I went in last night to make an order and an absolute rude DoorDash driver cuts in front of me and made a huge scene yelling at the general manager because he wouldn't stop taking my order to help him. The GM was fantastic and handled that situation so well! The food is always great and they were so nice when I ordered a 5 tender dinner and asked them to split it into 2 boxes so my kids wouldn't fight. Great place and fries and ranch are the best!
I tried this location the other night and had the best experience! It was very clean, the staff was friendly & my food was perfect even with me making last minute modifications. I want to extend a special thank you to Evie. She went above and beyond and I’m so appreciative of her for that. I’ll be back to this location for sure!
Not my first time visiting this location, however, I made the chaotic decision to place an online order during National Wing Day. I fully and 100% commend each and every front line member, cook and shift manager who worked tirelessly to crank out copious amount of fresh, hot chicken to a lobby full of mildly inconvenienced customers and overwhelming volume of incoming orders that added a 1+ hr wait time to every order. The girls in the front-line, while obviously stressed and overstimulated, handled the volume with the utmost patience, professionalism, and emotional intelligence. The cooks were hyper-focused and diligent and the shift manager was deeply engaged in operations, only occasionally breaking away to handle refunds for the customers who were unwilling to endure the extended wait time. And after all that, my meal was phenomenal! In spite of the volume and chaos, the location was very clean and generating good orders like an efficient factory. I'm sure the staff tonight will be met with disdain from unappreciative customers, vexed by the wait time inconveniences. And even worse, lack of acknowledgement or appreciation from the ownership and corporation who probably spiked their sales with today's promos. Sales that will likely never make it into tonight's staff's pockets. However, I see you! You are hard-working, focused, diligent, with phenomenal work ethic! You are truly the unsung heroes of this location and I would hire all of you tomorrow! If no one else expresses their appreciation to you for tonight's insanity, I truly appreciate each and every one of you.
Reiane was amazing. DoorDash experience was absolutely HORRIBLE and she went above and beyond to make sure I got my food, was satisfied, and apologized on behalf of DoorDash. Thank you again!

Came in today and saw only one guy working asked if he was running the store alone and he said no the manager is here… the whole time I waited on my order about 20 min I didn’t see the “manager” anywhere to be seen. This poor worker was doing his best and his best was enough. Give him a raise!!! Guy with tattoos in his arms and neck great job! Will definitely come back hoping he’s here to make my food

I ordered a 10 piece (well done)with fries and my side of ranch for $18 well as soon as I opened my pack my drunk stick where smaller then my fingers and as I tried both my hot rub and original hot they were very salty I couldn’t believe it so I dipped it in the ranch and as we all know the ranch is amazing well this time the ranch was also very salty i dipped my pinky to see if ig was just the wing over powering the ranch and to my surprise it wasnt both my wings and ranch was very unpleasant and unfortunately it isnt my first time this location messes up my order last time I had it the meat was pink I was so mad but I always give places and people second chances this would Be my last time coming to wing stop I highly recommend bre wings the wings are fatter and they give you options of curly friend or tarot tots

I’ve witnessed the worse I’ve ever witnessed in my life: a dasher being harassed as homeless for picking up food on the bike. I defended him and got kicked out of the store. Mind I am 64 year old senior citizen! The gal had such attitude with me! This happened around 8pm on Sunday, 11/30/25 Why hate Doordash drivers because they dress up casually?
We were visiting Houston and ordered Doordash from this location. Needless to say I didn't eat my food. The driver brought in 5 cups of Sprite but the w/no ice. We thought that we were getting 20oz bottles of Sprite. Since we ordered late we got our food after they closed. I didn't get my fries with the combo. I looked at the reviews and so the cockroach and threw my food away. What a waste. Smh
One of the worst experiences I’ve had at Wingstop. I ordered lemon pepper wings and it was like the entire container of seasoning spilled all over them. It was overwhelmingly salty and disgusting — I couldn’t even see the chicken under all that lemon pepper powder. Completely inedible. There should be an option in the app to select how much seasoning you want — light, medium, or heavy. Instead, it’s like someone just dumped the whole jar. I couldn’t even eat them — I had to throw them away. Terrible. I wasted my money today and won’t be coming back.
This review stems from sheer frustration, so take from it what you will. The experience occurred on January 11, 2025, during the closing shift. For context, I called around 7:15 PM to order a 75-piece meal. The individual who claimed to be in charge started taking my card information but then said, "Never mind, we can charge it in-store." Before I could finish asking how long the order would take, he abruptly said, "18 minutes," so I agreed and hung up. At 7:45 PM, he called back and asked, "Mr. [Name], are you still coming to get your meal?" I explained that I was dealing with a family emergency but assured him I'd be there shortly. At 8:11 PM, I called back, apologized for the delay, and asked if the order was still available. A different gentleman answered and said, "Yeah, you're Dominique, right?" After confirming, he reassured me, "It's ready, just came out fresh," which struck me as odd since I’d been asked earlier whether I was still coming. Regardless, I replied, "Bet. Here I come." Upon arrival, I paid for my order, assuming they would simply hand me my food—after all, one person had confirmed I was coming, and the other said the order was freshly prepared. However, after sitting for about 20 minutes, I approached the polite Latino gentleman at the front and asked, "Excuse me, how long do you think it’ll take?" He went to the back to ask, and I overheard someone firmly say, "No, trust me, never do that." It became clear that the shift lead had told him not to start large orders like mine until payment was received. I could tell the gentleman at the front was hesitant to deliver the message, but he returned and informed me it would take "18 minutes." I wasn’t angry at that point—just confused. Why had I been told the order was ready when it hadn’t even been started? I decided to head home since I live nearby, returned after 20 minutes, and ended up waiting another 20 minutes because the food still wasn’t ready. At that point, I was furious. The only reason this place gets one star is because of the kindness of the Latino gentleman at the front, and I can’t rate lower than one star. This was a horrific experience. While they seemed capable of handling smaller orders efficiently, my situation was handled with dishonesty, and they put the front-line worker in an uncomfortable position. By the way, I’m Black, just in case anyone assumes this is about something else. I just genuinely felt bad for the guy who was stuck relaying lies.
Terrible place, do not place any online orders here otherwise your are going to get ripped off, I placed an order and I selected their address accidentally, I called back within 2 min to let them know I had selected the wrong Westheimer address, they claimed they were canceling my order as requested and I was supposed to get a refund, but I never did. Do your self a favor and stay away from this establishment.
I've given this Wingstop location multiple chances, but it's always disappointing. They never answer the phone when we try to place an order, so we're stuck either waiting in person or ordering through the app. Last time, we ordered in advance to avoid waiting, but we still had to wait an additional 40 minutes when we arrived. If you’re looking for quick service, look elsewhere, because this Wingstop clearly doesn’t prioritize its customers’ time.

TERRIBLE!!! Chicken tenders were burnt and with EXTRA lemon pepper on it! No ranch dressing and barely any voodoo fries. If I didn’t have a meeting to attend I would’ve taken the food back to them asking them to give me my money back or remake it. I’ll never visit or order door dash from this place again!!!!
