We started with original broth and some spicy broth. Then got as much high quality beef as we wanted, as well as many items from the salad bar. Fresh ingredients all the way around, and great, unlimited iced green tea. Come with a big appetite.
Our family loves this Shabu spot. John the manager is the best! There’s always plenty of staff so you don’t feel like you’re having to save down someone. They’re always on top of getting you meat and filling your pot with more soup base. They offer a wide range of high quality meat. There is also a great sauce bar on either end of the food bar. There is a great selection of cooked/hot items and raw items for your shabu. Everyone gets their own shabu pot so you can put all your own favorites in your soup. There are fountain drinks but also tea and shikhye. Best part is the ice cream machine for dessert! The wait can be crazy depending on the day and time you come (or even the weather) but worth the wait!
Attentive service meat quality was 4.8 of 5 but the people look after you the selection is slim but it should be like that. I believe the weekday dinner which is when I went had 10 items so still a lot. USDA prime meat cuts. Buffet style for the seafood side dishes salad and sauce bar. They had some hot food from the kitchen like korean fried wings too. Refill your own drinks and ice cream and dessert. 6 different broths. Great value for 26 bucks.
This AYCA Shabu restaurant is my favorite place in Irvine area. The price is not too bad - $23.99 for lunch and $28.99 for dinner. First they ask you to choose your broth, sauce + condiments. Drinks are also free. There are 7 type of meats (lunch) and 11 types of meats (dinner) to choose. For salad bar, due to covid and safety, they will have someone over there to help you pick the veggie/ seafood/ noodles. Fast service and clean restaurant. The place get packed at rush hour but not too bad. Overall very good!
No extra charge for broth like some other places! There was such a wide variety of different cooked foods and hot pot toppings as well, and meat is all you can eat—just order 3 plates at a time, no restriction on how many rounds. Eating time limit is 90 minutes.
Are you looking for an AYCE hot pot spot that you can enjoy and keep coming back to? This is the place to be! From food quality, service to ambiance this place is second to none! My family and I arrived with our friends here around the peak dinner period 6:30p and placed our names on the list. A list of over 35 people! But one thing that caught my eye is how fast that wait line was going and how no one left the waitlist even though it was a long list. Once we got in, the wait was worth every minute! The food was amazing! Fresh Grade A quality meat! Delicious sides and add ons at the salad bar! Desert and bottomless drink choices for you to choose from is even more legit! If you're ever in Irvine this is the place you have to try! Overall 5/5
First time here and it was great! You can get a lot of food and you have a wide variety of them. There is also a sauce bar where you can create your own sauces. Employees also made sure we were okay and were kind. Definitely a place to eat at again!
I have to give this place an absolute 5 stars 🌟. They are sensational. If you are a Ramen or soup 🍲 type of person this is a must be on my bucket list. When I got there I had no clue what kind of place it was but once I got the run down that its a all you can eat meat , unlimited toppings bottomless broth it feel in love ❤️. Come check them out environment is family friendly and near by irvine spectrum.
My family and I really enjoyed shabu here. They had a variety of meat to choose from. They had a "salad bar" with seafood, noodles, vegetables, various add-ons, and hot food. Food quality was good. They also had drinks and ice cream included - my favorite drink was the rice punch. Service was very tentative and nice. The only drawback was that their broth was just okay. Tip: For broth, get miso + spicy beef for a nice combination of flavor. I got just miso at first and it was kinda plain tasting. Best cuts of meat were #2 Wagyu Beef Belly, #9 All that Shabu, and maybe #4 Prime Chuck Eye Steak. Pick the ones with marbling - those are more tender. * #1 Prime Brisket 3/5 - Okay, tough and chewy * #2 Wagyu Beef Belly 5/5 - Good mix of fattiness and leanness, tender with a bit of chewiness. * #3 Prime Flat Iron Steak 3.5/5 - Good, kinda boring, not very tender. * #4 Prime Chuck Eye Steak 5/5 - Very tender. * #8 Filet Mignon 4/5 - Good, though very lean so boring to eat. * #9 All that Shabu 5/5 - Super tender and tasty. * #10 Angus Chuck Flap 4/5 - Very tender, but slightly gamey for some reasons.
The newly opened Korean chain hot pot restaurant offers all-you-can-eat options. On weekdays, lunch is priced at $28.99 with a choice of 7 different meats, while dinner and weekend rates are $37.99, offering 11 meat options. The restaurant features a spacious, very tidy, and clean interior, along with excellent service. There is a wide variety of side dishes, vegetables, and seafood to choose from. Both the dipping sauces and soup bases (6 types) are complimentary, and the soup base can be changed at any time. The dining experience is truly satisfying and filling. For meats, options 1, 2, and 3 are highly recommended as the most delicious, and for soup bases, numbers 4 and 5 are the top recommendations.
Friendly and attentive staff, massive selection, lowest prices, amazing food. I think I ate like 20 servings of #4 (prime angus Chuck eye) I actually love their fried rice and they have great noodles. Everything here is terrific. I did spicy and miso. It was very spicy but not intolerably so.
Food was excellent. Choose your brother and hit the buffet for veggie and other add in’s. The service was great. Order quick and regularly or it will take a while to get your meats. Don’t forget to eat what you order on the meats or you’ll get an extra charge. The food is not too salty. Highly recommend. My favorite is the beef broth.

My favorite Shabu spot in the area. You can’t really go wrong here. All you can eat at a very good price and the quality of the food is on point. Solid deal especially during these times. You’re paying virtually the same as if you went to a regular Shabu spot. Only difference is one is ayce and the other is not. I like to load up on vegetables so this place is perfect for people on a diet 👌🏼
We have been here several times and are always satisfied and full. Buffet menu choices are many kinds. The choice of meat is also delicious. Drink and ice cream included. Friendly service. If you come here during peak hours, don't be surprised by the waiting time.
Great service. Awesome good and great options! I love the spicy beef broth when you cook the noodles in there too. This place is so awesome we went 3 times in a week when we found it! Good meat options. They take precautions for spacing and getting your food and sauces with masks and gloves. Highly recommend!
When you go on Tuesday right when it opens is the best time because there will always be available seats. What’s great about this place is they you get to have your own cooking pot with your choice among 4 selections of soup. It seems like the selection of food is different than that of weekend foods though. Less already cooked food selections such as crab, etc. I mainly order the beef meats anyways. I suggest brisket. They have delicious ice cream you can eat at the end. I definitely have been here multiple times and have brought others here. This place is definitely a must try especially during this time of Covid where it’s best to have your own pot of food to avoid getting sick.
From start to finish a pleasant experience. Broth, meat, sides, and sauces all really tasty. Lamb meat was my favorite. Servers were attentive and kind.
Buffet style hot pot with 2 hours of all you can eat. Choose your broth, with refills throughout.. can also mix broths as desired. Meat is ordered 4 plates at a time with seafood, veggies and noodles at the bar. Seafood is frozen but actually pretty good quality; octopus was surprisingly tender. Drinks and soft serve also available. Friendly, helpful servers are nearby to assist. Popular and busy much of the time, so expect to wait and plan accordingly.
My boyfriend and I love eating here. The food is always fresh and tasty! The staff is really friendly. Definitely my favorite spot.
My first time to this type of restaurant. The food is really good of course you cook it and flavor it to your own taste. There is a bit of experimentation if you are new to this. The staff is really nice and since it is cook at the table you can eat fairly quickly. There is a wide variety of choices so I didn't try everything so will needna few more trips. It is all you can eat so a bit on the pricey side but they include non alcoholic drinks and soft serve so it is a decent value.
Amazing food! Love the buffet style for sides.
The service is exceptional! Have reserved large parties of over 10 people on multiple occasions and they still are attentive and friendly with all of our needs. The servers are always making sure we have enough broth in our pots and asking if we need more meats ordered. The other items are also very fresh from the seafood to the vegetables. Delicious broths and high quality meats. Highly recommend.
Service was a bit slow, however, we really enjoy the food.
Stella was our server. There was an error made on our reservation, and John made sure we were taken care of. We had a party of 18. Food was awesome! The kids loved it! Everyone was super nice and helpful and we left stuffed to the gills. What more can you ask for. We will definitely be back!!!!
Really fantastic food! Super fresh ingredients, huge variety, meat was sliced so thin and was brought out frequently. I had the spicy broth, it was not overly hot, a good base that doesn't overpower the ingredients. the cooking stations were all new, clean and working. the atmosphere wasn't too loud and enough room to not bump into everyone else. All of the staff were super courteous and really attentive. I had a fantastic time here and will be back.
Delicious food and excellent service and great atmosphere for families 😍❤️💯
My wife and I love this place. We come here all the time. The broth: GOOD. Meats: GOOD. Food bar: GOOD. Staff: very nice! Even if the wait is really long (hey this place is popular) the staff is really quick and attentive. There have been days where I expected to wait over an hour and was actually seated after 20-30mins. EFFICIENT. I love it. There have been a handful of times where I've gone to this place twice in one week because I love taking visitors here. If someone is visiting me and wants to eat some good shabu, this is where I take them.
I drive all the way down to Irvine to eat here. Pros 1. Great selection of broth, meats, sauces , everything 2. Drinks are included 3. Hot food section is always good 4. Always fast and consistent service 5. John, the manager, has ice in his veins and manages and leads his team well despite the busy chaos on the weekends Get here early on the weekends. 4:30 is the best time, trust me. Cons None
What a good shabu place! The atmosphere is bussling with clinking dishes and good vibes. The food was excellent! So many options and good meats. Service was just so good! Had them checking on us regularly. So delicious. I won't lie, this is one of the best shabu shabu places. Really recommend!
Wonderful Spot! Delicious food and options as well as amazing service!
I love this place. The staff here is attentive and quick to bring out your orders or refill your soup base. You can mix and match however you'd like. The help yourself all you can eat add on buffet in the middle of the restaurant has more than just Korean varieties. You can mix your own sauces, get your own ice cream, get your own drinks. This place is popular and it's worth the wait in line if there is one. Just go walk around for a little bit and make room for your upcoming meal.
By far my favorite hot pot place. Ayce for only about $36, food bar to pick up your fillings like wontons, rice, noodles, etc. there is a 90 minute limit, and the plates of meat they bring are quite small tho, so go quick on the meat to get more servings in that time limit.
We love coming here! It’s always so good and it’s so fun to create your own hotpot. The meat is fresh and the staff is friendly. Definitely come with an appetite, it is on the pricier side, but totally worth it for a special occasion or occasional visit.
Literally, it's the best all-you-can-eat Shabu I ever had. Despite of super long wait for big group of 8 during peak time on Saturday, everything was very good. The self-service counter offers fresh greens and veggies, noodles, meat balls, seafoods. The meats are unlimited but you will have to order. There are not a lot of options for meat but they are all pretty good. Self-service soda machine and ice cream next to the hot-food section. Great food at reasonable price. I highly recommend and will come back.
Your meat orders come out fast and the buffet is well stocked with a variety of hotpot ingredients as well as a rotating selection of cooked dishes (I've seen fried rice, different types of fried chicken, tempura, japchae). The restaurant is kid friendly, and the service is impeccable.
Came here for the first time. Arrived 10 minutes before opening and got a table in less than 10 mins. (Make sure to get on the list quick because it does get busy) The staff was so accommodating and gave us a table that was convenient for us and accommodating for our stroller. Staff was careful when pouring extra soup into our bowls when they saw us holding the baby near the table. The food was amazing. Love the meat quality and the server kept coming back to ask us if we wanted more meat, they brought us extra napkins immediately, and just made the experience so much better. I loved all the shabu ingredients and they were constantly refilling items and I love the tempura Chinese pumpkin. It was so crispy and I'm wowed by my experience here. Definitely will be back.
Everything is always 100 l% and 5☆ Service i've waited over a year to reveiw and its been consistent this entire time. Great spot for a big or small party. Highly recommend
The wait can get long here but definitely worth the wait! Really good to go with a group since there’s so many options of meat, sides and broth options. They also have a drink station for unlimited ice teas like unsweetened black, green tea, rice punch, coffee and soda station. Service is quick and meat comes out pretty quickly! My fav meats is beef belly and lamb. From the side bar, they have so many seafood options too! Fish, crawfish, clams, mussels, scallops, shrimp and a couple more. One of the bonus I really like is they also have quail eggs! There’s also a sauce bar for almost any combination you need!
Whenever it's chilly or rainy, our family always comes to All That Shabu. We've been loyal customers of their sister restaurant, All That BBQ, for years, so we knew we could trust the quality of their food when they opened All That Shabu. We've been coming here for 4-5 years now and have never been disappointed. Even when we try shabu-shabu at other places in different cities for a family gathering or friend meeting, nothing compares to the taste and quality of All That Shabu. It's easily the best shabu-shabu restaurant in Orange County."
Went for AYCE lunch, which was 28 dollars before tax and tips. The menu provided 7 meats, and the buffet had lots of varieties, including cooked food like fried chicken, vegetables, seafood, beverages, and soft serve. The fried chicken was cold, so it tasted pretty bad. The meat had a great quality, and the meat came out really fast (in less than 5 minutes). The restaurant is definitely worth it because of the price and the varieties.
Solid AYCE Shabu place in Irvine! Service was great and it was similar to Shabuya in La Mirada where you get your own veggies and sauces, while the servers bring the meats. The meat options are endless for dinner prices, but there weren't too many soup options. $$ price range but pretty consistent with other Shabu places.
Great place! Good food, very healthy greens and options, including the side dishes and sweet rice water. My family always comes here. Just be mindful not to bump your knee under the table. Some of the hot pots are randomly slower than the others, but it’s not a big deal. It’s genuinely 5 stars though, we love this place.
Fast food call for meat is 9:45pm Andrew closes at 1030. We Came in 20 minutes before last call for a party of 2 on a Sunday evening. Our server was great and was very attentive. Plus gave us our 3 full orders and informed us of the last last call at our table. Food was amazing!!
Love the AYCE and all of the options provided. Buffet style with so much variety, lots of noodles/veggies/seafood and a lot of good sauces/condiments. I love eating the fried tofu with the peanut sauce they offer. 🤤 The staff are super attentive with refilling broth and meat selections and do a great job keeping everything clean. Big fan of the self-serve soda and ice cream as well as the hot food section, however the tempura was cold. Def one of my top favorite restaurants!
My new go to AYCE shabu spot in Irvine. Really love the large airy space, you don’t feel like you’re trapped in the scent of shabu and spices. Really great overall layout, excellent (clean) side dish buffet, not crammed like Dada. Meat selection is good and really good quality. Pepsi and teas on tap. Adjacent to “All that BBQ”. I hope there’s an “All that sushi” in the works :)
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ All the meats were excellent — fresh, flavorful, and perfectly sliced. The selection overall was great, with plenty of variety to choose from. The staff was very helpful, fast, and made sure everything was done correctly. The service really stood out and made the experience even better. Highly recommend this place for anyone who enjoys shabu shabu!
In all honesty I eat everywhere in California. But this place has the best customer service that I have ever had anywhere. I tip always 20%. The team memeber are fast and nice they are always checking on us. We come back so often, i know almost all the staff. We come 1-4 times a month and almost every week. The service here makes me never want to do kbbq ever again.
I went this place last Friday night and waited about 45mins I can definitely said It was worthy to wait! Everything are brand new clean. Sauces, meat quality, salads are so fresh and delicious! I got beef bone base and my bf got chinese red sauce base( I cant remember exact name haha) I highly recommend this place :)
This place has a vast selection of broth, meat, seafood, vegetables, noodles and sauces. It makes it an easy decision for a family with various preferences. Meat Quality is good and service is good too. John is exceptionally great at his Job!
This was my first time trying Shabu and it was a very delicious experience. For this being the place that I ate at, it was all that I expected it to be. Fresh, tasty, and the servers and wait staff were very helpful and friendly. I recommend this place for something new if you haven't tried Shabu before and for the price, all you can eat will definitely leave your stomach full.
I've been here twice now and I highly recommend it! All you can eat Shabu Shabu with an amazing selection of meat and veggies to go with your meal. Off the main menu, you'll order what kind of base/broth you want, and then you can order up to 4 meats at one time (lamb, brisket, filet mignon, etc). They have all kinds of seafood (fish balls, squid, octopus, crab legs, etc.) that is buffet-style, and they also have lots of veggies (mushrooms, broccoli, spinach, etc.) and noodles that is buffet-style as well to cook in your shabu! They also have some cooked options which are great also as sides for the meal like rice, rice cakes, and bulgogi! They have a section specifically for dipping sauces which is amazing because they have 6 different sauces to choose from and garlic and green onions as well as hot sauces and oils on the side! For drinks, they have 3 fresh drinks and a fountain as well for soda and other options. I highly recommend the Rice Punch as it is one of my favorite drinks. I know it is also a great drink for dessert! Speaking of dessert, they have sesame balls and vanilla ice cream as options that are also self-serve/buffet style and they are also very delicious! I will most definitely continue to keep coming back here and I highly recommend trying it out to anyone who likes Shabu!
Min was such a great waiter and was very accommodating to my aging parents! Highly recommend this spot.
It's an ayce serve yourself style. You only order the meats, all the meats were good. The filet mignon was the only one that didn't. Seafood was good, many styles of noodles. Rest of the hot food is ok. Only thing I'd suggest is to add shaved ice. It would totally complete this shabu style ayce.
Totally worth the price, meat is super fresh and the service is amazing as well. Lots of options as sides and drinks. Would highly recommend trying! The potato salad and fried rice is super good. I would recommend getting those with the wagyu instead of noodles. The dipping sauces was also super good!
My favorite Shabu spot in the area. You can’t really go wrong here. All you can eat at a very good price and the quality of the food is on point. Solid deal especially during these times. My new favorite shabu shabu place! I love all the options, and the fact that you can eat immediately (including getting drinks!), and have control on your own boiling pot. Service was prompt, and meat quality was great! My only beef was that someone posted a self serve gelato picture. There is a vanilla soft serve, but no gelato. All the other pictures match. Everything is fresh and clean and tasty.
Have you been to other AYCE where they serve you really slow hoping you’ll get full? ATS is not that place. Servers are very friendly and quick. The food runners appear with your ordered meets in what seems like mere seconds after your orders are taken. Never had a problem here.
Best hotpot restaurant I've ever been to. I've never seen such a wide selection of food, drinks, and desserts. The staff always ensures that the meat is top quality. Overall excellent atmosphere.
All That Shabu is awesome! Tons of fresh meats, veggies, and broths to choose from, plus the place is super clean and well-organized. Staff are friendly and quick to help, and the self-serve bar has great sides and desserts. It does get packed on weekends, but totally worth the wait for the quality and variety. Perfect spot for family or friends who love hotpot!
Great food, great service, lots of variety which I love. For lunch which is $30 is an amazing value considering the amount of food you get. It’s always busy tho which means it’s a good place to eat!
So much fun! And so much better thanks to our amazing server Cat! Loved all the buffet options and the half and half sukiyaki spicy beef broth combo was definitely the way to go!
Absolutely loved it! Will definitely be going back again. The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This place gave my favorite shabu spot in Vegas a run for it's money. Definitely might be my new favorite spot. Spicy beef broth was absolutely delicious! A huge selection of meats, veggies, noodles and other ingredients as well as some other foods. It is all you can eat. We had dinner for about $40 a person but definitely worth it. A must try if you're in the area!
First time at ATS and what a pleasant treat this place was. For a party of 4 at 130pm-idh, we waited maybe only 15 mins tops? Not bad at all. We were hosted my Quay (sp) but he was such an attentive host. He was very polite and prompt with his service and would highly recommend him again. The meat quality wasn't top tier, but good for the price and their buffet made up for it. With 5 to 6 different broths and they allow you to mix broths, im sure you'll find your flavor. The Rice punch gave horchata vibes, and the free ice cream with sesame balls was a nice dessert at the end. Overall, good value for the money. If you can request Quay to be your server/host, you can't go wrong! This is definitely a spottohitup when you're in Irvine!

The Rice punch gave horchata vibes, and the free ice cream with sesame balls was a nice dessert at the end. Overall, good value for the money. If you can request Quay to be your server/host, you can't go wrong! This is definitely a spottohitup when you're in Irvine!
A very popular place for all you can eat hotpot. Meats are good. Has a variety of different kinds of vegetables and other food. Service is good too. The only complain I have is the after smell after eat in - every single item on you smell like hotpot, make sure you wear washable items to it.
Such a good deal!! $37 per person, AYCE meats, with a large "Salad Bar," and ice cream! Beef belly was one of our favorite orders, while the recommendation of half spicy, half beef broth really hit the spot! I'd avoid the frozen seafood section of the buffet line entirely. The sesame balls were delicious, and the fried chicken! For $9, we got a large bottle of Sapporo, which was also such a good deal. The pop section was a little gross and ran out of carbonation or flavoring. But the rest of the buffet line was consistently getting replenished. Our server was quick, and the space is spacious and clean. Wait, during peak dinner time was about an hour for just a table for 2. We'd probably be back again! Recommend!

Monday 1/20/25 Lunch at All that Shabu in Irvine. Celebrating my dad’s birthday, MLK Jr. Holiday, and Trump inauguration. This restaurant has good quality meats and a large selection of vegetables and drinks. Awesome selection and tasted great! The service staffs were attentive and worked hard and quickly for the customers. David Young Restaurant Enthusiast ———- Sunday 5/12/24 Mother’s Day luncheon at All That Shabu in Irvine with my mother, sister, and aunt. Enjoying shabu with unlimited meats and a large selection of vegetables, seafoods and specialty drinks. It’s a beautiful day to spend with the ladies of my family. Service staffs worked hard and fast to service lots of customers on this Mother’s Day. David Young Restaurant Enthusiast
It gets crowded really fast. If you don't want to wait, you need to get there 5 or earlier for the dinner. It also gets pretty hot in the restaurant. Options for vegetables and salad bar is great. Meat quality is not as good as miyabi. Service is pretty fast. Table turn around time is not bad either.
this is a solid all you can eat shabu spot! great food choices, and it all looked very fresh. they were great about constantly checking to see if you need anymore broth or meat. it has some of the best broths we've ever had at a Shabu place. Definitely worth trying! it can get busy so join the Yelp waitlist if you can.
Our group of 4 was was seated quickly on a Friday evening. Service was friendly, and checked in very frequently on whether we wanted more broth or meat. We ate more than enough to feel the $30 per person price was worth it. The self serve veggies/seafood/noodles/sauce was decent. The variety of veggies was great - bok choy, napa cabbage, bean sprouts, lotus root, and more. Seafood was okay - not incredibly high quality, but decent and what you might expect for buffet-style seafood. Sauces were fun to mix and match. Don't forget the frozen yogurt! Add it to the green tea to make a float or latte
This was my first time trying hot pot and it was good. I love the experience and would like to try it again and be a little bit more adventurous this time. At all that shabu you order your broth and then go up to a buffet to pick out your proteins and your veggies. It's kind of a pick your own adventure type thing. If you've never had hot pot, all that shabu is a great place to try out.
First time here and it certainly won't be my last. I even tried to convince my boyfriend to come for dinner, but I'm sure it won't be long until I come back. I met up with a friend for lunch and it was our first time at All The Shabu, so we were very excited to see what they had to offer. First off, whooaaa, this place is SO spacious! Upon entrance, you can see that booth seats are on the left side, the middle is where the buffet goodies are and the right appears to fit larger parties. Once seated, our server asked if we've been here before. We haven't, so he ran through the options with a bit of explanation to the process. You start with your broth options, soft drinks are included with meal and for the two of us, we were able to order up to 3 meat selections for the table. My friend got a mix of miso and beef bone broth, while I chose miso. For meats, we got #1 USDA Prime Angus Beef Brisket, #3 USDA Prime Angus Flat Iron Steak & #4 USDA Prime Angus Chuck Eye Steak to start. We also tried #2 Wagyu Style Beef Short Plate and #8 Filet Mignon. May favorites were the #1, #2 and another marbled beef selection - possibly #3. After that initial selection, we were free to choose from the buffet. Masks must be worn and they offer disposable gloves as well. Everything was clearly labeled and it had all the toppings I enjoyed: napa cabbage, bok choy, seafood (crawfish, clams, octopus, squid, shrimp, etc), mushrooms, fish cakes/balls, and a good variety of noodles. They also had some hot food items, but I typically don't venture that way too often, but maybe I'll check it out on my next visit. Sauces are self service with a solid variety and they have a little tray that can hold up to 3 choices. I went with wasabi ponzu, sesame and a side of grated radish. I'd be interested to try them out during dinner since they have more premium selections of meats like ribeye and lamb. Can't wait to go again!
Great AYCE Shabu spot. Meats are decent. Vegetables are fresh. Lots of noodle sides. Good seafood options, fish balls top notch. Cooked food pretty good if it's fresh. I do love the sesame balls! Good soft serve, coffee/tea and soda options. All around win. Can get busy during peak dinner and lunch times!
If you like Shabu Shabu then you will love this place. The place is one the the biggest Shabu places we’ve dined at. They have an all you can eat model where you post $35/person and you can eat till you’re happy and content. They have a fabulous “salad” bar that you can pick your veggies, other side dishes it’s just a sensory overload to pick something you want to eat. Service is great, and fast. You order the protein you want and in minutes it’s there so there’s no slowing down your flow of eating.
I’ve been here before and the food is always amazing. They have a great selection, the environment is wonderful, and the cleanliness is top-notch. However, my recent visit with a party of five was frustrating for two main reasons. 1. Misleading Pricing: Online it says dinner is $34.99, but once we got there, we were charged $38.99. That is a $4 difference per person. For a group of five, that’s an extra $20 we weren’t expecting. The restaurant needs to update their website immediately to reflect the actual cost. 2. Slow Service: Normally the service is great, but this time it took the waiter a long time to check on us for meat or broth refills. When you’re paying more, you expect the service to at least stay the same, but we spent a lot of time waiting around for our next round of food. I still love the quality of the food here, but the lack of transparency on the price and the slow service this time around were disappointing. I hope they fix these issues soon!"
Mediocre food. Traces of frozen sea food that ruined the tasty of soup. Soup base was also average. Beef was normal. There were other foods like fried rice, fried chicken... very limited. It was a disappointment! Price was $35.99 per person all day on weekends. Price vs. quality was not balanced. Hospitality was good. I hope food will be improved in the future.
The food is just okay. The price is crazy. Yes, I get that it's a buffet and all that, and it shows in the food quality that it really just feels like a over priced buffet. Some people may like it and some won't. I guess I am one of those. The food was just okay. The price, in my opinion, was overpriced. I would not go here again. If you have never been here, give it a try during lunch when it's cheaper. It's safe to assume it's not that different from dinner besides the price. That being said, the Services is pretty good the staff are friendly.
This is out first time here keeping an open mind on the food. The food was less than okay. We ordered the original broth and it was flavorless - basically water with some spices. Even when we added meat and veggies to the pot, it just tasted like water. The AYCE bar is basically same like every where else. The peanut butter dipping sauce is way too sour for me and I cannot get over how sour even though it put other herbs and spices in the sauce but still didn't help at all. It is the biggest minus point for me. Not worth the price at all. I am surprised people around me recommending this spot. The only good thing they offer is the meat but I guess most shabu will offer same quality of meat these days.
My friends and I decided to dine at this restaurant based on the high ratings it had received on Google Maps. Unfortunately, our experience was far from pleasant. As we were enjoying our meal, we were abruptly informed that we only had five minutes remaining to finish. We hadn't been made aware of any time limit beforehand, and only later noticed a small note on the table mentioning it. Additionally, we discovered that the restaurant had updated its prices but failed to reflect these changes on their Google Maps listing. The discrepancy between the prices we expected and those we encountered led to further disappointment.
The food is good, we’ve been coming here for a long time. But I just can’t believe their strict policy of the entire party needing to be here while also enforcing a time limit. I understand many places require this but sometimes when a baby is sleeping in the car and other people in the party want to get started, they should be able to. Then the parent(s) can come in later and enjoy the rest of whatever is left of the time limit. They are not understanding and I hope they change.
Awful service. My waiter is rude and absence. Today is not busy at all . I asked for the second run meats . He took it forever until I asked him where is the meat . He said he will check . Then 5 minutes later . He sent me the meats and I did not see him anymore.
I loved all the food and ate tons of meat and seafood. Garlic and vegetables or even peanut sauce. But the symptoms started coming out on the 28th to be exact and eventually on March 1, I left work early and went to urgent care. I was cold and shivering all over, my runny nose was running, and I was delirious. I thought all of these problems were due to a cold, but it turned out to be food poisoning. An acquaintance of mine who had eaten with me had the same symptoms as I did, and he too had to stay home for 3-4 days with medication. I am very upset and sad about this, because this was a really good restaurant that I had recently discovered. I hope the team here can find out where this came from.
The food was less than okay. We ordered the spicy beef broth and it was flavorless - basically water with chilli oil. Even when we added meat and veggies to the pot, it just tasted like water. Not worth the price at all. I am shocked about the positive reviews because this was less than good and we ended up leaving to go elsewhere for a better dinner
