Today I decided to write a review, for a couple of reasons, this McDonald’s daytime & morning service has been bad for decades. The best service times, consistently have been late evening & overnight, & they usually have less staff. Today I went, after placing an order on the mobile app & choosing to pick it up in the drive-thru, the wait truly was not bad to get to the speaker and the payment window. However by the time I got to the food window, there were probably 5 cars pulled up, or in spots waiting. The lady ahead of me, had fries and a coke, unless she requested no salt she should not have been directed to wait. When I got to the window, the lady gave me my drinks, the large was not filled & because there were so many cars waiting she directed me to pull to the handicap spot, even though I believe spot 1 was open. I sat in the spot for a bit, with hesitation, because people with disabilities need their spaces, & had yall not redone, the curb area facing the access road there would still be spots available for parking, or putting cars in waiting. I backed into spot 1, parked & remade my drink at the fountain and asked the food runner, if she had my items & just collected it & left. I checked my bag, especially after hearing, yelling inside about someone needing to remake an order to see that I had the wrong sauces, but I had one at home so I went ahead and left. I say all that to note, handicap(for lack of a better term) parking, should not be utilized for service short-comes, if people wait, items should be correct,& upgrades and changes should benefit the business and the customers. And ultimately the review does not matter because, for decades the service has been subpar.

It's a McDonald's. Pretty much the same as any other. Ok food that is over priced. This location is fast and efficient.

I went here last week inside with my daughter, very friendly service and quick. Tonight I visited the gentleman who gave me the food was great. The lady taking the orders seemed annoyed and was short, not at all friendly, the speaker was up so loud it was painful to the ears and slightly distorted her words. I've had plenty of good experiences here, the last one was not impressive though it was fast. Visted around 2:15am, I work nights it's nice to have a place open, hope they switch out the people taking and giving the orders.

Restaurant was clean and the people were friendly. They did mess up my order and made it incorrectly. For my wait though they threw in a medium French fries and a cookie. I didn’t ask for anything extra. The food was fresh and they gave me extra sauces. This took it from a 1 star to a 3.

Ugh, where do I start? If this was a scratch and sniff I’m not sure how to describe it (Mildewed towels maybe ) Poor service,so many flies!!, filthy countertops and the staff didn’t give a🤬. I wouldn’t have bought anything but my dog missed dinner and we were on a little road trip. She needed something, I got her a cheeseburger. I’m definitely calling management

As a door dash driver, I am constantly ignored by all staff members, I am literally standing in front of the of the online order pick up area, and people around me are being helped, I am literally waiting 20 minutes to pick up an order that was marked as ready for pick up and it wasn't even started until after I arrived.

Came in about 12:04 p.m today. Order lunch for my wife. Waited 20 to 30 mins for the order. The staff has poor service and no type of commutation skills with the customers. Only had to go 5mins down the street. My wife started eating her double quarter pounder and started chocking. Cause there was paper melted all into the cheese. If I could give a negative star I would. This is dangerous and so series to the point. I was scared and upset about this!

At the drive thru speaker over 3 minutes before someone answers. And then pulled to wait another 5 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries during lunch time... be prepared to wait.

WORST McDonalds i have EVER been to!! Service is slow and not because they're busy but because they have people "working" that are trying to find reasons to get out of work. The "manager" is not respected AT ALL by the staff and actually said "yeah, what's up?" to a customer. Also, literally about 5 baskets of fries just sitting out....horrible experience.

Went here in the morning before work and waited about 5 minutes for someone to even acknowledge I was in the drive thru. No one answered so I drove up to the window. After getting the young girls attention I explained I had been waiting with no one answering me and she rudely said " I just got here and just got a headset". So who was taking orders prior to me arriving? Anyway she took my order and never came back to the window, had someone else finish helping me. Not a way to start the morning especially when also having to deal with IH35 traffic! Do better! At least apologize! Sorry to say but I won't be returning here! I will continue going elsewhere!

I’ve tried calling the restaurant 30 times and it’s busy. I picked up food using the drive-through line and the employee repeated my order when he handed it to me. When we got home, one complete meal was missing. It seems as if they have the phone off the book because I’ve called back several times and it’s still busy. They close at 10pm and it’s 9:36 so I bet they are not in the mood for complaints at closing time. I want a refund manager!

This McDonald's was the absolute worst! I ordered 1 iced coffee through the drive through line. The guy told me there would be a wait for coffee and I said that's fine, he gave me my total and I said thank you. When I got to the window to pay, the older lady gave attitude and said you took off and he told you to wait. We didn't take your order and you need to get back in line. I was confused and explained what he said and told her all I ordered was a coffee and she would not take my order or payment and said I had to get back in line which at this point was way too long. When I asked to talk to the guy who took my order she said he is at the next window. I went there and tried to explain to the young girl there and she tried getting him but he just stayed hiding in the background. All I wanted was a coffee! The worst service ever!

Order the Mcchicken & fries pack. Comes with 4 mcchickens, 20 nuggets, and a basket of fries. When I get home, they're missing the nuggets so I had to drive all the way back because even though I called 4 times, it just kept having a busy signal. I finally get back home to eat a McChicken and.. the buns are burnt.

10 min wait for a lg fry that they couldn't fill. Cookie was also not included with meal due to not being baked yet. Food was made wrong. Burger that doesn't even come with pickle had 7 pickles and no cheese; was suppose to have double cheese and i was charged for it.

I ordered a medium latte. When I got to the first window, the young lady was very rude. I said hi and thank you after I received my payment. In the 30 seconds I interacted with her, she never said a single word. Just reached out for her hand for payment. When I got to the second window to get my drink, I told the lady my drink was in a small cup. She said no, we make specialty drink in small cups. Then I said I understand that, but this is iced, and I go to all the other McDonald's, and I've never received a medium iced latte in a small cup. She looked at me like I was crazy and so I decided to just leave and not make a big deal about it. I buy these specialty drinks on a daily basis, and I've never experienced such rudeness as I have at this McDonald's and the inaccurate order. It's impossible to order the same drink at more than 10 other McDonald's, and this be the only McDonald's that serves a medium iced drink in a small cup.
