Cute bagel shop (in the mornings), with service that is friendly. The bagels aren’t great but I’ve had worse at an airport. Expect to spend $15 plus tip/tax for a bagel sandwich. Seating is comfortable but can be tight and allow 15 minutes to get order to be safe.

The ramen is not really what I was expecting. The taste of it was strange, I believe the type of meet and they way was cooked is not the best for this ramen. On the other side, the dumplings were fabulous 👌, however, they never gave me soya or additional sauce to potentialize flavors. The service was good but not spectacular, but since it is within the airport, then you can expect that.

Had high hopes for an Asian place in the airport (C Terminal). But was a bit disappointed - the food looked completely unappealing. Even though the taste was alright (for airport food), the outrageous prices are not justifiable. Unfortunately not a food option I would recommend at the airport.. also the service was not attentive at all. The waitress was completely uninterested in the restaurants activities of the guests. Stick to sandwiches or eat before you come to the airport.

We ordered two ramens, one is extremely salty, can’t eat the broth at all. The other one is regular, but the beef came burned, and I had to pick the burned part off piece by piece to eat it normally. Anyway, the google review score is sort of fair, just typical airport food that one can barely eat and only eat to keep away from hunger.

I regret dining here without checking reviews beforehand. As I was in a rush at the airport, convenience was my priority, but the quality clearly didn't match the price. The tonkotsu ramen was a major disappointment. The broth was incredibly thin and bland, a far cry from the rich, flavorful experience expected. It tasted more like watery noodles with ginger than authentic ramen. The chashu was dry, and the overboiled egg was bland and unappetizing. Staff didn't seem to know how to serve ramen. I was given a bowl of ramen with just a spoon. I had to go get the chopsticks and napkins myself. For the same price, I could have enjoyed a top-tier ramen experience in Houston.

I expected more. The place looks great, the bartender was attentive and quick. I was a little thrown off that I paid before receiving my meal, and now I see why. The Tonkatsu Black ramen was half ginger. The meat was perfect, the ramen was still a little stuck together still, but that's not necessarily a deal breaker. What killed it for me was the sheer volume of ginger put into the ramen. After a while all I was doing was picking out ginger as it slowly ruined an otherwise half-decent broth.

I should've read the reviews first but I didn't. I was craving asian food and the prices were steep but I caved for some dumplings. They were supposed to be topped with a spice sesame aioli and cilantro. Instead they were thrown in a bowl with a side of chili soy sauce. Very disappointed for the $16+tax&tip price tag.

Save your money. Very mediocre overall. Second visit here. Ordered the chicken shio ramen for $20.29. Not shio ramen. Salty cloudy broth that was drenched in non-shio flavors. ?Pickle ginger clumps? Forget about a jammy egg, it was hard-boiled (which in fairness was described in the menu). Bamboo that came out of a grocery store can. So-called ramen noodles that probably came out of a package of instant noodles. Bean sprouts? And then of course the dry grilled chicken breast strips. Going for a burger next time.

I have never in my life given a bad review. But the ramen was awful. Not even hot. Bland and noodles were cheap. And who puts a load of ginger in ramen? And my old fashioned took forever and was watery. Yeah sorry... not great guys.

Food was not good. Pretty sure they forgot I asked for no kimchi and scraped it out of my bowl and then served it to me because the vibrant red sauce and some cabbage was all over my rice. The beef was mushy and the rice was really dry. The place looked really nice though, which is why I even gave it a try.

(for context i got the thai-style vegan ramen) It was first brought out with an egg in it, thankfully the woman who brought it out noticed almost immediately and took it back, thank you for that! However, when i received the dish, it was not how it was described on the menu: no edamame, no udon noodles, mushrooms and carrots were not “soy glazed” (no flavor at all actually), no daikon, the broth was like a very light and mild tomato soup, and there was celery, sprouts of some sort, and a pieces of ginger in the ramen that were not included in the ingredients listed under the menu item. The quality (or lack there of) and the experience was not worth $26 and i would highly reccommend picking a different spot.

Don't waste your money. I bought the misu soup to go. There was little less to nothing soup and I paid almost $10 with automatically gratuity added on a takeout order. My order came to me in under 1 min. Suspect and the waitress was acting weird.

Ordered Tonkotsu ramen. First time in my life I had to return a dish to the kitchen. The taste was off. I took out almost half a cup of ginger out of the broth. Broth temperature was luke warm and had soggy noodles. Service staff offered to bring another dish for me and I got pork dumplings instead. The taste of the dumplings was okay, but I could tell they were frozen. Nothing amazing but I could eat it. So sad about this meal. Staff was helpful and understanding tho.

Ordered Via QR code as per server. During payment, tip section appeared. I was unsure why I had the option to tip, given no table service. Food was terrible, maybe chef requires more experience or training. Ordered Pork Ramen and added tofu & shrimps. Shrimps were cooked in Soy Sauce which made it very salty. Also ordered Crispy salt & pepper wings. These wings were burnt fried. Overall poor experience, wouldn’t recommend.

At this place, you have to order yourself, put your credit card information into an ipad yourself and tip before you check out. And we waited 30 mins for the waitress to tell you that they were out of the juice we order. Finally, the ramen came out like this. And they expect 18% tips. What else could you ask for? Of course all the AI-generated responses here from the owner.
