Lovely food, expect a thin crust. Friendly staff and wide selection for customizing a pizza your way. Mine came out delicious with a good crunch. Nice eating area and the style is warm and modern.

What started as a frustrating situation dealing with DoorDash, our dasher leaving our food behind and us not knowing if we would get our meals I called up and was blessed to speak with the amazing manager Miranda. She helped tremendously in explaining our situation and letting us know what was going on, she even went out of her way to contact us and remedy the situation! She had already made our night great by being so kind and understanding then she went above and beyond in outstandingly rectifying everything! Thank you so much to Miranda!!

I guess it’s what most people would call on the pricey side, but hey it’s sky’s the limit on customization & a pretty good selection of ingredients. Customer service at this location has always been great. Bottom line, I know if I go here I’m gonna be satisfied, wife and family too. We usually have leftovers to take home. Well with the price if you ask me! **bonus- they have cauliflower crust as well as gluten free crust option

The pizza I had made was delicious. Thin mod with spicy chicken sausage, pepperoni, blue cheese, mozzarella, jalepeno, bacon, black olives, and mushrooms. This pizza should be on the menu because it was amazing. I also enjoyed the crazy high calorie berry lemonade. The place has outdoor and indoor seating. The main seating area was crazy loud but the side was tolerable.

First visit and I will definitly return. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pizza was excellent. Lots of choices for toppings to choose from. The prices were reasonable. I liked the local seasonal beer on tap that was nice and cold. I thought the dining area was also clean. An employee was walking the area clearing dishes and trash.

Not many places you can still get a quick amazing salad under $15. My husband has started a healthier choices lifestyle, so the fact he could still fell part of the experience of going out and choosing all the toppings- then get ad much as he wants on it was a big plus. Especially since Jason's deli stopped the AYCE salad bar

I’ve been to a lot of MOD pizzas all over the country and this one is about middle of the pack. They don’t stand out like others. Customer service was a slow (we were early for the rush too) but they only had 3 employees working there. Says more about management than the employees due to the fact that it’s Saturday at lunchtime. Clean store and ingredients were good. Like I said nothing to write home about but not horrible.

Not cheap, but no limit on extra toppings. We usually order a few different MOD sizes and go with their menu items and then add extra toppings. Last time, one of ours was burned or dropped… dunno, but the guy had to remake and rebake. They forgot to add feta and parm. Besides that, MOD is MOD. it’s a franchise and the quality is the same always. Dependable. Fresh. Thin crusts and gluten free option.

This is my 4th time ordering from this location! The pizza is not good at all. They rob you on toppings and sauce! You will be paying extra for absolutely nothing!! Trust Me!

While the pizza is good the service is horrible. Super slow going inside and then I have ordered twice online for a set time and both times they hadn't even been put in the oven! So what's the point of putting a pick up time if they don't even finish at that time? Then the workers are just nonchalant about it too. No apology and their tone is very much a "oh well"

First time coming to the Baytown location. Only 2 employees were available and the worker taking the orders was continuously rude to my buddy. Wait time was very short as no one else was dining here at the moment, and the food was as alright. 2 hairs were found in my buddy's pizza. OK food, terrible service. Bad lemonade.

Restroom urinal looks as if it has not been cleaned since this mod was opened. Soap dispenser did not have soap and the urinal is leaking water. Come on mod do better

Service is slow, it is obviously understaffed. Do not recommend Unless you want to wait almost an hour for your pizza. Even when you order online, you still have to wait 10 minutes or more.

Always great Pizza. It obviously would be since you make it to your liking. ***But man oh man. Can this location have more than one employee making the pizzas while the 3rd employee is in the back. This is the "SLOWEST" location I've been to compared to: Deer Park, Pasadena, Channel View, Mont Belvieu Please have someone train on speed.

Dude….. what is going on? We arrived around 12:10pm We waited 5-7 minutes for 2 pizzas to get made in front of us. Then took another 20 minutes for our 3 mods and 1 kids pizza to be made. When did yall start docking all pizzas? He was not using two hands to spreed the ingredients, working on 1 pizza a time until it was mentioned to start the others. Is he new? And why was he left solo if that’s the case. Why did you not assist him? There was 2 sets of couples, 4 people walk in after us And THEY ALL WALKED OUT. When our pizzas were finally made at 12:38pm which remind you there was 2 pizzas infront of us.

Pizza was burnt, not cut evenly, she didn't pop the bubbles and I'm sure she looked at the bottom and still served it to me. Very disappointed.

1st time ordering from MOD pizza. Got the Mega (11 inch “thick crust”). First of all, this isn’t thick crust. It’s a regular sized crust( to the rest of the USA). Second, there’s barely any cheese or sauce on more than half the pizza towards the outer diameter. 3rd, taste is mediocre. Not quite sure how they got 4.5 stars out of approx. 700 reviews at the time of writing this.
