The people there have always been polite to me. There are two lanes you can order at in the drive thru to make it quicker. No dine-in available at the moment due to covid, and the hours have been shortened. If I recall correctly, they now close around 3 am

Somebody must have forgotten our 10 piece nugget for the 10 year old boy I babysit, so when the manager brought it he added in a free small order of fries. It wasn’t that big of a deal but I was very impressed with how they handled it. Super nice staff, very polite, and topped with great management!

Despite the crazy world we are living in and the staffing crisis felt EVERYWHERE, I have been pleasantly surprised when visiting this McDonald's location. I order in the app to score the deals and savings and then just pull up in the drive thru for my order. The workers have been friendly, quick, and efficient and *knock on wood* my orders have been complete and correct.

An awesome experience from this place. The food was fresh and their timing was great. No waiting and no hassle. They had gotten my wife's burger wrong and they were pretty eager to fix it (which is what I love this place for). Still a great place to bring your family. Kudos to McDonald's for making it a great time.

The best McDonald’s in the city in the morning the crew is amazing. Tammy the opening manager is awesome and Annabel is one of the best grill managers. The crew in the morning is the best shift. The coffee girl Cristina is awesome. Coffee is always as I order it and she never get is wrong. The night shift is also great with Josh. Mow and Emily are awesome. The best of the best they could have at night. However the only downfall is the Store manager Amanda. She doesn’t know how how to order inventory and they are always running out of products. She cannot keep good crew in the afternoon. Dinner is the worst shift and very slow. Amanda is terrible about scheduling and can’t keep good crew all the time and fires employees for bad reasons and she should be fired by district or corporate however they let her get away with practically murder. They are great but this store is heading for closer if nothing gets better. The manager is known for being rude and knob for being a b word and doesn’t appreciate her good help and has done everything in her power to fire the crew that was there before she she took over. I recommend this McDonald’s but if possible on second shift got to the other great McDonald’s in the and that is the south end on D.W. Highway.

I love their sweet tea and their root beer on draft. I occasionally will get their fries. The staff is so patient and kind in situations that even i find it hard to be calm. I appreciate you so much. Everyone works hard and they always put the customer first. Awesome job everyone

The food at this McDonald's is fantastic. It's always fresh, and I've never been served a crusty old sandwich or cold fries at this particular store.. And we all have been to a McDonald's that hands out that type of garbage, and it's pretty disappointing when it happens, but here they do it right! And the shakes, well, the shakes are great! It's always nice and thick and super cold, and the ice-cream is pretty tasty. My daughters always enjoy theirs.. I'll put it this way, Not all McDonald's are created equal, and that's for a variety of reasons, none of them good.. But I just can't say enough good things about this McDonald's location in particular.. however, the staff aren't always super friendly, but honestly, I just feel like it's because they are somewhat stressed out because it's always crazy busy, and working through a rush that never seems to end can start to make anyone a little edgy. Put it on his have never had a truly bad meal at any one of the big fast-food joints. Each has their good & not so good . For Burger King you want to get the double Whopper. Easily the best burger out of the three big burger.for McDonald's I think they're fish fillet sandwich is the best fish sandwich out of the three chains. Wendy's I feel has the best chicken sandwiches of The big 3.

Got a vanilla ice cream to go. We wanted it in a cup but they don't do cups so they turned the cone upside down in a sundae cup. The day before they called it a "plain sundae, more expensive, and gave us the ice cream in a sundae cup. Why can't it be the same $2.60 whether it's a cup or a cone. Putting the ice cream in a cone an then placing it upside down in a sundae cup wastes the cone. It was delicious but a waste.

This McDonald's is the only one near me that trains their employees to make a proper breakfast burrito - kudos to them, The others at DW and NE Blvd are folded up as small as a pizza roll. However, they should make their employees wear a uniform and remove all piercings. Having my food served by an employee with a nose piercing, tattoos and a print t-shirt is unappetizing.

This McDonald's has a pretty decent standard when it comes to their food I've always had friendly staff providing service in the atmosphere has been what you can expect from McDonald's it's actually cleaner than most locations would definitely recommend if you're in the mood for some McDonald's

We go through this McDonalds a few times a month. The service is always quick going the drivethru and workers are courteous. They accommodate extras or changes. Downside, fries are sometimes cold, prices a bit high and parking lot is often littered a bit with garbage and not clean.

Not the fastest place if you have to go inside to order. Staff is usually friendly and fast, but there's been a longer wait the past few times I have been there. The foods as good as it can be considering it is full of cholesterol. Lol

okay so i got mcdonalds few days ago , i got a hamburger with no cheese but they gave me cheese , then i ate my chicken nuggets and they were hard and raw. i threw up and i was in the hospital overnight.

It's McDonald's. They've done a lot to make the inside and outside appearance more contemporary and less like somewhere you only go with little children. The automated order kiosk is still taking some getting used to, but I haven't had a mistake in my order since they started using them. The food quality is what you'd expect from a fast food restaurant. Though I prefer their competition for many things, their breakfast menu is the best of the fast food restaurants I frequent.

More often than not it's either bad customer service or they're closed when they're supposed to be open 24 hours. During the week during lunch hours I give them credibility for quality of service but at night it goes out the window.

They don't have free senior coffee anymore. They charge .99 cents. Also I used to substitute bacon for the sausage,but now they charge you for the bacon. Ridiculous! If they are going g to charge for the bacon they should still give you the sausage. I will not go there anymore. I will go to Wendy's now that they have breakfast. It is alot cheaper too.

I dine in today waited 11 minutes for 2 coffee's. While 6 employee's where only focused on the drive thru which is slow all the time...why? Why dose one have to wait that long for service at your establishment? Why do you not have interest in the customer who patiently waiting? There is no way you deserve $14 plus an hour if I had to wait 11 minutes for 2 simple coffees

While our food was hot, it tastes like their oil is old. Also, they forgot my daughter's drink, so we had to go back inside. My daughter also stated she felt there was more ketchup than burger in her meal. We didn't realize until we got home they gave us the honey mustard dipping sauce instead of the plain honey (which we had specifically asked for). The girl that took our order just seemed completely disinterested in being there. No smile, and often longingly looking off into the distance like she was hoping to escape, lol. Although I would probably feel the same way if I worked there, too.

Place was empty, 1 car ahead of me by 1-2 minutes at 11:30am and my order was completely wrong. I was on the road driving, too far to return. Courteous people just no attention to details for $10.

The line for DT was very long which is understandable. My husband ordered a nugget meal for me and 4 sandwiches for him, and my 10 piece nugget was MISSING from the bag. Not thrilled about that for my first visit.

You may end up there on a some assembly required days. Also loved seeing a manager take two smoke breaks with in 5 mins. And then the other one goes and joins. Doesnt seem to be run that great. At least the food was okay but fries are almost always cold

DON'T LEAVE THE WINDOW WITHOUT CHECKING YOUR WHOLE ORDER! Always missing an item every single time I go there! Honestly if it wasn't for the convience of the location I would never go here again. The people who run first window are always nice but everyone else seem like they would rather be somewhere else. When I order something and don't modify an item, the food comes out as expected (other than the missing items) but when I ask for extra (or any sauce) sauce or tomato on a mcchicken it, the stuff ends up in the ABYSS.

I love McDonald's breakfast sandwiches. The steak, egg and cheese bagel is my favorite. Except when I get it with a sausage patty and not steak. Check your order before you leave.

Customer service are very cold meaning not friendly. Packing the food is not good fries are upside down. McDonald's was my first job back in early 1980s. We where taught the proper way to pack the bag. Sad some day I will stop going all together.

I understand that it’s McDonald’s, but when you’re sitting there talking at the window with other employees for a good 5 minutes before even letting us pay, addressing that there will be a wait or anything is kind of annoying and I didn’t appreciate the attitude from what looked like the shift manager who gave us our food and drinks at the second window. I also wasn’t even given a receipt, window was just closed in our faces, really didn’t appreciate it.

They offer table service but leave the food at the counter simply calling out your number. The kiosk had the option of free water, which was great because we didn't want pop or sweet tea. When I collected the order, I asked where the water was and was told they don't offer that "because kids steal the cups." You control the cups, just pass me water as if I were going through the drive-thru. Honestly, they seemed distracted by some lady in the parking lot they were fighting with, so I didn't bother pushing the issue

Update: I work overnights and McDonalds is unfortunately the only thing open after 1am. And since their snack wraps have come back I will get once because they’re lower calorie than the rest of the menu. However, if you’re putting in a Mobile order from their app, you need to ask them to pay attention to the special additions you’ve made when customizing your order. 3 times I have gone there to get a snack wrap and I have to ask for xtra dressing and xtra cheese or you barely get any of either on your snack wrap. And 3 times I’m paying more for nothing. Tonight they added the additional ingredients however, you should’ve seen the size of the chicken strip. It was as Nick as my thumb. If I knew they were using mini strips I would’ve paid for an extra of those as well!!! SMH.

I was charged extra for drinks because the soda machine was down. I got 3 meals, and they didn't come with drinks apparently. After watching at least 20+ orders get handed through the window that I was asked to pull up from..... someone finally came out but they had an order for others who were asked to pull up after me!!! They apologized and did finally get my order 15min later but I should have been offered either a discount or a refund at that point!!!

I waited 20 minutes for my order only to get home and bite into a uncooked greasy bloody burger. I looked in the box and it had dripped blood inside. I went back and they only refunded the burgers after they completely waisted my time, had me bite raw meat, completely lost my appetite and had to take it back! It was two! my aunt and i went in to use the bathroom and as we were walking in one younger employees came rushing into the bathroom behind us. still we just assumed she was waiting to use the bathroom but she was staring at me through the stall the entire time with her phone in her hand as if she were recording or taking pictures. she might’ve accidentally looked up while she was on her phone waiting right? wrong. as soon as i came out of the stall she looked me up and down then walked right out. after we washed our hands we looked to see if she was out there but she must’ve went to the back. i’d appreciate if someone would respond and do something abt so this doesn’t turn into something bigger than it has to.

Customer service at this location is HORRIBLE and the lines inside and outside are long and never move. This location has 2 drive thrus and there's ALWAYS only 1 person working both lines in drive thru. I order fries for my child twice a day every day and I sit in the drive thru line for 20 minutes waiting for a large fry and it's worse when I go inside. I rather not spend my money there for the long waits and poor service so I will take my money to the Hudson Mcdonalds.

Called ahead just to make sure they were open I get there 20 minutes later and they're not accepting orders because apparently someone lost the cash Box key while the system was down. Every 24 hour location finds some way to not take cash or card at night.

Everyone knows the food is bad, though the breakfast sandwiches are good. Service is mediocre, at best. The inside of the restaurant has the same atmosphere as a funeral home.

So I ordered a chicken Cajun ranch mcrispy sandwich and what I got was not what was included in the sandwich. All I got was a lot of really crispy bacon with chicken and sauce in the sandwich and it did not taste good at all not satisfied.

Yesterday on October 20, 2018 I went to this McDonald’s with my family after participating in the “awareness is healing walk”. This walk brings awareness to heroin and opioid abuse. After taking this 3 mile walk with my family, my family including my four children, we went to McDonald’s to grab a quick bite to eat. While waiting for my food my three-year-old, who was standing with me almost, picked a needle up off the ground that was underneath a table 3 men were sitting at. I grabbed my son away and immediately alerted the management. They had one of their janitors go over and sweep the syringe up in a dustpan. I should have taken my kids and left then, but they were awfully hungry from the walk so we sat and ate. As we were about to finish up one of the guys who was sitting where the needle was found approached me and wanted to talk. He asked me to step outside with him. I think the police and management need to do better with people loitering at the business. Not to mention that this McDonald’s also has a play place, so there were many kids running around with no shoes or socks on. I’m glad that I was able to alert management to the needle before somebody was stuck with it.

UPDATE 6/27/21: The attitude of the people working here is outrageous. They are rude as hell! Every single time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. I don't understand hire people can't read a computer screen correctly and place the order in bags! Would be nice if they also didn't over stuff the bags and they fries were filled properly. Instead of squeezing the container so they don't have to fill it much!

Absolutely ridiculous went last night at 8pm was told my daughters happy meal was in the bag get home wasn’t there get told to come back today to get one , my in laws go pick it up for me today and purchesed another happy meal for my other daughter as well and come back and second screw up in less than 24 hours no fry’s in either happy meal so I lost out on money and so did my in laws Call again and get told we’ll a lot of people call for free food ! I said this is the second time in two days my daughter has gone without ask for money back and get told can’t without a receipt yet there employees haven’t been giving receipts ! Tells me to make the 3d trip out for the fry’s ! No cmon I deserve money back at this point ! I don’t want to eat from them anymore what so they can screw it up again ? No thanks . I’ve worked in fast food and I’m understanding about mistakes but twice in a day is ridiculous. Do better !

I go here every morning to get a latte before work usually after 5am and every time I'm early for work, the third shift manager (tall, skinny with glasses) tells me that the machine is broken when every other morning after 5am I can get my latte with no problem. Grossss, I ordered a large fry and when handled the bag I grabbed the fries and realized that it was a medium size, still at the window I told the employee that it was incorrect. He agreed and told his manager, I then watched his manager take the same fries that I just touch and place it back to be reserved to someone else…… so unsanitary and wrong.

I sat in line at drive through 35 minutes. Gave my order got to window they had no clue. Asked why the delays got we are short staffed as answer. Meanwhile watched an employee stand there at the counter the entire time not doing anything. Finally they figured out my order and then disappeared again. I promptly left and drove across to Wendy's where I couldn't even get this all typed before I was served my food.

Ridiculous! 20+ minutes in the line at the drive thru for an online order. Would have just left but it was already paid for and getting the money back is next to impossible so here we sit. All I know is the food better not have been sitting there for 20+minutes waiting for me to pick it up.

I have worked in restaurants a very long time and i understand people make mistakes and my order was wrong and was tight for time so after going through the drive thru I didn’t have time to go in a get my order fixed it was a huge mistake I ate it but what I order was way more expensive than what I got. I nicely called to talk to the manager and just let them know to keep an eye out to make sure peoples orders were correct. The manage was extremely rude and hung up on me and when I called back he called me a Karen. I wasn’t even upset was just trying to help them out so they don’t get more peoples order incorrect. If anyone knows the franchise owner for this location I would love to talk to them about management.

Atrocious "service". Drive-thru employee double charged me when I prepaid through the app. I asked her to get a manager and ask what was going on, and she told me "she didn't need to" and refused. Some young man that works in the drive-through on Saturday night of August 16th 2025 refused to give me my mobile order because I wanted extra nuggets. In a very hostile aggressive manner he told me “no! too bad” even using profanity and that I would have to drive around and order again. I simply drove away, and I was still charged for my food that I never got. I usually don’t bother leaving a bad review, but this person needs to be reprimanded. I have already started a formal complaint with corporate.

This location is the worst, the orders are always messed up, the food is always disgusting, fries are either ice cold or soggy, never in between. They constantly forget stuff and because of the pain of trying to get them to fix it,we usually don't bother. Also, this location seems to be the only one around who refuses to honor on the rare chance we get one, it's honestly not worth stopping at, save yourself the trouble, and go over the bridge to Hudson, or down south end.

I stopped by McDonald's intending to grab a quick bite, and while the service was prompt and the staff were pleasant, other aspects of my visit were less than satisfactory. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the facilities was a significant issue; the bathroom was notably unkept and dirty, which detracted from the overall experience. Additionally, the area outside the restaurant had a noticeable presence of disruptive individuals, which made the environment feel less safe and welcoming. Despite these drawbacks, the employees at McDonald's did their best to provide quick and friendly service. The food was as expected for fast food: quick and convenient, fulfilling my need for a speedy meal. However, the cleanliness and outside environment would make me think twice about returning. I hope these issues can be addressed to ensure a better experience for all customers.

I had to sit in line for almost an hour, literally. I have receipt/ mobile order to prove it. When I asked the only employee I could see what the problem was, I was told that "it was his break and he doesn't care". I then tried to just get a refund so I could get out of there, I asked the employee on his break (while cars are piling up wrapping around the parking lot) how to just get refunded so I can leave (this is 30 minutes in). He responds, "just take off, I'm sure the app will refund you" , maybe it does , I have no clue.. I've never had to be refunded at a McDonald's. Obviously, based on his attitude towards his job, I didn't trust that. So I realized I was stuck waiting, until food was ready or I had enough and drive away. After finally giving them the 4 digits to receive my food,I got to pull up to the window and wait ANOTHER 10 MINUTES. Better off just going to Wendy's, this McDonald's is going down hill fast. At this rate, any pizza place is close to same price and you get better food. Typically without the bs as well.

Came here tonight for a quick dinner to bring home. As I got home I kicked back on the couch and turned my favorite TV show on. I opened up the bag and pulled out the fries, punch my straw into lid of my cup. Pop a few fries and take a nice swig of my ice cold Coca-Cola to get the good vibes pumping. Take out my double quarter pounder, flip the top open and take a bite. Everything is tasty. Burger seems a little cold but didn't worry as it was a 20 minute ride home with the AC on. A few more bites of the burger and it started to taste like raw ground burger. I take a looks and sure enough it was RAW not Rare. Amazed at my discovery as I've never experienced this before with McDonald's. My heart starts pumping and I see the vibe meter go down, the television becomes white noise in the back ground. Here it is folks, Never experienced this before at any McDonald's. This one I have only been to twice. Keep an eye out at what your ordering.
