Customer Serivce is A1! It’s my first time trying this restaurant and i did not know that they only accept card! Mike was very considerate and understood and gave me the food out of kindness of his heart. Come and enjoy the food and give a review!

My 1st time was at thus location and I ordered sesame chicken but then went to pay and this location didn't accept my american express card , it was saying unaccepted card . So I told the gentleman that I could go get cash but he informed me this location doesn't accept cash either so he kindly gave me my meal at no charge which was very nice of him. But for future customers you may wanna look into your payment terminals. Otherwise great place

Mike was awesome. I placed my order and was about to pay cash because my daughter had taken all my debit cards out of my wallet the night before. Unfortunately, this location doesn't accept cash. Mike was able to comp my meal. I'm super grateful; the location is super clean and the food is great.

I just want to thank and shine a light on the people at this Pei Wei location. I recently moved back to Houston to look for oil and gas work, as I've been laid off for some time now. I was not able to cover a meal while job hunting on foot and the shift leader helped me with some chicken and rice to keep me going. I was able to land a job a few hours later to start putting food back on the table and can't wait to come back and return the favor with a large order. Thank y'all so much for supporting oil and gas workers here in Houston. God bless.

The food is phenomenal! It’s a great mix of flavors from sweet to spicy. I definitely recommend this place especially the Kung Pao Shrimp. The people who work there are nice and friendly. Very lovely environment. Come take a look you won’t be disappointed 😊

It took about five minutes from the time we walked in for someone to even acknowledge us or take our order. I ordered the chicken lettuce wraps was very yummy. Me and my seven year old enjoyed it.

I know this to be one of the good locations for Pei Wei. I ordered one of the feast meals for dinner for my family and got spicy general tso’s chicken, teriyaki shrimp, and honey seared chicken as entrees. Unfortunately the spicy general tso’s chicken was burnt. It was disappointing as that was one of the main flavors ai wanted. Everything else in the meal was good for the most part, but it tasted like the oil for the general tso’s chicken was burnt. It defeated the purpose of getting all the food in the feast after realizing the general tso’s chicken was burnt.

Honestly I give the food 5 stars! I love love love the food here, the issue I have is the guy at the counter today (March 8th, 2026 @ 2:17) always has this little nasty attitude whenever I walk in. Today was the last straw because at first I thought maybe he just was having a bad day but this is my third time walking into this location and he’s always giving me a stare like I have no business being in there. And I’ve seen him treat other guests with the upmost respect. Not sure what his problem is, but I always feel very uncomfortable whenever I walk into this location, and he is the cashier that is serving me.
