This place was one of the FRESHEST Burger Kings ive been to. This is what i crave when i think of B.K. The service was so fast, the place was super clean, but ultimately. . FRESH INGREDIENTS, and FRESH COOKING OIL is the key... Try the difference !!!!!

Love the taste of their hamburger patties but the people who work there don't know how to toast a roll or make a proper hamburger. Hardly any ketchup and the mustard is about the same amount of ketchup that they put on their under toasted hamburger buns. Who trains these people?

It was my first time at this location. I came in for some fries to kill time and check this out. This location was clean and the service was ok…I think this might be my new BK location for breakfast. It has plenty of seating, parking and private bathrooms. The ketchup pump wasn’t working properly. This location has the potential for a 5 star rating once I try out their food prep and quality. “The fries were Amazing” 🍟fresh and perfectly salted. Thank you

We had 2 combos and they were slow about the service the they are very friendly and nice but short-staffed and they don't accept EBT like they used to. It's very nice and it's pretty good experience. I'm coming back. 👍

Drive thru rhe drive thru was very slow, what they should do, is have somebody out in the drive thru with a tablet taking orders. Our luck was somebody in could not 'make up there mind. The shift leader was very nice and apologized .

Service is slow. They messed up my order. Was missing a burger didn't notice til I got home, had to back and get it. By that time my other burgers and fries got cold. They did redo my complete order, just had to wait again for the slow service.

2 for 6 is a good deal. They have different drunk inside compared to the drive threw. ( i have asked for something out of the free style and been told they didnt have it. But when i go inside they do.)

This store had an issue with keeping chicken nuggets in stock. I seriously get so irritated. Maybe 5 out of 7 times I go, they are out of chicken nuggets. I mean, isn't it your job to restock the items that get eaten quickly? I even went before 6pm, and they were out. Totally not impressed. When they have them, they are yummy, but it's such a hassle to cross Palm Ave. To get there to find out they don't have any chicken nuggets. I always turn around because that's all I want from them. So frustrating.

I ordered the bbq bacon chicken sandwich. The picture shows a good amount of bacon, but my sandwich has only two tiny pieces. My wife ordered a whopper and the tomato was so tiny it looks like a slice off a cherry tomato and the onion was just one ring and was just as small as the tomato. Not satisfied at all.

Very bad experience in the last couple of visits. Place is most of the time empty. I don't know exactly why it takes loner than any other fast food places to serve the food in the drive thru. They also need to get rid of the homeless people surrounding their private property.

I thought I would try the 8 piece chicken nuggets and French fries at Burger King again at my granddaughter’s request. First, let me set the scene. It’s Monday, around 7pm. I was the only car at the drive thru. No one ahead of me and no one behind me. Perfect. Easy order. Took no longer than a minute. As I drove up to the window, I handed my credit card to the cashier. She then hands me my order. I asked for honey mustard sauce. Not much to be said about the cashier. She was basic. Easy transaction. No problem and off we go. Before leaving the parking lot, I had pulled over to stop and try out the chicken nuggets. I was right! The nuggets did not taste freshly fried as with the fries. Both did not have the hot-hot steaming heat taste when one bites into a freshly cooked finger food item. My 7 year old granddaughter said similar, after she took a bite. She stated, “it’s not hot.” My granddaughter and I took the bag of food and walk back into Burger King. I saw the cook, he then walks away from the cooking station. At the far end of the kitchen, I saw staff sitting on a chair with her back towards the counter. The drive thru cashier then sees me. I then politely informed her that my just-purchased food items needed to be replaced due its unacceptable food temperature and taste. She took the bag without question but did ask for a receipt. Not sure why she asked for my receipt as I just left her drive thru approximately 5 minutes ago. Note, the back section of the dining area leading to the bathroom had been barricaded with chairs. Not sure why because it wasn’t even close to closing time. According to the website, closing time is at 12am. One person was sitting at a booth by a window. Oh and the restaurant was clean; restrooms were locked. Back to nuggets and fries. As I waited for my replacement order, I had reminded the cashier not to use the fries that’s been sitting under the lamp light. When I walked initially into the store, I had seen a batch of fries sitting under the lamp light. I thought to myself, could that be the very same batch I was given earlier??? This is not the first time I have had issues with Burger King regarding their chicken nuggets being served at room temp. I would hope to think that changes would have been made when complaints arises. I guess some things still remain the same. Although my order was replaced, I was still unsatisfied with their service. The cashier forgot my honey mustard 👎

i think the bathroom here is shared w employees because i was in there 5 minutes and 3 different times someone kncked and i immediately responded it was occupied!! but they were already unlocking the door with keys!!! actually it doesnt matter if the bathroom is shared with employees or not. its a single bathroom and if its locked, it obviously means someone is in there. they should have never tried to unlock it with keys. this was extremely uncomfortable experience and made me feel unsafe to be honest.

You know why I have gone through this Burger King instead of everything else around? Because I am too lazy to wait in line everywhere else. There is never a line at this Burger King. Do you know why? Because it is terrible. They have never gotten my order right. Like ever. I have just gotten two of their new long philli cheese steak burgers. No roast beef whatsoever. Also, I dropped a French fry on the floor and my dog wouldn't eat it. How is this possible?

This is the worst Burger King I think I've ever been to. I was charged nearly $9 for 3 small fries. My bill came to over $31. And it wasn't even fit to feed to my dogs. Everything was cold. Totally gross!

I showed up with nobody in the Drive-Thru so I could dine in and I placed my order and two cars showed up after I walked in and they took care of them before I got my food bad service the manager was out in the back talking on her cell phone and the other employee was in the back eating fries 🍟

Fries were cold and rubbery like they have been sitting since lunch (I went at 8pm). I got a spicy chicken jr that also was rubbery and stale like it’s been cooked off early and just sitting all day. I’ve been to burger kings all over the world and this by far was the worst

This place is always slow. You could be the only customer in there and you wait 10 minutes for food. After the long wait they still put old fries or nuggets in your bag just so they don't lose out on their product. Really horrible place to eat.

I've been here in the past with no problems but recently with BK's promotion about 2 Whoppers for $6, this particular location wants $7 for this promotion. When asked why, the acting manager, Stephanie, couldn't answer my question. All she would say is that this location charges $7, even when I pointed out that the ads on TV say $6, she wouldn't budge. Then she says you have to have a coupon to get the $6 price and then goes on to say that you have to get the app and create an account and then go to the offers. So, I did all that but there wasn't a $6 offer on the app, just a BOGO Whopper offer but it was listed as $6.19 and when I said I wanted the Impossible Whopper, she added that they're would be an additional fee of 60 cents for the Impossible meat. When you add it all up, it came to $6.79 so I said this is bait and switch and walked out. What kind of BS are they trying to pull? We're not stupid. I went to Jack in the Box and got a burger for less than $3....

Slow, rude and everytime I go to this location (always drive thru) they always forget something out of my order! It's annoying. It's gotten worst over the years, so I probably won't go there anymore. Do not recommend!!

The mens restroom had vomit on the toilet n the urinal was out of service. The manager was yelling at n employee. The food was very salty. I asked for coffe n they gave me tea. A homeless man was inside harassing me for money. There were 3 men & a women all homeless right outside the door drinking beer n smoking cigarettes. Now I know why it was so empty😒

My Burger was Bland, my fries sogie and my soda tasted like carbonated water. I ordered the 2 Cheese Burger Combo with my fries extra crispy and a sprite. When I looked at my burger it was a patty with cheese. They didn't put any Ketchup or mustered or pickels. I went to the BK in Coranado, two days ago. And the burgers where great. 1

I'm really sick of having to ask for "fresh" nuggets just to not get bricks. They are really falling downhill and I'd avoid it at all costs. Everything is just kept on heat and only removed when purchased.

I just don't understand how time after time (after time) this place can serve the worst burgers and fries in the area. Today I thought I would try something different so I took a chance and ordered the #14 (fish sandwich combo) and it was worse than anything else I've ever ordered. Stick a fork in me Burger King. I rarely go to Burger King and the time I do go I am extremely disappointed. I just went one of the items I ordered was a hershey pie, but received 4 old stale and hard cookies instead. I addressed this to the employee that attended me through the drive thru and was informed they did not have hershey pies would have been great to announce that on the app or make the item unavailable instead of being surprised when I got to the drive thru. I also added an offer for a free whopper listed in the app for new users but offer was never added to my order even though in the app it stated coupon was applied. Overall don’t think I’ll ever go to BK again.

The lady that took our order was rude. guess she does not like senor citizens. the girl dropped half the onion rings out of package did not brother to refill them just stuck them in the bag half full .when we got home the chicken nuggets were uneatable so dried up you could not eat them. we live 5 mins away. now i know why it was empty on a friday afternoon. this Burger King used to be good. not any more. do not go there. i work in fast food and if i treated people like they do i would be fired. i gave you a star even thought the hamburgers did not taste right either.

They could never take orders correctly and follow directions. Always fks up the orders. Ordered burgers and told them to make the burgers plain, and even told them that they are for the kids. When I got home, all the burgers have pickles, mustard, ketchup etc. This happens all the time. Burger King, why can't you hire workers who could understand English and follow directions? At least have high school education and minimm IQ to work there? This is happening at almost all Burger King.

Every time I come here, the service is terrible. No friendly greeting, just “please wait.” They forgot my fries, gave no sauces or straws, and made me wait in the parking lot even though no one was in the drive-thru. Unbelievable customer service — this place needs better management.

Walked in and ordered a double cheeseburger meal using a coupon. Watched the girl making food eating while making peoples food, that’s never appealing to me. Waited 20 minutes and did not receive my order. Asked for a refund and my coupon. Good thing Del Taco opened up nearby.

I would rate zero stars, I'm never eating at this location or any burger for that matter again. The service is extremely slow when it's not even busy. On top of that, they can't even serve you hot fries. I received cold hard fries and reheated fries just never taste the same so I had to throw them away. For lunch I thought it was a good idea to eat here. I had a whopper and some chicken nuggets. A couple of hours later after not eating anything I started feeling nauseous and ending up vomiting the entire meal I had. I don't even want to know how or what got me sick from there but I should of known better than eating an artificial mystery meat that has hard chunks of God knows what that I couldn't even bite into. Do yourselves a favor folks and eat somewhere that has real beef.

I ordered 3 of the 8 piece nuggets for my daughter and her friend as well as a whopper combo and an extra medium fries. The menu board said the 8 piece nuggets were $1.99 but on the price board is showed $2.49. I let the lady know she was charging me too much. He reply was “no, $2.49 is how much they are”. I said you’re advertising them at $1.99 and she said that the other side shows $2.49 so it’s too bad and that’s how much they are. Now I’m upset, not about the $1.50 difference but about her attitude and the principle of it in general. When paying I asked again and she said it’s too bad because that’s how much they are. I spoke to the so called general manager who did nothing. She also said that $2.49 is the price and that’s what I had to pay. I said she needs to take the $1.99 advertised price off of there because to someone that could be a difference enough to matter. She looked right through me and said no she doesn’t. To top it all off when I get home they only gave me 1 of the orders of fries when I should have had 2! One for the combo and one I ordered on extra. I tried calling just to tell them about it and the number online does not work. Now, I am completely aware that $1.50 is not a very big deal but it’s the attitude from the employees and the overall point of the situation. I have a picture of the price board and what I was charged. I wish I had audio of them telling me too bad and if I want them I have to pay the $2.49. Just a side note, this picture was before I ordered the extra fries so it doesn’t show them yet. I took it as they were arguing with me about it then I ordered the extra fries. I assure you that I DID pay for them but never got them.

I just came and ate here a few hours ago. The service here was HORRIBLE!!! When I came in, there was no one at the front and they had me stand and wait 6-7 minutes. The lady who was taking my order didn’t understand English and when I told her that I wanted the impossible whopper with medium fries and the 10 pc chicken nuggets, she hardly understood any of that. She didn’t repeat my order and she didn’t tell me the price, she just walked to the back and was talking to the guy who’s cooking the food. They had me stand for another 6-7 mins which left me with no choice but to call the guy who’s working at the drive thru to come take my order. I ordered a water bottle instead of a soda with my meal and when I got my order, they forgot my water bottle. When I told the lady that, she didn’t understand me when I said water bottle and she gave me a water cup instead. So I called the person at the drive thru to let him know that they forgot my water bottle. The bigger problem with this place was there was only 3 people working in the back. I’ve honestly been to this Burger King multiple times even before it closed down at one point and then opened back up, but this is the first time I came here unsatisfied.

I thought Burger King's motto was "Have it your way right away". Perhaps after this BK was remodeled they also changed their slogan to "Have it how we feel like making it". I ordered a large fry and received a soggy small in a large container, the onion rings tasted like they were fried early that morning, my Oreo cookie shake lacked cookies, and the drive thru server seemed irritated that I would have the audacity to order a sandwich differently than the original ingredients. Overall, most disgusting experience and food ever. Steer clear unless corporate comes and slaps them upside their head!

The worse drive thru service ever , why you guys hired very old people for attend the drive thru? plus they don’t speak good English 🫠, they lady’s take very long to take one order in the drive thru plus they never understand , they always ask me to move forward cause their timer and they take like 20 mins just for a simple order

Burrger was ordered with cheese and fries off the broiler. It had no cheese and it had no taste. It was not what BK used to be. It was also hard to hear the cashier on the drive thru system. Coke Zero tasted like Diet Coke. I hope management will read this to make necessary changes and training. Meantime will be skipping this place

Idky I still go there. (Maybe just hoping that they'll improve someday.) The service is horrible & they never get the order right on the first or second try. You always have to check your order, because there is always something missing or wrong. Definitely understaffed & English speaking employees should be a must. I'm not sure what their hiring requirements are or if they even have any. What a shame, because it's the closest BK.

Every time I come to this location the service is horrible. No smiles and drive thru takes forever. Always something missing or the order is wrong. I ordered a Whopper with cheese, heavy pickles and heavy tomatoes. I received a Whopper that had no tomatoes and no cheese! Only got the heavy pickles correct. And the crispy tenders were old looking like if they've been sitting out for hours. I work in fast food and never treat my customers with such bad attitudes and always make sure the food is correct. They need to change things up a bit. I know it isn't hard to listen to the order and make what is on their screens!!

I ordered the Ck Chicken and it wasn't even fully cooked. I was going to go to Jack In the Box but there was a huge line so guess what? I made the mistake and drove 5 blocks to Burger King. Never...never... never again. And guess how many cars were at the drive-thru at Burger King? I was the only one in line? No wonder...the place blows.

I rarely go to Burger King and the time I do go I am extremely disappointed. I just went one of the items I ordered was a hershey pie, but received 4 old stale and hard cookies instead. I addressed this to the employee that attended me through the drive thru and was informed they did not have hershey pies would have been great to announce that on the app or make the item unavailable instead of being surprised when I got to the drive thru. I also added an offer for a free whopper listed in the app for new users but offer was never added to my order even though in the app it stated coupon was applied. Overall don’t think I’ll ever go to BK again.

I just came and ate here a few hours ago. The service here was HORRIBLE!!! When I came in, there was no one at the front and they had me stand and wait 6-7 minutes. The lady who was taking my order didn’t understand English and when I told her that I wanted the impossible whopper with medium fries and the 10 pc chicken nuggets, she hardly understood any of that. She didn’t repeat my order and she didn’t tell me the price, she just walked to the back and was talking to the guy who’s cooking the food. They had me stand for another 6-7 mins which left me with no choice but to call the guy who’s working at the drive thru to come take my order. I ordered a water bottle instead of a soda with my meal and when I got my order, they forgot my water bottle. When I told the lady that, she didn’t understand me when I said water bottle and she gave me a water cup instead. So I called the person at the drive thru to let him know that they forgot my water bottle. The bigger problem with this place was there was only 3 people working in the back. I’ve honestly been to this Burger King multiple times even before it closed down at one point and then opened back up, but this is the first time I came here unsatisfied.

I thought Burger King's motto was "Have it your way right away". Perhaps after this BK was remodeled they also changed their slogan to "Have it how we feel like making it".
