The only Braum's in Boomtown USA (Burkburnett Texas) & i have to say they know how to make some good food. But much more on their ice creams and dairy products. That is always the top-notch, went comes to dessert like ice cream.

Tried the limited Nacho burger. Really good burger never tried guacamole. But it was fresh I would totally get another. The only problems I had the resees cups were not choped up and the fries were not hot.

Interesting. Good thing I didn't need to buy anything from their "store side". Grabbed a biscuit and gravy (it was alright...maybe 6.5 outta 10)....the entire time I was eating, not a single person was at the cash register. Even when I left, I walked out of an empty store. The lady behind the food counter was less than enthusiastic to be there.

Came there for a mint chocolate chip they were out. Seems like they are always out of something and dinning rooms always dirty when I do visit.

Refused to take my order over phone. When I get to location to order my bag of burritos she informs me she just switched to lunch, and begins turning her breakfast signs over to lunch. I asked why they could not take my order over phone she says well yall may not show up for the order. But I have order over the phone at this location before. Im guessing it just depends on who's working. Usually happy with my local Braums but not today her customer service was very lacking. Walked out disappointed. Hope they get someone else to work front counter who will actually work with the customer. Off to Whataburger I go.

The staff at this particular restaurant are permitted to have air pods in their ear(s) while working, leading to the customer having to repeat themselves several times before their order is taken correctly. Absolutely terrible customer service in my opinion. Air pods should not be allowed when an employee is working the counter or drive thru. I hope the franchise owner corrects this.

A good while back, my dad and I used to have lunch at Braum's. I haven't been there in a while and I thought I would go in for one of their good burgers. Today was not the day to walk down memory lane. I purchased the deluxe cheeseburger combo with lettuce, pickles and onions. Very disappointing. The burger was not in the least warm, the cheese slice was not melted at all. There was one strip of onion and small bits of lettuce, good amount of pickles. The sauce was very sloppy on the bun and there was so much of it that the vegetables were soggy with no taste. The fries were somewhat warm. The chocolate malt was the only thing worth the stop.

Wildly inconsistent. I recently had two visits in a row with exceptionally good food. Today I waited 15 minutes for my food, so I expected it to be hot and freshly cooked. Instead, what I got was lukewarm and stale. The manager offered me a refund, but I don't want free food. I want good food. Even if it's great two thirds of the time, I would rather eat somewhere else.

We went to braum's with my inlaws from put of town and we were looking forward to having breakfast there. We were showing our inlaws the store and stuff inside before going to place our order at 10:32 only to be told breakfast finished at 10:30. We were shocked and a tad bit appauled that 2 minutes even though we were already there we couldn't get breakfast and the staff were rude and have no common sense. They also lost the sales of 12 of us who wanted to have a breakfast meal plus milkshakes to go. Also we would have been return customers but instead we've been put off returning and so have our family and friends. Staff needs retraining big time not the way to loose customers present and future over 2 minutes.

I went up there yesterday afternoon with the goal that I’m going to save money. It’s been a push lately that I’d do so. So instead of ordering a meal, I ordered a burger and a medium water and was told to pull up without them giving my price. The burger was 5.50. I thought I was doing good. When I pulled to the window, my total was 7.70 or around that. I asked why the price was so high and she told me that the water I ordered was $1.25 (the same price as a soda). I asked why the water was so expensive as it’s literally tap water and she told me I was paying for the cup. A cup, that is worth a nickel. It rubbed me so wrong that I’m up at 3:24 AM writing this review over 15 hours later. The greed of these companies is disgusting. I could have gotten a large water and McDonald’s for a quarter, and their cups are worth slightly more. Honestly, this rubbed me so wrong that I’ll probably never eat at Braums again.

The young lady in drive through her name is HAILEY. She is a very rude and dismissive person. She had this dry very ugly tone to her and did not say have a good night or any of that. Matter of fact she had ZERO ENGAGEMENT. This is second time I have visited this store and been treated like this by this same young lady. Then I said NO NUTS ON MY DOUBLE DIP SUNDAE AND LOOK NUTS.

Came in for lunch, tables were dirty had to clean our own table... tea was horrible and fermented, went to get a coke they were out of coke.. all the staff hanging out around the grill not paying attention to customers.. people having to go get some one to ring them out at the market area. Just a filthy nasty place.. lazy employees dont go here
