Honestly, I was disappointed in the burgers.I hadn't had one in a while , and it seemed to have shrunk and just tasted cheap.
I had to trow my lunch away. I know we are going through difficult times, but this company has to try to train ppl better. tacos were soggy and hard to chew, my fries were soaked in oil. Don’t bother paying for a large fry, you’ll still end up with a medium size aside from the fact that the box is now 1/2 the size.
It says they are 24 hours but never open or get service at night. Multiple times in a row now
Placed an order online through the app and upon arrival, I was directed to go through the drive thru to pick up online order. I do not understand the reasoning why businesses do this. What’s the point in ordering through the app to still wait in a drive thru line to get your order without the option to cancel the order when the line is long?! Seems pretty pointless to me. When I finally arrive at the window to pick up the order, the lady ( black lady with a red wig) continued to walk past the window pretending like she did not see me waiting even after the horn was honked three times. And to top it off, another man was standing at the register also ignoring the window. Customer service was trash and needs to be better and tacos were cooked so hard they were impossible to eat. If you have to choose between Jack in the Box’s, I would not choose this one.

This new system where you asked to stop before getting to the window to pay is not a good service model. The person behind you is blowing because the think you are stalled. This must change or I am taking my dollars elsewhere and telling my friends to do likewise.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here 4/11/2025 around 11am and the lady at the drive thru was so unprofessional really puts an ugly face for this company at this location I would suggest you replace her. The cook doesn’t know how to toast a couple bread pieces or heat up some bacon, gave me the burger all raw and unsanitary to eat. This place doesn’t care for hospitality or people’s healths. Please don’t eat here for your own safety🙏
Tare this building down and start over...new staff, everything. This Jack in the Box is Notorious ...for having bad service since I was a child and I am 43yrs old. 2/15/2025 @12:30pm..against my better judgment because I saw just one car in the drive way..I pulled in because I do like The Ultimate Chesseburger..combo. One guy..ordered his meal ,took like 5 minutes ( no problem). I get to the speaker..the lady immediately says one second which lasted 5 minutes ( a problem). Then...I get to window she leans out with her arm..motions me to wait. Wait to pull to the window to pay?? The guy in front of me is just waiting,right passed the window. About two minutes go by..the lady hadn't returned. So...I wait another few minutes..nothing. Now I want to go..I look behind me,of course I'm blocked in. So I pull all the way to the window. Lady does not appear. Dude in front me still waiting on his food. All this .....no food or haven't paid 32 minutes. The lady finally..appears at the window with her hand out. For me to pay. I politely rolled up my window and told her,"Im good". This Jack in the Box has been had TRASH SERVICE ... NOTHING HAS CHANGED DURING THE YEARS. TARE IT DOWN...PUT SOMETHING ELSE THAT IS 24hrs. I am from here..I know that's the only way they survived so long. Really don't deserve the star..I only put that to write the review. Trash service... for decades.
An hour! An hour I had to wait for them to give us our order! I ordered 20 minutes ahead on the useless app so I could give them time to prep it before we arrived, and when we did I pulled up and nobody answered at the drive-thru. I got out to ask inside, it was already closed and so I had to get back in the car and wait in line with other cars ahead of me waiting to order. They took too damn long with them as well as us. And when it was finally our turn, our order still wasn't ready and we had to wait more while there were more cars behind us. All because they were going through a shift change. That's absolutely no excuse considering that I ordered ahead online.
Worst customer service in the world. You order through the app and they expect you to jump through hoops to get your order when you get there. If it's a drive thru order you have to go inside?! What kind of bs is that? Have me wait in the drive through then wait in front of the store for the girl to come out and just turn back around and walk right in. All for me to get my pregnant tail out the car to get my food I ordered to receive through the drive thru. Then the food I get looks horrible and is sloppily put together. Oh and then before that I had to wait in-between the first and second windows only to pull up and be told to have to wait again in the front. Why on earth would someone need to go through all of this just to get some "fast food"
The lady (no name tag) that helped me was semi rude and speaking under her breath when I asked her to clean ONE of MANY tables after I received my order in just 2 minutes. No way that food was fresh! I'm NEVER going back to this location @4400 W Fuqua. The restaurant wasn't clean, tables weren't clean, the rugs needed sweeping, she's walking on the back of her shoes, moving extremely slow. I don't know how she's holding that job, to be so unconcerned. (Hispanic lady with tattoos) Again, food wasn't fresh, it was sloppy and not hot. Satisfactory is a no!
Ordered breakfast platter and the quality was not close to good. Half of the food was burned, and the egg portion was probably half of an egg just sitting in the corner of the plate. I had a similar experience at this location in the past but I decided to give it another chance. Well never again. Hope one day they improve.
Terrible first night I went it was a guy high taking orders..fast forward today I try again Terrible food. Also if on the menu it says jack spicy chicken sandwich with cheese don't ask me with cheese because it comes with cheese as the menu states in other words correct your menu! Fries taste horrible sandwich Terrible! Food giving to my dog..won't come here again
Most unprofessional staff working here. Unfortunately my visit wasn’t great on 04 may 2023 it all started when I got to the window and got told a liar he said I was lying that I had order fries instead of the curly fries I said I have a dash cam that records inside he stayed quiet he said he wanted to uncharge me for them instead of giving me the combo that I asked the girl said we can’t do anything cause you already paid
i would rate it 0 stars if i could. ordered two ultimate cheese burgers mobile , no mustard no pickles and left the place with burgers having only ONE patty ?? AND LETTUCE AND TOMATO ? i’m literally allergic to tomato. and ultimate cheeseburgers don’t ever come with that bs unless you add it which i didn’t. i’m so disappointed in jacks
Horrible customer service, Hannah had an attitude!! cash only! I wanted to turn around but there was a car behide me and the one way design I couldn't pull around so I waited in line until I was at the window. Since I waited why not try to order at the window so I asked how much exactly is it going to be? ( I WASNT SURE I HAD THE CASH) She said the price 5.19 and insisted I go back around and order because I didn't order at the speaker she said (they can't its a waste of their time and I have other orders behide me) I drove off after she told me all this RUDLY!! I'll never stop there again! 4400 W fuqua.
Order a chicken buttermilk ranch and I literally got no chicken on my burger it was no thin nothing but breading try to eat it but it was so hard to bite just had to eat my fries. Called the restaurant but there was no answer. And only have certain time for lunch. Would have gave no stars if I could. And no receipt was given and wasn't ask if wanted one or not
