This place is always closed at 10 pm faithfully. They turn lights off an turn away every customer... they say they only doing mobile orders an they r always out of tacos.. they r always outside an have the back door open talking to homeless people.. this needs to be looked into.. I can never order an it's always a problem.. please look into this as soon as possible

Placed a mobile order and went to pick it up. Nobody else was in the drive thru. Honked multiple times trying to get somebody's attention to come to the window and even went around the building 4 times. I was able to see my order waiting on the counter getting cold and drink getting watered down as I was waiting for nearly 20 minutes. Had to constantly blare the horn to finally get someone to come to the window as I had already paid for the food. When someone came to the window, they basically yelled and had a nasty tone with me like his job was just too much work for him. Overall, very unhappy and will not be coming back.

I was having a seizure while my mother was trying to get food, once she realized I was having a seizure she immediately asked if costumers could get out of the way so she could get me to safety but your employee decided to argue. Work on who you hire please coming as the victim itself. Hit me up for the bill

Wife came home and told me about 2 employees one man and one woman fighting at the drive through window in front of her and our daughter and the guy i guess made the lady employee fall by pushing her. I find it very disturbing and inappropriate for a man to be hitting on women like that they both should be terminated

This is the second time my food has a hair on it and it’s so disgusting the employees be outside smoking and in there car and they don’t even wash there hands or where gloves how disgusting jack do better or I will be calling corporate

Ordered a sourdough burger meal with 3 eggshells. When I got home, I don't know what my burger was but definitely not what I ordered ( no sourdough, and different ingredients in the burger, yellow cheese not white) and I ended up with 3 jalepenos but no eggshells. Tried calling to report the mistake and it would either just ring or be busy. Never got an answer 😕. Won't be back

Worst jack in the box always out of coffee ice tea , condiments. Today I went for breakfast got a loaded breakfast sandwich it was cold and nasty the hash brown was refried dried out . I don’t see how you can mess up something so easy. Never again will go there. People just don’t care about quality.

The guy at the window said this Jack in the box is closed at midnight even though Google maps says it's a 24-hour. Horrible customer service and always gets our food wrong. I would never go to this location again!!!

Worst food ever! My tacos looked and tasted like they fried the lettuce or recooked them with the lettuce in them. And the fries were cold.

Wow, all I can say is wow!!! This is suppose to be a chicken fajita pita. 4 small pieces of chicken, no tomatoes and the pita was broken down both sides. My curly fries were cold and no receipt to prove to manager of my purchase. I waited in drive thru line for 10 mins with not 1 car moving so I went inside, no better. Not recommending this location. I always go to the Garth & I-10 location, they are the best there.
