I have been a loyal customer for nearly 9 years but today I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I catered food for Thanksgiving, ordered goat meat, half the meat was beef. For the price I paid, this is horrible. Very bad practice. The rest of the goat was full of bone. If you cannot deliver a quality product, say you cannot deliver, don’t charge a high price and give something else. That is fraudulent. The soup was nothing to write home about. I received a call at 5:09 pm asking when I was picking up my food because the restaurant was closing. Mind you, I asked in the morning when my food would be ready -no answer- all day, and in the end I was threatened that if I didn’t come soon I would have to pick up tomorrow! Their excuse for never communicating with me prior, “we were busy.” My loyalty means nothing. I paid high for subpar food. Maybe this was a bad day for them, but mixing beef in goat meat is a deliberate crime. I’m done.
