The KFC on Imperial and Crenshaw is always good. Fast service and food is hot. On Manchester by my house they're slow and food is not always up to par.
New to the area. I have been here twice with my wife and both times have been great. Fresh, hot food was very delicious. Customer service was friendly. Fries are awesome.

I work cross the road from KFC they have a new cashier she is great. Barbara always has a smile on her face. When she is taking the order she look at you. Never expirence such great customer service by anyone else.
Besides the employee who talks with a rapid delivery of your order and is a touch loud to the co-workers, great food and service. If getting the KFC side, it's faster. If getting the Taco Bell side, it's slower. American South/Southwest vs. South of the Border and you can feel it.
Great customer service at this location:Imperial/Crenshaw. Friendly staff from the moment they take your order until they serve your food . They pack your food with care. Special thanks to Sebastian (Saturday at 6:41pm) for being so friendly and polite to customers. I stopped going to Hawthorne location, because there is a very rude male as a cashier and do not provide you a receipt even when requested.

I only eat potpies. Glad I was able to get fresh piping hot pies when I got there and was greeted with a huge warm welcome from the cashier.
I never experience customer service as I did with Barbara she was great friendly and took her time to explain to me the menu that was my first time going to KFC. Love it

KFC is okay I actually go there for my client he absolutely loves those chicken pot pies. I have to have a taste for the chicken. My thing is the chicken is not good for next day use. Not like say Louisiana! But it's good when it's hot and fresh.

They need more employees, services is really fast at the drive thru. They forgot both of my cookies, I ordered two 5 dollar fill ups zero cookies

Come here a few times before the drive through usuallytakes forever. Customer service is okay could be better. Food isn't bad thats about the only good thing. I would say this is management problem
The gentleman at the front couldn't find my order based on my name or order number but wanted to know what all the foods ordered were. There is also not pickup for food orders made online available through drive thru. It seems to me as if there's be no difference in procedure so I don't know why they were unable to accommodate. They were polite, and the food is consistent, but not going to be excited or overwhelmed when I do decide to eat KFC.
It's honestly a hit and miss with this location. Some days they bring their A Team and other days it's not as smooth sailing. Overall they always have delicious chicken and coleslaw so I can't complain just be prepared to reheat your food.
Don't come here if you have anxiety. It's just a bad location for this franchise. The parking lot/drive-through mix is no fun. The fact that they crammed it with a taco bell makes things even more hectic. I feel bad for GrubHub people. Good luck reading the menu during sunset.

The staff at the IRS are trying very hard to be friendly and understanding, but it's still the scary IRS for Christ sake. They get a E for effort...

I was a little upset. They threw my food (I ordered a nacho box) together. I got to where I was going (good thing it was only across the street) and open that container and completely disappointed. I usually chalk it up as a lost but there was no way. I took it right back to them. They asked what was wrong and I replied "Look at it. Would any of you eat that? They opened the box, looked at it and gave me a refund. I was sooo hungry too. 😡

This is a KFC/Taco Bell combo restaurant. Unfriendly service. Employees seemed very unhappy. Makes you wonder about management. Food was good but waaaay overpriced. Not worth the price.Probably wont be back.

This location its soo bad, we order order online for pick-up and had to wait more than the people who walked in and order, they didn't gave us the right things, and everything looks so dirty there was trash, and the women who was cooking was being so rude to the cashier, i didn't see their names but poor girl she was doing her job as cashier.
Went to KFC on Imperial and Crenshaw couple minutes ago their services sucks, ask one of the employee what's the name of his supervisor he said he didn't know. This is my last time going to that establishment.

I went into the KFC location at Century & Crenshaw..We ordered thru the Drive Thru. After finishing our meal I went inside to use the restroom to discover that it was locked! I was told that the Bathrm was locked and was being worked on! however No workmen were present (6:15pm). I then requested to use the employee restroom..that response was a Definite NO! I believe that a paying Customer should be able to use the restroom! Especially in an emergency and when 2 restrooms on the premises. I have decided that I will not spend money at KFC..ever!

Was one of my favorite places to go for a quick meal but we just got there today at 9pm and the lobby was already closed even when lobby hours are open till 10pm. Either they should their hours or put hours on the website with the updated version.
Long story short don’t come here. They messed my order up twice, employee had an attitude as if I’m wrong for wanting my money back from an order they messed up TWICE. Being a business owner and seeing how this establishment is ran. DISGUSTING. Sorry to say. The customer service on 12/12 between 6:30-7:00 when I was in line, with the guy and the girl employee who were beyond rude and disgusting. Just fire them now if you believe in your establishment.
Can tell that chicken was old probably few days. The fries were still cold, Mac n cheese was cold, a few chicken pieces were cold. Disappointed

I always come to this Taco Bell because of how close it is to my house and almost every time they mess it up , they always leave out almost half of my order . My burritos look like they were made by my 3 year old . They fell apart and wernt rolled at all . This time I ordered 3 chulpas and only received 1 , my burrito was burned I couldn’t even eat it . And all of my other burritos look like pizzas , because they didn’t wrap them . Get it together it’s not that hard

CHECK YOUR ORDER BEFORE YOU LEAVE. I just opened my meal at home and my order of 8 pice meal have only 4 pieces and the biscuits are in the bucket on top of the 4 chicken pices which I haven't seen it before. So it is 8 pices including 4 biscuits. I'm far and can't go back and they don't pick up the phone. I think I just have to check my order next time. BUT YOU CAN NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THE CHICKEN, IT IS THE BEST.

I ordered before 9pm and everything in my order was stale. I tried to order Nashville hot thighs and was told I could only have tenders or wings. Opting for tenders was a mistake. These were clearly near time to be thrown away as they were room temperature and rock hard. My fries were also hard and cold and my friends chicken sandwich was also stale. I generally like this KFC because they are fresh but tonight was completely inedible.

Pulled up to intercom to order my food and the Fat female manager that worked 5/19/21 around 12pm was acting very unprofessional and rude when I started ordering. She was giggling so much she was not able to hear or remember what I ordered or said. She was also using heavy use of slang which I find very unprofessional she should be fired as I was surprised this is who is managing and leading the rest of the employees . Been here other times and my order is faithfully messed up and kitchen seems rather dirty. I will never eat here AGAIN!!!!
I went to the location on Imperial and Crenshaw. First of all the cashier was rude as hell! When we drove up to the window I could see inside. If the health department had come in at that moment, that store would have been fined for many offensives. The floor was unclean, trash was on the floor, and the trash can was to close to the food. When ordering I was told it would be 30 minutes in order to get a pot pie. Changed our order to the new wings, they didn't have honey bbq nor the ones with no sauce. Didn't they just come out with those? I will stay clear of that location in the future.
I just left their drive thru, the cashier was rude, he threw our food in bags, he wore no gloves, took his time and had a very bad greet. I asked for the manager he claimed there wasn't one and didn't provide my receipt after I asked politely for it. I will never visit this location again. He needs to be fired!
Filthy environment, had a weird smell like mold or something similar near the soda machines. Food was soggy as if it had been left in the hot box for hours; they handed it to immediately after I paid. Another in my group ordered after me, we saw them check the hot box for what they ordered and since it wasn't in there they just told him they were out instead of making it fresh. We came in at 6pm. 0/10 not worth risking food poisoning again.

This place never fails to disappoint me. Day shift, they seem to handle business for the most part but the NIGHT SHIFT? Yall need to have more integrity in your work and the quality of food you serve. I ordered a chicken waffle sandwich combo last night around 9pm and the only thing that was decent was the soda. Chicken was dry and old, like it had just been sitting under the heat lamp for wayyyy too long, same thing with the waffle, NOT FRESH AT ALL. No syrup was given, like you employees could care less to make sure the order is presentable. Mashed potatoes tasted old as well. My mistake was that I did not check every single item before pulling off. (I should be able to trust you got a simple order correct without having to babysit you and basically do your own job for you) I had to go work my graveyard shift shortly after that so I just ate the "food" if that's what they think they served me. I ended up getting so sick that I threw up while at work and couldnt finish my shift because my body was weak and dizzy smh. So not only did yall ruin my dining experience (I almost got food poisoning) but you messed up my check as well. FYI to all employees that work at this location: IF YOU DON'T LIKE YOUR JOB, GET ANOTHER ONE. You folks should be embarrased of the quality of food you serve to people. The only reason I come to this location is because they accept ebt, and if that wasn't the case I'm almost positive this spot would have been shut down a long time ago. The health inspector needs to pop up during one of the night shifts and give this place a big fat F. I hope the GM reads this and really tries to improve the issues that several other reviewers have been consistently complaining about since forever. That is all I gotta say.
The seats are very ugly! You'll find better tables and seating in jail.. Its very dirty.. Probably the most run down KFC/taco bell I have ever saw! Employees are unprofessional but some are friendly .. The food is ok but scary to eat being the place is filthy..
Food was stale and order incomplete. The food seemed like an abandoned order that was passed to us, and coleslaw tasted bad. The biscuits seemed like it was baked days ago. Threw out the food. How can you serve customers like they didn’t pay for it?
KFC/TACOBELL . WORST TACOBELL EMPLOYEES EVER and FOOD. This is the worst taco bell i have ever been to. I had to go back to the restaurant 3 times when i ordered my xxl stake burrito on the drive through. I ordered no pico de gallo and black beans instead of brown beans. They made it so complicated to get my order right . They supposedly fixed it and while driving off 2 times i noticed nothing was changed and still didnt have the black beans. On top of these mistakes the staff was rude as hell. The girl on the register laughed as she took my burrito to the back to fix and brought my burrito to the front register open asking me if that was enough beans or i wanted more. So unprofessional . The people making the burrito kept complaining about remaking the burrito and kept cursing in spanish . THE WORST EMPLOYEES. DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE !
I have visited this location a couple times now and every time my order ends up wrong or missing an item. No exception today. Got to the window and the first thing they wanted to give me was the wrong drink when I informed them it was the wrong one employee was very rude. Made my purchase and when I received my bag notice I was missing some items. Asked employee if they had charged for the missing items because apparently at this location they don’t believe in handing customers their receipt. Notice employees just running around. Employees just trying to keep line moving without caring about customer service and what the customers are actually paying for. Eventually got my items and they didn’t even care to apologize. Got home and attempted to eat but the chicken was a bit undercooked and tacos were cold. I understand it’s a fast food place but this location needs to do better. Customers are spending hard earned money to get bad service and poor tasting food. It’s not ok!
I went to this store to get a meal and the promotion with the free cake. Ana the shift supervisor was very rude. While ordering she had a attitude and advised me “We don’t do nothing free you beta pay up” I was very upset because I was speaking to her calm. I got to the window and showed her the coupon and she tossed it and said No! At this point I was upset and advised her the coupon expires 10/31 and today is 10/24. She told me she do not car nothing is free and to talk to her manager. The manager didnt say much calmly told me the store did not participate. I thanked this kind man. Ana on the other hand was not having it KFC need to have a class on customer service skills. I thought the customer was always right but not in Anna’s eyes. I really hope this girl become more at peace because her attitude was very nasty.
I,ve eaten several times from this KFC location. Each time I have been disappointed. Starting with the extreme costs of their chicken items, and oddly the chicken tastes nothing like KFC's famous recipe. First, it's difficult to understand the Tuesday special K3 4 piece. After all that. I didn't get the pieces of chicken I asked for. They didn't have wings so they just decided to switch wings for legs. The worse of it was the lack of KFC flavor. KFC should look into how their chicken is being cooked and sold at this location.
I ordered a T1-a drink and 3 hard shell tacos but my son wanted Doritos loco shells. The person who took my order in the drive threw said they could do that but would charge me extra and I said ok. When I picked up my order and left my son went threw the bag and they were pain taco shells, I call and they don’t answer, I call a second time, and again no answer. So I go threw the drive threw a second time and let the person taking the order that it was wrong he wants me to come in but I’m not dressed to get off that’s why I went threw the drive threw. He passes me to someone that I think is a manager and she said ok come in but again I say I’m not dressed to get off. So I wait my turn again for a second time and the young man attending the drive threw said to me “you were not charged for it but we made it for you anyway” with a attitude like it was my fault!! Very Rude!!! I said that’s not my fault and again he told me I had not paid for it. I tried to return the first set of tacos And he said they are yours and walked away mad!!! Really!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow
ATTENTION! This establishment does not deserve to be open. Two things customers love are great food and great service. KFC/ Taco Bell have delicious meals and that’s why it’s so famous. My family love getting dinner from here on nights we don’t feel like cooking. Unfortunately this location ALWAYS FAIL ME! I’m so disgusted with this place! Mostly because of the customer service these working fail to execute! The last thing someone wants is to have their appetite ruined. I ordered 16 PC chicken with 4 different sides, n the window taker Kept getting it wrong with a sarcastic attitude, he charged me $54.00 n when I arrived home there was only 8 PC. Horrible food and service. Fyi they have raised their prices and lowered the amount you receive. They use to give those Styrofoam container with were a little wider than a ice cream pint at about 10-12oz. Not they use those smaller black plastic bowl which they fill halfway. I ordered mac n cheese side large and they use a scoop and said that was their large. Haven't eaten there since the square has upgraded and wont go back
After the horrible customer service I endured the food was even worse. 1st they gave me 2 day old chicken then get all the way home and there is a wire in my chicken!!!! I’m thinking about taking legal action against the store.
You are eating some dirty concrete chicken Employees use the metal trays in that box to reset their drive thru timer.. caught the employee sticking his body out the window and he was continuously poking at the concrete outside the drive thru window, at first I thought he was trying to kill a roach with the metal tray, but no .. either way just gross your kitchen equipment shouldn’t be touching dirty concrete that tires drive on all day

It's the girl at night always be trying to make you use the kiosk and ain't doing anything. The younger guy always comes and take the orders.
Worst Taco Bell/KFC ever. Your better off going to the one off of Imperial and Hawthorne, which is less than 5min away. The floor is always sticky by the soda machine and lids are everywhere. I went there and ordered my lunch, I ordered three items and ask for hot sauce. The guy gives me two packets and I ask if I can get more and he grabs 5 packs and only puts 2 extra in my bag. Literally the only taco bell I've been to where they are stingy with their hot sauce. Then I get back to work and they forgot an item so now I'm pissed and I go back to speak to a manager because this has took almost my whole lunch. The cashier is like I didn't mess up they did with an attitude. I was like I dont care who messed up I just want what I paid for. The manager never came out just gave me my item and no apologies what so ever. I will not be returning any time soon. Trust go to the one on Hawthorne. Way cleaner and better service.
Employees are very rude. They don't greet at all. I believe they have in their minds that every customer is the same as the last rude customer. I work in customer service as well. i get some customers are rude and disrespectful. However when i come here i greet first and ask them how they are doing to show respect and kindness because i expect the same thing. Never do they give it. Respect and kindness in customer service should never be determined based on a paying customers skin complexion & appearance This place could use a whole new team of employees.
I had a wierd feeling the whole time I was at the drive thru after ordering as if they were watching and laughing at me in the cameras. I felt I was being laughed at the whole time I waiting for my food. I think joking about the people who are keeping you employed is bad for business. Definitely wouldn’t come back

The person who waited on us at the speaker was not very kind if you ask her a question instead of yes she said, yeah she didn’t really want to respond to anything that we ask when we got to the window her and the other employee were high-fiving each other and because we were basically asking because we needed to be sure about something when she got tired and didn’t wanna answer. She closed the window very rude very disrespectful. The potato wedges were old. The chicken was OK sad the disrespect and disrespect.
workers dont interact with you at all. i was waiting at tje register for about 4 minutes before someone said "place your order on the kiosk" i was there to pick up a mobile order. if you know you have a mobile order, is it not common sense to think thats what a customer not ordering on the kiosk is there for? the 5 times ive been there, every single employee has been rude except for 1 man who was on the younger side, he was helpful and friendly
Although the store is nice and food is acceptable the employees who helped us on a Sunday night at 7pm more specifically African American girl who had jeans and green sweater who helped at the cashier was really rude and her costumer service was absolutely terrible and nonchalant. She seemed annoyed with any request we had and even avoided the front after a while we even said thank you and she did not even say your welcome I have never seen such unprofessional and unpleasant behavior from a employee, hire better people who actually want to work and don’t make the restaurant look bad. We were going to dine in but after her nasty attitude we went home instead.

I have visited this location a couple times now and every time my order ends up wrong or missing an item. No exception today. Got to the window and the first thing they wanted to give me was the wrong drink when I informed them it was the wrong one employee was very rude. Made my purchase and when I received my bag notice I was missing some items. Asked employee if they had charged for the missing items because apparently at this location they don’t believe in handing customers their receipt. Notice employees just running around. Employees just trying to keep line moving without caring about customer service and what the customers are actually paying for. Eventually got my items and they didn’t even care to apologize. Got home and attempted to eat but the chicken was a bit undercooked and tacos were cold. I understand it’s a fast food place but this location needs to do better. Customers are spending hard earned money to get bad service and poor tasting food. It’s not ok!
