Starbucks Iowa Park Reviews
Iowa Park Starbucks is a perfect rest stop in a long, sometimes boring trip from Dallas to Amarillo on the 287 highway. The coffee and cold drinks are a perfect remedy for stress related driving zone out. The store is very clean and the partners are friendly and a welcome relief for weary travelers. You can also stretch and walk the dog if you have one with you. This Starbucks is a nice oasis in a driving desert experience. The partners will welcome the traveler with a smile and words of encouragement so you can drink up and drive on to your final destination.
Both ladies at the drive thru ordering and pickup were so kind! I was even given a free sample of their new Olive oil coffee (which I’m not a fan but that’s not their fault lol) and my matcha was filled to the top!
We stopped by this store on our way across the state, and everyone was amazing throughout our visit. They were friendly, accurate, and super fast! The drinks were perfect, and the customer service was just fantastic.
We were passing through and stopped by for so well needed pick me up coffee. Excellent customer service very nice people. They had back in season Pumpkin Spice Latte and it was delicious! I recommend this Starbucks to everyone.
My husband is a truck driver and we usually stop here to get coffee and pastries. It’s always super clean and the staff is extremely sweet! I always order ahead and they are fast!
This is the best Starbucks ever. The drinks are always PERFECTION and my favorite barista, Stella, is amazing. The rest of the crew are great, too! There’s a young brown haired guy, I’m not sure his name, but he’s awesome, too! You will feel like you’ve been besties for your whole life with this Starbies crew. They really are the kindest, hardest working and best people. I come through the drive thru nearly every day and today I went through, ordered my usual drink and they tell me “Lyric! You’re customer of the week!” I was like “whaaat?!” Sure enough, they made me a sign and everything. 🥹😭♥️ When they ask for a name for the order I always say “Lyric, like the song” and so here’s the sign they made me, Stella holding it. I love them sm. 😭♥️
Typical Starbucks drinks, but had a very clean and friendly atmosphere. Definitely one of the better Starbucks.
Incredible! Such a kind and considerate staff! My kids and I were feeling road weary, and had ordered drinks online, not only were the drinks ready and perfect, but the conversation while we enjoyed a few minutes off the road, was exactly what we needed! Oh, and thank you for the waters, came in handy down the road!
Baristas were polite and in wonderful moods. Shaken iced espresso with brown sugar syrup was amazing! My little one needed to use the bathroom, everything was very clean.
I just left there a second ago and I got an iced Lavender matcha with almond milk instead of oat milk. I didn’t catch the barista name , though she had really cute glasses and I complimented them. Anyways she rang me up and fixed my drink. I think she tried making it a couple of times bc she feared it would be wrong, but I just wanted to say she made it perfectly. She even brought it out directly to me because she thought she took too long making it. I would say it’s the best any barista has made it for me. 10/10. Great service food and drinks!!!
Always a great experience but.... I had one morning where I was having a really bad morning. My mom was admitted to the hospital with heart issues and I was hardly holding it together. I went through the drive through and a lovely woman who works weekend mornings and is (what I found out later) a school teacher took my order. I got my usual drink and she asked if I wanted to add to it. Idk if she could tell I wasn't haveing a great day or what but I immediately started crying. Sometimes that little bit of care to know you just need something a little different that day is what's needed. She spoke to me at the window and of course I apologized for crying but she was so caring in that moment. She spoke to me a few seconds and sent me on my way. Sometimes just being a nice human is all someone needs. Just that few extra seconds to really show you care. This is my hometown Starbucks and the only one I visit now. ❤️ Thank you guys.
I never have had a bad experience here at this Starbucks. The staff is always very friendly. The wait time is super fast, unless they have a long line. 10/10 recommend.
Wonderful atmosphere and friendly staff. They also have clean restrooms and a fun map of traveler locations!

Nice small Starbucks, restrooms not very clean. Drinks were tasty.
Like the rest of Starbucks experiences, you'll expect to find exactly the same. Mediocre coffee, overpriced drinks and food items, the"baristas" to make your order wrong, and get your name wrong. And in this location, despite being in a very old fashioned, small town, you'll still find the exact same demographics working here (maybe they're transplants from Dallas). Cleanliness is 95% of the time "good enough". But of course that will miss the corners with all the crickets and roaches, right next to where your feet are, ready to crawl up your leg. Aside from that, no issues. No Starbucks will ever get more than 4 stars, but this one is right down the middle, exactly what you'd expect from a "low effort", side of the road establishment.

I stopped in today during a long drive after ordering my drink using the mobile app. When I walked in, the drive through was empty and there was only one customer who already had their drink sitting at a table inside. I walked over to the drink area to see if my drink was ready, but it was not there. There were three employees behind the counter talking so I assumed one was probably working on my drink. I took a seat at the table near the drink pick up. After 10 minutes waiting, I asked one of the employees if my drink was being prepared. She walked over to the ticket machine, must have noticed my order was missed, and said it’ll be a minute. I sat back down while she made my drink. When it was ready she walked over and handed it to me. At no point during this process did any of the employees seem at all concerned or apologize for the delay. When I initially walked over to the empty drink area or sat at the table looking up at them, it would have been nice if anyone simply asked “Can I help you?” This interaction made me regret my purchase.
For the most part my orders always taste great, however, I really don’t like that I’m paying almost $6 for a drink and this is how much they fill it. It’s very disappointing. I guarantee you my drink would fill a grande cup completely. For as much as you pay you should get the amount you order. I really hope this is taken serious, and fixed. I never had this issue at the Starbucks on Kemp.

They didn’t want to accept our personal mugs, since there were some coffee foam left there. When I wanted to wash it, faucet in one of the restrooms didn’t work. I spent 5 min and didn’t manage to make faucet work. How I would wash my hands after using the restroom? Barista sweared that it’s working. Lol what science then it is to make it work? So I finished cleaning with papers only. They accepted the mugs, though still used their plastic and re poured to ours then.
The last 2-3 times I’ve been in here (only because it’s the only place in town), the “workers” are literally talking trash about having to perform the customizations on my drink (“I hate doing cold foam,” “god look at all these customizations that’s insane.”) when I actually get the drinks.. they’re poorly made and not to the specifications I pay out the butt for. Never again.
Went here Sunday 2/25 around 2pm (so management can know who provided my service). I ordered the hazelnut oatmeal milk shaken cold drink, Grande size, and used my hard-earned points to pay for it. I was about 5 miles away — back on the highway headed East — before taking a sip of the drink when I discovered the glass was TOTALLY filled with ice with very little actual drink contents in it. I was so disappointed and upset. I’ve gone to Starbucks for years and never had that happen. I was too far away and facing a time crunch to get home or I would have turned around. Was it because I used points to pay that they did that? In reality, I used all those points for flavored ice. Would love to know how to seek a Starbuck Justice!!
Got here at 8:05 and it was closed
