Yesterday I went and got an ice coffee
This is a wonderful dunkin location. The staff is friendly, accommodating and makes a fantastic cup of coffee! It is a relatively newer store, so everything inside is pristine and a wonderful place to sit inside and enjoy a coffee or snack. The drive thru and parking lot is well thought out with lots of room, so if you have a larger vehicle or are towing you can access the drive thru comfortably. I'm picky about my coffee, but the staff here is very exacting and never makes anything overly sweet like at some other locations. I've never had to wait long in line even when it's busy, so the employees do a good job with keeping things moving while still making quality food and coffee. I recommend everyone uses the dunkin mobile app-much easier and much faster than ordering at the counter or drive thru window (and you can customize your orders more efficiently) I definitely recommend this location for donuts, breakfast and coffee. Thanks to the HF team and keep up the great work.
For the past three or so months I've been there least 3 times a week for studying.. I've never had a problem with their service, or their coffee. They always give me what I asked for. Very kind people. I will say though they focus most of their energy on the drive thru, which leaves a slightly longer wait in the store, but other then that the place is fine. I don't know what all the bad reviews are for.
Our family loves Dunkin. It's one of our favorite go to spots for a quick breakfast or snack. Somehow it always feels special to go there over and over. It makes the entire family happy. It doesn't matter what city you go to, Dunkin is a familiar and welcome face when you're looking for a quick bite to eat. You can't beat Dunkin! ❤️
I think I just got the prettiest most picture perfect sourdough breakfast sandwich I’ve ever had from Dunkin So kind and efficient there I was so blown away of how pretty the sandwich looked. I had to instantly make this review two seconds later. Unfortunately, it was good too, so I didn’t wait to take a bite to get the full sandwich in the picture. Sorry. 😅
The wait has sometimes been a little line here since it opened. But when I come in on Friday mornings at 7:30 the young woman who is always here is just about the happiest, sweetest person I've seen anywhere in town.
3 kids working, long lines, quite the wait time for just beverages but they were doing their best and somehow still had a positive attitude
They were short staffed and had very limited selections. A good manager would have brought in more from a nearby location.
All Dunkin's drive thru's can be hit or miss do to the high turn over with employees. I find most of the employees are nice. They will correct your drinks or orders right there if it's wrong.
The drive-through line always moves quickly, the food is always hot and fresh. My only compliant is that sometimes they forget to give me napkins but I have that issue at Starbucks too. lol.
I mean... it's DD... coffee mediocre, service... well.. you get what you pay for... plus they switched their vanilla cream donuts that used to be chocolate frosted.. now are powdered... the only donut that even if you eat carefully still ends up all over you... their best donut... now their worst
Quick accurate service. But the dining area was super chilly! Clean, but definitely glad I got hot coffee!
If they get your order right than it's fine... They just make simple mistakes to often. Always more than happy to correct things though.

This place was desolate. We were the only car in the Drive-Thru and there we're barely cars in the parking lot. The woman on the speaker was friendly and thorough. I gave it three stars because once I got to the window they took quite some time to bring us our frozen coffee and the boy who gave it to us was not as friendly as the girl on the speaker. I just feel like the service could have been better and faster given the fact that they had no customers.
Ordered an extra large coffee with 7 sugars and 6 milk. What I got was an extra large coffee with 7 cream and 6 milk with NO SUGAR. How hard is it to take a coffee order and get it right?
Usually I have a good experience with Dunkin’ but the past couple of weeks the food hasn’t been like I expected. The bagels are hard, I’ve gotten several Boston cream donuts with hardly any chocolate on them. When they put the cream cheese on they just Glob it in the middle and it gets everywhere. I give them a 3 stars because they staff make up for it, they are nice and friendly. Just wish the food was better, I don’t like my English muffin burnt or hard bagels.

Biggest issue is the oh so wonderful software developers didn’t think anyone getting the meal deal would want anything other that the included medium coffee… Seriously? Apparently there is no way to upgrade to a large coffee. That makes absolutely no sense. I wonder if it’s possible to get tea instead of coffee? As always programmers never “eat their own dog food” (use the systems that they create). So this isn’t a critique on this particular location, but perhaps management can let corporate know things need to be tweaked a little.
The staff here does a great job despite ownership doing everything they can to sabotage the business. If you can't hire enough people to properly staff your store, you need to do something to change that. Pay more, cut hours. I like going here but it's a crap shoot, will I wait 5 minutes 10, 20, 30? I've done all.
There food is never toasted..its warm and not toasted in the slightest. Even when you ask for extra toasted..its not. I've been to other DDs and their food is better.
Terrible corporate feel right in the middle of a small village. Why would I ever need to buy “coffee” and “Doughnuts” from here when hfmp(5out of 5 including coffee and baked goods) is literally right next door. Bathrooms were ok though

I really dislike how the drive through takes priority over customers who choose to come in. We ended up having to speak up to get acknowledged even though we were standing right at the counter.
Nice looking and clean store. Unfortunately both times I’ve been in I have been left waiting at the register. Their priority was dealing with drive-thru while ignoring me. No acknowledgment, or a “be with you in a minute “.The second time I just left without getting anything after a few minutes if that.
Coffee is routinely lukewarm or cool. Attendant at drive thru did not care when I said this coffee is so cold. For 2 white bites and a plain black coffee , it is close to $8.00. I’d like hot coffee and someone who cares.
I’ve only ever had a few issues with this Dunkin, but today I was really disappointed. There donuts were bad they did not look like normal Dunkin’ Donuts. We also ordered two lattes with Carmel swirl in them. They were just coffee and milk, no creamer or sweetener at all. It’s just disappointing because they were busy and J know it’s stressful but I thought you would at least try to make it quality.
I was the only one inside and no one would wait on me. Finally a young man asked another girl to take my order but she said she couldn't because someone else was logged in. He logged in for her. She took my order but offered no receipt. 4 minutes later she finally brought my coffee along with the beverages of the 2 customers behind me. Said nothing about the sandwich I ordered. Several other employees past by me waiting but never offered a word. Finally another person brought my sandwich. The coffee was luke warm and the sandwich was so cold it wouldn't melt the cheese. This crew did not work well together and all displayed bad attitude. No friendly greeting, no smiles, no eye contact. A lot of residents in the community worked long and hard to get zoning changed and approved to get this restaurant built. This is a very sad response to all their hard work. It won't last long if it continues to be operated like this.
Your female staff need a major lesson in customer service. Recently at the drive up the girl asked for my order and while I was giving it i could hear her conversing and laughing with another co- worker and then asked me to repeat my order because she didnt hear it. When I got my food it was a completely wrong order! While visiting today, one of the girls handed my order to the girl at the window and in the process it got dropped on the floor and the girl picked it up, giggled and handed it to me with out saying anything. Very unprofessional!! Meanwhile the male staff that work their have been super friendly!
Ordered extra bacon on sandwiches, got charged for it and just 3 strips so the normal amount was on the sandwiches... Extra costs too much to not be there... very disappointed.
Have to say it's wonderful to have them in our little town. Everything there use to be so fresh, donuts tasting like they just made them. But I have noticed the quality of the donuts to go downhill. They must be defrosting or something. They feel hard and icing or glaze is terrible. I like the chocolate glazed and when you receive it. It's not glazed like it should be. Instead feels like it's wet from watered down glaze or it defrosted that way. Yesterday I had the Boston cream. Chocolate just crumbled in my lap, donut seemed 2 days old and hardly any cream. Glazed donuts, donut seems 2 days old hard and same with the wetness tasting of the glaze on the donut. It's just not this location the donuts are like this. Many others. Duncan was known for good donuts But it seems they are slipping to keep up with the other orders and keeping up with all the other fast food places. But also the manager training and scheduling at this location is terrible. The manager needs to think about how active our school is and actually have the calendar of sports event. Because if they scheduled properly, there would never be a back up issue or stressed out employees that are overwhelmed with short staff. They need to know their community activities and plan accordingly!!! Time to look into your factory packing or go back to making them fresh like grocery stores do!! Our town, people will actually go to the grocery now to get the donuts. 300% better than yours. Also, the presentation is not there anymore, the personalities at the window are needing too frazzled. I have know friends who work there and will complain about this manager over and over. But I also hear them through the drive thru window arguing about something all the time and the manager. Service is always hit or miss. Even though it's a drive through, it will get backed up..like any other fast food company. People just need patience or order ahead before arriving and pick up your food without waiting.
Usually don't have an issue with this Dunkin, but today I was handed a cold brew with barely any cold foam left because I had changed the pickup to "ASAP" just before someone pulled in cutting me off and ordered 8 drinks and a ton of food. Instead of telling them to go around and they'd bring it out, they let all the people who ordered ahead wait for their cold drinks to warm up and their hot drinks to cool down. I sat in line for 20 minutes after placing my ASAP order. Absolutely ridiculous.
I come often. It is honestly hit or miss. Be it service speed or accuracy. Just now waited 12 mins at a "fast good" joint, just to order Got a iced caramel latte, peach refresher and yo egg and cheese wraps. 17 mins total and they charged me the wrong amount I paid for somebody else's order which was cheaper not complaining but something's definitely a skew here. Grandma is always sweet though. Oh and don't try contacting, number is inaccurate and if you call the corporate they promise a call back and never comes.
This is one of the worst dunkin I have been to unfortunately it’s the only one by me every time I go there is a problem this is poorly run by the owners it is a obvious show prices go up service goes down I wonder how the employees are treated seeing how today there was only one guy in the store working and he isn’t even a employee for that store he was called in cause none of the other employees showed up they better step it up a lot in all aspects sad sad sad
Never going to come back to this location again, it seems every time I order it is always wrong. Today I ordered a iced coffee and got a hot coffee, 3 ham egg and cheese bagels with cream cheese on them and got 1 ham egg and cheese bagel with no cream cheese and 2 with just cream cheese. Sad
They got my order wrong and the gentleman at the drive thru window was extremely rude. After many times of giving them another chance today was the last straw for me going to Dunkin in Honeoye Falls
I asked the shift supervisor if I could use their restrooms. I was told Dunkin Donuts is not allowed to let customers or the public use their facilities because of Covid 19..... I’m allowed however, to open the door with my hand, grab a drink out of their coolers and even hand them money but I’m not allowed to use the bathroom. Absolutely insane!

Don't order a unsweetened ice tea. I got mixed coffee and tea grounds. So strong it burns well drinking it. Called to make a comment and says number disconnected.
The people were so rude and it was 5am. Time to open and they didn’t let us in. Tried to call, phone didn’t work. Went through the drive through and the guy was rude and made false accusations. Absolutely terrible experience, recommend to nobody. Go to the marketplace instead.

Spent 20 minutes in line to be told the donut I wanted they were out of. No Baker here today she says, what's out is it! Gave my coffee order and waited almost 10 more minutes , I had to ask where it was? Ridiculous ,everyone has one job and not to deviate from that. If I'm getting a coffee only. Bad. Just bad. Price point is way off the mark. For small coffee, you may as well order large. Food is not only cold but very overpriced! Today was a brick bagel w/ cream cheese (only b/c I had gift card). Last week was frozen bagel bites (2 in pkg when should've been 3) and egg, bacon and cheese croissant (cheese unmelted). No line or wait =no excuse. Harsh review, but for this kind of pricetag, I expect much much more.
YUCK! My fiance and I both received coffee that was room temperature. It tasted like they reheated it (horrible burnt taste) and then it cooled off again. Disgusting. Rather drive further and go to a different location... Maybe even a different franchise because I'm so turned off by this place! On top of that, workers were loud and obnoxious. I was trying to get work done and they were very, very annoying. I wont be back.
Well, less than 3 weeks ago I gave it a 2 star. It’s been dropped to a 1 star. Espresso machine down AGAIN!!! Service is good when their espresso machine works. It’s frustrating when you show up and the espresso machine is down. It’s happened at least 3 times in the last few months. Time to get my own machine.
Come here often. Lately it's deteriorating. There are flies all over the kitchen, bees inside the store. Stale coffee leaking in the kitchen, very unsanitary. the staff looks new and not trained at all. They try their best but management should be stepping in..
I really like Dunkin' Donuts in general. This one has the worst customer service by far. I was really excited when this first got built but I won't be returning. I think if this location hopes to stay in business they need a completely new staff. Current staff: Messed up drinks, unfriendly, unhelpful and slow.
I used to go here all the time at all different times of day. No matter what time it is, the iced coffee CONSISTENTLY tastes like it was brewed a week ago. Seriously, it’s so bad and it hasn’t improved in months. You all need to brew that more often because it’s disgusting when not fresh. As someone who used to work at Dunkin, I know you’re not supposed to brew it before you open and leave it all day. You’re supposed to re brew it multiple times a day and no one at this location does that. It’s sad because if I want a good coffee, I have to drive out of my way to go to a different location on my way to work, even though I literally work across the street. You gotta get that figured out
I have been to this DD a lot since I work here in the village and I have to say I will NEVER go here again. The girl at the drive thru never uttered a peep, no hello, no thank you, nothing. I ordered two hot lattes and after a ridiculous wait she finally handed me the first one, again not a peep out of her. That hot latte was ICE cold which you would have thought that someone would have figured out before giving it to me being that the cup was even cold. At this point I was thoroughly angry and asked to speak to the manager. When the manager finally made her way tp the window I informed her that first off her employee needs ro learn basic people and customer service skills and then I proceeded to hand her the coffee and told her it was ice cold at which point she literally uttered that she didn't understand. Seriously??? What the heck is so hard to understand that a hot latte should be hot? After all it was in a hot beverage cup, not the cold beverage cup but I guess it was rocket science. No apology what so ever out of this manager's mouth for both the awful service and the messed up drink order, none! At that point I asked to be refunded, which they did and still the cashier didn't utter a peep! I should have known to go to one of our two local coffee shops instead. The people there have manners and the coffee is far superior!!
I was super excited when this Dunkin' Donuts was first built because I love Dunkin' coffee. Unfortunately, every time I come to this specific establishment, the customer service is severely lacking. My boyfriend and I came here tonight as we were heading home from HFMP, he is a coffee fiend so of course he wanted a large iced coffee. So, when we pulled up to the drive-thru, he ordered a large. Immediately the girl over the intercom (rudely and abruptly) says "we have no large cups" with no explanation, no offering of a medium and a small to make up for the lack of large cups. Just "nope we don't have large iced cups". Uhhhh okay? Also, I think it's worth mentioning that both my boyfriend and I are in the barista field (he works at Starbucks and I did as well) so we know what good customer service looks like and what bad customer service looks like. We also know that situations out of your control can occur and that sometimes, you can run out of important items at your store. However, the way you handle those types of ordeals are extremely important. It is the decisive moment of whether or not a customer will come back to your establishment. Sadly, this has happened more than once at this specific location. Hopefully, the managers will begin to notice the trend on these reviews and train their employees on customer service as it is so badly needed. I think this Dunkin' could be amazing if they work on this specific skill set.

This store is a complete abomination and utter embarrassment to Honeoye Falls!!! First off, its FILTHY and the employees dont change gloves in between handling customers cash and cards and their food. The service is painfully slow and they lack ANY customer service skills at all! I have given them several chances and they keep going from bad to worse. The Health Department should shut this place down!!!
I don't understand how the same order is different every time I receive it but the staff here never disappoint. If you want a good cup of coffee one day and then a cup of hot tar the next this place is for you. Definitely keeps you on your toes!
I walked out this morning because the staff could not take a coffee order in a timely manner....but as I stood in line waiting I overheard the manager basically telling a customer to f off because they messed up and failed to hand them their full order. I will not return to this location if they don't believe in customer service. The proper response would be to apologize and try to make the situation right. Instead he very rudely said to the customer I am not playing the blame game and we will give you another sandwich it was your fault you drove away without your full order. After he hung up he said to the girl working the window they said you said have a nice day she said I did I didn't realize there was more to the order...he said I don't care I am not going to worry about it they can come back. Well if you are ok doing a crap job I am ok not giving you business.
We were the only customers in the place and it took forever to get our order taken then EVERY drink was incorrect. I stood waiting for my drink and once someone noticed that I was still standing there they brought me my drink and said "I didn't charge you for this one." I showed her my receipt indicating that I did indeed pay for it and was still standing there because I actually wanted the drink I purchased.
Second time I have tried to visit and get a coffee. Both times the door has been locked. No sign on door or any other information on website. I called and the staff who answered was rude. Said the lobby is closed all day. ?????
Gave up on the place because of slow service and the eggs still being cold and sometimes frozen in the sandwiches. Tried again today because I was in a hurry and there was only 2 cars in line. First one was at the window and the second one at the mic to order. Sat for 5 minutes and the car infront of me still didn't have someone take there order. Gave up and left, place is a joke.
HOW DO U STILL NOT HAVE A WORKING PHONE NUMBER?! How hard is it to consistently make a drink i have been going here every day for over a year and for the last 4 months ur employees have ZERO consistency. I have said something multiple times and am about to stop going here all together.
I have been here a handful of times, and every time the order was wrong (gave me something different than ordered, made the drinks wrong, etc). There is no consistency to other Dunkin locations. I frequent Greece, penfield, and Henrietta and they all have consistency among them, and this one is like a Dunkin wannabe. Management needs to address the issues of the staff.
If I could give less than one star I would. This place is messed up an online order like 4 times they never have enough staff their lines are always stupid long. This is on my way to work I actually plan on not going here anymore going out of my way to another Dunkin' donuts
I ordered a chi latte and they gave me a coffee instead. Then when I went back they said they would fix my drink. They did not offer to give me a larger drink or a donut like they would at other locations when they make a mistake. When I got home with my drink I realized they only filled the cup halfway. I will not be returning.

This is literally one of the worst stores I've ever been to. They continue to get my business because they are all that is open when I go into work. Today I waited for 10 minutes after being first in like to get a single hot beverage, and am now late for work. Last week I was served a cold, or even still frozen in the middle, english muffin on my sandwich, at least 4 times, even after mentioning the issue daily, it never got remedied. This store is a joke and I am embarrassed that I give them money.
This Dunkin in honeoye falls is so bad there manager is so rude and disrespectful do the customers they don't ever get any of the orders right and when you point out that the orders are wrong they tell the customers that they're in the wrong when the customers are always right I've also had to wait over an hour in the Drive-Thru in an hour taking that is crazy for a place like this it should be fast and you should be getting your food in the place that you came in so the person in front of you should get their stuff first and then the next and so forth and that is not how they do it at this place and it's crazy to me how they work and manage that please cuz it is not well-managed and the people there are very rude and disrespectful I don't care who you are you don't talk to anybody that way
I have heard about the incompetence at this location but finally experienced it myself. We ordered a hot chocolate via the mobile app to pick up at this location. When we picked it up, it was coffee. It was ordered for a friend who was completing a charity run around the county so we did not have time to exchange it. Thankfully I was able to make my own hot chocolate so he had some at the next junction. It was so disappointing to have such a simple order get messed up so badly
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING !!! The dirty floors, dirty windows, gross bathrooms with employees that stand around talking and ignoring customers. The Carpets are repulsive. I ordered a donut and coffee and it took 25 minutes to receive my order and they weren’t wearing gloves. I think that there is lack of managerial skills because everyone appears to be having a good time and being friendly with each other but the customer service suffers. The trash cans are ALWAYS full and the parking lot is always filthy and I’m wondering if anyone actually works there… If I could give them a zero star I definitely would. I’m curious on why if the service suffers they don’t hire new employees or shut the doors. I just can’t believe this place. I stopped going there to opt for the Dunkin’ Donuts in Lakeville where the customers are valued and not ignored.
Horrible. Worst Dunkin Donuts in the world. I've been to this location many times over the past few years. Service is beyond slow and terrible. Give yourself a good 20 minutes to wait in line. Last mobile order took 28 minutes. They never give you your complete order for mobile order pickup. Always changing staff. Just all around bad .
It’s pretty sad that the manager Courtney has no respect for her staff and has no clue how to run that store was literally just in there to buy a coffee and I was picking up someone that works there. I stood there waiting for my coffee for 10 minutes before the person who was running the cashier at the window, walked over and said I’m sorry, sir. What are you waiting for, and I told him and he had to make The manager says oh I thought he was just waiting on someone then as I’m sitting there waiting on the person that I’m picking up she’s decides to get very mouthy and loud Threatening right up against someone saying you do what I tell you to do I’m tired of covering people you don’t get to do whatever you wanna do you do what I tell you to do. Well you got wrapped around the building of customers and a lobby full of customers, disciplinary actions in the work environment aren’t supposed to be public to everyone not the first time I’ve heard or witnessed Courtney go off On her staff it’s pretty sad that the atmosphere is always tense negative and nothing ever gets done when she is there but when she’s not there, I see that store running in a positive direction until new leadership is found in that store and she is gone. I refuse to do business and I will take my companies business elsewhere, considering, it’s quite a bit of revenue for that store

Every time I go it’s the same experience. Horrible! I would give this location (Ho eoye Falls NY) ZERO stars if possible. Today I waited 34 minutes for two coffees. The staff doesn’t even talk. Not a “hi”, “sorry” or a “F off”. Nothing. Place is a joke. I will give the place a free tip. When you screw up a large order have the car pull forward and keep conducting business while you fix your screw up. What a bunch of clowns.
I love Dunkin, but this place is a disaster. They always screw up the order. Whether they give you a completely different, cheaper sandwich than you paid for, or they completely don't add ingredients to your coffee (no sugar, only 1 cream in a drink that typically has 4, or forgetting the flavor syrup) they are guaranteed to mess up somehow. Very disappointed. I know the place is new but staff this colossally inexperienced is sad. I'll be going to a different location even if it means going out of the way.

This place is always backed up. Just approached it at 8am on a Wednesday morning and the doors were locked n forced to go thru drive thru. Watched them make food/handle food and cash with the same gloves as well. Do better.
Today was the last straw. I waited over 10 minutes being parked out front waiting for a hot Carmel macchiato from the drive thru, after i got the drink it wasn't hot anymore it was like warm and it was just steamed milk 0 espresso. This location always has sour stale coffee. I use to drink a large hot coffee every morning and 4/5 times i gave this place a chance they served me sour stale coffee, and this was during their peak morning rush. Such a horrible location. I've worked at Dunkn, its not that hard figure it out.
My farm is right around the corner so I thought it would be convienent when it was built...the last 5 times I have gone there an order has been wrong and I've gone back every time and politely had it fixed. Today I was running behind, really wanted a coffee and a bagel. Asked for the coffee iced, regular, with cream and sugar. Got a hot decaf coffee. Also asked for the bagel toasted and it was not toasted. I am not usually picky about these things but I am not even bothering to go back there to fix it. I will no longer be going there and will continue my business with the local coffee shop in the village. They are friendly and never screw up a simple coffee order.
DD in Honeoye Falls the absolute worst! Waited literally 40 mins inside, then they realized they never made my order. Rude employees. Except for the cashier. She was very sweet and trying her best.
All 3 haahbrown orders are barley cooked. They still taste frozen. Why would i go here and order uncooked food that I have to finish cooking at home when I can just stay at home and get the same experience for cheaper. Edit: I've tried cooking them and I've come to the conclusion that these are freezer burnt!!! This dunkin isn't nearly as busy as others. There is no excuse for this consistently bad quality.
Slooooow service, rarely paid the same price twice for the same order, often wrong. Mocha or cocoa should be an indication that a drink has some sort of chocolate element to it.
The wait was really long and I end up waiting just to get the wrong drink but it wasn’t just this last time I went I had a bad experience the pst 3 times my hot latte was either cold,or simply made WRONG with almost no syrup in my cup..I was would’ve came back and nicely asked for a remake but I would’ve been late to work .I remember this dunking n used to be really good id wht happened….
They did not have Dunkin box for coffee. Nor did they have cream and sugar on the side for coffee.
Got there around 7:45 and waited in the drive thru for about 5 minutes behind a few cars. Come to find out, there was nobody in the place at all. Advertised at opening at 6am and wasn’t open at 7:45 am
they are very nice, and quick... but man, every frozen coffee i get is wrong, looks dark, and doesnt taste like any other dunkin, numerous times as well sadly
Absolutely slower than a snail to get stuff there. I've ordered there several times and each time it takes longer and longer to get my mobile order. This last time it was 30 minutes to get my mobile order that was scheduled for 5:35. I had to ask multiple times each part of my order and at 6:05 they still had not made my drink. No apologies. No nothing. No reason for why it wasn't ready when it was supposed to be ready. And one of the employees stood there the entire time smirking and laughing each time I asked for a part of my order that was still missing. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt that the couple of times they were slow before was just due to being busy or something. Now I know it's their normal. I watched over 10 customers leave the drive-thru without placing an order in the time that I sat there waiting for mine. I get that they had an issue with one register today but that had nothing to do with an order that was placed online, that was already paid for and should have been ready almost half an hour before it was.
This store has gone seriously downhill. I used to come every day if not more. Now I go as a last resort or in hopes it has changed. The drive thru is always backed up and there have been occasions you sit at the box or in line well over 15 minutes even with only a few cars. One day the car in front me ordered and the staff told him I don’t know what that is. The customer explained as it wasn’t anything complicated and the staff said yeah I’m not making that I don’t know how. The customer left and said no problem I will go somewhere else. That day I waited 25 minutes start to finish for a hot coffee with cream. Today I saw the drive thru was backed up as usual so thought I’ll go inside well, mistake number one made. I stood at the counter for 10 minutes as the 2 employees took orders at the drive thru and never acknowledged my existence. There was one other gentleman in there waiting for his order who seemed quite astonished at the wait as well. I don’t know how long he was waiting for his coffee yes that’s it a coffee but he stood there the whole time I was waiting to order. I listened and waited to be acknowledged as the one girl employee yelled at the young man several times about how he was messing up the orders and what he should be doing and not doing which to me the young man was begging for help and her stern and judging nature maybe is part of the reason this place is so in the grave. I would be damned if I worked for anyone who talked to me that way and pretty much barked orders and told me I was a screw up. So I finally got the girl to come take my order and well her customer service to the customer is about as good as it to the poor employees she directing and I’m guessing training. Well 20 later minutes for cold food and coffee that tasted of old gas station coffee. I’m not even sure it would pass as that to be honest. My snacking bacon was definitely just a microwaved hot mess of regular greasy bacon and my coffee danish was about the only thing right in this deplorable establishment. I think the managers need to step in and see what’s actually going on because if this continues I know I am not the only one who will drive the extra few miles to another Dunkin for better service and better quality.
Alexa and the girl with braces was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Me and my girlfriend placed a mobile order and we can came to use the bathroom before we picked up our food. As we walked in they were sarcastically talking about how people should come in and order food instead of placing mobile order. When picked up food, the order was incorrect. Alexa acted like she didn’t want to make us the correct item. Will not be back. Learn customer service. And talk about your customers when they’re not present
It is unfortunate because some of the staff that work here are great (specifically two of the male employees) but multiple times now they have locked the doors forcing everyone to the drive thru but do not disable or turn off the walk-in function on mobile order. When they do this they are greatly increasing the wait time of those that selected the walk in function as the drive thru line gets incredibly backed up, at some points forcing people to abandon their order. Other times I have been inside I've witnessed one of the employees yelling customers names and getting angry when they did not immediately appear to grab their order. It is rare I leave a review in general but this location frequently does a poor job.
