This was my first time at this restaurant, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. After informing the staff it was my first visit, I asked about customer burgers and placed my order, along with a water. Since my flight was boarding soon, I politely asked how long the preparation would take. The employee told me 15–20 minutes and added that I shouldn’t have ordered if I was in a hurry. I requested a refund, especially because the chef wasn’t even present at that moment. When the manager came over, he was kind and professional, and informed me the preparation time was actually up to 7 minutes. Based on that, I decided to wait. However, while I stood there, the staff continued making loud, negative comments about me, clearly expressing annoyance over simply doing their job. The food is okay and the concept has potential, but the service is unprofessional, misaligned, and disrespectful. What’s most concerning is that this did not seem to be an isolated incident, I observed other customers being treated in a similarly dismissive manner. Good management starts with a well-trained team. Unfortunately, that is clearly lacking here.

Hope people who are hoping to use the “easy” QR code for ordering see this. They apparently don’t use it. And it says kid menu hamburger w/ fries and drink on the QR menu. They don’t have fries there. So you pay $10.99 for a very small kids cheeseburger only. Very expensive. Need to have other options for hamburgers and kid meals in terminal E

The veggie patty is made in the same place as the regular patty. That wouldn’t be a problem if they at least scraped it off a bit before doing the veggie one, but they don’t. No reason to even have a veggie option. Also the burger was soggy. Tater tots were soggy. By soggy I mean basically wet. Expensive. 0/5. One of the worst meals I’ve had in a long time.

Ordering: The cashier could care less about the customer and what they were there for. The cashier called someone on his personal cellphone in the middle of taking my order telling the person he was talking how much he was ready to go home and to pick him up. Cooking: the cook maybe 18 at most needs to be trained on cross contamination and changing gloves. This cook took raw meat slapped it on the grill, and with the same gloves that he touched the raw meat with, he was touching every other utensil and spatula and handling lettuce, tomato, and the cheese slices and buns. I asked the cook to start over and he refused and argued with me about the cross contamination issue even though i clearly watched him. Overall: i wasted 52$ on cross contaminated burgers, but the experience sucks. Its not worth it. The staff need to be trained in customer service and how to talk to a customer, the cook needs to be re trained because cross contamination can KILL someone. It was an absolute nightmare, so until improved STAY AWAY! I will be reaching out to the owner and corporate.

Made me wait forever while the cook just stood around instead of working on my burger. After I finally got it, it was missing the cheese and aioli listed on the menu. Went back and asked for the cheese and aioli, but was told twice that it didn’t come with cheese or aioli. I just pointed at their menu sign without saying a word. They didn’t know their own menu. They were then out of the aioli, but hey, at least I got the cheese?

Got tricked by the aroma of the burgers after a long flight with no food. Food comes in 5-10 min so we just ordered 2 very basic squished burgers...named custom burgers but they're not customized. It's expensive airport food so what would you expect? Terrible. The sauce packets were also hard to open and exploded all over. Not a good experience but needed food quick.

Ordered a Turkey burger with no bun (lettuce wrap). Burger came in a regular bun. Took it back to get what I ordered and the lady slapped some lettuce in the box and asked if that was okay. I was hungry by then so ate it. Not happy at all! To top it off the burger was salty and very average. Don't waste your time

I went to custom burger at 8:05 pm and was told that the cook is on break and they close at 9pm. I asked how long is the break. He replied 30 mins. I was told to go get my burger from the bar down from them. Very unprofessional

The most disgusting burger place on the planet. Total chaos. They don't speak English, and there's no communication between the two people who take orders and serve them and the person at the grill. They can't identify the orders and have to open the burgers to tell which is which. They open the food with their bare hands, and there's no hygiene. We couldn't eat it; it was disgusting. Since it was still in the box, we asked for a refund, but they refused. We left with our sodas in our hands and had to throw them away in the trash they have right there. They should shut this place down for lack of hygiene and poor food handling.

I wanted to get a burger and the lady with glasses was extremely rude, i didn't end up ordering just because of her awful attitude, should be grateful to have a job but i guess not there were other restaurants nearby so save yourself the time to deal with them.
