We had such a fun time at dinner last night on a double date! All the food was tasty, and we liked the don julio margaritas! Our waitress was super friendly and made our experience even better (wish I could remember her name)! Of course, we ordered the triple dipper, the guacamole burger, and the chicken crispers! Ribs and mac and cheese were also delicious!

Update!! Still excellent service! Shout out to Jonny with no H for being an absolute joy of a server! Give that man a raise and have him train folks because he is top tier! Love this Chilli's! My daughter and I come in regularly and ask for Sarah!! She is personable, engaging, and such an attentive waitress!! Our food is always fresh and hot and served in a timely manner. The restaurant is always clean, and you can tell everyone does their part to make it a wonderful experience for the guests.

I had the BEST time at Chili’s for my “old person” birthday party! The staff was so hospitable and really went above and beyond to make the night special. I came in fully committed to the theme—complete with a walker—and they didn’t miss a beat! The team was not only friendly but played along with the jokes and made the whole experience even more hilarious and memorable. The food was great as always, but it was the staff that truly made the night five stars. Thank you for making my silly birthday one to remember!

I went last Friday around 10 pm, it was busy but we were sat immediately. The service was great and the food was perfect. I love how consistent chilis is and this time was no exception. The food was super hot, came out promptly, and was delicious. We got chips and salsa and bone-in buffalo wings as an appetizer and the wings were sooo good. Very saucy and chicken was cooked perfectly. I always order the half rack of ribs with house sauce and it was perfect. The meat was very tender, succulent, and easily came off the bone. Of course, finished our dinner with the iconic molten lava cake dessert, which was also perfect. Keep it up chilis!!

Visiting from Canada and stopped by Chili’s for the first time while in Houston, and I’m glad I did! No wait time, the food was really good, and our server Lexus was awesome. Super attentive, friendly, and just a fun vibe overall. She made the experience even better. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in town. Thanks for the great service, Lexus!

Chillis is one of the few chain restaurants I actually like. The food is always consistent and delicious. So many great choices available on the menu. Great Margaritas. Bar staff and servers are always friendly and efficient. An easy place to dine

My sister and I went to Chili's at 2 pm. The workers were very diverse, which we love! We had a fantastic server named Heather. She greeted us with a very warm and welcoming smile. She was very energetic and friendly! She was attentive and made sure we were taken care of. We will be going back just for Heather!

Sam was very welcoming, attentive, and polite. Amazing service great food no issues this chilis location is out of my way but because of Sam I’d definitely return.

I love Chili's for multiple menu items . But that Nashville flavor left me confused. I don't hate it but I don't love it . The triple dippers was good . Got try some other flavor. Like a wet,dry seasoning.. even after the next day to reheat the food in the air fryer the flavor left me confused.

I had a fantastic experience at Chili’s! The food was fresh, flavorful, and served hot—exactly what you hope for in a casual dining spot. The highlight of my visit, though, was our server, Kayera. She was attentive without being overbearing, had great menu knowledge, and made spot-on recommendations that elevated the meal. Her friendly personality and genuine smile made us feel welcome from start to finish. Drinks were refilled promptly, questions were answered perfectly, and the service felt personal rather than rushed. Chili’s has always been a favorite for comfort food, but Kayera’s outstanding service made this visit exceptional.

The chips and salsa were a perfect starter, and everything tasted freshly made. The staff was friendly and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was casual and welcoming perfect for a relaxed lunch or dinner with friends or family. Definitely one of my go-to spots for great food at a good price. Looking forward to coming back!

After paying forty five dollars for an order for one person I called and let them know the issue and they were trying to give me a $1.50 refund. I have been to chili's enough and my husband used to work at chili's.There is not one person in a chili's that does Not know that the fajitas come with pica de gallo sour cream and cheese and to not get those things when you order in, paying extra in delivery fees and service fees and tips, is pretty much unacceptable and results in the ruining of the meal. Extremely disappointed with their resolution and will not be going back or ordering from there again.

Came with large group @8pm, after hour and 40 minutes, half the group got their food, which was like warm. Then they realized some orders weren’t placed. I usually like Chilis, but will not come to this one again.

I won’t visit this location anymore.. the food was not fresh, the server must have been tired. I’m not happy spending almost 100$ for me & my 2 sons. They seated us in bar area. It was obvious everyone working would have rathered to not serve.

I will never understand how this place stays in business. I have tried to give this place a chance over the years, and c every single time it has been a terrible experience. From the moment you walk in. NO one is ever at the front to welcome you. After you wait to be seated you then have to wait too long in my opinion to be greeted by your server. Then more waiting and looking around for your server to reappear in an almost empty restaurant. There's no excuse. Where do they go hide? What are they doing? This has happened to me more than once at this location. Another experience the time before. I was told by a waitress to expect a long wait bc she was the only one there to take care all the tables 😲

Can’t really comment on the quality of the food seeing that it never arrived. My son just got home from the hospital for asthma and the last thing we want to do is cook. Ordered through Uber Eats and the driver was amazing. The store called him to say they were out of a wing sauce so he called me. 10 minutes later I get another call from him saying that my order was already picked up. The store claims that another DoorDash driver took my order and confirmed it even though I ordered Uber Eats. The manager was no help at all and honestly couldn’t care less. The fact that anyone could come in and pick up an order over $100 and just walk out clearly shows how much they care about their clients food. Would really recommend they consider hiring a new manager. Horrible experience

Placed a mobile order, arrived and food was cold. Asked them for a replacement. Manager touches the food, says “its kinda warm” and tries to give it back to me. It took everything in me to not toss the box cause bro what. I started to let them remake it but i couldn’t. Asked for a refund but apparently they can’t give it back cash cause it was through mobile order. Never coming back to this one. Terrible

I asked if they can add their crispy chicken crispers onto the cajun pasta and they told me I can't. I told them I can pay whatever extra up charge or just for both entrees and they refused. I don't get it, like... just charge me whatever and put them on the pasta. Why even offer the items if I can't order them. How if I even offer to buy both can you still refuse me. I'm actually baffled and super confused. Horrible service.
