Belle Station Houston Reviews
Janee was an amazing bartender, she was so attentive it was very busy and yet she kept assuring and checking on the food to let me know it would be right. She likes to talk to but very good conversation. Definitely go see her and ask for her at the bar you won't be disappointed.
Greatly appreciated the service and variety of music the DJ played. Lota and Tyronae were very attentive and made sure excellent customer service was provided. I WILL BE RETURNING! What are you wait for? Get up and GO!!!! Tell’em CaeLoni & Harold sent you!
Ina is absolutely amazing! She was so great with communicating each step through my reservation process. She's made my experience so worth it. Vibes all day, we really enjoyed ourselves.
Came out to do the sip and paint!! It was cool. Not too much of crowd on a Thursday. Had ordered 6 wings for . 75cent each, they were crispy and flavorful. Seasoned fries had too much season, Mac and cheese was good could use a little more garlic powder and black pepper(for me)!! Drink good price and tasty bartender on point. Shout to our waitress Ari best serves I've had in awhile.
Came here just to see the vibes and was not disappointed! Came about 3:30-4 onna Sunday so it was a little dead but Ina made it a tiiiime!! She was so much fun very personable and just over all lit ! Food was delicious we got the lamb chops, oysters , fried catfish sticks , fried rice ect everything was good including the mimosa tower !
Holly ! Holly ! Holly ! Best bartender that have served me in a while. Top notch customer service experience. Walked in with my girlfriend on a busy night and with a crowd she still managed to get us our drinks while providing great service in a timely manner. Will be coming back ! Thank you Holly for such a great experience!!
Hands down the best service I’ve ever received in Midtown! THANK YOU SO MUCH HOLLY for making my bachelorette party such an incredible experience! She was such a vibe, great suggestions, and best service! Telling all my girls about this place will be back again soon!
I came to celebrate a friend’s birthday & had an amazing time . The music was great , the atmosphere & vibes were immaculate and I had the best waitress name Sarah who made the experience ( first time ) the best. Definitely will be back !!

Belle Station Bar is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted with a vibrant atmosphere and friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The decor is stylish and modern, creating a perfect setting for a night out with friends or a special celebration. The menu offers a fantastic selection of drinks and cocktails, each crafted with care and creativity. I was particularly impressed with their signature cocktails – each one was a delightful blend of flavors. The food is equally impressive, with a variety of delicious options that cater to all tastes. The appetizers and small plates are perfect for sharing, and everything I tried was fresh and flavorful. Overall, Belle Station Bar provides an exceptional experience. The combination of great drinks, tasty food, lively entertainment, and top-notch service makes it a must-visit destination. I can’t wait to return! And like give a special thanks to Emcee for exceptional service. ---
Odd to be the only whites in a midtown bar! Didn't realize it was hookah. Did beers and played chess. Staff were very friendly.
Erin and Luta were AMAAZING!! Actually, all the servers 10/10! Drinks were great, the brunch/AM DJ played such a great mix of music!! My mom’s bday was coming up and they made sure to celebrate her several times. I love that 💗I love this place, location and we’ll be back! Put my girl Erin behind the bar — she’d be so good!!!
I highly recommend this place with a 10/10 rating. We visited after a terrible experience at another bar/lounge nearby. From the moment we walked in, we were warmly greeted, and our waitress, Ina, was exceptional. The drinks were great, and the curry rice and crab cake were amazing.
Went with a friend and had an amazing time got greeted with a bartender who introduced herself brought us menus she did admit she was new but didn’t have a problem answering questions about certain menu items. Everything thing she told us to get we did for starters we ordered the fish sliders and then also we ordered two orders of wings she recommended Thai chili flavor it was delicious. The only thing I would say the hookah was a bit high for the time that I was there. So we did pass on that. We will definitely go to see Janee again she was great
Came back 12/19/2024 Bill.aaay was our waiter. Atmosphere was amazing. Good drinks and food was a burger and fries. Had another great night with my cousins. Didn’t stay late cause of work , but definitely a great night. Bill.aaaay took care of all of our needs and went above and beyond. Will sure be going back and requesting her. Recommend drinks when I asked and told me of the perfect drink for me. You can say Bell station is a place for me and my cousins. We love the staff and they make us feel at home. This is a well recommended place that I tell my family and friends. Thanks to all of you. 💯
I went last Thursday for African night and wooooo. The music was on point! The food was great. Can’t lie the service was great as well the manager asked if we were enjoying ourselves and if we were having a good time to write a review about the bartender. And here I am Jannee (may have spelled her name wrong) she looked great she was funny. She was nice to watch as well she really works the bar and give the bar a great atmosphere. She was taking pictures of the food and asked if I wanted to try and I was sold. She makes an amazing old fashioned as well make sure you go check out belle and J!!! Hookah on happy hour would be great 🤷🏾
Great vibe and music on Sunday! I’ve even been on a Saturday night and it was great.. Hats off to one of the managers Don he makes you feel very welcomed! “Side bar” some of the tables you do have to pay a minimum of $100-$300 to sit at. Meaning your tables total needs to a minimum of that for that seating.”
Sunday funday here was epic. It was packed but fairly easy to get drinks once we made our way through the crowd to the bar. DJ Phon was amazing, and played a variety of hip hop and afrobeats tracks to keep the crowd turnt up. I noticed that seats at the bar were free, but after 3pm, the other seats required a specified minimum spend. I definitely would recommend this bar to anyone ready to have a good time.
Belle station will forever be my go to spot! The vibe at belle is always awesome, friendly staff who will make sure you are well taken care of. Aside from their amazing cocktails, their temp menu is the best, with different varieties to choose from! Every time I visit belle I have to have their southern egg rolls, I highly recommend everyone to try it out! Next time you’re in midtown area stop by belle for a good time!
Amazing Steak Night! Bella our server was prompt and the steak was one of the best if not the best “Steak Night” special I’ve had in Houston. I will be back!
Belle station has been around for a while but the new staff, management and most importantly the CHEF staff is simply the best. The Dj is ALWAYS on point, and I can always count on the bartender for a quality cocktail. Now the food..unmatched and simply amazing. 10/10 everything on the menu is absolutely delicious! Check them out during the week for their amazing happy hour!
Fun place. Friendly staff. All ages (except minors of course) welcomed.
Went last Thursday Jan 12 to celebrate my friends birthday. Food was great and the service was on point. I believe our waitress name was....Becca..? Hispanic girl. I totally forgot but she was so sweet and fun to have. She was social and checked on us periodically. The manager for the night came by and wish my friend a happy birthday! He introduced himself but again, forgot his name. Jared possibly? Young gentleman with dreds. Definitely will come again. Sorry if i got the name wrongs & descriptions, I i just want the praise to go to the correct people.
Nice little spot! Do not expect to hear your own thoughts lol! The music is (loud!) hip hop/rnb; a good mix! Food is nice! Got boudin balls. Yum. Hookah was soooo yum, got it from the cafe next door(ps go there if you just want hookah, it’s cheaper)Waiter refilled our coals on time. Good place to start the night or end it.
They are soft opening and I watched the Texans game. The bartenders were friendly. Drinks were good.
I had an amazing experience at Belle Station in Houston, Texas! The ambiance was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring that every need was met. The food and drinks were top-notch, with flavors that truly impressed. I highly recommend visiting Belle Station for an unforgettable experience! USE CODE: PIERRE FOR 10% OFF FOOD & PAINTNSIP
Went here for the first time a couple of days ago to have a few drinks with my brother. Our server/waitress Ina was very courteous and welcoming- she also gave great recommendations for drinks and food! We loved the fresh-made guacamole and the lemon drop shots were so good we had 4 each on top of our regular drinks. The staff is also very cheerful and helped to perfect the ambience for us by turning off one of the fans that was blowing in our face😅 As someone who is part of the neighborhood, I will definitely go back to Belle Station for the ambience and the service.
Stumbled into this gem 💎 after not going to “Lost and Found” because it was a line wrapped around the building. Got to sit in and enjoy some catfish fingers, tai chillie wings 🐔 and I had to get the chicken and waffles 🧇 which were delicious with some cranberries on it. It wasn’t packed and had great service. #keepemhungry
Pricey but worth it!! Food is great, staff is absolutely amazing!! Sam gave us the ins and outs and made sure we were taken car of. The drinks will have you lit! Great selection of drinks. The do a Saturday brunch with a sip and paint option for $20! I'm walking distance from my apartment will be back again and again.
The music was fun and the vibes are cool. Definitely a fun spot and we watched the boxing match here and that was cool. I also enjoyed the hookah a lot. Very smooth and lasted a long time with consistent new coals. Only thing that bothered me was the music is a little too loud to have conversations and the second time I went there specifically for hookah, they said it had not arrived yet. Which was weird bc this is a hookah spot.
This was a good experience overall. There was a paint and sip going on this particular night. We were greeted by the doorman and was asked to show ID & to check out purses. We painted for about 2 hours and had drinks. DJ played music and was a cool vibe. No complaints here. The patio vibes were awesome.
Tasty bar, food is reasonably priced, grilled oysters were fire 🔥🔥 & the hookah is overpriced @ $50, empty on a Saturday evening, but good vibes
Went on a Wednesday night and the music was so good! Heard some good house music, and the drink specials were not bad either - $5 wells and $7 martinis. They also had a "steak night" going on, so we ended up ordering a meal, which includes 1 side. The steak was missing seasoning and wasn't cooked how we asked. It was quite disappointing. Overall, it was nice and we'd go back for the music and drinks.
Came here on a Saturday night about 9:30pm. There is parking next door for 10.00 & security was posted outside. There is an extensive patio area with a 40. hookah rental, heat lamps and TV set up. Not an extensive menu but everything was hot, fresh and reasonably priced. Great vibe spot.. Decent music playing plus there is a area inside to further socialize and dance.
Came here for the first time with some friends and out Wednesday is steak night. Steak was delicious and cooked perfectly! Their jalapeño mac n cheese was delicious! The drinks were also pretty good and the dj was great. Had a wonderful time and the customer service was pretty good too!
Bell Station turned out to be a great place to catch the UFC matches. Bar/lounge with a club atmosphere and Dj. Can't comment on the food because I didn't have any but the drinks were good. If you can't find free parking then you could end up paying as much as 25$ for public parking. In the end I'd say it is a cool place to hang out.
This is a nice chill brunch spot, the food was good and the prices of the food is affordable but there is a caveat: You must spend $100 minimum. That threw us off a little but The mimosa tower made up for it. Wish our server paid a little more attention but will be coming back again.
The atmosphere was a whole vibe. Our waitress was amazing and attentive. The food was okay but out of what we had the fish was fire along with the fries. The Brussel sprouts was good could have been a little more moist. The Mac and Cheese is a no for me but maybe a yes for others, the wings were good but cold. The margaritas for five bucks were great. I would definitely recommend for a great vibe and fun. I danced all night and the crowd was a vibe too. We originally came for a paint and sip they have every Friday.
I'm in Houston for the weekend, don't know much about Houston as I'm from Miami, happy to have came here, the ambiance was a vibe, the dj played some good music, only thing about Houston djs they play music from the 2000, never nothing relevant. Overall a good place to come for a day party.
I went here for brunch on Saturday. I love the selfie wall. There are other spots to take selfies as well. They have indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating has heat lamps. The brunch menu is limited which in my opinion is a good thing. My friends ordered the boudin balls and enjoyed them. I ordered the lamb with eggs and the hash cake. The lamb has jerk seasoning. You get for pieces with an order. They were seasoned really well. The hash cake wasn’t good or bad. The meal is surprisingly light. The cost is $30. I ordered an old fashion. It was great. My friends ordered the ciroc apple with the sugar rim. They said they were good as well. There’s a valet and metered street parking. You can also order hookah from Cafe Layal nearby.
My coworkers invited me to Belle Station. We arrived early, which was the first sign that we were newbies. The staff dressed in Tiki Beach wear. It was theme night for them. The bar sits in the middle and there's a nice patio coming in the entrance. The staff were very helpful and welcoming. It was steak night, so I ordered steak of course. The drinks weren't too bad either. It's a great place to stop off for a quick happy hour with friends. They had a DJ come in and entertain the patrons with music. One thing I want to let you know is it's not a quiet spot. Once it gets later in the evening, the music is pumped up and drinks are flowing. Overall, it was a good experience. The steak was tender. They also served Boudain balls. The best part was my steak was only $18.
We came arpund 11 PM on a saturday and I was a bit confused by this place - imagine a sports bar, a hookah bar, and a dancing spot all morphed into one, but done poorly? The biggest negative thing about this place was the upselling at the bar (my friend ordered a well shot and the bartender responded with "do you want a hangover" then ultimately pressured him into something more pricey) and inconsistency of pricing (our group got charged different prices for the same drinks). At some point the DJ turned the music off entirely to play some boxing matches. Overall it was an okay experience; we won't be returning.
Went here last night to meet friends for drinks. It was great. The food was good! The drinks were great also. I’m only giving a 3 star rating because of the 2nd DJ.He kept stopping the music & talking over songs… He was awful! He kept talking about Chicago & playing Chicago music. That’s fine and all…. But we’re in Texas!!! Being a DJ 1 of the 1st things is you should know your audience. Please don’t book this guy again.
Very good mix of music. I loved basically every song. The drinks were weak. I had the worst martini ever! A martini and terrible long island was $38! The waitress was friendly and music great that is why I gave the 3 star rating.
Nice atmosphere, food was mediocre ordered the jerk lambchops entree, it was served bland & full of fat with barely any meat. There was no jerk sauce on my lambchops I asked for jerk sauce & was told they was out gave me steak sauce instead. The watermelon drink I ordered look nothin like the pic & did not come with any fruit. I’ve had way better experiences in Houston probably won’t return
The waiter was really nice and boudin balls do not taste a good as they were a year ago. This place attempted to charge me $50.00 for hookah that they get from next door (Cafe Loyal) for $16.00. The quality of the baby hookahs that they were using was definitely giving rip-off vibes. Definitely not the same vibes from a year ago when I would go there weekly. It was empty this past weekend. So I had a couple drinks and went next door for the official Cafe Loyal hookah that was great a usual.
Wow this place is poppin’ for a Wednesday! This was my first time here and I have to say, it’s decent. Came here for steak night since they are doing a charity donations. Each steak they sell, donations go to the hearts co. I mean, steak and a good cause? Why the heck not?! Parking sucks around here but once you do, it’s a nice walk to see surrounding areas. We sat in the patio area which was nice. I just don’t like the excessive smoking and hookah but that’s just me. We ordered a ribeye steak to share between the 2 of us. Steaks came out really fast! Probably 10 mins max. Not a bad thing but I wish it was a bit more charred. The steak was cooked well, medium rare. The sides was a bit lack luster. Was told we would be getting creamed corn (just buttered corn btw) and mashed potatoes. It tasted okay, nothing special. Steak was well seasoned but the cut of the meat was extremely fatty! I only ate. 1/3 of my portion because the rest was going to clog my arteries! haha yeah. The 2 waitresses that waited on us were super friendly and attentive. Drinks were flowing and everything we needed didn’t take that long. Quick service! But with that said, go to the bar an order your drinks. We had ordered a few cocktails at the table and it was super watered down. Couldn’t taste the alcohol. We literally had Tito’s and soda but felt like I was just drinking soda water the whole time. Yeah, was expecting a decent drink for $10 a pop. Paid $10 for soda water :/ not cool. Overall, I would come back if I’m in the area but other than that, I wouldn’t go out of my way just for mediocre steak night.
Food okay & good for the pricing. Service timing was attentive & efficient. They need to advertise atmosphere more specifically for you to make choices online accurately. YOUNG PERSON'S PLACE; not a for all types restaurant: * DJ blasts constantly - all group conversations were impossible. Our ears were ringing afterwards. * 1 waitress had on thong ašş out * It's a huge patio style layout - opened where no fan/A/c could have overcome 80° sunny weather. Great place for loud parties, not ten people 59-70yrs old. Was there for a 60yr old bday celebration; if her 84yr mom had shown up. We would have left in 1st 5 minutes. We stayed because we had walked 3 blocks from 1st event & too tired.
The food is amazingly good! Nice big servings. Not pricey. The only thing I don't like is how they have it set up. A table with 4 chairs, you have to spend a minimum of $100 even if u only have a party of 1-2 people. There is also a 2 hour limit unless you are continuously ordering food & drinks. So, if you aren't trying to spend at least $50 each for a party of 2, eat at the bar if there is space. I don't drink so for 2 people this is a "No Go" because the food isn't expensive and I'm not ordering $50 worth of food... All the tables have a minimum amount that has to be spent in order to sit there. I've never been to a place like this. 70% chance I'll go back but only if I have a party of 4 or more. Food is delicious, though!!! Food in pic: Regular French Toast, Potato Waffle Breakfast Sandwich, Sweet Thai Chili wings... All were very tasty!
Disclaimer I was invited by someone else. I previewed the menu prior to coming. Menu was fine. What I didn't understand "IS" the minimum you have to pay to sit down at a table. (THAT SHOULD HAVE GAVE ME A CLUE). This establishment is MOST DEFINITELY SUPER DUPER URBAN. NOW I understood the minimum time and fees restrictions. There was a live DJ. BELLE STATION is a DAY PARTY!!!! I didn't come to party. I came to eat. I had no idea how my bill came to $45..I had 8 or 12 wings and 3 boudain balls cut in half. I was ready to go, paid and left.. they got me once, it won't happen again. I have to admit, I did get up once and dance for a second on a dare. This place is for young people. One and done. Food was average & overpriced. All pictures attached. Lastly, Valet Parking is $20
7/27/24 - Went here for a friend’s anniversary celebration. The venue is nice, the music was ok and our server was attentive and very nice. The food was horrible. Not sure if it was a bad day or were overwhelmed, but our table ordered multiple things and no one enjoyed their food. The wings had a weird taste like the oil was old and it took about 45 minutes to get a hookah.
Visiting from Maryland tonight sat there 30 minutes at a table waitress stop by never came back. I left it’s too bad music sound good but poor service and I can only assume that’s why they not packed. Do better ..and it’s Friday night
Went today for my mother n laws birthday and they charged 7 shots for $220 including tip! What kinda stuff is that? That’s why they’re empty and nobody goes. In this economy???????? CHARGING $220 for 7 shots?????? We ain’t even broke but it’s like damn we went to pour behavior had 6 brunch meals with Mimosa tower along with like 7 drinks and that was $240 including tip. BE SO FOR REAL BELLE STATION.
First time here. Thursday night. Atmosphere was good, it was a bit chilly and they don’t have heaters. DJ was good. Service: sucked! The waiter didn’t know much of anything. The device the waiter was using to place the orders kept failing even when time to pay. The menu doesn’t match what they bring out to you or what they actually have to offer. I mentioned how the online menu says Happy hour during these times and they told me that they aren’t doing happy hour and the website is incorrect. They had a broken chair at the table and my guest almost fell. Food: brussel sprouts had a good flavor but overly charred & I even had them remake it. The sauce that comes on the Salmon is more of a brown gravy than a cream sauce. Price : overly priced for the food and service that’s given. Recommend: Absolutely not! You can definitely go somewhere else and have better food & service.
I went for steak night on a Wednesday, but the place was pretty empty. The security guard was just chilling on his phone, not paying attention to anyone coming in. There was this maintenance guy fixing tables and putting primer on stuff, which seemed like something they should have done earlier. No one was at the door to seat us, so we had to find our own spot. The menu was nowhere to be found, and the waitress said we had to use her phone to order, which felt weird and gross. I ordered the steak, but it came with a bunch of something I didn't ask for, a weird-tasting deep friend potatoes with cheese with the waiter said came with the order but never mentioned it when I ordered because I would have never ordered extra sides. I also received watery mac & cheese that seemed straight out of a cheap box and mashed red skin potatoes that lacked seasoning. The steak had bell peppers on it for some reason, and a big blob of garlic butter on the side. The drink was okay (liquid marijuana) but I would not be something I recommend especially for the price. We were not provided with copies of our receipt so we can review it before paying the waitress just came by and took her payments and asked us if we wanted to tip or not, but they already included 20% gratuity in the bill, which we later didn’t find out until I had to ask her for a copy of my receipt. I heard this place was great on TikTok, but I won't be going back. Better to try Lost and Found or Adore down the street.
They have a nice patio and setup to hang out. Drinks were great but the food is horrible. My wings were burnt badly. They were very dark and hard. The boudin balls were salty and the tacos were half way decent. I don't recommend this spot for food at all. Our server Gabi was really nice though. So overall only go for drinks.
I went half on a hookah with a friend. The friend left and a hookah person came to my table and took the hookah…cause he didnt see ME pay..i wasnt done; he pretty much snatched it from me. Never spending money here again and im gonna make sure my 10,000 houston followers know not to come here
I’ve celebrated multiple birthdays here in years past and had an amazing time. Atmosphere and vibe used to be amazing. I came back after two years of not being in Houston, and I was refused service for being white. I waited patiently and kindly for 40 minutes for a drink before I realized I wasn’t welcome anymore. This place used to be packed with people of every race and walk of life. Really disappointing to see in Houston. Disgusting, low vibrational behavior.
Tonight my girlfriends and I came to Belle Station. We were drinking vodka tonic for $20 so we decided to order a bottle. Our server was named Jamaica who informed us a bottle of Tito's was $225 so we said give us a bottle of Kettle One which was $75 so we said bet give us that. Which Jamaica said it was cheaper and made more sense than ordering $20 individual drinks. Then our tab came and we were charged right under $600 which included $275 for the bottle of Kettle One which in turn everyone was vocalizing how we were being SCAMMED or a play was ran on us. So, we ask for the manager which her name was Jade and she said she would speak with Jamaica for misquoting us but we still had to pay Why do we have to pay for your waitress mistake!!! An apology is EXTREMELY UNACCEPTABLE!!! We should be refunded for you all mistake. We purchased hookah food etc so it is not like we were just chilling. Being taking advantage of by a black establishment is unacceptable in soooo many ways. Everyone needs to stay away from here...just another black establishment ripping their people off!!!
Was there on 03/08/2025, waitress came said she would be back. She came back and brought us water and 3 dirty glasses. Waited another 15 minutes still no service we left. Traveled from Florida to Houston. Will not recommend or go back to this place.
Normally I hate to complain. Last month I left a 11/10 review and told everyone I knew to try the steak night special. After tonight I will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. I was ignored for an hour and had to beg for a water refill. I sent my steak back cause it was over cooked and tasted like I was chewing on a tire and had it sent back to me pretty much saying I was crazy lol. Finally after an entire hour of sitting I managed to get 1 refill & I got a half decent steak re made that I just ate so I can get on with my night. All I was offered for all the inconvenience was a free shot which I happily declined. I would have appreciated a % comped at the least for the entire hour of neglect and ridiculous wait time. I ordered as soon as I arrived at 8:25 and wasn’t able to leave until 9:40 for a single plate of food. Although they happily charge an entire 20% gratuity for service which I wouldn’t mind paying for if I actually had service. My waitress spent 99% of her time with every other table and I waited an entire hour to finally get 1 refill. When I was mid sentence asking her about the details on my bill she walked right off before I could even finish my question. Not worth it to me escalating to a manager or complaining cause I’m sure I’d be treated the same. I’m loyal when I find good food spots but I lost all faith in this place tonight.
Waited over 45 minutes to get our appetizer. wait staff didn’t provide utensils to eat our poutine. Went to bar to get utensils because the wait staff was limited. Bartender said they didn’t have forks. Had to walk through the establishment to find someone to get us a fork. We thought the menu looked good, but left early because the service was so bad. Would not recommend this place. They lost a good amount of money from our party.
I went in two weekends ago for the painting and music. Myself and a few friends arrive well before the place got packed and ordered drinks and brunch. Only after having to track our waitress down because she kept saying she would be right with us but never came back. Ordered with a totally different lady and a hour after we didn't get our food our waitress came and said, "oh they not serving brunch anymore but I'll bring you a different menu AND STILL didn't come back. Tracked her down again and all she could do was say sorry. Manager finally came over and was as pleasant and apologetic as possible. 4hrs later only to get the food and it was extremely salty and unpleasant. It was like they rushed to throw something together to shut us up.
Where do I even start?? The salmon gave me food poisoning, the service was bad, it’s dirty, the glasses had lip marks, everything I paid for was over priced. The quality DOES NOT match the price. The owner seems to be standing around not making sure everything is being properly handled. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Just wasn’t what it was a few years ago. If I could give this place zero stars I would but I had to choose one star to leave my review.
I'm new to the area, and on my first visit, I came on a Thursday. I sat inside and almost froze to death, but the waitress was so sweet and attentive that I just let my drink warm me up. The waitress said that the restaurant is more lively on a weekend so I came to visit on a Saturday. On my second visit, we sat outside. Service • It took about 20-25 minutes for someone to come and inquire about what we wanted to order. The hookah guy came to ask if we wanted service before a server batted an eyelid at us. • A larger party, about 8-10 folks, came in around 20 minutes after us; we were a party of 2. They were greeted and served before us. Conclusion: It gave the servers attention to larger parties where they may likely make more money than minor parties. Payment and 20% Gratuity •I was asked if I wanted to keep my tab open or closed, and I asked to keep it open, as I anticipated buying another round of drinks. The waitress said she needed to keep a card. I hesitatingly gave her my card and shortly after asked to close my tab because I felt uncomfortable giving my card to a server when no one in my party had received a drink or food. • I paid for two drinks and two meals PLUS 20% gratuity BEFORE receiving any of it or any service that deserved 20% gratuity. Drinks • I ordered two margaritas, and it didn't taste like or feel like there was any alcohol in them. • I had to send one margarita back because it wasn't mixed well, which for the life of me I couldn't understand, especially considering I paid the bill before I received anything Food • I had the burger, and it was well-seasoned. The fries are a step above frozen crinkle fries with creole seasoning • I also ordered lemon pepper wings, which were so oily. I wondered if they had thought of putting them on a paper towel to absorb some of that oil before they put them on the table. Conclusion: Not worth the money or 20% gratuity. Overall, I won't be coming back here, and I wish I could get my money back. That's all; you may have a better experience than me, but I am sharing because I'm disgusted.
Came here to spend time with my friends to eat, smoke some hookah and drink. The hookah guy was off for the day. The drinks were okay nothing to write home about. Food was actually not bad we ordered the chicken bites. French fries were so good and the chicken bites were great too. The sad part is that they are charging 20% gratuity on every transaction we made. Service wasn’t even that great we had to chase them down. And I was still willing to tip better than 20% gratuity.
3/2/24. Food presentation 10/10, food taste was OK (5/10). Came for Saturday brunch the Dj was great. They partner with the next door hookah shop for their hookahs and were not serving hookahs. We went next door to enjoy a hookah. Def can skip this place and enjoy much better food and service at other restaurants. $40 valet.
My fiance and her friends had good vibes, but they had a bad food experience with this restaurant.I am not trying to discredit this place however it what it is.They were told couldn't substitute anything on the menu ,so most of them got the same thing which was shimp and grits. They said it was over season which made it salty the flavor just wasn't there and they substitute their cornbread because they didn't have none at all they gave them a biscuits that tast like it was frozen then microwave. Y'all got to do better for the brunch . Shrimp and grits, this plate looks like a mystery plate with garnish.
My experience here has been complete trash. When I say Belle Station management is ran horribly. I ordered a mimosa tower, when it finally arrived I was not satisfied with the taste. It tasted like it was sitting for a while. I asked for it to be replaced for another one due to the taste. After I was advices that I couldn’t per the managers order I asked if I could speak with him. Colston, the manager, comes out and explains how I can’t not send back a menu item that I am not satisfied with. And that I would have to pay for it regardless. We went back and forth about the situation at a respectful volume, then his solution was to have the police involved. So I asked why he would escalate a customers issue to the police if he’s the manager of the establishment and he walked off to call the police. Beyond unprofessional and privileged. That’s how much was drunk before attempting to return it. 1 star is being highly generous.
Service was good. Placed order only for her to come back and say half the menu was missing they had no seafood at all. So went with lamb chops. Upon ringing us out she took my card came back with receipt had gratituty which is fine but she used this excuse saying that the tip doesn’t go to them it goes to the house so you can double tip. Next day I check my account I’ve been charged $142 two times.I text the number and someone said that will check into it and never got back to me. I gave exact time date etc who the waitress was all of that without them returning my overpayment so I will not frequent here any longer due to lack on integrity
I’m so upset that my experience was ruined at the end. Yes, our server Alayah was a little slow to get everything but we did have about 8 people. Food was AMAZING. Then I got a $39 check for French toast ($13) bacon ($3) and potatoes ($4). I paid and added 20% tip which made my check $47. Doesn’t add up right? I didn’t even catch it. They charged me almost $12 for sprite. Alayah told me there was no gratuity which was not true and had an attitude when I asked her about the check. And of course there was no manager available. $47 for a standard breakfast is robbery.
