I ordered the Grilled chicken burger with some add-ons and it was great! The online ordering and payment was effortless and I just walked in and picked it up. The staff was friendly and had my order ready on time. Will definitely go back for lunch.

Walking from hotel to get my rental car I popped in for a quick breakfast and it was PERFECT! Friendly staff and a great simple breakfast Taco and a coffee. Just what I needed.

I usually come into this spot once or twice a week, since I work in one of the offices upstairs. The staff is courteous, place is always clean and stocked, and the food/drinks taste amazing. I highly recommend stopping by for some good food with fast and friendly service.

I would like to start off by saying that over that last few months I have noticed an improvement in the customer service as well as the quality of the drinks and other items offered on the menu. I usually only come once a week for tea or coffee but as of lately it’s become one of my favorite places to go to. My recommendation is get there early for the breakfast tacos. They are on point and given to you with lots of smiles. Whatever Murphy’s is doing, keep it up because I’m definitely impressed!!!

I had the Turkey and Avocado in a spinach wrap. The greens very fresh and plentiful. The Turkey was tasty. The wrap needed something to kick it up. It was very filling. The service w as s great and very friendly. They have many items i would like to try.

Right when I walked in the atmosphere was not welcoming AT ALL! Had one sitting down looking irritated, the cashier customer service was so rude. I couldn’t even enjoy my delicious sandwich that the lovely chef made. When I’m ordering my food the cashier just seemed so irritated & rude. I tried to order breakfast, she “snapped” & said “it’s no breakfast, we’re serving lunch” RUDELY. So no, get your employees to indulge in “customer service classes” on how to treat LGBTQIA+ members of the community (because when it came to another customer that came in after me, it was very chipper energy). & then having one of your other employees watching me while i eat is very aggressive & aggravating. I came here twice & this Is my second time, & my visits have not been pleasant so for your company to be in the cornerstone of DOWNTOWN HOUSTON IS A SHAME. i understand your front counter employees don’t want to work, but dont deflect it on me. Get it together next time love.

I went to this location at 2:40pm. Their business hours advises closing time is at 3pm. I was told that, “we are not serving sandwiches because we are about to close. You should come at 1pm.” This place has amazing reviews, I wanted to check it out. I want to conduct business with you. Don’t give money back. Inflation is real. Hopefully next time is better.

Cashier not friendly As soon as we walked in with our service dog , in the rudest tone she said “that’s not allowed in here”. I said she is a service dog and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. Definitely not a pet friendly place where people with disabilities can come in. I ordered my mom a taco but I did not. First and last time.
