in advance. I dropped the ball on reconfirming the original information I was given concerning mid to large party events. So there was a misunderstanding/ miscommunication between me & the staff person I originally spoke with, however, the staff did a great job at accommodating our large birthday party of 14 ppl with 5 more added on last minute. I do believe we were a bit overwhelming, but the end result was good. It was a full house tonight & the staff handled every obstacle like champs. Thanks you guys!

Typical chain restaurant. It was not crowded when I went, I sat at the bar and the service was not very good at all. Bartender seemed more interested in finding out what had gone on the night before than what I wanted to drink/eat! Initial contact took almost 15 minutes, another 15 to get a glass of ROOM TEMP (WARM) white wine and 35 to get a steak dinner which was cooked medium-well when I ordered medium-rare. It came with the wrong sides. I never got my salad. All in all a really bad experience. Oh and to top it off I was charged over $50 for all of this! Perhaps it was an off night? I'm not sure I've only gotten to go orders since then!
2.5/5 stars restaurant good... service poor...Went to have a couple of beers after returning home from a delayed flight from GA. The bartender was very rude, (we all have bad days, I was having one too) and there was hair (blonde straight) inside of my 2nd beer I let her know, and she told me it was my hair (black 3C) before I even touched the glass and refused to pour another beer, and wanted to argue. I paid for both beers and decided to leave. Outside of that experience, it would have been a great homecoming after having a terrible day she made it worse...this was my 1st time visiting this Applebee's and I will not be returning... sorry guys I hope your experience is better than mine.
Typical Applebee's grill food-wise (the Denny's near where I live is a definite cut above). The service people were very attentive (a total of 3 people) but they kept on interrupting our conversation. The interior was clean and in good shape.

Was told 20 min wait . Asked why and was told chemicals were sprayed on tables and we were not able to eat. Hopefully I don’t get sick but only the inside if the restaurant is open and not the litter tables . If chemicals were sprayed at working hours I think it’s not good . There were 2 people sitting eating and when I asked why can they sit there and eat and we can’t were told because they were employees. I think besides that it was pretty chill here like always

Went here for a birthday dinner. We got seated. 5 adults and a baby. We asked for a booster seat they changed our table because the booster seat wasn't safe...ok wso we ger seated again. I had to get the chair for the baby because no one brought one which was whatever. So we tell the waitress hey we've been here since 545 had to get repeated can we still get the appetizers half off...she replied let me check...punched it in and said ok yes it's not a problem. Yayyy. So we then proceed with our order. We get our food. The burger was raw in the middle. Still moo-ing. We send it back they fix it no problem. We then ask for to go trays. Packed up and waited for the check...only for the check to have the half priced appetizers full priced and charged for a whole other burger because of the one sent back. The manager only took off the extra burger but wouldn't give us the appetizers half off. Had the waitress told us no we coukd have incorporated our appetizers in the 2 for 25. There's always some bull crap with this Applebee's everytime I've been here. I definitely will not be back.
