The brisket was a little on the dry side but the BBQ sauce made up for it. The onion rings were made to order and were warm and crispy just like I like them.

Their Tuesday special are chicken or brisket nachos. These are great, atleast the chicken ones are, can't bring myself to try the brisket ones. The best thing about the nachos are the chips, they use a thicker crisper chip than most places. Would have gotten 5 stars but the chicken was a little thin today on the nachos.

I was craving a burger, so I stopped in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger all-the-way. It was... meh. It wasn't terrible; but for the price, I was hoping for something with a bit of flavour. If you are into the type of burgers you'd get at a youth pastor's backyard barbecue, then you'd probably find these burgers as adequate. As for service: friendly enough. The turnaround time wasn't too bad, either.

HOSPITAL GRADE BBQ! I had the brisket and sausage and both we mediocre with almost zero flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were no different. It's only saving grace is it's close by if you work downtown. Do yourself a favor and find a higher quality BBQ joint on another day.

The Otto's I visited has very fast of friendly service, the wait for your food is not long even when there are a few people had a you. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very good all except for the bun. I was not a fan of their bread selection at all. The combo comes with steak fries the fries are great. I paid a little over $9 for a cheeseburger fry combo with their drink. I do feel that that was a little expensive for what I received. The Burger was good, just not anything to dream about.

I got the PepperJack Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Fries + Drink. It was actually delicious however the portion size was small. I would have preferred whole leaf lettuce vs shredded for this price point.

👍 The "Buffalo Chicken Sandwich Combo" tasted great. 👎 The ranch dressing that came with the combo was spoiled and had fluid that was visibly separated. Unfortunately, this was discovered after the ranch was dumped onto the sandwich. We tried to scrape it off, but were unsuccessful in removing all of it. Those of us who ordered the sandwich are falling ill (I was the only one who had the visibly spoiled ranch, so I think my coworkers' symptoms may be psychosomatic).

Went there for lunch one day with co-workers. Decided to get a cheeseburger instead of BBQ. I was disappointed. At first I thought it was great my order was ready so quick. When I went to sit with my friends and eat, found the burger to be cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. I'm not sure if the patties were made ahead of time for the lunch rush but next time I want a burger I'm not coming here.

They charge extra for everything! I had a beef BBQ potato and they charged extra for the extra butter since the scoop wasn't full enough I asked for more... Then there's bacon that I was charged extra for. I can get butter and bacon on a potato at all the other BBQ places like Charlie's and definitely Pappas. The only reason I go to Ottos is for the convenience. But I will take the "extra" walk so that I don't have to pay "extra" for condiments that are a part of the order everywhere else.

But I just found a hair in my food! These people really need to invest in better health code equipment bc this is the third time between my coworkers and myself that we have found a hair in our food. Done going here for a while.

The bread was soggy and I asked for no tomatoes and had 2 huge slices of tomatoes. The lady did not speak English well, but why would you give a customer soggy bread. 🤢🤢🤢
