D to the licious!! Best I've had in Colorado. 1. Brisket- tender, juicy, flavorful. Owner asked if I wanted fat or lean, I love that question!! Fatty is where the flavor is, and boy did that not disappoint!!! Cooked to perfection 2. Ribs- large, tender, great flavor! Never even used the boq sauce for the ribs, totally unnecessary. Fall off the bone, but still firm meaty texture 3. Pulled pork- so tender. Full "chunks" Great little spot. Can't wait till next time I'm in manitou, will definitely get again and again and again!!

Today was my first time visiting this restaurant. I ordered the brisket Philly cheese steak combo which came with fries and a drink. I believe I paid close to $15 when I say it was well worth every penny this place is delicious. I hate I did not get, the lady working the registers name. When I inquired about this sandwich, she let me know how good it was. She was very nice And professional. This place is so good. I was looking on the back of the menu to see if they had any other locations. but unfortunately, they’re only in the downtown area. I definitely will be back. I plan to try Other things on the menu.10/10😋 I usually have pictures to post, but I was so hungry and I didn’t even think about it until after I had finished it😋

Recently I have been craving to eat some fresh, tender and delicious food and decided to try ottos bbq, As we walked in I told the staff was extremely kind and very helpful while I try to decide what to get.The BBQ we ordered was 2 & 3 meat plates with a drink. And the food was good no I mean GREAT! I normally don't eat everything, but I did. Everything was cook perfectly and we savored every bite. We enjoyed the bread too. We will travel back to eat our BBQ here. Thank you all for your quality service. :)

The brisket was a little on the dry side but the BBQ sauce made up for it. The onion rings were made to order and were warm and crispy just like I like them.

Their Tuesday special are chicken or brisket nachos. These are great, atleast the chicken ones are, can't bring myself to try the brisket ones. The best thing about the nachos are the chips, they use a thicker crisper chip than most places. Would have gotten 5 stars but the chicken was a little thin today on the nachos.

The Otto's I visited has very fast of friendly service, the wait for your food is not long even when there are a few people had a you. I had the bacon cheeseburger. It was very good all except for the bun. I was not a fan of their bread selection at all. The combo comes with steak fries the fries are great. I paid a little over $9 for a cheeseburger fry combo with their drink. I do feel that that was a little expensive for what I received. The Burger was good, just not anything to dream about.

I got the PepperJack Grilled Chicken Sandwich with Fries + Drink. It was actually delicious however the portion size was small. I would have preferred whole leaf lettuce vs shredded for this price point.

I was craving a burger, so I stopped in and ordered a Bacon Cheeseburger all-the-way. It was... meh. It wasn't terrible; but for the price, I was hoping for something with a bit of flavour. If you are into the type of burgers you'd get at a youth pastor's backyard barbecue, then you'd probably find these burgers as adequate. As for service: friendly enough. The turnaround time wasn't too bad, either.

HOSPITAL GRADE BBQ! I had the brisket and sausage and both we mediocre with almost zero flavor. The potato salad and coleslaw were no different. It's only saving grace is it's close by if you work downtown. Do yourself a favor and find a higher quality BBQ joint on another day.
