Placed a late order and understandably had a long wait at the drive thru. Customers were honking and being difficult. I feel for the staff and noticed how hard they work to make sure everyone is satisfied. They treated us so well and remade our food because it got cold. Thank you SO much! You made our night.

the way i ordered the biggest combo yet i got my food in less than 2 minutes was crazyyy, and everything tasted fresh!! the girl at the front is so helpful and so sweet she was honestly the best, i think her name was Adriana but i can’t remember that well, regardless as someone who works in customer service, super awesome job pretty girl<3, i’m not even that big of a fan of Canes but with service, speed, and food quality like that i’m definitely coming back on the regular!!!

The service was quick. The food was very good. They have fantastic garlic toast. We were at the Raising Cane's in Corpus Christi Texas, but we are from a suburb of Chicago. The thing I like best is I new what to expect because it is a chain and that is a plus in my book.

The food received 2 stars bc my strips were extremely small for $10.48. It was a great reminder as to why we no longer frequent Cane's. My cashier was a young female teen wear blue (hat & cap) with curly hair and she was very polite. Her service to our table was unexpected and considerate. The atmosphere was pleasant, very clean (Thanks to the blonde lady with glasses wearing pink) and decorative. I sat and admired the decor for some time. The lights, disco balls, wall frames, wall paintings and dining floor plan surprised me.

This location has gone down hill. Bathroom was dirty and there was no soap or paper towels. Dinning room was dirty, I know it was lunch hours but that's not an excuse for the mess and dirty tables. And don't get me started with the quantities I got served. Prices are high and the amount of food is pathetic.

This canes gave me uncooked chicken! They are always super busy and I understand they should move at a fast pace to keep the clients in and out but unfortunately they served me uncooked chicken and now I’m sick with food poisoning! The lobby here is ALWAYS dirty. I am a regular here but after this I might be done with canes for good..

Went there Thursday night(09/18)after being out all day and just wanted some good food. Dude that was in charge of drive thru was rude and inconsiderate after we asked for a minute to pick out what we wanted! Definitely don’t recommend going here for great customer service.
