I eat here everyday I love the muffins the atmosphere the food and the staff. I would recommend this place to anyone that enjoys good food. Cant forget about the muffins the milk cereal muffin hands down the best thing you will ever eat

Hummus serves delicious food that is fresh, healthy and very flavorful. Also, the value is amazing as you truly get your money's worrh. While it is tough to find a parking spot, it is certainly worth it to get in and enjoy some amazing food. Whether it's gyro, chicken kebab or any of their proteins, the food is always served fresh and hot. I'd highly suggest the tzatziki chicken as it's utterly delicious and goes great on a salad. The additions to meal are numerous and always look vibrant and colorful. You can choose three or pay for more as it is always worth getting extra. I always go with the eggplant salad and the pickled red cabbage as staples then add from there. The bowls are stuffed and hard to finish because you get so much and each meal comes with a very tasty cup of hummus which come in a variety of flavors.

The purpose of this review is not to hate or harm this restaurant in any way, shape, or form. That being said, I hope you take this review as an informative review. Atmosphere: Located at the beginning of a triangular intersection, it is pretty accessible from either side if you're driving. It has a few parking spots in the back. The inside is spacious and clean, and they have a decent number of tables. I think there were also a few tables outside for the summer time. It really had some friendly & chill vibes the whole time I was there. Service: Friendly, welcoming, and quick. Food: I was around the area and wanted to get something that was close to fresh and healthy-ish, not just junk food. Fortunately I found this place and ot did not disappointed me. I ordered the Rice Bowl with roasted chicken, topped with spinach, chickpeas, sumac onions, and tahini sauce on the side. Oh, the Pita bread is also pretty good, not greasy like others I've had before. I initially wanted to get the chicken kebab, but they just started preparing more of it. Still, I was very pleased with my order. Price: The portion, quality, and flavors altogether is a no-brainer, prices are fair.

Fresh, fast, friendly, delicious healthy food at your fingertips here. Great addition to the Holbrook area. The portions are large, I usually get a salad bowl with a protein. It come with the addition of a pita and side of hummus. It’s large enough to share with my hubby. Makes a great lunch or light dinner. The overnight oats are also amazing, so many unique flavors to choose from. It’s very hearty so one jar will feed me three times.

Delicious ! Neat clean 🧽!! Fresh and best !! Good options for vegetarians too. Took the wheat bowl with falafel and toppings - they were the best . They were so generous , efficient , worth for money . It has complimentary hummus options . Hummus toppings are complimentary and comes as sun dried ones etc. Good one to try on !!

Went here for the first time and have to say the food was great. I ordered Gyro Steak, Chick Peas, Spinach Feta (amazing by the way). I also grabbed the Mass Oats from their pre-made food and lunches. The Mass Oats was great. Granted it didn't fill me up but it's a great snack and it comes in Mason jar which you can keep. The setup is similar to Subways and Chipotle where you walk up and let them know what you want. Our time in there was quick, staff was friendly and actually hustled to keep the line moving. The one drawback of this place is the parking lot is very small so parking spots are very limited when it comes to peak time. You're better off parking across the street if you come here during lunch hours.

The food menu and the set up is somewhat like chipotle with Mediterranean tilt. Sample menu: Choice of rice bowl, salad bowl or wrap with choice of beef, chicken, falafel, lamb or shrimp and any three toppings and hummus for about $10. There are prepared meals ready to go in take out containers if one is in a hurry. The negative: I dont like it that employees using glowed hand to grab some of the chopped vegetables into the plates. It looks gross and the amount is different according to the size of the hand, they should strictly use utensils. Limited parking space in the back of the store is another negative. Staff is courteous.Plenty of healthy options on the menu. I usually get take out but clean seating area available inside and outside. There are some take out read to go prepared meals if you are in a hurry. Overall I like this place

Food is fine, nothing special in my humble opinion. Prices are a little steep but whatever. What got me was the lack of beverage options. I understand that the establishment is a little more health centered, but to only have diet and zero calorie soft drink options is a little much. As someone who can’t stand the taste of artificial sweeteners, I was disappointed in that regard.

I had a similar experience to one of the most recent reviews which said they do not care at night. I doubt the manager realizes but only two of the three workers are working at a time, the other goes into a room off the front. I know because I waited around long enough to eventually be given a cold meal WITH THE WRONG FOOD. This place went down hill years ago and apparently still hasn't changed. Stop supporting this place so it can be replaced with a better run business.

Thanks for the three cold pieces of steak gyro in my $15 bowl. Last time coming. Place is a dump now. If you're going to stop caring at 7 and 8 at night - just close at 630

RAW CHICKEN SERVED I have been a frequent customer and before this incident would say I love this food. On 1/4/25, I ordered a pita containing chicken. Upon getting to the end of eating it, I felt this rubbery texture which I thought was a fatty piece of chicken but it turned out to be a COMPLETELY RAW raw piece of chicken. Not partially cooked…100% raw. Since the night of 1/5, I’ve been dealing with symptoms that are consistent with a food borne illness. I did email the company the day of, hoping to have a conversation about the incident. I did not want to post a review like this, knowing it could hurt their business without giving them a chance to respond first. They have not responded at the time of this review. The question I have is how does a raw piece of chicken, find its way into a container with cooked chicken? I can almost understand if a piece was undercooked by accident, but this is a whole other level of concern. What are they doing in their prep process that could cause this? Is cooked chicken being handled somewhere where they are handling raw chicken? I am hoping someone at the company will contact me to explain this to me.
