One of the best private gyms I’ve come across in a long time. Staff is super friendly and helpful & the fact that it’s 24hours for members really helps with a hectic schedule . Equipment is constantly improving , with either more or better options. Honestly worth every buck. They also have a nutrition bar attached with pre & post work out snacks & beverages . A true gem to the Aldine area .

I got a strawberry banana smoothie with double protein! It was deliciously made!! I highly recommend Aldine Fitness Gym if you want to work out and get that protein in! Not all gyms offer a smoothie place ! Aldine Fitness Gym does!

Better than a Crunch, Planet etc why because they take the time to see you as a person and not just a fee. They answer your questions, check on you if you need any help and make you feel comfortable! Woman owned gym!! God bless everyone at this gym they are awesome!
